Pakistan's Dirty Linen - Relationship With Iran, Relationship With Saudi- Being Washed In Ankara , Turkee

Pakistan-Iran relations discussed in Ankara

Pakistan’s ties with Saudi Arabia and Iran’s relations with India has made the Islamabad-Tehran relations complicated, Umer Karim, a doctoral researcher at Birmingham University, said Wednesday in Ankara. Speaking at a roundtable discussion on Iran-Pakistan relations organized by the Center for Iranian Studies in Ankara (IRAM), ( blessings of the Paki Govt ?) Karim said that Pakistan historically has strong ties with Saudi Arabia and has also been very close to Iran.
“But Iran is not a strategic partner of Pakistan as Saudi Arabia is,” said Karim who is a doctoral researcher focusing on Saudi foreign policy, decision making and its implications for the politics and security of the middle east.Sunni Saudia is "using" Pakistan to needle Shia Iran . And the best part of it is, that the Pakis are pretending that it is not happening !
“Iran’s relation with India and Pakistan’s ties with Saudi Arabia has made the Iran-Pakistan relations more omplicated.” rocket scientist conclusion :D
He mentioned that Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline was a significant project to develop good relations with Iran, but the U.S. and Saudi administrations have been pressuring Islamabad to abandon the project. “And now the project is neither abandoned nor constructed. So, it will probably be abandoned by Tehran,” Karim said. Never trust the Pakis to honour a promise, honour an agreement- verbal or written. Not only this instance, but many other abound ( UN Kashmir resolution, Simla Agreement , verbal promise to help Saudia in Yemen by sending Paki Army ,are some !)
Regarding the recent Saudi-led blockade against Qatar, Karim noted that Pakistan was “the most sincere actor in the region”.“Not only Pakistani government but its army too wants the issue be resolved,” he added. So, it can claim its (undeserved ) role as the leading Ummah Power !

I brotesht !!!
Why bakistan importing Chai and Paan from kufr countries?
All that the awam wants is a fix first thing in the morning no?

Pakistan should gradually transiton to domestically produced hashish as import substitution. I am 400% sure that awam will be 800% happier. This can even become El Bakistan's number 1 export, replacing IT / NSA services

PS: IT = International Tourism
NSA=Non Social Actors

Pakjabi Sexism Cum Chauvinism On Display In The National Assembly Of The Islamic Republic Of Pakiland

Sexism in the corridors of power
By: Nazia Memon

I have a doubt that Khawaja Asif Federal Defence Minister has been working as the builder who have possessions with building machinery like tractor trolley and dumper but he is not the builder like “Bob” Abdul ! because Bob Abdul the builder emphasizes conflict resolutions and Khawaja Asif like to create conflicts with opponent parties,Bob’s Abdul catchphrase is “Can we fix it?” but federal Defence Ministers motive is “can we dig it”, with his own damped, sick mentality he may think that he’s politically correct to criticize another political parties workers but why he won’t dare to call any men tractor trolley and dumper? However, the mural goes beyond showing how brazenly shame gets used as a political tactic. It also shows how the people most concerned with women’s bodies are the most unconcerned about actual politics itself.

Analogy should reflect the Ideology of Pakistan and not kuffar Ideology
Federal Defence Mnister of Pakistan and PML-N stalwart( and "Fake News" Minister ) Khawaja Asif appeared to ridicule the current political defections to the PTI and in contrast the efficiency of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif with that of PTI Chairman Imran Khan  . The Defence Minister, did not target the male politicians joining the party and instead went on to cast slurs against the female politician, While targeting Imran Khan he have brought to display yet again his chauvinistic and misogynist approach to show how sheepish he can be to target women politician in his recent tweet. Loathsome and revolting comments against Shireen Mazari and Firdous Ashiq Awan are inexcusable. Don't blame the "Hon Minister". He is just following "The Book", which states many times that men and women are not equal. The Book is rigourously followed to a T in Saudia
When politicians give voice to the ugliest forms of sexism, it is especially important. This (change in attitude) is commendable, but in to implement this, first the Mullahs ( not only of Pakistan, but the whole world ) will have to edit The Book to suit to modern times . As yet, in the 21st century they are not interested in this "project"
Almost exactly a year ago, Khawaja Asif subjected Mazari to the same offensive language during a National Assembly session, last year in Ramazan National Assembly witnessed a boisterous and clamorous situation during the session when federal minister used violent and un-parliamentary words for the senior PTI leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Shireen Mazari. The obnoxious remarks were condemned by the Opposition members, forcing Speaker Ayaz Sadiq to expunge those words from the Assembly proceedings. This insulting attitude of a sitting minister is in absolute contrast to the universal democratic norms and values but he is not the only one in his party who has made an unpleasant remarks about women lawmakers, the remarks are a candid manifest of dictatorial mindset of the parliamentarians belonging to the PMLN especially Khawaja Asif, who is fond of passing such insulting remarks as routine. You cannot teach an "old dog" like Khawaji new tricks !
Pakistan has ratified international covenants and conventions regarding the protection and granting of rights of the women, but on the other hand its parliamentarians are bulldozing human values.
Male politicians must end their sexist, immodest ways, such brazen sexism shows that nowhere in the world have we come as far as we thought – or hoped – on equality, or even human decency. The parliamentary community must speak out against sexism and harassment and make clear that it cannot be tolerated as the price to be paid for women’s political involvement.“Little has changed, the women lament and we are still a long way from real equality. It’s a constant fight”. It will also be a long, long, fight. But the first step must be to do "something" about THE BOOK

