He might but tauheen bagh is not an ordinary case unlike the time he asked Bharat Ma poster to be removed from Ann Hazare led protests or even his comments against Army or Balakot or Modi.

Plus, Kujli has ambitions beyond Dilli and Punjab. As explained by Kumar Vishwash, Punjab will not accept a non-Sikh as CM so that is out. He wants to be the CM of a full-fledged state that he can exercise full power. If that be so, he has to look beyond Punjab and has to be careful.

But let his do his drama ...

AK has to be defeated in Delhi so that his is free to travel all around and start doing BIF work. That will further expose him. One or other scams can be traced to him easily as all reports suggests that he has also done some good number of looting.

Reports suggest heavy deployment of CRPF etc in Delhi where the scum are sitting on road. Looks like GoI has made up their mind to use the force if there is any further escalation there. It is also possible that the road block will be removed tonight or tomorrow. GoI may not want any shifting of this agitation to some other place in Delhi wherein the drama continues.

That happened in Pakistan. Why should Muslims now not be allowed to offer namaz every Jumma in Golden temple ?

How about Muslims offer Namaz at Sheeshganj Gurudwara. That would make both Sikhs and Muslims teary eyed.
After all If it is house of God and there is confidence in the freedom of belief and faith, Then what stops the next step ?

PS: How soon before you see the following information appearing in MSM that a Muslim placed the first stone for construction of Hari-Mandir sahib.

He has an axe to grind and has been doing these videos right from RJB court verdict time(or even before that giving his expert opinion and judgement) and he seem to allude to the fact that the SC cant be trusted as they are all one (Yaaniki all dharmic and not to be trusted)!!

From swarajya magazine

Last month, Joseph Powathil, Archbishop of the Syro-Malabar Church, opposed the CAA on the ground that it was an effort by the government to drive a wedge between Christians and Muslims. Last week, the Archbishop of Goa, Filipe Neri Ferrao, called on the government to “immediately and unconditionally revoke the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA)” and stop stamping on the “right to dissent”. He said the laws were “divisive and discriminatory” and will damage the country’s multi-cultural democracy. Apparently, he thinks that the church’s own agenda of pitting upper caste Hindus against Dalits, and the “one true god” against worshippers of “false gods” is somehow not divisive.

This marks an about-turn for the church, for in December 2019, soon after the CAA was passed by Parliament, George Kurian, Vice-Chairman of the National Minorities Commission, welcomed the CAA. He pointed out that “those who are vociferously advocating minority rights in India are silent on the persecution of minorities in Pakistan.” Kurian said the commission had received several messages from many Christian denominations welcoming the act. “They tell me”, he is quoted as saying, “justice has finally been done to Christians who are victims of draconian blasphemy laws, religious conversions and abductions.”

The church in India has clearly had a rethink, if one were to go by the anti-CAA statements of the two archbishops. They have probably calculated that despite their interest in protecting the Christian minorities in Pakistan and Bangladesh, the real market for conversion is in India, and this requires the church to play the victim card in India and oppose most things that the Narendra Modi government does.

The church has taken this stance even though it knows that in Kerala Christians are also being targeted by Islamist groups. The same Syro-Malabar Church earlier alleged that Christian girls were being targeted and killed by jihadists through ‘love jihad’.

The church probably believes that its long-term conversion agenda will be hampered if it is seen as supportive of CAA, since this will then open another front with the Islamists when it would prefer to target the Modi government over its alleged Hindutva agenda.

The church’s conversion agenda works best in a climate where it can claim victimisation by Hindutva forces when raising funds abroad. This needs it to forge a tactical alliance with Islamists in India, even though its long-term rival in the marketplace for conversions is Islam.

Blasphemy of Aasia Bibi: How Pakistan’s Christians went from cheerleaders of Partition to its victims | IndiaFacts http://bit.ly/2UBBJEr via @IndiaFactsOrg

India has been a welcoming home to all but during 1947 Christians of Punjab supported partition on religious basis. Christian vote led Lahore into Pakistan and caused genocide of Hindus & Sikhs. Ideally Christians of Punjabs should have been excluded from CAA.

