For such an indigenous-friendly force, IN is still being forced to go an extra mile (preventing some ships from being built outside), but others seem to be getting away from being foreign-friendly force.

I think that after NSG deal, India can easily lure away France & Germany from selling any subs to Pakistan by offering or threating to cut off lucrative commercial and nuclear power contracts