Exclusive: Judge admits to take bribe for acquitting Axact CEO

A case was filed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against the Axact CEO Shoaib Sheikh accusing him of sending Rs.270 million to Dubai through the illegal hundi system. However, the court, after hearing FIA officials, declared all charges against the accused null and void.On August 15, the Axact CEO and 13 others were granted bail in fake degrees case by the Sindh High Court. Justice Iqbal Kalhoro approved the bail plea against a surety bond of Rs500,000 each after hearing arguments from both parties.
The Axact scandal surfaced in May last year when The New York Times published a report that claimed the company sold fake diplomas and degrees online through hundreds of fictitious schools, making “tens of millions of dollars annually”. There were other reports which speculated that Dawood Ebrahim ( and the Deep State ) were behind Axact and BOL
At the time of his arrest, Sheikh was planning to launch a private television channel and had recruited journalists and supporting staff for it. During the course of arguments before ADSJ Memon, Raja Rizwan Abbasi, the counsel for the Axact CEO, maintained that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) could not produce any substantial evidence against the accused.
Is not the FIA in the pocket of The Deep State
Now a district and sessions judge in Islamabad, confessed to taking a bribe in the Axact fake degree case and acquitting Shoaib Sheikh in return.According to a show-cause notice issued, Judge Pervaiz-ul-Qadir Memon of the District and Sessions Court admitted to taking a bribe from Axact CEO Shoaib Sheikh in the Axact fake degree case and acquitting him in return on 31st October 2016.As per the show-cause notice, Pervaiz-ul-Qadir admitted to taking the bribe in front of the Promotion Committee.Proceedings of the case will be conducted tomorrow as judge Pervaiz-ul-Qadir has been suspended. A response has been sought from the judge by the end of 14 days. Pakistan "justice" is a sham

Putin made no offer to Nawaz Sharif to play mediator: India, Russia - Indrani Bagchi, ToI
India and Russia have together denied that Russian President Vladimir Putin had suggested to Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif that he could mediate between India and Pakistan.

Responding to questions, ministry of external affairs spokesperson Gopal Baglay said, "No offer of mediation between India and Pakistan was made by Russia to India.

It is my understanding that Russia is very well aware of India's consistent position to address all outstanding issues with Pakistan bilaterally in an environment free of terrorism and violence."

It started with a report in the Pakistan media, which was followed by the Pakistan foreign office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria officially welcoming the Russian "offer" of mediation.

According to them, this was part of the conversation between Nawaz Sharif and Putin in Astana, on the sidelines of the SCO summit.

On Thursday, however, the Russian embassy in India denied there was any such move.

According to Russian officials here, "According to our information, this aspect was not discussed at the meeting in Astana and no statement in this regard was ever made by President Putin." Pakistan attempted to put this out as a sign that Russia was changing its stance vis-a-vis this region, particularly being more sensitive towards Pakistan.

It has not been an easy summer for Pakistan. First Nawaz Sharif travelled to Riyadh to be the first South Asian leader to meet US President Donald Trump. However, Trump refused to meet him. In Astana, Sharif suffered the ignominy of not getting a bilateral with Pakistan's chief benefactor, Chinese President Xi Jinping.

In fact, Sharif 's "non-meeting" with Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been the most important so far. Pakistan has been pushing both India and all its other interlocutors to get New Delhi to restart the bilateral dialogue. India has so far refused.

Pak Media is reporting (spinning) that ICJ has dealt some kind of minor blow to India by rejecting an Indian request for more time in the proceedings related to Kulbushan Jadhav. The News and Dawn have reports on it, but I've not seen it on Indian media. Take with big grain of salt as it is Pak saying that ICJ wrote to them to advise they had denied an Indian request. This type of reporting is similar to the debunked reports of Putin offering to mediate.

