It is a clear conspiracy by MNCs and Missionaries. They just flipped Rahul Mehta's votes and Advani's votes. Modi accepted the demand that the votes of LKA and Rahul Mehta be flipped, because they threatened to boost Mallika Sarabhai otherwise.

Feel sorry for the old soldier Shri L.Ganesan of BJP in Chennai South.Coimbatore close contest between ADMK and BJP.

Maaran,Raja,TR Baalu,Jagatrakshakan,Gandhiselvan(all ministers in UPA) losing.Jagatrakshakan,a very clever businessman who was originally from ADMK was a 'turncoat' to DMK.

DMK Demolished
DMK has got a big ZERO this time and that is huge news ... They are getting thrashed by ADMK even in their own bastions of Thanjavur, Sriperumbudur, Tiruvannamalai & etc.I don't think this has happened ever in recent history of TN LS elections.... STALIN has started off in the weakest possible way .... Alagiri will feel very empowered now ... the in-family party weakness will only be more strong now. Advantage ADMK as a result.

NDA in TN+Puducherry ... Just about holding on against aggressive ADMK attack
NDA = 3 Leading (BJP @ Kanyakumari, PMK @ Dharmapuri and AINRC @ Puducherry)
@ Coimbatore - BJP trailing AIADMK by ~10K votes .... situation can still turn around here.
NDA is coming in at 2nd place behind ADMK at Virudhunagar, Vellore, Pollachi, Aarani, Erode (trailing by big margins and difficult to win from here onwards).

@ Sivaganga, ADMK is leading , BJP's H.Raja @ 3rd place and Karthi Chidambaram @ 4th Place.

INC ... only seat in TN where they could reach 2nd place is Kanyakumari (& Union Minister Narayanasamy is 2nd at Puducherry also).

Score Card as of now
DMK/INC/MDMK/DMDK are all getting ZERO seats.
PMK has 1.
AINRC (NDA ally @ Puducherry) has 1.
BJP in TN has 1 could get one more (monitor Coimbatore)
ADMK has 37 ... could go down slightly to 36.

Im away from India, but since 4.30 belgian time was logged on to this thread. Thank you so much for updates (someone on this thread mentioned not to watch ndtv and give them free trp, so i stuck to this forum for all information)

My office people asking me about Modi, and i feel a sense of pride informing them about who he is.

My 4 votes (family) atlast went for a good cause to removing NCP from Pune. Just never imagined i would see such a thing.

Old chap should have also contested from a safe seat. He I guess has luck against him. If he had one from another seat, he can at least do some good for the state - hoping that Keralites may vote in more BJP leaders. The only solace I have is that the Kerala MPs (be it commie, congie, or leaguie) has to deal with a new set of administration who has no specific agendas for Kerala. Old "back scratching stuff" also would not work. They may have to rely on some BJP "leaders" from Kerala to push any specific agenda they have.
