From the Link
he LCA Mk1A includes four specific capability improvements prescribed by the IAF. These include:

Digital RWR and External SPJ Pod
Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar
Combined Interrogator and Transponder (CIT)
ASRAM – Close Combat Missile
Beyond Visual Range (BVR) Missile
Does this mean it has been decided to Integrate ASRAAM for Tejas MK1A and drop Python 5?

The checkers are added by the viewing program to depict a transparency. The transparency blends well on forums like this which have a color scheme and then the image renders without checkers.

In any case, here are 3 versions with solid backgrounds, depending on your taste. Click for higher-resolution.

This was an internal requirement which didn’t meet delivery deadlines. It will indeed be the Mk1A.

The Tee shirt GSQRs are changing
Someone has looked at shiny brochires from UnderArmor, Lacoste, and Tommy Hilfigher to come up with updated GSQRs at the 11th hour

BTW, 2 Tee shirt manufacturers are in contention to supply as many as 126 Tee Shirts at $80 a shirt excluding accessories.
Note: Customization of design is extra and you will be charged about $20 per Tee shirt for any changes
Note: It doesn’t matter if your local Tee shirt costs $20 onlee, our uber rates are fixed onlee. We charge you for the experience and the logo value - the Tee is just a piece of cloth

Because F-solah T is available for $20 and it says 4000 on it instead of 324. It can be made in India with Egyptian cotton on German machines with American paint. The T will also come with 10 year maintenance contract at $120 per T. All Ts will come in size XXXL and any attempt to modify it to your size will cost another $50. You will need prior permission from designer to wear it. If you get close to someone wearing a F-22 T then your T is likely to spontaneously develop big holes.

Pratik, excellent job! I like both, but the first one looks gorgeous! Can it be without the black triangle and just the aircraft itself? So the Tejas in black and each individual bird in white?

That is beautiful Pratik!!!! Put that on a t-shirt and I will buy one. You have got a winner on your hands. Please do not forget to put 324 Tejas below though. That term is important. Just like how you have it in the first picture.

Pratik, can I make a revised Air Staff Qualitative Requirement of only the 324 smaller Tejas in the shape of Tejas minus the black outline? The double delta of smaller Tejas is a subtle but great indicator.

For ASQR No 2, for the lettering Tejas 324, can you use the font below? You can include the words Air Force Fighter as in the actual fighter for authenticity.

http://static.dnaindia.com/sites/defaul ... ejas-5.jpg

ASQR No 3 - In the background keep a brush stroke Indian Flag banner like this

https://depositphotos.com/136185056/sto ... ndian.html
https://www.pixelstalk.net/free-downloa ... ox&slide=1

ASQR No 4 - use a background like this

https://www.storyblocks.com/stock-image ... obj6gq82di

And make the Ashok Chakra in blue of 324 Tejas

Of course.

Do remember though that not only the folks on this forum but the folks who actually built the Tejas would’ve waited for this sign of acceptance and dedication to their cause since the first flight in 2001. If you had a child then, s/he would be going to college now. It deserved to be celebrated, especially since the IAF had relegated it to the Special Olympics for having 3 legs.

That being said, there won’t be any more from me on this.

I say that this is actually fine. When countrymen are celebrating an achievement of great magnitude, it should be encouraged.

But please create a separate thread for this.

^^ That's around 650 personnel worth of work per year. Huge requirement for MK2 certification. Now we are talking.

But this is on the body-shopping model, looks like and I really hate this kind of thing. People working on it will get peanuts as salary.

Economic model is inherently exploitative., but that is life.

At least they will get a salery, and allow them to find better employment with earned experience, unless of course they learn from regular full time how to kill time in chai panee and fat take home cash . Jmt.

This is better. Don't want aviation skills be stuck in PSU. Want these guys to take the experience and work with our private sector.

GoI should encourage even larger outsourcing/contracting for important technology skills.

I am now starting to believe ADA is serious about AMCA & UCAV.
