US "note" dilutes some conditions in Kerry-Lugar bill
‘This document today is I think a historic document, a step forward in our relationship,’ Qureshi told a joint news conference with Senator Kerry and Congressman Berman.

'I am going back to Pakistan to tell my parliament and conclude the debate on the note that our relationship can move forward , we will deepen it and we will strengthen it (GUBO process??),’ he said.

About Quetta Suars
Taliban present in Quetta, claims US envoy
A US official in Pakistan has again claimed that the Taliban militants have their presence in Quetta - main city of Balochistan province, urging the government to take necessary action against them. “They have their existence in Quetta and the Government of Pakistan should root them out from here,” US Consul General Stephen G. Fakan told the newsmen during a press conference here Wednesday. He warned of occurrence of Waziristan-like situation in the province if according to him the ‘necessary action’ was not taken against Taliban in Quetta, a private TV channel reports.

There was a news article some days back about a national counter terrorism agency, being set up with UK-stan's help.
Article from Nation (too small so posting in full below)...
UK will assist Pak to set up MI5 like institution: report
Britain is helping to set up a national security authority in Pakistan to combat terrorism and promote political stability. It will be modelled on terrorism units run by the Home Office and MI5. Many analysts fear the battle with the Taliban in Pakistan could reach the scale of the conflict in Afghanistan. British intelligence has estimated that almost three quarters of terrorist attacks in Britain have their origins in Pakistan. According to the BBC's Richard Watson, senior British and Pakistani counter-terrorism sources have said British training and funding will be made available to the new authority. Initially 200 experts will be employed in Pakistan, covering extremism and religious affairs. There will be a new counter-terrorism strategy within six months, and research projects will be launched. One of these will examine the alleged role in religious schools and radicalisation. Critics of the plan suggest Pakistan's intelligence agency, the ISI, could block progress, because it will remain in charge of terrorist investigations, although Pakistani sources insist the ISI is fully on board, our correspondent added. The Home Office declined to comment on funding, but said it strongly supported the move.

Sovereignty or self-perpetuation? ---- Fayyaz Ali Khan
Why do we call it dictation when the bill bars the government from diverting these funds to the military? Isn't it a fact that so far whatever foreign aid has been given to Pakistan, most of it has been consumed by the military establishment? Is it not a fact that the sons of all the previous dictators, who all belonged to the middle or lower middle classes of our society, are today some of the richest in this country? I think we have "eaten enough grass" and the time has come to inject some nutrients in to the drained veins of the hapless masses.
Why are we raising a ruckus over the Americans asking us not to get involved in nuclear proliferation or to stop supporting networks involved in proliferation activities given that it has been proven that certain Pakistani individuals were indeed involved in such activities? Also, what is so wrong with the certification requirement in the bill that the government of Pakistan prevent Al Qaeda, the Taliban and associated terrorist groups, such as the Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad, from operating within the territory of Pakistan? That this also include the prevention of cross-border attacks in to neighbouring countries, the closure of terrorist training camps in FATA, and the dismantling of terrorism infrastructure in other parts of the country? If we oppose the bill what signal are sending to the rest of the world? That we are involved in nuclear proliferation and are abetting terrorism overseas?
Since we say that we are responsible nation and not involved in proliferation activities or that we provide help to terrorist groups operating from our soil to carry out attacks in other countries, there should be little reason for us to oppose Kerry-Lugar. Besides, let us not forget that during the Afghan war, in return for US funding, we were supposed to cap our nuclear programme and that the US president then too was required to certify every year that this was being done. And despite that we managed to develop our nuclear deterrence.

We are projecting ourselves as a nation whose policies, instead of interests, are governed by emotions. Also, in this emotional frenzy, we fail to see that for a change – and this is perhaps a first – the aid that we receive will not go towards purchasing tanks or warplanes but towards addressing poverty, towards building schools, hospitals, improving access to clean drinking water, and on socio-economic development in general.

Wake up, please! ---- Hamid Mir
These 10 militants were hiding close to the GHQ for the last three months. They rented a house in the Dhok Awan area of Islamabad close to GT Road. Dhok Awan is a thickly populated area. The normal rent of a 5-marla house in this lower middle class locality is not more than Rs5,000 a month but these 10 militants rented the house for Rs10,000 a month.