Powers that be in bakiland appear to be thinking on such lines on Jadhav
Revelations galore

For those who are squeamish about the death penalty, sources say the state has no intention of stringing up Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian national arrested in Balochistan in March last year, on charges of spying. It’s been our position that Jadhav is a serving commander in the Indian Navy who was involved in subversive activity inside Pakistan. The Indians have recognized Jadhav as a former naval officer but deny any links with him and maintain that he took premature retirement and was possibly “abducted” from Iran. In April this year, Jadhav was sentenced to death by a military court, a verdict that the Indians have appealed in the International Court of Justice. Our mole has says that Jadhav has been singing in custody and has revealed the names and coordinates of many of his “collaborators”, leading to arrests across the country. Importantly, it was Jadhav who outed a large number of Baloch rebels which enabled the state to raid their hideouts and bring them in. Our mole says Jadhav’s “debriefing” continues to be revelatory, and the thinking is he’s more useful alive.

Aamer Sohail accuses Pakistan of 'fixing' their way to Champions Trophy final

NEW DELHI: Fixing claims seem to have returned to mar Pakistan cricket. Former captain Aamer Sohail has vaguely accused the team of making it to the final of the ICC Champions Trophy on the basis of "external forces". During an interview to a Pakistan news channel, the former opener has said that the team should not be flying too high, because if they're in the final, it's because "they were supposed to".

"We will congratualte you when you play well but we'll also criticise you when you don't. They [Pakistan team] should not be flying too high on their success at the moment because we know that they've been 'brought' to this position", Sohail said.

After a dismal show against India in the Group B match, Pakistan scripted a terrific turnaround and went on to beat Sri Lanka, South Africa, and then England in the first semi-final on Monday. India then beat Bangladesh to set up a mouth-watering final against their arch-rivals.

Sohail however, did not say anything beyond that, something that has left everyone puzzled. What was interesting to notice was that sharing the screen space with Sohail was Pakistan great Javed Miandad, who did not counter the claims of his former team-mate.

Atul Wassan, former India cricketer and a common figure as an analysit, ridiculed Sohail's claims saying that "Such incomplete statements" mean nothing. However, considering Pakistan's history in fixing, the claims cannot be entirely ruled out. Three of their players - Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt - were guilty of match-fixing during the 2010 tour of England and were penalised accordingly.

It has also been widely claimed over the years that crime lord and underworld don Dawood Ibrahim had a role in determining the outcomes of Pakistan's matches in the late 80s and early 90s.

Yet Another Sindhi Hindu Girl Kidnapped And Forced To Marry A [Syed] Muslim

'Forced conversion' of minor creates uproar in Thar's Hindu community
The alleged abduction and conversion of a minor Hindu girl in Thar has triggered a wave of anger and indignation among members of the area's Hindu community.
Ravita Meghwar, 16, had allegedly been abducted by men from the Syed ( honorific to indicate direct descendant of The Prophet !) community of Wanharo village near Nagarparkar, Thar, on June 6th.Yesterday (Thursday), the girl, along with 'husband' Nawaz Ali Shah, had met with local journalists in Umerkot to 'inform' them of her consent in both embracing Islam and her marriage.
She claimed to have embraced Islam in the presence of Pir Mohammad Ayub Jan Farooqui, an Islamic preacher, near the Samarro town of Umerkot district." Pirs" and "Fakirs" are found "dime a dozen" in Pakiland !. These charlatans are "more active" in Sind Province !
On Friday, the girl once again claimed to journalists in Islamkot that she had not been kidnapped but had eloped with Shah. She also demanded protection for both herself and her husband. ( This kind of scenario has happened before also !) However, the Hindu community, along with the girl's family, has insisted that she was kidnapped and forced to convert. Satram Das Meghwar, Ravita's father, has alleged that influential members of the Syed community had kidnapped his daughter after giving sleeping pills to the family.
He alleged that despite frequent appeals, Thar police avoided tracing the girl till she was forced to convert.According to the marriage certificate issued by the preacher, a copy of which is available with Dawn, "The girl is eighteen years old, can marry the person of her choice and her Islamic name is Gulnar". However, according her primary school certificate, available with Dawn, Ravita was born on July 14, 2001. In Pakistan, the Marriage Certificate issued by the Mullah is considered more authentic than the Certificate of Birth . Case is therefore closed !
Scores of people have also taken to social media to condemn the incident and demand a probe into the incident. They have also questioned the validity of the marriage certificate issued by the cleric, who they claim is a controversial personality and has been involved in many such cases.PPP Senator from Thar Engineer Gyanchand has also expressed his anger and indignation over the issue. An FIR was registered on the girl's request at the Dano Dhandal police station against four persons — Syed Nawaz Ali Shah, Syed Noor Ali Shah, Mohammad Nohrio Junejo and Sher Ali Junejo — on Thursday night. The station house officer of Dano Dhandal police station, Mubarak Rajar, has said that the couple had submitted an application in Sindh High Court, seeking 'protection' from the girl's parents and other relatives. In the end, nothing will happen !. And the same kind of "drama" will be repeated somewhere else soon !

