A few days back, I had posted here the following;
Now that Pakistan has become a province of China, the fear of 'loose nukes' and hence the continued US support for Pakistan against a failure, does not arise.
Now, that is getting more confirmation, Living with Kashmir Cause
According to Steve Cohen of Brooking’s Institute the nuclear flashpoint theory amounts to Pakistan holding a gun to its head and saying ‘Help me or...’ the US feels its positive leverage has not worked with Pakistan so it is time to let go. Let China handle the issue.

The new narrative in Washington is said to be: ‘So let China deal with the nuclear flashpoint. We cannot contribute positively anymore.’

Imran Khan is a confirmed jihadist who is dead set against India existing as a country. So, what does it say of people hobnobbing with him?

arun, it is not about the 'gun to the head', something which we have known here for ages.

It is about the usual myth of 'nuclear flashpoint' and 'nukes that will end up with the jihadists' if the US support for Pakistan is withdrawn. The point is that if Pakistan wants to lob a few nukes at India or allows jihadists a handle to the crown jewels, then it is a much bigger problem for China because that destabilizes China equally. After all, the crown jewels also belong to China. Now that China has complete de jure control over Pakistan, a progression from its earlier de facto control, that responsibility of protecting the 'clown jewls' has passed into Chinese hands. Nobody knows if the much-touted PALs that were supposedly retro-fitted into the 'clown jewels' do give the Americans any control over their use or whether the PALs were at all incorporated into the nukes. In any case, let the Chinese manage their own 'goods' and take some responsibility for the first time. After all, they have been reckless, haven't they?

This is why, I believe, pakistan does not hesitate to borrow more money, and likes to re-leverage on its previous loans to (yet) take on more debt, increasing its circular debt obligations. In its favor (and I have to begrudgingly admit that it is a sound but desperate strategy), toiletistan knows that the lending world out there will keep lending it more money to protect its original loans and prevent pakhanistan from defaulting ("too important to default, akin to the big banks out there").

So, the old dictum, that banks only lend to those who do not need the money or to those who the banks (or their backers) can't "afford to self-destruct". If terroristan self destructs, the ultra malsic jihadists get the only assets that nation has to offer - its nuclear weapons. North Korea comes to mind as an example where pakhanistan tried to play both sides.

I think the Bakis are so obsequious towards the Chinese because the Chinese have some kind of control over the baki bum. Perhaps a Chinese PAL is what is in use.

I think, the initial hype around the nukes falling into jihadi hands was quietened on Chinese assurance of some kind of control. Of course we will never know.

Oh, 'the Boys'.

I remember the Islamabad High Court being setup during Musharraf's time. The purpose at that time was to manipulate the IHC to get rulings in its favour.

"Paki Garbage" Used As "Guinea Pigs" By "Chini Scientists" :D

Plastic-eating fungus found in Islamabad rubbish dump
LAHORE – A recent study that was jointly conducted by nine Pakistani and Chinese scientists has unveiled a fungus which feeds on plastic in a rubbish dump located in the federal capital.
Dr Sehroon Khan, the leading author of the study said: “We decided to take samples from a rubbish dump in Islamabad, to see if anything was feeding on the plastic in the same way that other organisms feed on dead plant or animal matter”. ( Something "special" about Paki Garbage? hain-ji Smells differently ? Islami badboo - special to Pakiland. ) . The study titled “Biodegradation of Polyester Polyurethane by Aspergillus tubingensis” published in science journal Environmental Pollution, isolated the fungus, identified as Aspergillus tubingensis found in the dump to assess its ability to degrade polyester polyurethane.
“Our team’s next goal is to determine the ideal conditions for fungal growth and plastic degradation, looking at factors such as pH levels, temperature and culture mediums”, said Dr Khan of the World Agroforestry Centre and Kunming Institute of Biology.“This could pave the way for using the fungus in waste treatment plants, or even in soils which are already contaminated by plastic waste.” Pakistan (garbage) must be given credit, where credit is due
According to the World Economic Forum, the fungus lives in soil but researchers say that it can also survive on plastic surfaces.