There were no covers on the windows of the house rented by the militants. A neighbour even saw some slogans against the army written by the militants on the inside walls of the house. I have also seen these slogans. The language of the slogans clearly reflects the hatred of these highly motivated militants against the army. They clearly wrote in one slogan that they "will destroy the army soon."

GHQ is ‘out of bounds’ for Rehman Malik
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik faced an embarrassing situation on Wednesday when he was not allowed to enter the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi during a ‘scheduled’ visit to attend ‘a ceremony’ to pay homage to the army personnel who died during the siege on Saturday.

Interior ministry sources told Dawn that the minister had gone to the GHQ to attend the ceremony and stayed there for a couple of minutes and returned to Islamabad after placing a wreath at the Yadgar-i-Shohada, which is far away from the main GHQ building.

Hey dude! I have to tell you that we are almost there and done on the final script, and it ain't no accident.

Because thanks to the continuing heroic search efforts of here, the now very old hag/haggest of them all --- namely Shrilleen --- has been replaced by a very purty item by the name of Jalebi Marvi, who is the next surest jalebi to star in our ongoing epic.

This Marvi babe is very special ---- she has the internal Newtonian dynamics of a Zaid Hamid, and external Newtonian dynamics of a dimple-laced Hooters babe.

For label purposes, she is PML-Q, and a toady of Mush and Shujaat Hussain, but at the core, she is the ultimate jehadi nutcase, and the ultimate Paki RAPE. The one who shops in the afternoon at the Isloo outpost of Sak's Fifth, but who in the evening, sips whiskey with Zaid Hamid, before going on television to rail against Ann Patterson.

Gunmen attack police offices in Pakistan
LAHORE: Gunmen attacked Pakistani police offices in the eastern city of Lahore on Thursday, a provincial government official said.

"Reportedly, four men attacked the FIA building and initial reports are that two of them have been killed," Punjab province home (interior) secretary Nadeem Hassan Asif told reporters, referring to the Federal Investigation Agency.

One television channel said two people had been taken hostage and there were unconfirmed reports of gun fire at a second police station in the city.

Gunmen had also attacked a second police station in the city, an official said.

A suicide car-bomber attackd the same FIA building in Lahore in March last year killing 21 people.

Shortly before the attack in Lahore, a suicide car bomber set off his explosives outside a police station in the northwestern town of Kohat on Thursday killing 10 people, police and military officials said.

"Some school children are among the dead," a policeman at the scene said.

Earlier, a suspected US drone aircraft fired two missiles at a house in the North Waziristan region on the Afghan border on Thursday, killing four militants, Pakistani intelligence officials said.

The violence came as the Pakistani army is preparing an offensive against Pakistani Taliban militants in neighbouring South Waziristan.

The government says most attacks in the country -- including four major ones since Oct. 5 that killed more than 100 people -- are plotted in South Waziristan on the Afghan border.

The drone fired at a house 3 km (2 miles) north of Miranshah, the main town in North Waziristan, and at least three Afghan Taliban members were among the four dead, the officials said.

"The owner of the house is a member of the Haqqani network," said one of the intelligence officials, referring to veteran Afghan militant commander Jalaluddin Haqqani, whose men attack foreign forces in much of eastern Afghanistan.

WSJ with the first detailed report (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB125557894653686797.html)

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan erupted in a wave of insurgent violence Thursday morning when gunmen attacked three security agency buildings in the eastern city of Lahore, killing at least three and taking hostages, and a suicide bomber killed at least six at a police station in the country's northwest, according to officials.

In Lahore, at least three people were killed when about half a dozen gunmen attacked a building occupied by the Federal Investigation Agency, Pakistan's equivalent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which is involved in counter-terrorism investigations. Two of the dead were FIA officials.

At least five FIA officials are being held hostage. Pervez Rathore, the city's police chief said the attackers are wearing suicide-bomb vests. The FIA was targeted last year, too, when militants blew up a nine-story building where militants were being detained.

In a separate incident Thursday, gunmen fired at an elite police force training centre on Bedian Road in Lahore. And there was a third attack on another police training centre in the Minawa district outside Lahore. Police said gunmen in police uniform entered the compound where some 1,500 trainees were present. The attackers also hurled grenades. They are holding several trainees hostage.