Election Commission Of Pakistan ( ECP) Whitewash : Accepted As Filed

Nawaz owns Rs1.62 bn assets, Imran Rs1.4 bn: ECP releases asset details of parliamentarians

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif owns assets of Rs1.62 billion, including Raiwind Jati Umra property with estimated value put at Rs4 million, as per the statement of assets and liabilities of legislators, released by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif received more than Rs230 million from his son Hussain Nawaz from abroad, according to his asset details of 2016. Nawaz Sharif’s Upper Mall, Lahore, property is worth over Rs250 million. Moreover, he owns Rs7 million worth of furniture, Rs5 million worth of animals and birds the so-called"private zoo" and three cars and two tractors (onlee !) as well. How many "servants" does he "own" His spouse Kulsoom Nawaz owns jewellery worth Rs1.5 million. The prime minister neither owns property abroad nor has invested outside the country.
 who is the author of this "novel" !
The fortunes of the prime minister and presently his top rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan are not much different. Imran owns assets worth more than Rs1.4 billion and he also does not possess assets outside Pakistan.Imran’s much-talked about Banigala residence has estimated value of Rs750 million and has been declared as a ‘gift’ in his statement of assets and liabilities submitted to the ECP. The ‘Khan House’ office of the PTI Chairman Imran is priced at Rs5.9 million, while Rs6.9 million is the worth of the boundary wall of Imran’s Banigala residence.Likewise, Imran’s family home in Zaman Park, Lahore, is worth Rs290.60 million. Moreover, he has invested over Rs40 million in various schemes, owns furniture worth Rs0.6 million and four goats worth Rs0.2 million. Ganja has a "private zoo" , while Immy has only "four goats". Aam Abduls will draw the necessary conclusions
Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar owns assets worth over Rs580 million. He also possesses arms worth Rs23,000. ( avid hunter  ) Dar owns no property abroad.
The total value of assets of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s son Hamza Shahbaz is more than Rs350 million while Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has assets worth over Rs47 million. JUI-Fazl’s chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman is the owner of assets worth more than Rs6.4 million, whereas prime minister’s son-in-law Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar has assets valued at Rs14.2 million.National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq owns assets worth more than Rs190 million while Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah owns assets worth Rs30 million. Like an FIR Report, the ECP is "very factual". No editorialization permitted !

Reading into the Pressler amendment - Mohtarma Rabia Akhtar, Daily Times

More and more confirmation of the US help to Pakistan in its efforts to acquire nuclear weapons. What was very obvious to us two decades back is getting confirmed brick-by-brick.

In an article I wrote for daily Dawn, I contended that the language used in the Pressler amendment — a Pakistan-specific non-proliferation legislation passed by the United States Congress in 1985 — was vague and imprecise enough to be open to interpretation. The amendment had stated that Pakistan was not to be provided any military or technology equipment unless the US president certified that it was not in ‘possession’ of a nuclear explosive device and that the economic or military assistance provided to the country would aim at significantly reducing such an eventuality.

My interpretation of ‘innuendos’ in the amendment’s language was based on the definition of the term ‘possession’ in a US State Department report.

In his response to my article, former Senator Larry Pressler, the author of the amendment, held that the language of the amendment was not nebulous, and, since he wrote the amendment, he knew exactly what it meant. Unfortunately, neither the Reagan nor the Bush administrations cared much for Mr Pressler’s understanding of the word ‘possession’ when they certified Pakistan’s ‘non-possession’ status.

Under Reagan, the State Department interpreted the amendment to suit its foreign policy agenda of ‘continuation of economic and military aid to Pakistan’. President Reagan provided three consecutive certifications in 1985, 1986 and 1987 on Pakistan’s non-possession of nuclear explosive devices. Later in 1989, the Bush administration provided the fourth and the last Pressler certification.

Against this backdrop, Mr Pressler needs to learn a lifelong lesson that one can control what they write but they cannot control how the writing will be interpreted.

