Today's parade showed a lot of recent Cheen sourced weapons.
Especially SAGWs like Cheeni Crotale/HQ9/LY80
Tactics of employment will be Cheeni influenced but with poorer networking.
One question for the gurus
I see that the SPD showcased their CH-3A(Shahpar) but why SPD?
Are they like scouts for their WS-2(Nasr)?

Bakistan has a new army led by its twitteratti.

Imran Khan fans are ready to dive in front of tanks & dodge bullets for him – only on Twitter
...there are Imran Khan supporters who can’t allow anyone to take away their ‘kaptaan’. Even if that means fighting the very people that once installed Khan.
‘I stand with Imran Khan’
more important are those ready to lose it all just to be ‘behind you, skipper’
Ever since the no-confidence motion bomb was dropped, every hour is gham (sad) hour, every minute the gham multiplied for the youth brigade of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
They cry to convince you how wrong all this ‘siyaasat‘ is, they are angry because no one cares more than them about the future of the country, especially when they live abroad while you live in Pakistan.
A doctor from Australia can’t sleep anymore because ‘mulk ka kya banaega‘.But what she won’t tell you is that Australia really doesn’t care.
Dr Guyana, who insists that he lives and breathes for Pakistan, it’s just that he doesn’t live there
an Imran Khan supporter who vowed to ‘sell everything and return to Naya Pakistan’
.
A doctor from the United States had promised to give up everything for Imran Khan, bring his money back to the country, and even ‘sell his house on the lake’.
the hired actor has it all covered. Sometimes she poses as an overseas Imran Khan fan lecturing mortal Pakistanis on how there is no inflation because everyone is lucky to wear “branded clothes”. And the next minute, the same actor becomes a local aunty, narrating how a vegetable vendor would give her free dhaniya and tamatar without complaining about poverty because the vendor believes: “Imran Khan is the last hope.”
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has now perfected the art of making things out of nothing, in case you forgot ‘Senator Tony Booker’ who was going gaga over Khan being a selected prime minister. The Senator who never was.
The youth brigade is ready to dive in front of tanks, dodge bullets, even if only on Twitter. :D
This is the same lot who, for more than three years, cried that there is no involvement of the army in Pakistani politics and is today crying why there is no involvement.
The same MP also took a dig at Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto, calling him ‘transgender’ and then referring to Islamabad High Court Chief Justice as ‘pharaoh’.
Then there is a special assistant to the prime minister who is busy inventing his own Punjabi-English dictionary. He called the dissenting MP a political dalla (pimp), while two days later PM Khan called himself their father. Now how does that work? :D

This got me thinking.. what’s been Pak Fauj’s reaction to Evil Hindus appointment in a CDS ? Maybe time for Bajwa to take on the role of Field Marshal/ Marshal Laa Administrator

At this rate, Pakistan will end up with an all Chinese military. The Chinese will convert the NaPakis into guinea pigs for all their platforms.

Porkistan does not have a say in the matter either. They are bikharis, so whatever droppings from the master's table falls to their feet, they will have to accept.

Reportedly, the PAF wanted Martin Baker ejection seats on their brand new J-10s...but the Chinese refused. So they fly on some Chinese equivalent.

The Chinese equivalent was there in the 4-5 squadrons of JF-17, only thing after ejection the parachutes did not open and Pilots died. But the PAF did not report them.

With their early model F-16s going out of service by the end of this decade (they will hit close to 50 years by the end of the 2020s), the PAF will need to start replacing them. Their Mirage IIIs/Vs will also be retired this decade as well and their F-7PGs will follow soon after. That will occur with additional orders of J-10s. The recent order of 25 will only be a first batch of more to come. I expect a strength of close to 100, if not more. Their low end fighter will be the JF-17 (in large triple digit numbers), followed by the J-10 which will be their mainstay multi role fighter. Pakistan cannot afford the purchase, so they will continue to hand over even more control to China in exchange for additional military platforms.

The US would prefer to continue to maintain their presence in Pakistan, despite all the brouhaha about Pakistan's treachery against the United States. After their early model F-16s retire, their only remaining Western fighter will be the PAF's 18 F-16C/D Block 50/52s. These will have to be maintained and supported by Lockheed Martin for the foreseeable future. They are barely 10+ years old and practically brand new. And if the IAF undergoes a serious rearmament (Super Sukhoi upgrade, Tejas Mk2, 114 MRFA, AMCA), fully expect the US to upgrade these F-16s to a more potent standard and perhaps even sell additional squadrons as well. All funded by the US in exchange for groveling, which Pakistan does best.

