OT But what are Pakistans responsibilities in maintaining IWT. What have they done to make this accord a success ?
As I see it, all responsibilities of sacrifice lie in GoI's corner and all Pakis do is whine and throw spanner in Indias dam related work.
So why is IWT, a model of ideal neighborhood behavior when all good behavior is coming from Bharat only.

GoI should
1. Stop all visits by Pakis into J&K to verify dam projects
2. Stop sharing dam designs with Pakistan, being built on soverign indian territory.

These Paki Dam and water "experts" are madarsa educated, and they can't understand half the presentations. The ISI slips in some of their people during these visits too.

Kammandu Mush Psycho Anal - lized By BBC

Why is Pakistan's Musharraf on TV?

Pakistan's controversial former military ruler, Pervez Musharraf, has launched a television show commenting on current affairs. The weekly show began on the Pakistani TV channel Bol last month. So far the former leader has called for closer ties with the US, criticised Pakistan's civilian government and attacked India. But his move raises many questions about his motives, and how's it being received in Pakistan?
Many retired military officials have morphed into security analysts after retirement, but Mr Musharraf is the highest-ranking official to go down that route. He also scored a first in 2013 when he became the first-ever Pakistani army chief to form a political party of his own and file nominations to contest general elections. But the electoral goal remains unfulfilled - he was banned from running and became embroiled in legal cases, eventually leaving the country for Dubai a year ago, ostensibly to seek medical attention. Many believe this unfulfilled political ambition may be the driving force behind Mr Musharraf's reinvention as a television intellectual. This braggart is not hungry for money - thanks to King Abdullah's lar-gesse; he is hungry for publicity
The programme, which goes out each Sunday, is called Sab Se Pehle Pakistan (Pakistan First) with President Musharraf. The line comes from Mr Musharraf's most popular political slogan during his time in power.A young female host, Shenaya Siddiqui, asks for his opinions on a range of political, military, economic and even entertainment issues. Mr Musharraf answers the questions from Dubai. This format is not unique - several channels hire journalists to comment on current affairs - but this is the first such programme to use a former leader.Editorially, Bol comes across as a staunchly pro-military, anti-India and anti-liberal news channel. It also appears to be trying to expand its audience by giving prominent politicians their own shows. There were some earlier Paki reports which suggested that BOL is mouthpiece for the " Deep State " and Dawood Ebrahim money is invested in this venture !
Over the weekend it launched what it said would be a weekly current affairs programme featuring former president Asif Ali Zardari, who played a pivotal role in forcing Mr Musharraf from office. It is likely that Taliban Khan would also be brought on board at one point or the other !
So far the top lines have largely related to Pakistan's diplomatic ties and its security challenges. The former army chief has talked of Pakistan's geo-strategic importance and has called for good relations with Washington.( To fund Paki perfidy !).He's also suggested Pakistan should not consider Israel an eternal enemy, but rather a country Pakistan has differences with over the Palestinian question.( So, Israel can be "sweet talked" to get modern military technology )
On India, he has adopted a hard line, saying it poses an existential threat to Pakistan but cannot defeat it militarily. ( So, he admits that !)Domestically, he has been critical of the military's operation against Islamic militants, saying troops are chopping off the branches but not the trunk. He blames the civilian government for this, saying it has political contacts with sectarian groups. Which supports the argument that almost all militant groups in Pakiland are Pakjabi based and have the support of the Shahbaz Goberment  That might raise a few eyebrows - many will recall that the former president himself was accused of playing a double game over militants for years. :D
How's the show been received? Many believe that Bol is trying to be provocative to draw viewers. ( It is a Wild, Wild, West on Paki talk shows ; however, being in Dubai, there are less chances that a physical fight might break out between Mush, and other guests, if they are allowed to share the limelight :D ) And critics point out that Mr Musharraf is not objective. They point to his role in the proliferation of militancy in the region, while accepting US funds to fight them. ( The "double game" for which Mush is famous and the reason why he was / is persona-non-grata with US officials now !)As Pakistan's army chief he scuttled a possible rapprochement with India by launching the Kargil war in 1999. He then toppled Pakistan's elected government the same year.Researcher and author Ayesha Siddiqa says Mr Musharraf's TV career shows he is "driven by ego".
And publicity !
"His political ambitions have been dashed for now, but he is telling himself that he still matters. And he wants to use this opportunity to mouth a narrative that has damaged the country in the past and continues to do so." Ms Siddiqa, who was also targeted in one of Bol's programmes, says the channel "wants to establish itself as one that will represent the military's interests… It seeks to be part of a certain kind of publicity that weakens the civilian narrative." (funded by Dawood ?) Bol's management refused to comment.s Musharraf likely to return to Pakistan soon? Mr Musharraf was forced to step down as president in 2008 and went into exile. He returned in 2013 to contest the general election, but soon faced a raft of charges - including two counts of murder, over the death of Benazir Bhutto and a Baloch tribal leader, and high treason - relating to his time in power. But he was then allowed to leave for Dubai for medical treatment. Many believe Pakistan's powerful security stablishment played a role in orchestrating his departure.Recently, however, he's talked of returning once more to play an active role in politics. He has also been discussing possible political alliances with other groups.(MQM ? To shore up his Mohajir base  )His aides say he faces a threat to his life but would come back to face the court cases if his security could be guaranteed.Do people support him?Back in 2013, he hoped to win some seats in parliament, especially in the northern region where his investment in infrastructure had made him popular. But his disqualification and subsequent house arrest rendered his party dysfunctional for all practical purposes. It remains redundant and it is not clear if the leadership has any plans to rejuvenate it by forging alliances and drawing up a new charter. The BBC's attempts to obtain the party's views were not successful.
Many people believe Mr Musharraf has agreed to appear on his own TV show as a path back into politics. Only time will tell if it helps propel him back into the national conversation. IMO, as long as Ganja Sharif is "ruling" Pakistan, his chances of returning are nil !