In the suicide car bombing, police say the attacker rammed his explosives-laden vehicle into a police station in the Kohat district in northwest Pakistan, killing six people. Some 20 people were wounded, according to the Associated Press.

Rehman Malik, the Federal interior minister, said Thursday's events represented a concerted attack by the militants. "They are targeting the security forces," he told reporters. He said the FIA building has now been cleared; the fate of the hostages wasn't immediately clear. Police said two militants had been killed.

Thursday's violence, severe and coordinated even by the deadly standards of recent insurgent attacks in Pakistan, comes as the military is preparing a ground offensive in South Waziristan, a tribal area believed by U.S. and Pakistani officials to be the stronghold of Pakistan's Taliban and al Qaeda. The Taliban has vowed to step up attacks in Pakistan unless the offensive is called off.

The attacks come just days after an audacious attack on the Pakistani military's headquarters in Rawalpindi outside Islamabad that left 20 people dead after a prolonged standoff between the militants and commandos.

More than 120 people have died in attacks in the past week in Pakistan. On Monday, a suicide car bombing aimed at Pakistani soldiers in the country's northwest killed at least 41 people, officials said, even as the country was still reeling from the Rawalpindi attack and attacks on a U.N. office in Islamabad, a crowded urban market and most recently a rural military patrol. The strikes follow a relatively quiet summer and underscore the threat still posed by Islamist militants, despite military efforts against them.

Lahore has become a popular target for Pakistan's insurgents as militant groups from the northwestern tribal regions increasingly coordinate attacks with groups based in Punjab province, which includes Lahore. In March, gunmen attacked the Sri Lankan cricket team during its visit to Lahore, killing six police officers. That attack, officials say, was masterminded by Mohammed Aqeel, also known as Dr. Usman, a member of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, a banned Punjabi militant outfit with strong links to the main Pakistan Taliban's faction and al Qaeda. Mr. Aqeel also led the attack on the military headquarters in Rawalpindi, officials say, and was captured in the attack.

Also in March, gunmen armed with assault rifles and hand grenades stormed a police academy in Lahore, sparking a daylong battle with security forces that left at least 11 people dead before the assailants were overwhelmed by paramilitary troopers and police.

Weren't there stories that a new civilian agency will take over counter terrorist activity from ISI? This is ISI/TSPA answer to preempt that.

All look like police targets.

The coordinated attacks against paki police targets indicate that the anti-establishment militants of Pak have improved their aility to strike and coordinate strikes across the country.Hitting at the police is both tactical and strategic,as the Paki police are being groomed to carry out anti-terror ops,British help in setting up an MI-5 style structure mentioned.

Pakistan: militants attack three police buildings in Lahore
Gunmen have stormed three police buildings in Pakistan's cultural hub of Lahore, while a suicide car bomber targeted another police station in the northwest, leaving at least 18 people dead.

The attacks on the police in Lahore and near Peshawar extended the bloodshed from 11 days of carnage blamed on Taliban militants as the Pakistani military readied an offensive in the lawless northwestern tribal belt.

Five people were killed including three police officers in near-simultaneous strikes in the eastern city of Lahore, police said.

Different group of attackers have attacked and tried to enter two police training centres in Lahore. We now have three near-simultaneous attacks against police facilities," Lahore police official Kamran Ahmad told AFP.

Another police official, Mohammad Yasin, said that four to five men had tried to storm the office of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

"Initial reports say two of them were shot dead," he said.

"However two or three managed to enter in the building where FIA and other employees were working," Yasin said, adding it was unclear if they had taken people hostage.

In the northwest town of Kohat near Peshawar, district police chief Dilawar Bangash said eight people were killed in what he called a "suicide attack".

"The bomber ploughed his car into the outer wall of the police station" in Kohat, he told AFP, adding that the building was badly damaged.

Eight people have died, including civilians and children, and the toll may go up, Kohat police official Fazle Naeem said.

Rescue work was under way and there were fears that some people may be trapped under the debris, he said.

Pakistan has been rocked by a wave of militant attacks that have left at least 137 people dead in the past 11 days.

Suspected Taleban gunmen, along with three women, attacked three law enforcement buildings in the eastern city of Lahore this morning in the latest of a wave of attacks designed to halt an imminent army attack on the militant stronghold of South Waziristan.