IMHO, Pakistan Could Well Be Heading For An Internal Civil War In The Future !

114 million dollars approved by WB for financial support to TDPs in FATA

Image

Look at the pic; Abduls and Ayeshas packed like sardines ! First you go into their tribal territory in the pretext of "fighting terrorism"; next you give deadline to the innocent inhabitants to pack their bags and get out ASAP, by a certain deadline . Then you "beg" the international community ( WB !) to give you money - a problem that you created in the first place - so that you can to give these poor creatures ("internal displaced") food and shelter. If this is not going to create resentment and alienation, and ultimately civil discord , I do not know what will !

"Fauji Mole" In PML Ranks

Nisar twisting the knife again
Chaudhry Nisar isn’t a man to bow out gracefully. Thus his latest reinvention as a one-man check-and-balance mission to keep the ruling government on the straight and narrow should come as no surprise to anyone. Least of all his PMLN colleagues. Yet timing, as the former minister of the Interior knows, is everything. And everything counts in large amount. Pakistan has arrived at a critical juncture. It is facing international censure on its anti-terror record. Yet Nisar has chosen now to twist the knife as deep as he can. Much of his contempt has been reserved for the Foreign Minister. Who has admitted that, yes, banned terrorist groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) are still operating within Pakistan’s borders and that, also yes, more needs to be done to curb this. Superficially, at least, this represents a break from the political past. Given the PMLN’s reported links to at least one of these groups. At least, IMO, this "double passport holder" is playing a "double game" at the behest of his "beloved Fauji brother"
Yet Nisar sees this as the FM doing India’s bidding; declaring outright that we are, in fact, a terrorist state. Yet denial, as the saying goes, is not a river in Egypt. But we can understand his state of apparent flummox. For if these groups are still operational — it leaves a rather indelible black mark against his own record as Interior minister. Though Nisar is a man long reported to have close ties with suspect outfits. And here we aren’t referring to possible fashion missteps. This was something that the Supreme Court-backed Quetta inquiry commission on terrorism raised, pointing out that a government minister had no business consorting with leaders of banned groups such as Sipah-i-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP), Millat-i-Islamia and Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ). So, it was he , who was "hobnobbing" with the "good terrorists" , while "poor Ganja" had to bear the blame for this
None of this is to say that the former federal minister is not right to castigate the Centre. It is just to politely suggest that he prioritise. After all, he might have done better by taking to task the civvies over their contesting a local by-election on equal footing with the political wing of LeT. And after that, he might have then chosen to turn his ire against the Army. For it was the latter, according to one of its own, that had first floated the idea of mainstreaming — not disarming — its militant proxies. A report that Nawaz Sharif is said to have rejected. Which raises questions as to whether or not PM Abbasi had agreed to this plan. Yet by lambasting only the non-uniformed — Nisar has shown where his loyalties still clearly lie. * (with the fauj, and his brother !)

Nawaz Muslim League Being Exiled To Londonistan

Ishaq Dar decides to ‘resign’ from his post
LAHORE – Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar has decided to resign from his post, reports local media on Saturday.
The finance will stay in London and he did not announce his return date, the reports added. A high level meeting of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) was held in London under the supervision of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. During the meeting it was decided that Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar will tender his resignation from the ministry post in next few days. He will stay in London and not come back. Because if he lands in Pakiland, he will immediately be arrested and put either under house arrest or in jail !
It was also worth mentioned here that Senate committee on Thursday demanded the resignation of the finance minister. “The committee recommended that Ishaq Dar step down to save the country’s name from being defamed further,” announced chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance Saleem Mandviwala.
The National Accountability Bureau had filed four references in the accountability court against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his two sons Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz, son-in-law Captain (retd) Muhammad Safdar and Finance Minister Senator Ishaq Dar.Ishaq Dar is facing Section-14C of the NAB Ordinance 1999, which deals with possession of assets beyond known sources of income. If Dar is proven guilty, he would be handed over 14-year imprisonment.-Online. IMO, Ganja and his family are heading for the same fate . Exile istan in either Londonistan or Saudia

And Pakistan does its bit to earn that honor every day!
Now... East London == Kashmir. Acid attacks arrive.