Bakistan wins!!

Hong Kong pull out of Davis Cup tie in Pakistan over security fears

Hong Kong have withdrawn from their Davis Cup tie against Pakistan in Islamabad citing security concerns
Hong Kong had challenged the Davis Cup Committee's decision to approve matches in Pakistan, and withdrew following an independent tribunal ruling that the tie should go ahead
Pakistan have advanced to the third round of Asia/Oceania group II as a result of Hong Kong's withdrawal and will host the winner of the tie between the Philippines and Thailand

So, a question to the BRF maulaners: If HK declined to participate in the biratherly nation of al bakistan, does that come with al cheen's approval?

A mob killed a seven-year-old and her baby sister along with their grandmother, a member of the Ahmadi sect, after another follower was accused of posting blasphemous material on Facebook, police in Pakistan said.

Police said the violence late on Sunday in the town of Gujranwala, 220 km (140 miles) southeast of the capital, Islamabad, started with an altercation between young men, one of whom was an Ahmadi accused of posting "objectionable material".

"Later, a crowd of 150 people came to the police station demanding the registration of a blasphemy case against the accused," said one police officer who declined to be identified.
"As police were negotiating with the crowd, another mob attacked and started burning the houses of Ahmadis."
...
Mr Siddiqi said the victims died of suffocation and that another woman miscarried during the riots and was in hospital.

An extremist state can be taken down, but how does one deal with an extremist society? It will not change its ways till a great catastrophe falls upon it.

Society will need to be de-radicalized. No single event will change it.
It needs concerted efforts lasting decades to achieve that.

Water storage capacity of big dams goes down

LAHORE: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has expressed concern over severe water scarcity in the biggest dams of the country, saying the crisis will directly hit agriculture and power sectors.

In a statement, LCCI President Abdul Basit, Senior Vice President Amjad Ali Jawa and Vice President Nasir Hameed Khan said Pakistan was an agrarian country and it could not afford water shortage at any cost. However, no strategy has been evolved to tackle the major issue.

They said the country depended on only two major dams – Tarbela and Mangla – and it was a matter of concern that water storage capacity of the two reservoirs had significantly reduced.

“The ongoing water crisis is the result of a dispute over Kalabagh Dam while around 12 million acre feet of water is being wasted into the sea, which is equal to the capacity of the two big dams,” added the LCCI office-bearers.