The attackers – some in police uniforms -- entered two police training centres and the local headquarters of the Federal Investigations Agency (FIA), firing shots and taking an unknown number of people hostage, according to witnesses.

“We are under attack,” said Mohammad Riaz, an employee reached inside the FIA building. “I can see two people hit, but I do not know who they are.”

Police in Lahore -- the capital of Punjab province -- said the FIA building was cleared after a 90 minute shoot-out and that seven people had been killed, including four police officials, two militants and one bystander.

"They (police) have taken control - the building has been cleared. The operation is complete, said Haider Ashraf, a senior Lahore police official.

However, militants at the two police training centres were still exchanging fire with police, paramilitary forces, and army troops who had surrounded the buildings, with helicopters hovering overhead.

It was unclear how many militants were inside the Manawan and Bedian training centres, which are both on the outskirts of Lahore – Pakistan’s cultural capital, and most cosmopolitan city.

This was the second attack on the Manawan training centre this year: militants occupied the building for several hours in March, killing five trainees and two instructors.

Rana Mubasshir, the principle of the Manawan police accademy, said the attackers included three women and entered the compound over the back perimeter wall after hurling grenades . He said two attackers were killed, but three were still inside.

If the involvement of women militants is confirmed, it would be the first time they have taken part in such an attack.

It was a multi directional attack,” said Khushro Pervez, Lahore’s police commissioner. “They wanted to terrorise people and they wanted to target government buildings and law enforcement agencies.”

A suicide car bomber also attacked a police station in the northwestern region of Kohat this morning, killing at least eight people, local officials there said.

Afzal Khan, a local police official, said at least 20 people were wounded, and that half the police building was destroyed by the bombing and both police and civilians were among the eight killed.

"We fear that some policemen are trapped under the rubble," he said.

The commando-style attacks on Lahore appeared similar to a bold assault on the army headquarters over the weekend, in which 10 militants took 42 people hostage in a major embarrassment for the military.

Twenty-three people were killed in that attack, including nine militants, three hostages and 11 soldiers.

The Taleban said the attack on the army headquarters was carried out by its branch in Punjab province, while the army blamed a combination of Taleban fighters from South Waziristan and Punjabi militants.

The Taleban also promised a wave of further attacks across Pakistan to avenge the death of its former leader, Baitullah Mehsud, in a U.S. drone strike in August, and to intimidate the army into calling off its assault on South Waziristan.

The South Waziristan operation was announced in June, and ever since the army has been moving troops into the area, blockading surrounding roads, and pounding militant hideouts with air strikes and artillery.

P.S. ~ implies a logical NOT operation. I know its a bit flawed but what the heck, Pakilurks can't understand it anyways.

GHQ is ‘out of bounds’ for Malik

By Syed Irfan Raza

Thursday, 15 Oct, 2009 | 06:50 AM PST

ISLAMABAD, Oct 14: Interior Minister Rehman Malik faced an embarrassing situation on Wednesday when he was not allowed to enter the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi during a “scheduled” visit to attend “a ceremony” to pay homage to the army personnel who died during the siege on Saturday.

Interior ministry sources told Dawn that the minister had gone to the GHQ to attend the ceremony and stayed there for a couple of minutes and returned to Islamabad after placing a wreath at the Yadgar-i-Shohada, which is far away from the main GHQ building.

Mr Malik was not accorded protocol at the GHQ where he arrived to place wreaths on behalf of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. He placed flowers on the memorial after he was not taken to the main building, sources said.

According to sources, there was no senior military official to receive the minister and he stayed there hardly for three minutes before returning to the capital.

Earlier, the interior ministry’s media team had invited reporters to attend a ceremony at the GHQ, where the interior minister would “unveil a plaque bearing the names of the slain military personnel”.

Journalists were later told that no such function would be held and they need not reach the venue. Sometime later, reporters were informed that the minister had visited the GHQ and laid floral wreaths there.

Nawazish Ali, the interior ministry’s media director, said the minister stayed there “only for five minutes because he had to … attend the National Assembly session”.

An official of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the minister’s visit was scheduled and that he placed a floral wreath at the Yadgar-i-Shohada.

There was no explanation why the minister was not received by any senior GHQ official and for his brief stay.