The US State Department officially defined ‘possession’ of nuclear weapons and published the definition in minutes of the House Foreign Affairs Committee hearings in 1987. It read as follows:

“In assessing the question of ‘possession’ under Section 620 E (e), two considerations are key to recognising that the President must make any ultimate judgement. First, the statutory standard is whether Pakistan possesses a nuclear explosive device, not whether Pakistan is attempting to develop or has developed various relevant capacities. Formulations that would have required certification of the absence of activities relevant for the development of a nuclear explosive device were rejected by the Congress in favour of the current statutory language requiring certification of non-possession.

A distinction must therefore be drawn between the ability to achieve possession of a nuclear explosive device, and actual possession of such a device. Second, a state may possess a nuclear explosive device, and yet maintain it in an unassembled form for safety reasons or to maintain effective command and control over its use or for other purposes. The fact that a state does not have an assembled device would not, therefore, necessarily mean that it does not possess a device under the statutory standard. A judgement concerning possession can only be made upon an evaluation of all relevant facts and circumstances of a particular case.”

This understanding of ‘possession’ of nuclear explosive devices clearly provided the benefit of doubt to Pakistan.
And it has been enough for certifications to be provided and aid to flow in.

As much as Pressler et al wished the amendment to scare Pakistan into submission — it did not. The only requirement from Pakistan by the Reagan administration was nuclear assurance on ‘non-possession’ and by the Bush administration on ‘low uranium enrichment levels’. In order to preserve its national interest, Pakistan provided those assurances. Mr Pressler calls that ‘lying and misbehaving’. But it would be lying if the other party was kept in the dark. In this case, it was mutual reprieve. Pakistan’s lying was smart, deliberate and acceptable to the Reagan administration as long as the latter was not embarrassed before the world.

Senator Pressler’s papers are not yet available in the public domain but there is plenty of archival material in the John Glenn archives in the Ohio State University on the subject — since Senator Glenn wrote extensively about the Pressler amendment in his papers and floor speeches.

For the scholars of US non-proliferation policy, Pakistan appears to be an outlier which is conveniently sidelined as an anomaly. But my in-depth research on the subject covering five US administrations from Ford to Bill Clinton suggests that Pakistan secured nuclear capability as a result of deliberate US foreign policy choices. And this policy persisted even after the end of the Cold War.

Those who have made Pakistan the poster child of nuclear proliferation shame the country by invoking AQ Khan, time and again. Interestingly, there is no evidence from any of the five presidential archives I have visited to suggest that any administration reprimanded Pakistan for AQ Khan’s procurements between 1974 and 2001.The US had intel on AQ Khan and his clandestine activities since the late 1970s. Over the next two decades, there is nothing that AQ Khan did that was not in the knowledge of the US intelligence community. But despite grave concerns, the intelligence on AQ Khan was never used as a leverage to restrain Pakistan’s nuclear weapon development.

Mr Pressler, it’s time to accept that the executive branch in the US lacked the intention to make non-proliferation a national priority, with respect to Pakistan. The latter simply benefitted from this policy choice.

How Pakistan funds separatists, stone-pelters in Kashmir through illegal barter trade at LoC
The NIA has told the government that slush funds generated from the cross-border barter trade between 2010-2011 and 2015-16 amount to at least Rs 500 crore.
An Amritsar-based million dollar business, a thriving trading house in downtown Srinagar and another in Old Delhi are among many now being probed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for 'bankrolling' separatists and stone throwers in the Valley using slush funds generated through the border-barter trade.
The NIA has told the government that slush funds generated from the cross-border barter trade between 2010-2011 and 2015-16 amount to at least Rs 500 crore.
Estimates of slush funds, however, differ. "It is about Rs 800 crore a year," says Apresh Garg, the whistle-blower who also runs a thriving pan-India business.
In 2009-10, when under-invoiced goods from Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK) flooded markets in India - a violation of the border-barter trade since goods should be traded locally - Apesh Grag, a Delhi based businessman, raised an alarm.
It wasn't taken seriously. Goods are bartered between India and Pakistan. Money doesn't change hands. But an equal value of goods is traded to balance-out the books.
HOW THE ILLEGAL TRADE IS CARRIED OUT
"Much of the consignments coming from Pakistan are under-declared in terms of value. These are sold in the open market in India. A truck carrying nine tonnes of goods declares only eight tonnes. The money generated by selling the excess one tonne finds its way to separatist leaders," a senior police officer said. "The description of goods is also concealed - high value items are declared as local produce. We suspect Pakistani agencies are paying traders across the border to make up for the shortfall or are directly involved in the trade," he added. Investigations have revealed gross irregularities.
'END BARTER TRADE'
For instance, trucks carrying goods from Pakistan are not weighed. "Over-declaration of quantity of goods being exported from Pakistan becomes easy. There are no scanners on either side, as a result of which, it is impossible to say what goods are being transported," the officer said. Goods are bartered between India and Pakistan through two designated routes - Uri-Muzaffarabad and Poonch-Rawalakot.
These routes were opened for trade in October 2008 after a gap of 61 years. A select list of 21 items - mainly local produce such as carpets, handloom, fruits - can be traded through these points.
There are no customs checks as setting up a check point validates the Line of Control (LoC) as the border between India and Pakistan and legitimises Pakistan's claims over PoK. Top sources said security agencies have suggested doing away with the barter trade. "We have advised that barter trade should be discontinued. Instead, it should be a normal trade with proper customs barriers. And in 2016, after separatists and stone throwers locked Jammu & Kashmir down, chief minister Mehbooba Mufti also recommended the same. The government is seriously considering this," said Rakesh Gupta, president of Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Ganja Sharif Spins An " Unbelievable Yarn" To The So-Called JIT During A Pakistani Prime Minister's First Ever Appearance Before Such A Commission