They said as per World Bank analysis, “our storage capacity has gone down to 150 acre feet. India has improved its per capita storage up to 200 acre feet, which will improve further once under-construction dams start giving results.”

“The country is faced with damaging floods every two to three years, which adversely impact the economy,” the officials added. They urged the government to take steps for water conservation and its effective use, adding that it would reduce capital and operational costs.

Then, they should have been under the control of IB, not ISI, because no civilian could order the ISI to release anybody they detained and live to tell the tale.

SS - this whole thing about detaining 2 Indian citizens without any cause and interrogating them and these guys coming back w/ somewhat questionable responses about their detention is quite shady.

Even more surprising, is that India has not issued any tough statement about this.

Those clerics may also not be disclosing to the media, what went on.
The IB in la la land doesn't have the balls to pick up foreigners.
Only the herrows of the ISI with a strong sense of smell for YYY spies do this.
The ISI was (take your pick)
1. Wanting to get them to do something for them
2. Wanting to see if kidnapping a few prominant Indian Muslims could be used as leverage on Hindoooo moooodi government
3. Threatening them about non adherence to past contractual agreements and monies paid etc
4. Plain suspicious about Raa agints. Probably trying to see if they could do another kulbhushan yadav type stunt/nautanki. When MEA got involved, they downhill skiied

One thing that the ISI is super-sensitive to is, shaming and naming of the ISI or the Pak Fauj internationally. That always works with these haramzadas as it did in this case

Can't put anything past these duffers in the ISI. If u are not a barelvi muslim, or if u are a kafir, they'll even say u are a YYY or a Raa agint and pretending to be a muslim.

See they are sensitized to the fact that hindoo Raa agints are roaming around in Pakistan dressed up as muslims. There is even a story of one such character who was a local imam and was doing azan and leading prayers, who under intense qwesching by ISI kammandus confessed that he was actually a Hindoooo

I wonder if the super duper agints of the ISI carried out a lungi check on the nizamuddin momeens to verify their credentials ..

This news report is counter to the claim the soofis made after returning to India that the chai biskoot session was like a family get together and bhai chara was oozing from every pore. They were even excited with the possibility of going back to the land of chai biskoots and VIP treatment.

Paks do not consider Indian Muslims to be proper Muslims, as you can not stay near Kafirs and remain a Momin. Regarding Khatna check, they did that to illustrious Zulfie after hanging. But they must do it properly, why not open an Office of under Lungi Khatna Check for doubtful Momins? Ordnung muss sein.

Huzzah!!

One arrest made in social media blasphemy case
May a thousand flowers blossom - Al Mao.

Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui (remember him?) was told that the interior ministry had made one arrest in the case, while the names of several have been put on the Exit Control List (ECL).
The court reiterated that the country's premier spy agency, Inter-Services Intelligence, should assist the government in the case
The court expressed its disappointment at the speed at which the case was progressing

Hurry up, azizbhai, before y'all come to your senses.

CROSS POSTED CPEC THREAD

Paki Fauj Bills AKA CPEC Security Cost Added To Electricity Costs And Passed On To The Unsuspecting Aam Abduls !