BBC:
Gunmen have attacked law enforcement buildings in Pakistan, with at least 18 people reported killed in Lahore and eight in a suicide bombing elsewhere.
Thankfully the BBC is still maintaining equal equal with the attackers being called gunmen.

Calling them gunmen is a bit harsh. Al beeb should call them 'misguided youth' just like what they call kufr naxals who shoot yindian pandus. Afterall this is an attack on pandus onlee.

Country profile: Pakistan
by Nadeem F. Paracha
History

The state of Pakistan occupies an area which was home to some of the earliest Neanderthal settlements, some of whose decedents can still be found hiding in caves in the mountains of North Pakistan. The only difference is, in the Stone Ages, these Neanderthals were armed with clubs and stones, and today they are armed with guns and bombs. Remarkably though, they remain as furry as they were millions of years ago.

The modern state of Pakistan was born out of the partition of the Indian sub-continent in 1947 and has faced many regional confrontations, usually brought on by its continuing habit of poking its nose where it doesn’t belong.

Created to meet the demands of Indian Muslims who wanted to have their own boxing ring, Pakistan was originally in two parts: Part 1 was called Maula Jat and Part 2 was called Jat in Dhaka. The east wing - present-day the Flooded Republic of Bangladesh - is on the Bay of Bengal bordering the Bollywood Republic of India and the Miserable Republic of Burma. The west wing - present-day the Not-Quite-Arab Republic of Pakistan - stretches from the Arabian Sea to the Himalayas and - according to famous patriots and military geniuses like Munawar Hussain and Zaid Hamid – the country actually stretches all the way to New Delhi, Kabul, Tashkent and maybe even Beijing (the last needs to be conquered because Chinese eat frogs and frogs are makru, even if some people say that they taste just like chicken).

The break-up of the two wings came in 1971 when the mainly Bengali-speaking and fish-eating east wing seceded with help from the Elders of Zion.

The disputed northern territory of Kashmir has been the flashpoint for two of the three utterly useless India-Pakistan wars - those of 1948 and 1965. There was a further brief but bitter armed conflict after Islamic militants (ironically led by an enlightened-moderated army man, General P. Mush Bonaparte) infiltrated Indian-administered Kashmir in 1999. After the operation ended in a fiasco, he blamed it on the not-very-enlightened-moderated former prime minister, Mian Naraaz Sharif.

Civilian politics in Pakistan in the last few decades has been tarnished by corruption, inefficiency, confrontations, and bad breath between various institutions and/or whatever institutions that are left in the country. Actually, the word political institution is an oxymoron when discussed in the context of Pakistani politics and state.

Alternating periods of civilian and military rule have not helped to establish stability. In fact, instability is the only stable tradition in Pakistan; a tradition that is being passionately upheld by a series of TV talk shows because political stability would mean lack of viewership and advertising revenues for the channels and a drastic drop in popcorn sales that could turn people into boring book readers which is so passé.

Pakistan came under military rule once again in October 1999 after the ousting of a civilian government that had lost a great deal of public support because the public lost its appetite for rich Mughal dishes such as nihari, paye, and biryani which Prime Minister Naraaz Sharif was a great fan of.

He has since become a vegetarian and is usually taunted as becoming a sissy by Brig. (rtd.) Cookie Monster Billa, the architect of the Afghan Jihad and – according to trendy patriot Madam Maria B - the 1857 Indian Mutiny in which the madam also took part as a gallant needle-worker. Her gallantry was praised by the famous poet Mubashir Lucman on the recommendation of Adolf Hitler. Madam Maria B. still has her famous 1857 needles with which she now pokes voodoo dolls of her competitors in Pakistan’s cut-throat fashion world.

Mr Mush eventually relinquished his army post amidst tears in November 2007, but at parliamentary elections in February 2008, his supporters were defeated, also amidst tears.

The Pakistan Khapay Khapay Khapay Party (KKK) formed a coalition government led by Asif Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Zardari and an impeachment process was launched against Mush, who resigned (amidst more tears) in August 2008.

Pakistan’s place on the world stage shifted after the September 11, 2001, attacks in the US. It dropped its support for the Neanderthal regime in Afghanistan and was propelled into the front line in the fight against terrorism, becoming a key ally of the Elders of Zion and assorted secret Freemason societies.

