ONE OF THE MOST REALISTIC AIR COMBAT MOBILE GAME ON THE PLANET!

While the training mission teaches the player the basics of flying training, the two operational missions lay down the foundation for the story in which war clouds are hanging over India and Zaruzia, a country planning to wage war on India. The eight subsequent missions will see a full fledged air war between Zaruzia and India and will feature all operational mission profiles as flown by the IAF and feature the SU 30, M2000, Tejas, Phalcon AWACS, C17, C130, Mi 17, Mi 35 and ALH Dhruv aircraft.

CONTROLS!
Motion Sensors and Touch Based. Default Motion Sensor selected.

AWARDS!
The player achieves campaign ribbons and gallantry awards as he progresses across various missions.

FLYING MODES!
Arcade mode is available for the first three missions, while a cockpit simulation mode will be added for the remaining eight missions releasing as part of phase two on 08 Oct 14.

GUARDIANS OF THE SKIES

Governing criteria for making the game -

1. Game to be a motivating recruitment tool for the 14 to 20 year old age group

7. Should have advanced graphics and reality features (Hence smoothly playable only on 1 gb RAM mobiles)
8. Guns and Rockets in the first phase. AAMs, LGBs etc in second phase.

Training - On SU30 MKI. Follow simple instructions and land the aircraft to earn your wing.

I have a problem. It stops abruptly in the first single player mission when the aircraft moves to the island. I've even uninstalled and re-installed the game. Same problem, every time
Can the team have a look into it?

Sameer sir, one more request: I was reading Eagles over Bangladesh - may be you might want to consider that as an inspiration for some of the scenarios or possibly also create a vintage IAF game!

IAF may get the 1965 missions gamified next year on occasion of 50 years celebrations of the 1965 Indo Pak campaign.

But this will happen only if the present 'Guardians' game achieves some success.....but hats off to the IAF to try this virtual strategy to connect to Indian youth. I hope the other forces follow soon...eg our developer group is placed well to develop a game on the Vikramaditya and Indian Army Special forces.......and the Indian public really digs this bit.....long live our armed forces....

Sameer ji - Why this app is not available in Nigeria ? :x Please do not do this to your Nigerian abdullas just because we fly Chinese F-7. We promise we won't steal Su30MKI technology. :((

May i provide some suggestion? Please introduce Tejas to the game.
If the game for Vikramaditya is launched, please include the new Indigenous built Vikrant class aircraft carrier and Tejas to be launched from both AC's. If needed give a year like 2020, so that there is no issue with induction and dates.

Another suggestion is to build a tank game similar in quality and realism like Armoured Aces with Arjun MK-I and MK-II :)

Congratulations for bringing a game based on Indian Air Force. Liberation for an Indian game enthusiast to have an option to play for his/her own country rather than a solider of the U.S :) A great start and appreciate you for such a start.

Sameer and his fellow developers, my compliments at the great effort.

I only did the Training mission till now, and I loved the entire execution. I used to be a former fan of "Skies of Glory" .. and this one is just as great if not better. Now if we can only have Player vs Player or Online Play feature...

Performance was great - Absolutely no problems on the Nexus5 /Android 4.4

Sameer,
I have a S4 and the game is repeatedly force-stopping and restarting.
I have closed bulk of my apps on the phone and still the same result.

I noticed that specifically, when I fly low(below 1000 ft), the hang is more prominent.
Do you have the link for the PC version by any chance?

For me too ... Samsung Galaxy S4 seems to have some problem with this game. I am running Andriod 4.4.2 on my S4 and the motion sensor often freezes and doesn't respond. Even the touch mode control is edgy.

However this game played beautifully on Galaxy Note 2 (running on Android 4.3). I completed both the available missions and its awesome! :D :D

Added later: I particularly liked shooting those drones with machine gun on Mi17 (Mission 2). Eagerly waiting for phase2 release

@ Jagan - thanks a lot. coming from you it means a lot :D

Gentlemen, we are getting an update out soon, where we are downgrading the graphics to be playable on the low to mid range phones. Hope it will resolve a lot of issues.

But the meat of the matter will come out on eighth of October.........cheers

Force Close after several attempts in destroying pirates' mothership

****

After accident/destruction of own aircraft the screen continuously flashes even after interrupting several times by touching 'restart' or 'resume' or 'quit'

Why only rockets and guns, why not R73 / Air launched Brahmos / LGBs?

Yes. We are only worried about IOS, where Apple likes to check each app and only then deploy on the App store. Hence a delay in appearance. Also no date can be predicted.

Does this mean I should avoid the update if the game is running fine on my phone? The game is great but I don't want downgraded graphics after the update.

In any case, big thumbs up for creating this!

Yup, the update will have performance optimization for low end phones. If your game is runny well, no need to update. It is delayed along with Windows to end of this month.

Btw the 512 mb playable version update for Android will be as good looking as it's heavy duty predecessor. All are good to download to get better fps while playing.

Enjoyable game, well done! Was able to initiate a pretty convincing stall which is great for a game that doesn't try to be a serious simulator. Would be excellent to get a desktop version to be played with a joystick, specially with the other enhancements coming, ie lbg, missiles, awacs etc. Wish you guys all success with this.
