Tech Industry Developments: Regulation, & Other Developments

Post by ArjunPandit »

Starting a thread on changes in Big Tech regulation and its implications. I had been talking about it to multiple forums on other avenues as well. Not sure where it fits best, tech forums, rather than strategy forums. Although it has significant strategy implications too.

Three issues that come to my mind are

1. Regulation: EU, UK, US, Asia: Existing chinese models, India,
2. Unionization: Google
3. Political implications of DTrumping
4. Evolution of Digital borders and associated red lines:

Before I start posting stuff would like to hear from Mods if there is appetite for such thread or what is the right place for this thread

Well, Google just reached an agreement to pay news companies in France. Sooner or later all traditional news and media outlets who actually produce content will gang up against tech companies who profit from their content for free and rake in $$$ !
