Historically Pakistan never exchanged high profile people like jathav, so this time also they may not exchange him for Zahir

A fat lot of good shaming Pakis has done. Pakis cannot be shamed, they have no shame emotion in their dna. We can well guess what Zahir was up to, just another day at the office - pushing fake notes, blowing up trains etc. These are the ******** who deny Osama's presence in their land, or ISI's involvement with 26/11.

If they touch Jadhav, I hope Zahir's family spends the next 30 years not knowing whether he is dead or alive.

Can and will India ever arrest any senior Paki afsar and put him up on trial and hang him. Naah!!
Pakis know and I know and you know that its never going to happen since we are followers of International decorum and norms.
What may happen is vacuum bulb explosion in Pakis GHQ or ISI Imaarat in near future assuming RAW has developed capabilities to carry out the same since Gujral-MMS shut down the whole humint ops.

PS: I wish India launches few Brahmos and sinks few hundred Paki sailors just as warning shots...

May be that is what PA wants. If he is a big fish or linked to 26/11, then PA wants to make sure he does not go on a trial and become a PR disaster for Pakis.

So it could be Yadav is not hanged as long as Habib is not public.

Another possibility is that Cheeni masters have commanded puki servants to annoy India (Kashmir election violence and Yadav,'s sentencing) as a response to Dalai Lama visiting Tawang.

PMSA vessel capsizes near Indian maritime border, four reported dead
Indian news agencies reported on Monday that four Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) officials reportedly drowned after their boat capsized near the International Maritime Border Line (IMBL).
PMSA boat was pursuing Indian fishermen near the international maritime border
after reportedly colliding with one of the fishing boats the PMSA boat capsized which resulted in the death of four of its crew.
PMSA spokesperson Commander Wajid Nawaz...categorically denied any collision and stated that the boat sank due to 'bad weather'
That would be a great loss of paki HS&D if it was ever accepted by the pakis that their TFTA naval vessel sank after colliding with a puny SDRE yindoo fishing boat. Sinking due to bad weather is shameful enough. Wonder how the Yindoo boats made it through the same bad weather, hainji?

100-year-old School building bulldozed in Karachi
https://arynews.tv/en/100-year-old-scho ... d-karachi/
KARACHI: Land mafia bulldozed around a 100-year-old building which was currently being used as a School in Soldier Bazar area of the city, apparently in a bid to occupy the land, ARY News reported on Monday.

The entire school building was razed to the ground by Land mafia in an overnight operation on Saturday. Jamaat Islami (JI)’s leader Muhammad Hussain Mehnati alleged that the land mafia with police backing demolished the building.
Excerpts from a 2013 Flickr album:
Jufelhurst was built in 1931, on the estate of Sybil D’Abreo, a Goan Catholic whose family had a long history in Karachi. D’Abreo ran the school herself, even naming it after her parents, Julia and Felix. Serving children from all religions, it survived partition, and was nationalized in 1974. Since then, the condition of the building has gradually deteriorated.
Why are so many keen to see the school knocked down? The answer from a group of alumni and school staff is unanimous: “valuable land”. The construction industry is incredibly lucrative, and the area around the school is filled with apartment blocks.

So what are the options on the table for GoI regarding Jadhav if Paki army decides to up the ante and kill him in cold blood ?
I don't think Paki Army is bluffing and this is Bajwa's way of announcing that he has arrived since like other Paki brown pant Jarnails, He could not start his inning with a dhamaka inside kaffir India.

Where are our WKK now ? Complete silence ?
How about inviting few more Paki actors/Cricketers/Singers to India on Friendship tours...Aaackhthoo!!!

Pakistan may not get $350 mn support from US for Haqqani network inaction
Pakistan may not get the remaining USD 350 million of the $900 million coalition support fund from the US as it has not done enough against the dangerous Haqqani terror network to get the required certification from the Defence Secretary, officials said.
As mandated by the Congress, the Pentagon has started the process of reviewing the steps being taken by Pakistan against the Haqqani network, which the US believes poses a grave threat to its forces in Afghanistan.
Notably, the Coalition Support Fund (CSF) authority is not security assistance, but reimbursements to key cooperating nations for logistical, military, and other support provided to US combat operations.
"Pakistan is the largest recipient of CSF reimbursements, receiving roughly USD 14 billion since 2002," he said, adding that CSF is just one component of America's broad and enduring partnership with Pakistan.

I believe the Yadav gambit is being played on the prodding of the Cheen. This is to counter and possibly outplay our Tawang gambit. However, it is as usual a tactically brilliant but strategically dumb gambit. Any change from the status quo, is bad for CPEC.