CPEC security cost

It was always a bad idea to bundle the cost of security for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor enterprise into the power tariff and pass it on to the consumers. Now that the federal cabinet appears to have approved the decision, it falls on the tariff-setting power regulator, Nepra, to ensure that the rights of the consumers are protected against spurious items being added to their bills. So, the Pak Fauj has found another ingenuous money making racket and the civilian govt of Ganja Sharif has "rubber-stamped" the scheme :D
Nepra has taken suo motu notice of the matter and called a public hearing on April 4 to which all members of the public and other stakeholders are invited. This is a good opportunity for all civil society groups to register themselves as participants, as per the details available on the Nepra website, and submit comments and feedback on the proposal. Pretense of an "robust democracy"
It is tempting for the government to add all manner of power-sector expenses, for which there is no room in the budget, to utility bills, but this temptation must be strenuously resisted. As an alternative, the Chini-blothers can "bring in" PLA cadres to ensure the safety of their engineers and labourers !
Power bills are not surrogate revenue machinery. In this case, the total cost added to the bills will amount to 1pc of the capital cost of all projects per annum, which comes to roughly $155m going by the figures given by Nepra. The amount may not sound much at the moment, but it should be borne in mind that this figure will inevitably rise over time as the number of power projects increases. With the passage of time, it is entirely reasonable to expect that the percentage being asked for will also increase, and other unanticipated costs will similarly be added to the bills. CPEC security is undoubtedly an important matter, but costs should be kept within the budget, and not billed to power consumers. This is the same tactic implemented by the "Deep State" during the Afghan war , when the transportation of clandestine arms imported into the country through Krachi , was assigned to the National Logistics Cell - a division of the notorious ISI - the monies collected from Massa being used to export heroin to western countries ! In this case, the monies exhorted from the Aam Abduls will be used to supplement the coffers of the jernails and kernals of the fauj
The proposal is yet another example of how the government has failed to properly forecast the costs it is to bear under the CPEC umbrella, and one can only wonder what other unanticipated expenses are going to arise as the projects move towards commercial operations. Due diligence performed after ( not before !) approval of the (gamechanger :D ) project for which this "leading daily " is now sounding the proverbial alarm !

" Altaf Bhai " Wins Money Laundering Case :D

UK police returning seized money to Muttahida

LONDON: The UK police are in the process of transferring nearly half a million pounds to Altaf Hussain, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Karachi businessman Sarfraz Merchant. The money was originally seized in the course of a money laundering investigation by the Metropolitan Police’s National Terrorist Financial Investigation Unit. The investigation was dropped last year after the Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to go ahead with a trial. So, Immy, the Kaptaan, was unable to use his "influence" with Scotland Yard to get even with Altaf
Having already had £24,000 transferred to his bank account, on Tuesday, Mr Merchant was handed around £5,000 worth of cash in the form of dirhams and Pakistani rupees. Two plain-clothes police officers gave him the money in a car park in West London as Mr Merchant sat in his £60,000 Range Rover.“It is a success,” said Mr Merchant after getting the cash. “My money was legitimate.”
In the course of their investigation into the murder of 2010 senior MQM leader Imran Farooq, the UK police found £29,000 in Mr Merchant’s London apartment, £167,525.92 in the MQM’s offices in London and a further £289,785.32 in Altaf Hussain’s home. All those funds are now being returned.Banking documents revealed that Mr Merchant had made substantial money transfers to the MQM. Mr Merchant told the police that money had been his own and was freely given to the MQM. So Scotland Yard was sent on a "wild goose catch" based on the "evidence" supplied to it by ISI and collaborators like Imran Khan!
The return of the money to Mr Merchant and the MQM marks a humiliating climbdown for the UK police. Sources close to the police investigation always insisted that they would not return the MQM’s cash. Asset confiscations require a lower burden of proof than money laundering charges. But it turns out the UK authorities have been unable to meet even that lesser threshold. The police said that during the course of their money laundering investigation six people had been arrested, 11 others were interviewed under caution and nine premises were searched. Despite all that work, the police said last year: “there is not a realistic prospect of a successful prosecution under UK law, therefore the investigation is now complete and no further action will be taken.” After this fiasco, the British Police, in the future, will not touch any evidence ( even with a ten foot poll !!) supplied to it by Paki authorities
Frustrated by the lack of progress in the UK, the Pakistan authorities last year formed a Joint Investigation Team to look at Mr Merchant’s claims of financial links between RAW and the MQM.Mr Merchant said he still wanted to expose that issue. “I am going to pursue the issue regarding RAW funding because it is my country that is suffering,” he said. Mr Merchant said the documents given to him by the UK police showed there was such funding. The MQM have denied being funded by RAW. ( RAA dragged into the picture  )India described claims that it funded the MQM or trained its militants as completely
baseless.UK-based lawyers say one of the reasons the money laundering case failed was the UK authorities’ reluctance to use terrorism legislation as opposed to the Proceeds of Crimes Act. Although the US describes the MQM as a Tier 3 terrorist organisation, neither the UK nor Pakistan has made a similar designation.
Mr Merchant said he will now seek to recover the money he has spent on lawyers in the UK as he tried to defend his name. “I will go for action against the police,” he said, adding that his legal costs had been over £1 million. The UK authorities are still investigating whether some speeches by Mr Hussain amount to hate speech. A previous hate speech inquiry was dropped in 2014 because of fears that the translation of the original Urdu speeches could be contested in the courts. The police are now assessing whether more recent speeches — not least the August 22 speech — contained not just hate speech but also incitement to violence.

