I once saw a photo of all metal Mirage 2000 (perhaps it was a metallic silver paint?) in a 1994/1995 calendar. I remember that picture so vividly. The aircraft was in flight, with the warm Indian sun shining on the fuselage. And that reflection of the sun on the fuselage was spectacular. Back then, there was no BR and no smart phone for me to quickly take a picture
There were rumours that a few of the Indian Mirages came from France with the Thomson-CSF Antilope 5 terrain following radar, but was never confirmed. There were also rumours that those particular Mirages had a green/brown camo, painted in India