Update: Same news from an Indian perspective:

Three Pakistan marines die in Gujarat boat collision
Three Pakistan Marine Security Agency (PMSA) commandos died; two were rescued, while one has been reported missing, following an accident that took place around 10 nautical miles on the Indian side of the International Maritime Boundary line (IMBL) off Jhakhau coast on Monday. The Indian Coast Guard has issued an alert to Gujarat marine police regarding the missing Pak marine.
Indian Coast Guard (ICG) Ship "Arinjay", which had rushed to the accident spot for rescue operation, found bodies of the three Pakistani marine commandos who had drowned, and had handed them over to their Pakistan counterparts
"Two other Pak marine commandos who have been rescued and the three bodies have been handed over to PMSA,"
the ICG is searching for the remaining crew member of the PMSA boat in the sea
a fleet of PMSA boats had reportedly rushed into Indian waters
The PMSA is infamous for sailing into Indian waters and kidnapping Indian fishermen with their boats.
Why did ICG release the bodies of the dead commandos and the two live ones if they were captured in Indian waters? With the Jhadav matter brewing up, this was a dumb gesture by the Indians. They should have brought the pakis (dead and alive) back to an Indian court and charged them with illegally entering Indian territory with intentions to kidnap Indian citizens.

I personally believe this has nothing to do with the chinis, Tawang et al. Not this time, even though they may be advising the pakis on how to manage the situation.

This verdict of death penalty was suddenly rushed through after word leaked out that the idiot paki spy was abducted by the Indians in Nepal. Pakis have upped the ante and now will prefer a trade before the paki spy sings. My prediction is that two things will happen in the next week: 1) Jhadav will be let go on "humanitarian grounds" with a recorded confessional statement from him (you know how he is forever grateful to the loving people of bakistan who treated him like a brother...) and 2) Col. Shabir will show up in a remote Nepali hospital with concussion and temporary memory loss. The Indian government will thank the pakis and the pakis will thank the Nepalis. Shabir will go one to manning a personnel desk somewhere in 'pindi.

Somehow, I feel that the PA is deadly serious about executing Jadhav, for various reasons. A saner (relatively speaking of course) and old guy like Lt. Gen. Talat Masood is saying that Jadhav must be hanged. The ISI is working extra-hard. The Pakistani idea is to shrug-off its terrorism tag and implicate India as a terrorism-sponsoring country. It feels that its recent announcement of tackling all terror groups without discrimination is already accepted by the powers-that-be that its efforts are sincere. So, it wants to bring a sense of equality in disrepute so that India would be forced to climb down from its moral high-pedestal and initiate dialogue. Pakistan sees opportunity as Trump also wants to get involved moving away from traditional US position (a position that has been achieved by relentless Indian efforts at snubbing the US for decades for its eagerness to get involved) and China is already on its side. The rapidly deteriorating India-China relationship encourages the tactically brilliant Pakistanis. Pakistan has also been able to ramp up the troubles in the Kashmir Valley. It feels it is on a high.

Whether China is micro-managing this issue is anybody's guess. I doubt it though. But, the fact remains that China's unwavering support is emboldening Pakistan overall. Of course, the Chinese support for Pakistan is vastly different from the traditional US support to the same country because of the equations between India-US and India-China.

This PA Court verdict gives China a handle to claim in the UNSC 1267 committee next time around that both India and Pakistan accuse each other of terrorism and therefore it wouldn't be proper to include Maulana Masood Azhar alone into the list based merely on Indian inputs.

Either Pakistan believes that India will not escalate beyond making some noises or some cross-border raids (which, with some luck, Pakistan could portray as a Pakistani victory in case something goes wrong) or it feels that it can face India riding on Chinese shoulders.

Even given the hostiltiy between India-pak this is an extraordinary escalation by Pak. Its one thing to play the cloak and dagger spy/international game but to execute an ex-naval officer of India is ratcheting it up a lot higher. They returned POW even in war like Lt nachiket during kargil. There are sending a message to Modi. And India needs to respond and respond shortly for it to be taken with respect.

I am not sure what India's options are. Hard to overlook history, but there may be some tough talking by India, like after parliament attack, after 26/11, after Kargil etc, anf thereafter Indian will be made to back off through a combination of various forces. But with BJP in power, things may be different this time who knows. Next few days is going to be puke time watching Indian media, all the usual traitors doing equal equal and the need for talks bla bla. That is exactly Paki objective.