The thing is that, the BritPakis are still tooooo stooopeed to see that this is what has been happening in Kashmir all these years.
London police responded to reports of a "group of males" spraying what could be a "noxious substance," authorities said. One male was arrested and officers remain on the scene, police said. The London Ambulance Service said at least five people were treated at the scene and three were taken to a local hospital. The incident is not being treated as terror-related, officials said.

Translated into English excerpt from our External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s address at the United Nations General Assembly on the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and on the problem of the double standards regards combatting the Mohammadden Terrorism that is afflicting the world. Her address starts with India’s efforts on combatting poverty before zeoring on the above two issues:
Mr President

14: We are completely engaged in fighting poverty; alas, our neighbour Pakistan seems only engaged in fighting us. On Thursday, from this dais, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahid Khakan Abbasi wasted rather too much of his speech in making accusations against us. He accused India of Statesponsored terrorism, and of violating human rights. Those listening had only one observation: "Look who's talking!" A country that has been the world's greatest exporter of havoc, death and inhumanity became a champion of hypocrisy by preaching about humanity from this podium.

15: Pakistan's Prime Minister claimed that his nation's founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah had bequeathed a foreign policy based on peace and friendship. I would like to remind him that while it remains open to question whether Jinnah Sahab actually advocated such principles, what is beyond doubt is that India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi has, from the moment he took his oath of office, offered the hand of peace, and friendship. Pakistan's Prime Minister must answer why his nation spurned this offer.

16: Prime Minister Abbasi has recalled old resolutions that have been long overtaken by events. But his memory has conveniently failed him where it matters. He has forgotten that under the Shimla Agreement and the Lahore Declaration India and Pakistan resolved that they would settle all outstanding issues bilaterally. The reality is that Pakistan's politicians remember everything, manipulate memory into a convenience. They are masters at "forgetting" facts that destroy their version.

17: Pakistan's current Prime Minister spoke of a "Comprehensive Dialogue" between our two countries. I would like to remind him that on 9 December 2015, when I was in Islamabad for the Heart of Asia conference, a decision was made by his leader Mian Nawaz Sharif, then still Prime Minister, that dialogue between us should be renewed and named it a "Comprehensive Bilateral Dialogue". The word "bilateral" was used consciously to remove any confusion or doubt about the fact that the proposed talks would be between our two nations and only between our two nations, without any third-party present. And he must answer why that proposal withered, because Pakistan is responsible for the aborting that peace process.

18: I would like today to tell Pakistan's politicians just this much, that perhaps the wisest thing they could do is to look within. India and Pakistan became free within hours of each other. Why is it that today India is a recognised IT superpower in the world, and Pakistan is recognised only as the pre-eminent export factory for terror?

19: India has risen despite being the principal destination of Pakistan s nefarious export of terrorism. There have been many governments under many parties during 70 years of Indian freedom, for we have been a sustained democracy. Every government has done its bit for India's development. We have marched ahead, consistently, without pause, in Education, Health and across the range of human welfare. We established scientific and technical institutions which are the pride of the world. But what has Pakistan offered to the world and indeed to its own people apart from terrorism? We produced scholars, doctors, engineers. What have you produced? You have produced terrorists. Doctors save people from death; terrorists send them to death. If Pakistan had spent on its development what it has spent on developing terror, both Pakistan and the world would be safer and better-off today.

Mr. President

20: Terrorism is at the veiy top of problems for which the United Nations is searching for solutions. We have been the oldest victims of this terrible and even traumatic terrorism. When we began articulating about this menace, many of the world's big powers.dismissed this as a law and order issue. Now they know better. The question is: what do we do about it?