Inside story of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's JIT questioning

The prime minister told the JIT that by focusing on the family business, that too decades old, they were wasting their own as well as the nation’s time. He told the JIT that such questions even could not be asked under the law of the land. The prime minster, the sources said, told the JIT that if they had any question that related to corruption, kickbacks and commissions during his rule, there he would be in a position to respond. ( He has "vast experience" in this dept !
The sources said that in his written statement that the PM read before the JIT, all his assets were reflected in his income tax returns and wealth reconciliation statements. He said that he had been a shareholder or director in one or more companies established by his father but for the last three decades, he had not been a director in any of these companies.
[b]The prime minister, the sources said, shared his tax documents with the JIT and insisted that he did not own anything other than those mentioned in his tax returns.
So, contrary to earlier speculation, "everything" he mouthed to the JIT was accepted by them as face value, in view of the prestige and the dignity of the" PM Office" .
The sources said that the JIT was told by the prime minister that he had been actively involved in politics since 1981. And non-actively involved - through his cronies, family, minions & assorted goondas in the lucrative # 2 dhanda

Paki Cricketer Wahab Riaz Has Been Put Up for Sale on eBay for $1

Wahab Riaz Has Been Put Up for Sale on eBay for $1

If you thought getting smacked around the cricket ground or being ruled out of one of the biggest ODI events was the worst that could happen to Wahab Riaz, you were mistaken.Pakistan’s unreliable fast bowler has been put up for sale on eBay with a price tag of only AU$1 and buyers seem to be interested in the auction. The auction listing was published by an Australian citizen who goes by the profile name mrdenn1s on eBay and “DennisCricket_ (Hindustan Zindabad)” on Twitter. The seller seems frustrated by Wahab Riaz’s inconsistent performances and his failure to have a positive impact in Pakistan’s matches. Slave Auctions are now only legal in Saudia Arabia and Sudan, both Islamic countries !
The description on the ad says. WAHAB RIAZ – I don’t need him anymore. Some wear and tear. (but engine in good condition!- can be checked out in private !) Hairy. Bought Wahab in 2008 hoping he could win matches for Pakistan. He can intimidate Shane Watson but can’t get them out. The ad listing has been removed from the popular auction website but during the short time that it was accessible, around 50 bids were placed on Wahab Riaz. By then, the price had gone up to about AU$ 610. Any buyers from Saudia and Sudan ; shipping and handling extra
Wahab hasn’t been in the best of form lately and getting pummeled by Indian batsmen in the all-important Champions Trophy opener didn’t help his cause. He got injured in the same game and was forced to return to Pakistan after being replaced by Rumman Raees in the 15 man squad. We hope this doesn’t discourage him from working hard and regaining his spot in the international side. Is he still working for Dawood Ebrahim's gambling racket

More and more confirmation of the US help to Pakistan in its efforts to acquire nuclear weapons. What was very obvious to us two decades back is getting confirmed brick-by-brick.

More than the US its China which provided direct maliciously intended nukes to pakistan.

