SouthAfrica and Brazil are the biggest critic of India's accomodation at NSG
They are also quite competent in nuke tech. SA has the new pebble bed reactors and Brazil is building a naval reactor for its nuke submarine programme. It is zealously guarding its U enrichment tech.

Venezuela is another story. Natwar would do well here.. third world solidarity and all that. He might even do double duty.. coming back with both uranium and oil :D

Germany, a member of NSG and our UNSC-G4 group partner(Unlike Brazil and Japan) has more potential and expertise with N-reactor experience than your Brazilian, Japanese and S. African counterparts.

The Fact these Brazilian and S.Africans, perticularly, who we helped, against all the odds to attain freedom from apartheid.... opposing us at NSG, makes me sick.
Venezual uranium deposits exist or not, no one has "substantive" data, to help tilt our National security direction.