Keeping the F-16 Block 50/52s upgraded and potent pays dividends for the US. Not a good PR look for the US, if these F-16s get shot down by Indian (Tejas Mk2 or AMCA) or French (Rafale) or Russian (Su-30MKIs) fighters. One F-16 shoot down in Feb 2019 and the cover up that occurred was eye opening. PAF in the late 2020s and into the 2030s will be the F-16 Block 50/52 (for now!), J-10s and JF-17s.

China may even send in some FC-31 and J-20 units as well. Interesting times ahead.

That is like cutting one's nose to spite the face.

Massa should decide if Massa wants to reward Pakistan, which cost trillions of dollars, harbored the taliban and caused an ignominious withdrawal for massa from afghanistan. Which emboldened Roos to attack Ukraine etc etc.

Forget India, how will US feel if US helps Pakistan?

There is no political appetite in the US to provide any sort of military aid, sales, or equipment to Pakistan. Because someone tweeted something doesn't mean anyone is actually doing such a thing.

If Govt of India takes the independent streak a bit too far for the US' liking, the following actions might be taken;

1) Regime Change i.e. interference in future elections.

2) Push narrative that the BJP is out to extinguish the minorities in India. Democracy is under threat in India.
*The opposition in India will foolishly unite in this endeavor, to oust the BJP. Foolish because it threatens their own governments in the future, if decisions made by those governments will go against American interests in India and in the region. But since the opposition is only united in being anti-BJP (but with no ideas of their own), they will gladly go along with this. Weaken the country strategically for short term electoral gains.

3) Strengthen Pakistan's armed forces to deter India from any military adventures. The rationale given - for these new donations - will be to avoid a clash between two nuclear armed neighbours, but the real reason is well known to all.

Multiple options are available to get India to finally keel over into the American camp. From the American perspective, India is getting a free ride and has her fingers in every pot (Russian, French, American, Israeli). Multipolar alignment is a bad word in American strategic circles. Salvation for India, must only come from America and no one else.

One key solution lies in India having her own MIC....but our Air Marshals, Admirals and Generals are too busy salivating over phoren brochures and ignoring *PROVEN* military platforms (Tejas Mk1, ATAGS, Dhanush, Arjun Mk1A, etc.) The services will ask for unobtanium (114 MRFA with ToT, Project 75I with ToT, etc.) and will accept nothing less than the best.

Best is the enemy of good enough.

So Germany not installing their engines on Chinese subs is not specific to Pakistan alone. See below...

https://twitter.com/TheLegateIN/status/ ... SWydg5h2Vg ---> Thailand PM Pratyut warns China that Thailand will scrap deal to buy Chinese submarines, if China is unable to fit German engines on them, as Thai Navy does not want inferior Chinese MWM 620 engines as an alternate.

Over last decade, Pakistan Air Force has made conscious efforts to have a wider precision guided, and stand-off weapon delivery capability across its entire fleet.

In this episode of The Perspective, I will provide an overview of various precision guided, and stand-off air-to-ground weapons, targeting pods, cluster bombs, anti-ship missiles, general purpose bombs and runway denial munition of the Pakistan Air Force and aircrafts which employ them.

From rohitvats' video, it appears Pakistan would be having overall 1000-1500 pgm of all types clubbed together. A large number for the aircraft they can put up in air.

For a benchmark of sorts, according to the article linked below, Russia has fired around 1200 missiles into Ukraine, although the article uses it interchangeably with PGMs, and the Pentagon background briefing from which the article was written includes missiles under the "PGM" moniker, so it's unclear whether the 1200 number includes missiles + LGBs, or just missiles.

It would appear that Russia is now running low on PGM + missile inventory, so I'm not sure if that makes PAF's 1000-1500 number more or less likely to be accurate. The other alternative is that Russia is holding back a significant part of its PGM & missile inventory as strategic reserves.

Are there any published figures of Russia's monthly rate of production of various missiles? They would have surely cranked up since a few months when it was clear to them that there will be action in Ukraine.

Will lead to massive unemployment and unrest. This is hardly a solution. They need to employ more faujis. Also, more faujis = more jernails which is the need of the hour.