More than the US its India which failed to bomb the crap out of paki nuke assembly site like Israel did in syria and iraq

US did perfectly fine looking after her own interests, really shame is on us that this sunni kabila is flaunting the islamic bomb to us for this long

P.I.A Is The Standard For "Low Performance" According To This Fun Article By A Paki Newspaper :D

‘It’s not like we’re PIA,’ says Qatar Airways

DOHA – Qatar Airways struck a defiant tone and vowed to continue functioning as an airlines, even as its state owner gets punished by neighboring countries in an escalating political standoff, until its levels deteriorate to a point where it has to compare itself with the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). The Persian Gulf’s second-largest carrier, Qatar Airways,is looking introduce a record number of 24 destinations in the next year, as it looks to fly away from any comparisons with PIA.
“I am extremely disappointed,” Qatar Airways Chief Executive Officer Akbar Al Baker said in an interview with The Dependent. “There’s all this talk of a crisis at our end. I ask where is it? It’s not like we’re PIA.” Al Baker’s words represent a marked change of tone after Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates last suspended ties with Qatar. It’s the first time the Qatar-based airlines has compared itself to the Pakistani national air carrier all the while, shunning those very differences.
“Four neighbouring countries do not define who we are,” Al Baker further said while talking to The Dependent. “And they definitely do not make us comparable to PIA. Who on earth started those comparisons?” When asked the Qatar Airways CEO said the airlines does not intend to smuggle drugs to make ends meet amidst a potential economic crisis. “We might overstuff our flights to generate more revenue, asking some of the passengers to stand up – but that’s the lowest we can go,” he maintained. The Dependent. If some reports are to be believed, PIA does not discourage - on their long haul flights, like Hajj - the cooking of biryani and nihari -for passengers who prefer home made food. Passengers are "encouraged" to bring their own utensils and of course the stoves

Falijee wrote:Yet Another Sindhi Hindu Girl Kidnapped And Forced To Marry A [Syed] Muslim

If ever India or world bombs Pakistan, I wish max bombs to hit this Land of so called 'Sufis' which is Sindh.
May worst ever drought hit Sindh for decades together and Punabi Army treats them like the $hit they are..

The So-Called Ehtaram- E- Ramzan Ordinance Is Many Ways Similar To The Recent Appearance Of Nawaz Sharif At The So-Called JIT Committee :D

The rich man’s Ramzan… But some rozaadaar are more equal than others. “By all means, implement this ordinance. But dare to implement it uniformly.”
There is something I must confess. This column is being penned at 4:00 pm at an upscale café at a 5-star hotel. This café is fully open, as are all restaurants in this hotel, even though we’re nearly three hours away from iftar time. The Roza- Shoza "business" is for the Aam Abduls onlee who are "hooked on religion " ( Karl Marx ) !
Seated at a table in the garden, I begin my research on Ehtaram-e-Ramzan ordinance. A recent amendment unanimously adopted by the Senate Standing Committee on Religious Affairs has expanded the law, and introduced harsher penalties. Any person who consumes food or beverage openly in public space, may be sentences to up to 3 months of imprisonment. Hotels serving food during fasting hours may also be punished. Like everything else in Pakistan, laws are on paper onlee :D
Ready to order, sir?” the waiter inquires. I draw my eyes away from my laptop to meet his. With a smile, I ask him if he could come back later. The waiter nods and moves to another table. The restaurant is full
I take a moment to examine the customers around me. The café, like all other restaurants of its kind in opulent hotels, claims to remain open all day long during Ramzan for travellers and non-Muslims. I pause to wonder if I’m surrounded completely by travellers, non-Muslims, and sick people, and decide that that would be highly unlikely. By then, I’d already read through the Ehtaram-e-Ramzan ordinance 1981, and found no such exemption from a legal standpoint. This café would have been exempted, had it been located in a hospital or a dining car of a train.
One wonders if this is one of those dormant laws that exist only on paper, but are rarely used to prosecute anyone. Surely even the most honourable and disciplined of police officers might recognise that chasing down a man for allegedly eating a pakora before sunset, is a task that somewhat trivialises his worthy profession. It all depends on who you are . If you are hauled into a police thana, you will get the third degree. If you are in an a/c room like Ganja Sharif , you will be treated with "kid gloves"
I continue my research. I discover that only two weeks ago, four people were arrested in Rawalpindi near Pirwadhai area for eating publicly during fasting hours. The owner of “Al-Madina Birney Shop” was found to be selling food to hungry citizens by policemen patrolling the area. This alleged consumption or sale of biryani, I assume from the name of the shop, was not ignored by our diligent police officers, who then booked the violators under this ordinance.A little baksheesh would have solved the problem on the spot !
“Ready, sir?” the waiter asked me again, this time a little less politely. I realised I was being nudged into violating section 3 of this ordinance as a price for keeping my table at this serene café. I skirted this potential legal issue by ordering an overpriced sandwich to be packed, not served. I figured I’d eat it later at home for iftar. Customer is obviously a RAPE not an Aam Abdul !
returned to my work, ignoring the irritating clattering of silverware around me. I took a few minutes to chat with my friend about the café being open during fasting hours. My friend argued that the hotel attracts a lot of ‘foreigners’, which is why it is understandable why they’d keep the restaurants open. Understandable to him perhaps, but inconceivable to me; because clearly even foreigners are subject to Pakistani law while on Pakistani soil, and cannot evade punishment except for in the rare circumstance of possessing diplomatic immunity. And even if the foreigner cannot be arrested, I doubt the Pakistani proprietor, manager, server, and owner of this restaurant is immune from section 4 of the ordinance. In Pakistan, this problem is "solved" by throwing in some money or throwing in some Names
This isn’t new. The elite make laws that they do not have to abide by. Politicians and celebrities who support the Ehtaram-e-Ramzan ordinance to the roaring approval of a growingly religious public, can do so with the assurance that they’d never be subjected to this regulation.( like PM Sharif at the JIT !)They can make or amend any religious law, and then retreat to their luxurious enclaves in Islamabad to munch upon a club sandwich made with the finest organic ingredients, never having to worry about the rules they themselves put into place. Those rules are for Al-Madni Birney Shop at Pirwadhai. Those rules are for middle-class restaurants in Saddar.
But that’s not what I’m arguing against for now. By all means, implement this ordinance. But dare to implement it uniformly. There can be no democratic law-making, while the upper class is immune to the effects of its own laws. Ganja Sharif should take "due note"

