Modi is making Sharif a little too nude.......did you guys see Modi's tweets on Sharif's "emotional things"? Modi will probably grip him like a python.

Also while NaMo's body language is open (thus indicating fearless abandon), Badmash is tentatively protecting his family jewels, another classic beta pose. For further laughs compare the (in)famous photu of Amma with her minions.. err.. ministers. Frederic, interesting analysis. I just went by the image itself and NaMo's body posture appears that of a physically strong confident individual. Nawaz comes across as a wheeler dealer

I agree. There is the government and then the shadow government. The real decisions are going to be made behind the scenes.

NS looks like a sleazy used car salesman who uses words like "honestly speaking", "honest to god", "Trust me" etc etc etc while eying your wife. NaMo is extending his hand farther which shows confidence in one self, has a confident smile at the same time showing his canines possibly thinking "go ahead, make my day ma@#%#%d"

The proof lies in the pudding and when the inevitable 'tactically brilliant' event happens, we will have to see how NaMo responds. The response to the first terrorist event is key and hopefully NaMo won't fail us.

These two pictures seem to be similar. NaMo and Amit Bhai are warm and enthusiastic while their opponents seem to be uncertain seeing the warmness. It seems to me that Amit Bhai and NaMo are seasoned veterans who know how to handle things and are cool. Their opponents though experienced don't have the same coolness and seem uncertain(even confused).

I think he'll take up organizational building wherever BJP is weak. Plus, NaMo would like him to get cleared of possible CBI investigations first.
Many media reports say that he's already very highly sought to manage the campaign in MAH assembly polls coming soon.

better he be given some dual role, like defence + org building.

IndraD wrote:AAP activist held for allegedly sharing anti-Modi MMS

A 25-year-old MBA student and Aam Aadmi Party activist from the coastal Karnataka town of Bhatkal has been arrested for allegedly circulating an MMS ridiculing Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi.

Waqas Barmawar, son of noted Bhatkal-based Nawaithi and Urdu poet Samiullah Barmawar, was held along with four of his friends from an apartment in Bangalore by the city police’s central crime branch on Saturday evening.

The other four were released on Sunday afternoon after questioning but Waqas continues to be in police custody. Police sources said he was taken to Khanapur in Belgaum for questioning.

The MMS that got Waqas into trouble shows a corpse morphed with Modi’s face. Spoofing the BJP election slogan “Abki Bar Modi Sarkar”, the image runs with the headline “Abki Baar antim sanskaar”.

The image was allegedly doing the rounds on a few WhatsApp groups administered by AAP activists. According to sources, it was accidentally forwarded to a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporter in Belgaum and he complained to the police.

Very much true.
Also, very little evaluation of Nazrul has been done outside of Bengal regarding his iconic figure as a true secularist. I concur with many of my BD muslim friends that the biggest weapon to smash Islamic fundamentalism is Nazrul. The poems and songs he penned give too much takleef to the faithfools.
Very few outside of Bengal know that Nazrul penned many many 'Shyama-Sangeets' (devotional songs praising Goddess Kali).

I hope NaMo heaps praises on Nazrul, helps preserve his ancestral home as ABV did, and doesn't allow
Mamata walk away with Nazrul as her only prized possession. This will generate another level of PR for NaMo in Bengal (as well as in BD).

Perhaps I am reading too much into it.....but, as far as body language is concerned,
the first one is more authoritative whereas in the second one NaMo seems to be slightly bowing :(( :(( :((

No way dude.

Look in first pic NaMo's hand is above NS's

Next notice NaMo's tightly clenched fingers vs open open palm

Last, note NS clutching left hand to protect crown jewels.

You hit the nail on the head, call it aggressive or Super-power like strut; but their body language with frenemies will definitely make the frenemies think 10 times before doing anything. With sadhu, sant and other friends they seem to be very humble. However Modi/Amit's approach to take the bull by its horns with smile on their faces is going to unnerve their domestic and international opponents.

Imagine, you are cursing and scheming against your enemy; and the enemy is calm, cheerful and approaches you with dignity and respect. Yet, there is a tinge of aggression and menace. You would be cautious.

Without taking the ministerial oath of secrecy, how can he be made privy to Govt. business?

Please don't quote MMS/ SG arrangement in this regard. NaMo is not likely to violate the constitution knowingly like MMS did.

Guys -- please tell the Morons at the Hindu that Nazrul was not Bangladeshi. Yes -- he's the national poet -- but that doesn't make him bangladeshi; Rabindranath wrote their national anthem and that too doesn't make him Bangladeshi either.

his family lives in patipukur kolkata. BD took him there when he was old and lost cognitive function.

it is said that NI went deeply into spirituality, pranayam etc after his son passed away. his vegetative state in later years was supposed to be due to a samadhi (deep meditative state) gone bad.

Nazrul was born in West Bengal. As he was suffering from a disease that made him lose him memory and voice, it was his family that let him go and live in Bangladesh most probably due to monetary reasons. There he died suddenly, and before his family could bring him back, he was quickly buried in Bangladesh. I remember his son petitioning Indira Gandhi's help in bringing his body back, as all his family is in India. But the Bangladeshi government refused saying citizenship was granted to him. But what is granting citizenship to some one who was so mentally ill that he could not recognize anyone? The fact is Bangladesh wanted to possess someone of his stature.
