Not read much about Paki MBRL capability.

In this Twitter video, the rockets from nearest launcher are too low and parallel to the ground. Shouldn’t it be angled upwards.

i,e then it an indirect form of taxation also where the country funds the miltary and non reinvesting amounts into businesses. Coming to think of it, right from arming, training, providing pensions, communications equipment, paying Hurrirat, friendly journos. This is how Pakistan is able to keep the gravy train going to run miltancy in Kashmir. In terms of lives it is low cost for the Pakistani Army but financially it is a costly for them.

The PA and ISI is a state within a state having its own business empire much like the PLA.

These money goes into personal coffer and for fuelling terrorism in AF-PAK and India and nuclear program , for conventional arming they depends on state budget and generous grants from abroad.

Guys Pakistan has got a severe thappad to its morale, despite public pretense. They have lost a F-16, their beloved AMRAAMs didn't work against the IAF to the degree expected. In such a reality, PAF will be given toys by its Chinese benefactor to restore its morale and more funding by the Pak mil establishment. Please post ANY and EVERY news of any new acquisitions and insightful admissions by PAF insiders/sources in this thread. Keep track.

CCS is Combat Commander School squadron that trains a particular type:

Sky Bolts - Mirage
Fierce Dragons - Blunder
Dashings - F-7
Aggressors - F-16

If I were the IAF, any new flare up and I would annihilate Sqd 14 at Kamra and hopefully deliver a few 2000lb presents to Paki herrows Hassan and Noman.

It would bring the Paki psyche to its knees.

Chinkis never give their best maal to the napakis....always c or d grade maal. With each passing day the disparity grows in indo paki context. If modi wins election .. pakis are in for a rough ride. Water and terrorism issues will be in focus

Given the shock to H&D, F-16 downed & AMRAAMs no workie, I wont be surprised if the Dlagon offers some of its new toys to TSPAF to console it. Lets keep track.

^^^ Consolation is a false narrative of the JF-17 scoring the MiG-21 hit and an imaginary SU-30 MKI. They are thinking this will lead to new sales and a share for the Pakis.

Paki hopes are centered around uber duber Block 3 with AESA that will allow one of Cheen's extra long range AAMs like the PL-15 (false rumor on twitter of them getting 100 which would be useless since they have no radar set now that can even make use of the supposed range.)

Yes, the narrative is being spread by DGISPR and the Paki awaam, and the rest of the braying donkeys on Social media, but in reality TSPAF would be running to their masters Pak Army and benefactors, Dragon, for more toys. US conduit is all but shut.

Euro stuff is unaffordable, has political issues.
Stockpiled 3rd party gear which they counted so much on, their beloved Raptors, turned out to be duds in combat.

So, I expect it will be back to dragon for long range missiles, EW, and some long range SAM.

Looks like Pak will be buying additional CH-4 & CH-5 Rainbow drones from China.
Pak To Purchase Long-Range “Rainbow” Combat Drones: Report

Pakistan is eyeing to purchase Chinese long-range Rainbow CH-4 and CH5 drones. It is the first time that the country is acquiring a long-range drone.

According to the intelligence agency's report, Pakistan has decided to increase the number of drones in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) to increase the surveillance on the international border including the Line of Control (LoC), Defence News reported Wednesday.

The CH-4 can carry up to 400 kilograms of explosives and can stay in the air for 40 hours. It can cover a range of up to 5,000 kilometres. The Rainbow CH-5 can carry up to 1,000 kilograms of explosives and stay in the air up to 60 hours.

The drones can fly up to 17,000 feet height in the air.

In October 2018, reports suggested Pakistan’s intention to buy 48 Wing Loong II drones from China, its “all weather ally.” The Wing Loong II is a high-end reconnaissance, strike and multi-role endurance unmanned aerial system, capable of being fitted with air-to-surface weapons. It is roughly equivalent to the American MQ-9 Reaper drone.

The two countries have also recently begun working together to make the Block III version of the JF-17 fighter jet match the latest version of the United States F-16 V aircraft by equipping the jet with active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, helmet-mounted targeting system, an advanced targeting pod, data links and beyond visual range weapons. :rotfl:

It is confirmed that JF is yet to fire PL12. And they claim to have shot an SU30 and not used Aim120.

Cannot use PL15 because JF radar search range is only 80KM. Note it is search..

They are planning to counter a Ramjet BVR with rocket powered one .. :rotfl:

It would be fascinating if we get SFDR in to flight testing by 2020..

@Rakesh, Nam:

The PL-15 would be an interesting weapon in Pakiland if the self-serving Paki rumors were true. Frontline weapon for the chini air force which had traditionally gave Pakistan monkey versions like SD-10 because the LaWhores are also in bed with Unkil and his F-Solahs.

Carried by latest chicom systems -- here by a J-11B:

That said, the J-11B had been in Pakistan. Check out Rajfortyseven (Col. Vinayak Bhat) on the Shaheen exercises.

The J-10C -- which also carries the PL-15 -- and the KJ-500 AWACS were there too. (Amreeki congressional report used PL-15 as bogey for funding claiming it to be capable of queuing from AWACs at extreme range.)

which is why I want us to double down on SFDR. Chinis won't be able to sell a Ramjet BVR, which will be the prime weapon for PLAAF against USAF.

If Paks can share Khan tech with Chini, how do the Chinis trust the Pak to not give their prime tech to the Khan.. for another IMF loan in the future.. :D

We just need some photos of US Ambassador of Pak looking at Chini BVR..

^^^ Nam ji, the SFDR is a given. Look at the IAF interest in the Meteor. Ramjets and extended range are the future.

Irregardless, Pakiland's whoring means they should never get the top systems of either the Lizard or Khan. Which is why I said that the PL-15 would be interesting if the Pakis do get it. Could mean they are dropping the strapping American boyfriend and going monogamous with hairless Han. Or the PRC had something better in the PL-XX and the PL-15 is passe like the AMRAAM C.

Anyone watching Pak military parade? Maj Gen GhafooL and ISPR have tweeted a link. Right now Paki fizaiya is doing acrobatics with Bandaar and the announcer (a Group Captain) said that PAF is the only Air Force in the world to manufacture a high tech aircraft like Bandar.

The Turks and the PLAAF also have aerobatics lined up.

Also, the rhetoric and the war mongering from the announcers is ridiculous, even by TSP standards. They’re frequently referencing “recent conflict”. How I wish we had downed their F16 over our territory. They need another lesson.

Won't link here but the PAF is going the extra mile claiming a MKI for the JF-17. They are passing around a patch commemorating the two "kills." You can look it up on twitter if you want. Supposedly the JF-17 pilots and ground crews are all wearing this.

There are pictures of PAF and Turkish pilots wearing this patch too so they've been spreading propaganda hot and heavy to all their ummah buddies on Paki day.

It is their new god without doubt. But they are still afraid to let it be seen and humiliated at the same airshow with the Tejas.

But then again, this is a force that gets its kicks from bombing its own Pathans and Balochs.

Look, lies has been their foundation for the basis on which Pakistan was created and Two Nation Theory based on Hatred for other religion and supremacy of their own has been the corner stone of Pakistan since its inception.

Having said that they are much better with the PR than us. They are quick to pounce on the first news they get spin it and make it look like success.

We had much better PR during Kargil then during Batalkot Strikes. News came in and multiple videos of strikes were shared with the media and a bigger conflict like Kargil has better PR/Media management in 1999, then we had in 2019.