However, Pakistani forces have struggled to maintain control over the restive Neanderthal regions along the Afghan border, where Neanderthal militants are firmly entrenched with sophisticated dish antennas hidden in their turbans and bombs strapped around their tummies which they claim is only a weight reducing exercise. But nobody (except maybe the brilliant Lord Imran Khan), believes them.

In the spring of 2009, the government attempted to reduce disaffection in the troubled north-western Swat district by agreeing to the imposition of the Whipping Women Law.

Far from improving security, this move allowed the Neanderthals to tighten their grip on the region, and the agreement broke down after only a few whips. Since then, the government has waged a rolling military campaign to flush the furry Neanderthals out of the tribal areas - an act that many sensitive Pakistanis such as Professional Hajji Aamir Qayamat and the notorious Male Nurse Shahid Masood have criticized.

Tensions with India over Kashmir have resurfaced regularly ever since the partition of the sub-continent, and the two nuclear-armed (but empty bellied) powers have on numerous occasions been on the brink of renewed conflict that promises to be as exciting as a close Twenty20 cricket match on a bouncy pitch. Or, at least, that’s what most Pakistani and Indians think. Idiots.

Asif Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Zardari won the presidential race of September 6, 2008, by a big majority. His election by Pakistan’s legislators came a few weeks after his predecessor General P. Mush Bonaparte resigned amidst tears under threat of impeachment that, however, has now turned into an imbananament!

At his swearing-in ceremony, Mr Zardari said he was accepting the post of president in the name of his assassinated wife, Benazir Bhutto, who was killed by a leading Neanderthal who himself was killed by an American drone attack. Many Pakistanis do not approve of American drone attacks, even if they usually manage to kill the scum of the earth. However, it is likely Pakistanis would have hailed the drone attacks had they come from the Saudis who are our brothers and we their camels.

Media

General P. Mush Bonaparte’s rule ushered in increased freedom for the print media and a liberalisation of broadcasting policies. Television is the dominant medium, and there are around 50,000 private channels all babbling about the same things.

More than 100 private FM radio stations have been licensed. Fake American accents and low IQ levels are firm prerequisites for success. These FM stations are not allowed to broadcast their own news programmes, and thank God for that!

Scores of unlicensed FM stations are said to operate in the tribal areas of North-West Frontier Province. They are usually operated by Neanderthal RJs, of which DJ Fazalullah In Da Caaaaave is the most popular.

The broadcasting regulator can order a halt to the carriage of foreign TV channels via cable. However, the spouting of utter nonsense and hate speeches on local channels is allowed. Keeps popcorn sales from falling.

Pakistan’s press is among the most outspoken in South Asia, although its influence is limited by a literacy level of around 50 per cent. Out of these, perhaps a mere 5 per cent actually make the effort to read a newspaper and those who do read newspapers they read dailies that spout utter nonsense and scribble hate speeches. Nadeem F. Paracha of the Daily Zion is one such iblees.
Comments to the article:
Where else can you see terrorist attacks on every day of the week. Only in Pakistan.
Mr. Nadeem, The very first thing that catches my eye is the map showing Azad Kashmir as part of India. How will you justify this? I am deeply offended by this misdemeanor. At times I wonder why do other countries need to spend on anti-Pakistan propaganda where our own media is doing such a good job here.

Regards
Fakhir

I would be happy if the "bad" taliban carried out the attacks and would be even happier if the "good" taliban carried out the attacks. As long as Pakistani soldiers are dying I am happy.

I think that India has to be careful this time around. Last year we saw a number of terrorist attacks in Pakistan and then there was 26/11 Mumbai attacks and other jehadi bomb blasts throughout the country. It may be an ISI ploy as a prelude to attacks within India.

Pi** poor performance from the Pakistanis going by the fact that these are the second attacks on the Lahore FIA building and the Manawan Training centre, both of which also happen to be in Pakistan’s Punjabi heartland.

What fascinates me is how abduls able to take hostages even in elite police headquarters. Usually in those departments even clerks are from police department. Since it is elite police headquarters they are no dearth for weapons. How they can submit themselves to their terrorist trainees instead of fighting.

Downhill skiing was made famous by none other than pakis. They love to talk big about their bravado but the paki psyche is when faced with someone who is "in the mood", they run for cover and beg for mercy. We wait for the day when Bharat mata comes "in the mood".