Mudslinging Between Ganja And Mush Resumes

Musharraf offered me a deal in 2007, says Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif revealed on Tuesday that retired Gen Pervez Musharraf had offered him an “underhanded” deal to form a joint government in 2008.Speaking at a meeting of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) parliamentary committee, the prime minister said: “Musharraf wanted a secret deal with me in 2007.”
He said that his family did not want to leave their motherland, but were forced into exile by the military dictator.“We left the country in a miserable condition and were not allowed to return for a long time,” he said. The prime minister noted that the former president was now facing a similar fate and had left the country in disgrace.
However, PM Sharif’s assertions were disputed by former Musharraf aide and All-Pakistan Muslim League member Ahmed Raza Kasuri. “I have been working with Gen Musharraf for a long time and I have never heard any such thing,” he said.Mr Kasuri said everyone knew that the Sharifs went abroad under an agreement for 10 years and there could be no question that Musharraf offered him a deal to form a joint government.
Regarding Musharraf’s own exile, he said his party chief went abroad after he was allowed to leave the country by the Sindh High Court and the Supreme Court. He said that while the former general left the country amid fanfare, the Sharifs escaped “like thieves”.“[The claim is] absolute rubbish and [a] bundle of lies, which has only been propagated for [the prime minister’s] image-building that was badly affected due to his lies in the Panama scandal,” Mr Kasuri concluded. Both ( Mush and Ganja ) are corrupt ; both are serial liars ; so who knows who is speaking the truth

I am waiting for a day when the in-bred Bakis send the Chinese additional invoice for:

1) additional security for Chinese personnel

2) additional hiring Christian janitors for removing and burning the leftover pork-flied-lice By the chinese

3) additional damages due to 20,000 Bakis dying trying to plotect Chinese goods in Balochistan

Soon the Chinese will find sweeter than honey friendship is stinkier than anchovy

Pakistanis Washing Their Dirty Shalwars In Public

QUESTION ( By A Paki ) :

What do you think of this entire phenomenon of Pakistanis who were raised abroad going to Pakistan to find a wife?

ANSWER: ( By A Baki ) :

It's okay as long as both parties are willing. It does require a disproportionate amount of sacrifice from the girl's end though, as she's expected to adjust to a completely new country and family and lifestyle, without uttering even a word of complaint.Have heard multiple horror stories. More than one story involves a guy who is already married to someone abroad but hasn't told anyone. In one case, the girl turned up in the US to find that her husband was married with kids. The oh-so-benevolent husband offered the new wife a separate flat and a whole bunch of money, and the girl actually managed to keep this arrangement secret for three years before the parents had someone check up on the guy and found the truth. Weird shit I tell ya ( Halal  ) .

Hong Kong opts to forfeit Davis Cup Tennis match rather than have her players and officals risk their lives by playing in their Davis Cup Asia-Oceania Zone Group 2 match in the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Gross stupidity on the part of the International Tennis Federation for forcing tennis players and tennis officials to play in the Mohammadden Terrorism infested Islamic Republic of Pakistan by not insisting that all home matches of Pakistan be played in neutral countries.

Looking forward to good sense dawning on the ITF so as to ensure winner of matches between Thailand and Phillippines are not forced to risk life by playing in the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

Hong Kong forfeits Davis Cup matches, citing security concerns

And another article on the topic:

‘We had to think of our players’ families,’ says Hong Kong tennis after pulling out of Pakistan Davis Cup tie

Ordnung muss sein.Gautam

One biiiiiiig problem with the Pakjabi maulana and his theories is
1. They call their country Pakh-istaan (Toilet-place)
2. They want to drink pure water, but all their river water comes from Kuffar India, where the hindoos and Sikhs pee and poop in all the time...