Filipe Neri Ferrão, Goa Archbishop: The very fact that CAA uses religion, goes against secular fabric of country. It goes against spirit&heritage of our land which, since times immemorial, has been a welcoming home to all, founded on the belief that whole world is one big family.

Image

and filipe neri ferrão, this question is directly for you: was your religion and belief system founded on the premise that whole world is one big family. Since your guys never believed in this concept, why are you so intent on pushing a false narrative now, one that is not sanctioned in your book.

were the crusades then, a mere hike in the desert, sort of a jolly and extended picnic, so to say.

If the goan inquisition did not use religion in the worst possible way, pray do tell, what else did the goan inquisition use as the excuse to murder hapless goan Hindu Indians

When do you guys plan to apologise for the Goan Inquisition and the heartless persecution of Goan Hindus?

If more outrage is poured upon Portuguese and Church's genocide against Hindus in Goa, some traitors will sing about 'Viva Portugal' and discredit the entire historical facts. Freebies are a communist hallmark. Finally end up with a debt which needs to be paid off by pawning the nation's or states gold or something.

trying to falsely use the cover of the SC to legitimize their "agitation".

they want to spread the same "agitation" to 5000+ locations in the country per intel reports.

so they plan to use this SC "cover" to set up disturbances all over the country.

If Eyetalians and their minions continue to be around for some more years (& God forbid in power), we soon will have Hindus being blamed for the genocide against Hindus.
We hindus need to create monuments in brick and stone to mark our genocide and pogrom across centuries.

BJP issues a whip for tomorrow.

BJP's letter states 'All BJP MPs of Rajya Sabha are informed that some very important Legislative work will be brought to the House on Tuesday, 11th February 2020, to be discussed and to be passed'.

Recently, a two-judge bench of the top court has held that the states are not bound to provide reservation in appointments and there is no fundamental right to claim quota in promotions.
It held the state (Uttarakhand) government was not bound to make reservations and "there is no fundamental right which inheres in an individual to claim reservation in promotions".

It is probably related to the SC judgement (RaGa is trying to pin it on BJP/RSS)

Sudhir Mungantiwar, BJP, on welcome motion proposal in Maharashtra Assembly for VD Savarkar: We have to give a message that Maharashtra Assembly respects freedom fighter Veer Savarkar. Now we have to see whether their (state government) love for him is in heart or just in words.

On the line I had suggested earlier. Don't just pitch Savarkar for Bharat Rantna but make a prolonged process out of it. My proposal was to introduce a bill to suggest/recommend/approve Bharat Ratna for Savarkar in the Maha assembly and force the Maha gov. to take a stand first. If disallowed or shot down, follow up with a state wide agitation targeting the local MLAs in their respective constituencies. ONLY after the agitation has create the right "mahaul" should GOI declare BR for Savarkar. Never jumpt to the end game straightaway when the whole thing could be stretched!

The BJP has started a step back by proposing what they call as a "welcome motion" for Savarkar. Fantastic!

India is to vast and diverse to be ruled by central diktat. The BJP in attempting to centralise everything is making the same mistake as the Cong. did. Citizens are acutely interested in neighbourhood issues like water, power, roads, prices, etc., more than central issues at state polls. These issues cannot be resolved by the central govt. but only by state govts. and even here in districts and towns by sincere govt. officials and less corrupt. local politicos.

What are the main issues that determine a parliamentary election? Security and taxes ,central policies that affect one's pocket. State freebies are fine if the state can finance them. The classic model wordlwide and esp. in India is to tax liquor and fags.Southern states like Kerala and Tamil Nadu get their funds from these two sources. Handing over to states their share of GST is a burning issue. Delhi can be compared to Brussels and the EU,whose inefficiency percolates to the states . National parties must govern well in the states they control by setting an example .

Well as I know there are 3 lists Center, State and Concurrent. So states can do anything with their list topics. Parliament can't legislate them.
Farmer's getting Rs.6000/year, Ujawala, Ayush, OROP are kind of freebies.
With GST states don't have much to change the revenue stream so at some point they will have to come back to belt tightening.

There is a way around - the center can say for instance we will only supply central funds to states with a credit rating of XYZ - if you run up debt and your rating tanks, guess what, you won't be eligible for central funds. This way you are enforcing some level of sanity without governing how money is spent.