21: We must all introspect and ask ourselves whether our talk is anywhere close to the action we take. We all condemn this evil, and piously resolve to fight it in all our declaratory statements. The truth is that these have become rituals. The fact is that when we are required to fight and destroy this enemy, the self-interest of some leads them, towards duplicity.

22: This has been going on for years. Although India proposed a Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism (CCIT) as early as in 1996, yet two decades later the United Nations has not been able to agree upon a definition of terrorism. If we cannot agree to define our enemy, how can we fight together? If we continue to differentiate between good terrorists and bad terrorists, how can we fight together? If even the United Nations Security Council cannot agree on the listing of terrorists, how can we fight together?

Mr President

23: Through you, with utmost sinceriiyi I would like to request this august assembly to stop seeing tdiis evil with self-defeating and indeed meaningless nuance. Evil is evil. Let us accept that terrorism is an existentialist danger to humankind. There is absolutely no justification for this barbaric violence. Let us display our new commitment by reaching agreement on the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism this year itself..

Pakistan is also faulted in the termination of contract for an Aussie mining firm. The same ICSID (as in the above Turkish case) has given its verdict. The amount of the award will be determined in early 2018. That might run into at least a Billion dollars, if not more. Already Habib Bank is fined in New York and shut shop there. Terroristan lost its Baglihar & Kishenganga cases. Lost its Atlantique case. Lost the first round of the Jadhav case in ICJ. Lost all its wars with mortal enemy, India and that too with increasingly wider margins in every outing. Lost more than half of the country within 25 years of Independence. Lost in Siachen. A number of Pakistanis are sanctioned by UNSC 1267. Lost out on every Human Development Indicator to other countries of the Indian Subcontinent.

More than everything, the Islamic Republic of Terroristan lost out in the UN battle and that too the mard-e-momin Amir Abbassi of California lost pathetically against two kafir wimmins from Hindu India. Ma'sha Alla'h.

As I genuinely believed always, Alla'h Taa'la has always been cruel to the only country formed on the basis of Islam.

With respect to Sushamaji's address in UNGA:
I listened (live) to her address in original Hindi - It was simply brilliant. Actually I was listening with a group of people, and instead of listening to official English translation by UN, I was doing the english translation for others who did not understand Hindi.

The published text is little different than what she said in Hindi, as she improvised and her spoken words were little different, actually much better. (The UN translator did do some followup but did not do a perfect job -- anyway it is rather difficult to translate perfectly)

The english version is excellent but, it missed a few gems so if you understand hindi, it is worthwhile to listen to the original speech.. IMO it is even better than english version.

Sheikh Hasina assassination attempt foiled: ISI-backed Bangladesh militants planned Indira-like killing, say security agencies
In the attempt on Hasina’s life, Pakistani spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is suspected to be among the main conspirators of the attack. “It all began when ISI’s Brigadier Ashfaq, in-charge of eastern operations, met a top opposition leader from Bangladesh in London two months ago,” said one of the intelligence officials in Dhaka.
Indian and Bangladeshi intelligence agencies had earlier intercepted communications between ISI’s Brigadier Ashfaq and Hafiz Tohar, chief of the military wing of Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA), a group that is sai to be carrying out attacks in the interests of the Rohingya refugees.

In these tapes, Ashfaq is heard asking Tohar to mount multiple attacks on Burmese security forces right after former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan had presented the Rakhine Commission report to Aung San Suu Kyi and Myanmar president Htin Kyaw on 24 August.

Myanmar news agency Mizzima, in a report, published the content of the two calls from Ashfaq to Tohar and one from Islamic State spokesman Al Amin to Tohar on 23 and 24 August. According to intelligence officers in Dhaka, ISI was working on a pincer plan to create unrest in the Bangladesh-Myanmar border region by assassinating Hasina.

One leg in militancy & the other in politics - Mubashir Zaidi, The Hindu
Despite being denied registration by Pakistan’s Election Commission, the Milli Muslim League (MML), the political party floated by Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed, managed to field a candidate in the Lahore byelection last week. Saeed, who is accused by the U.S. and India of masterminding the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, has been under house arrest since January. “But he kept a close eye on the election,” said a JuD leader.

