Contact Information of navy technical divers course

Hi BRFites,
I have been reading this forum since a while and even went to one of the BR meets in Bangalore.
I am a PADI certified open water diver and I am looking to do a technical diver course for training in deeper water dives than those allowed in recreational diving (more than 130 feet), unfortunately we dont have any civilian schools providing that opportunity in India.
Does anyone from the navy know if the navy diving school, Kochi or some other naval school provides technical diving training to civilians or wards of service personnel?
If anyone has the contact number of the navy diving school in kochi please post that here too.