Tarek Fateh Of Toronto Debunks Paki Toronto Consulate "Press Minister"

Tarek Fatah: My response to Pakistan’s High Commission

“Pakistan is a multi-cultural, progressive and democratic country in which there is no place for religious tyranny.” :((
Believe it or not, someone out there believes we Canadians will buy this piffle. This fairy-tale description of Pakistan came in a "Letter to the Editor" to the Sun published March 15 from the “Minister Press” at the Pakistani High Commission in Canada, Nadeem Haider Kiani.Kiani was responding to my March 8 critique of the supposed anti-Islamophobia motion, M-103, tabled in the House of Commons by Mississauga Liberal MP Iqra Khalid. Person Of Paki Origin! (POPO )
He wrote: “People belonging to all faiths including Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Sikhs and Ahmadis are living with complete freedom of worship. No one has been subjected to persecution on the basis of religion, race, or sect.” :rotfl: ( Tell it to the victims !)
Coincidentally, the timing of the Pakistani diplomat’s letter defending Islamabad’s treatment of Christians and Hindus overlapped with an event at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva
There, two Pakistani Canadian Christians, retired officers of the Pakistan military, addressed a UNHRC event on March 16, highlighting the persecution of Pakistani Christians.Rev. James Luke of the Lutheran church, a retired group captain of the Pakistan Air Force, tore into Islamabad’s horrific human rights record concerning the indigenous Christians of Pakistan. He said they have been marginalized from mainstream Muslim society in apartheid-like social segregation.Chatting at a street side café in Geneva, Luke told me many, “Muslim Pakistani Canadians demand Motion M103 to stop Islamophobia, but many of them have no problem holding Christians in contempt in their own backyards.” At the UNHRC session, moderated by former Canadian Liberal MP Mario Silva, Luke recounted many acts of mob violence by Muslims against Christians who are accused of Islamophobia.
“Is this where Canada is headed after M103 is adopted by the House of Commons?” he asked with a sad smile on his face.He highlighted the February 6, 1997 attack by 30,000 Muslims on the Christian village of Shanti Nagar (Peace Town).Waving placards that read “Kill Christians” the jihadis destroyed 750 homes and four churches.
Another Pakistani-Canadian Christian who spoke at the UNHRC event was Jawaid Bakhsh, a retired major of the Pakistan army. He spoke at length about the social ostracization of Pakistan’s indigenous Christian community by the majority of Pakistani Muslims.“Today across the Islamic world, Christians are marked for annihilation and Christian blood is shed by the sword with impunity,” he stated. In a separate event leading up to the spring session of the UNHRC, the Pakistani Christian Association, a group of exiles based in Brussels, plastered the city with signs highlighting their plight under Islamic rule.
“Christians in Pakistan under Threat” read the bilingual signs on billboards and streetcars inviting people to attend a two-day event that began on Monday. Talented Non-Muslims ( cricketers, fauj, educators etc ) of Pakhanistan are given "advice" by the "Aam Abduls to take up "Malsi" as their religion if they want to pursue their career and "reach for the top" in their chosen profession. Massa also follows the same policy - Look at "Nicki Haley" Look at "Bobby Jindal" Two Examples !! If Pakistani diplomats in Canada wish to brush up Islamabad’s tarnished image as a country that reportedly gave sanctuary to Osama Bin Laden, they should work towards the immediate release of Asia Bibi and Dr. Shakil Afridi, the physician whose hard work led to Bin Laden’s demise.

PEREGRINE- JI:
Thanks for posting the two videos: both (Chaudhris ) father and son are the epitome of corruption and pomposity prevailing in Pakiland ; due to their so-called "name", they may get away with queue-jumping at Isloo Hawai Adda but they were rightly put into their place by the Saudis and other passenger ( back of the line!)

PS: And this paragon of virtue and pomposity, the Senior Chaudhri- " lazy - eyed " AKA 4 eyes that is ( And winner of International Awards- for his stance against "dictactor" Mush  ) was the Ex-Chief Justice Of Pakistan. Just shows what quality of people this society produces