The government was apparently under pressure to act as the MML went ahead with the plan to contest the election to the seat vacated by ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Days before the election, Pakistan’s Election Commission sent a written note to the Interior Ministry, asking it about the MML. The Ministry replied that it had not given clearance to the MML’s candidate, Mohammed Yaqoob Sheikh. The party still decided to field Mr. Yaqoob as an independent candidate.

Mr. Yaqoob told reporters that the MML was founded on the vision of Saeed although he was not a member or leader of the party. “We have not seen failure in 30 years of our struggle. This byelection will prove that Lahore belongs to Professor Hafiz Saeed. This is our entry test into politics,” MML president Saifullah Khalid, another leader of the JuD, said at a campaign rally in Lahore. Mr. Yaqoob didn’t disappoint his leaders. He won 5,800 votes, beating candidates from mainstream parties like the Pakistan Peoples Party and the Jamaat-e-Islami, while Kulsoom Nawaz, wife of Mr. Sharif, won the election.{Begum Kulsoom Nawaz (PML-N), 61745 votes, Yasmin Rashid (PTI) 47,099 & Yaqoob at number three with 5822 votes}

With Saeed’s picture printed on banners alongside the country’s founder Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the MML went all out against Mr. Sharif for “favouring” India. In the closing campaign rally, the candidate and other speakers blamed Mr. Sharif for being soft on India. “We supported him in the last elections but he talked about creating soft borders with India and wanting a visa-free border crossing,” said Hafiz Abdul Rehman Makki, a close aide of Saeed, as thousands of supporters cheered. The crowd shouted slogans such as Modi ka jo yaar hai ghaddar hai ghaddar hai (Any friend of Modi is a traitor), referring to Mr. Sharif.

Widespread concerns

Mr. Sharif’s Pakistan Muslim League-N, which is in power both at the Centre and in Punjab, had expressed reservations over JuD’s political entry. The byelection had drawn international attention as well. A high-level U.S. official wrote a letter to Pakistan, expressing concerns. The government said it was up to the Election Commission to stop the MML candidate from contesting the poll.

“Following the U.S. démarche, we have conveyed our reservations in writing to the Election Commission and they should have stopped the MML candidate,” a senior government official told The Hindu , requesting anonymity. Whether the Pakistani government likes it or not, the MML is already in the mainstream.

“This is not how mainstreaming of a banned militant organisation is done. It will create more problems for Pakistan,” said Zahid Hussain, a senior Pakistani journalist and author. “If the MML wants to come to politics, it has to renounce its extremist and militant ideology. But by putting Hafiz Saeed on its campaign banner, the party is still indicating that it supports the ideology of a person declared as a global terrorist by the UN.”

The MML appears to be undeterred by criticism. “The election performance was rather encouraging,” said one party leader. “We have decided to field a candidate in the forthcoming byelection in NA-4 in Peshawar under the party’s banner.”

This is something that everybody but a Pakistani 'Establishment' or Elite person would realize. They still remain delusional, even thinking that they have done great and won everything! The comparison by Christine Fair to the black knight from Monty Python is most apt:

Rajdeep wrote:Sheikh Hasina assassination attempt foiled: ISI-backed Bangladesh militants planned Indira-like killing, say security agencies

I love it that our leaders speak in international conferences in Hindi. Yes, I don't mind English like when Rajiv Gandhi used to speak, but Hindi makes it a matter of pride for me. :)

Ever since I saw Hafez Sahid doing the public rallies, I was expecting him to stand for elections in the future.

In fact I was sure that soon a day will come, when he will be landing in India as Pakistani Foreign Minister for "peace talks". If there was a third term Congress GoI, then this would have been a given.

Nothing will gladden PA's heart than sending this terrorist over to India as FM. We will be a situation where the most wanted man will be on Indian soil and we wont be able to do anything. I am pretty sure a visit to Taj hotel would have been in his itenary.