Since Qatari price holds the key to Ganja walking away from JIT and Jernail Bajwa is 3/4 Qadiani , What will Saudi do? Arrange a coup once Bajwa's term end. In Pictures released i press, Saudi King look really disappointed and angry with Paki Slaves. Both Sharif and Bajwa were kept in small visiting room for Chai Paani and not allowed to sit in Abbu King's lap .

I am planning to travel to Pakistan from India with my husband to do some volunteer work. We've traveled all over the world, and he's also been to North Korea. However, I am not sure if this is the wisest idea since I am concerned about the safety (there aren't that many people who have traveled to Pakistan from the states that I can ask), concerns about feasibility of getting a visa from the United States, and the best way to get from India to Lahore, Pakistan. The reason why we're even considering Pakistan despite what the media says is because after doing much research, Pakistan seems to be an amazing and beautiful country very kind and hospitable people and it appears that the media depicts an inaccurate picture of the safety of Pakistan and its people.

Ganja Sharif Boasted That He Is Appearing At So-Called JIT As A Private Citizen (AKA "Aam Abdul" ) And Not As PM But It Costing A Lot To The Paki Govt ( And Nawaz PML ) To "Dress Him Up" As "Ordinary Citizen"

PM JIT Appearance for Panama Case

It was a first for a sitting PM to present himself to a superior body. The PM JIT appearance made history for the country.
Elaborate Security Arrangements for PM JIT Appearance
Law enforcement agencies in Islamabad made elaborate security arrangements before the first PM JIT appearance. They laid barbed wires and...
PML (N) Leadership Visit Before the PM JIT Appearance
The senior leadership of PML (N) visited the area around FDA to take a look at the preparations. Many of the party leaders had installed banners showing solidarity ... (cost of all this party expense being billed to GOP  )
Party Meeting Before PM JIT Appearance
The Prime Minister had a meeting with party leadership before the JIT appearance. Some of the members of the party who attended the meeting included Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, & Punjab’s CM Shahbaz Sharif. It was an Iftar Party where Ganja's favourite food and drinks were served, unsolicited advice was dished out and the tab- although it was a party matter- was picked up by the GOP and receipts and bills were given to I.Dar the Finance Minister
PM JIT Appearance and Address Afterwards
PM Nawaz Sharif appeared before the JIT for the first time. CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and his elder son Hussain Nawaz accompanied the Prime Minister. He had a two-hour long session explaining his verdict on the matter against a high-profile Joint Investigation Team.Confidence Building Measures (free of charge !) provided by family members to Ganja Sharif , who is by nature shy ( and sly !)
What Did JIT Ask PM Nawaz Sharif?
There are no confirmed reports to say with certainty what did the Joint Investigation Team ask the Prime Minister. However, here are some questions that insider sources revealed. No problem; he will be fully de-briefed by his Advisors and if necessary Sodium Penthotal will be given to him to ensure that he "speaks the truth"
Qatari Prince’s Refusal to Visit Pakistan
Besides everything else, the Qatari Prince Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber al-Thani has refused to visit Pakistan. He will not appear before the Joint Investigation Team. "Personal and National urgent matters" at home have forced him to "decline" the invitation, expresses regrets but has agreed to still send in the "fake affidavits" and will see the PM on his next Houbara visit