Guys, one thing to remember. TSP has done this escalation to provoke India and change the current stale mate of India ignoring TSP like plague. Their goal is to create a lot of harakiri and make India climb down. One must not lose sight of this. Of course, Indian govt has no control over the likes of its traitors and elites on DDM, as also "sooth Asian experts" and their SDRE side kicks in US/UK who will now get their 15 mins of fame doing equal equal or blame ModiJi and his "extremist govt" for the impasse. But come what may, India cannot back down and repeat what happened many times before, huff and puff and then start talks with TSP. This is TSP's objective and India should not fall for it. Easy for me to pontificate, but India must make some move maybe diplomatically to up the ante on its side and make TSP (and its 3.5) squirm.

was this posted..pakis being pakis and indians being indians

http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/new ... 129057.cms
In the incident, the captured Indian fishermen who were being taken to Karachi saved two PMSA officers after one of the small fast Pakistani boats collided with an Indian fishing boat and capsized in Indian waters, sources said. The Indian Coast Guard retrieved the bodies of three of the four other Pakistani personnel who drowned in the incident and returned them to PMSA, they said. Meanwhile, the PMSA released seven boats and around 60 fishermen last night as a reciprocal gesture for saving the lives of Pakistani officers, National Fishworkers Forum secretary Manish Lodhari said.

It was an attempt to capture Indian fishermen that turned into a tragedy for Pakistan Maritime Security Agency which entered the Indian waters up to 10 nautical miles, a source familiar with the incident said. "Around 10 boats were fishing in the area when PMSA rounded them up in the high seas. When they were taking them to Karachi, one of their small fast boats collided with one of the Indian fishing boats and capsized in Indian waters," the source said.

Two of the Pakistani officers were saved by Indian fishermen who were in captivity of PMSA at that time, the source said. The two rescued persons went back to the Pakistan side with their other officers and the captured boats, he said. However, four PMSA personnel in the capsized vessel went missing in waters, he said. An Indian fishing boat, identified as "Mehnoor", too got damaged and suffered a breakdown, he said. Later, the PMSA released an Indian fisherman and asked him to head to the Indian coast towing away the damaged boat. All the other fishermen were taken away by the Pakistani authorities at that time.

On learning about the incident, Indian Coast Guard (ICG) ship 'Arinjay', which was stationed at Okha, rushed to the site. The Coast Guard started its operation in the sea late Sunday night and has so far recovered three bodies from Indian waters while search is still on for the remaining one. They said the Coast Guard handed over the bodies of the Pakistanis to the PMSA yesterday. Lodhari also claimed that Indian fishermen spotted the three bodies in the sea and then handed them over to Indian Coast Guard "Earlier, we received reports that PMSA had captured seven boats and 42 fishermen. However, there were actually 10 boats and 60 fishermen in that area. Since our fishermen saved lives of their officers and recovered the bodies, PMSA decided to release the 60 odd fishermen yesterday," Lodhari told PTI.

"Out of the 10 boats, two (including a damaged boat and another one towing it) had reached Jakhau yesterday with one fisherman while one is still lying unattended in Pakistani waters. Efforts are on by ICG to take its custody," he said. Though it has been almost two days since the incident, there was no official statement from the Indian Coast Guard yet. All the officials of NorthWest command here remained tight lipped and refused to share any details. The incident has come to light amid fresh strain in IndoPak ties over Pakistan's provocative move to give death sentence to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav on charges of spying.

Last month, nearly 231 Indian fishermen were captured by Pakistan authorities and their 40 boats seized from the Indian waters.

Sajeed Muneer: Pakistani Spy Abandoned by ISI in India, Feeding off Indian Taxpayers' Money: IDRW
A Pakistan military court may have passed the death sentence on alleged Indian spy Khulbushan Jhadav, but Bhopal police has been feeding and sheltering Pakistani spy Sajeed Muneer for almost a year after his release from jail. Sajeed Muneer was jailed for 12 years for espionage but after his release, Pakistan did not respond to extradition requests by the Indian government. By default, he became Bhopal police’s responsibility and the district special branch (DSB) has been taking care of him for 10 months now. He is kept at a place near Koh-e-Fiza police station, one of the most picturesque locations of the City of Lakes, and DSB pays for his food and other necessities, say officers. Bhopal Police has repeatedly written to the police HQ to get his deportation process expedited but to no avail. Last week itself, the DSB sent another reminder to take up the issue with the ministry of external affairs so that the Pakistani spy is out of their hands. “Sajeed was released from jail on June 5 after 12 years of imprisonment for spying on Army bases in Bhopal for ISI,” said a police officer. Sajeed was arrested in Bhopal in 2004 following specific intelligence inputs while carrying confidential defence documents. Investigations revealed that Muneer was lured by ISI while he was on a hideout after a murder case. He had murdered a Karachi youth to avenge his brother’s murder. While running away from the Karachi police he came in contact with an ISI officer who offered him a deal. Pak intelligence officer promised to save him from Karachi police if was ready to work for him in India.