Lets get to the bottom of M'leccha lodhi's nUNGA speech, shall we?

'India mother of terrorism in South Asia,' Maleeha Lodhi tells UN
Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi said that India is the mother of terrorism in South Asia
Sushma Swaraj...had said, "Pakistan is recognised only as the pre-eminent export factory for terror."
Lodhi accused Swaraj of “indulging in an orgy of slander against Pakistan.”
Both women are right! Why? Here's why. Follow the below sequence of name calling.

One: India calls pakhanistan - "pre-eminent export factory of terror". Check.

Two: Toiletistan acknowledges it but calls India it's mummy - India is "mother of terrorism". Toiletistan acknowledges that India is their mother. Check.

Three: Reason - pakhanistan, an illegitimate child, was born out of an orgy between a philandering brit called S. Lander and djinnah, who was always hedging against pakhanistan. Check.

There! All claims are verified. What is there to argue?

More Confirmation That Dawood Ebrahim Is In Pakistan !!

Spoke to Dawood 3-4 times in the past year, Iqbal Kaskar tells Thane police
In another stunning revelation, Iqbal Kaskar, the younger brother of Dawood Ibrahim, told the Thane police that he spoke to the don three to four times over phone and via Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) in the past one year.
Sources said the 52-year-old Kaskar told his interrogators that during one of their conversations, “Bhai [Dawood] told him to seek any kind of help”.
“We have also traced some Pakistan-based mobile numbers, which are under scanner.”
A Thane crime branch police inspector, who did not wish to be named as he is not authorised to speak to the media, said the phone numbers which Kaskar gave have been traced to Pakistan, but it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact location as it keeps changing often. Deep State, going out of its way to facilitate the request of their "prime asset"
“Kaskar also told us that in one of the calls, Dawood wanted to know about his business in Mumbai.” Kaskar was arrested earlier this week by the Thane anti-extortion cell for his involvement in an extortion case. A builder had come forward and lodged a complaint against him. Since then, several other businessmen, including a jeweller, have come forward and said they, too, had received extortion calls in the past few years.
Even ( "loud mouth" ) Mush has admitted that Dawood is "shielded" in Pakiland !!!

UN body assails census data sharing with Nadra, army
Flawed census results. Many were not counted. I bet there were a millions that were deliberately overlooked.
An observation mission that monitored the recently-held population and housing census has described the sharing of census data with a ‘third-party institution’ as “a breach of confidentiality of the collected data” according to census practices and procedures.
“the participation of the military in the census process is not at all a recommended international practice.”
“data collection by the military… amounts to a parallel census (intelligence gathering?) and this is not internationally acceptable”
In most cases, the report said, army enumerators completed their own questionnaires by looking at the questionnaire of the civilian enumerator.
The exclusion of the residents (refugees or non-refugees) living in refugee villages from the census also breached the principle of universality.
soldiers were also playing the role of enumerators, collecting information about respondents through the civilian enumerator, but not directly speaking to the respondents
Observers based in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa reported that they were not allowed to observe enumeration in refugee villages because no census was taking place there.
the district administrator of the area where refugee villages were located informed the team that no counting exercise would take place in any of the refugee villages because of a government directive.
according to the United Nation Revised Census Principles and Recommendations, “population census is the total process of collecting, compiling, evaluating, analysing and publishing or otherwise disseminating demographic, economic and social data pertaining, at a specified time, to all persons in a country.

Police remove Islamic State flag waving in Islamabad

Image
A flag similar to that of the militant Islamic State (IS) group was seen waving in Islamabad's Khana area on Sunday morning, before being removed by the local police after a citizen reported the matter.
The flag had "Khilafat is coming" written on it, in addition to the Arabic verses.
Pakistan has repeatedly denied the presence of the militant organisation on its soil
Over the past couple of years, reports of IS leaflets and pamphlets found in different parts of the country have circulated.
