Nobody can tell, right? Also, what is the guarantee that BRaman is not bluffing here? What if covert operations were never stopped in Pakistan? What if Gujral doctrine was an elaborate hoax to deceive our brothers across the border?

There's a lot of focus on Shi'a genocide and infusion of Taliban-affiliated Pashtoons in Gilgit-Baltistan region. There have lately been calls from Kashmiri nationalists for the UN to station peacekeepers in the area. I'm not sure if the TSP kabila guards are necessarily averse to creating conditions for UN intervention with boots on the ground in the K-dispute. After all, China already has a presence there.

Another normal day in pakistan. Routine Blasts followed by routine investigation. Nothing spectacular is happening these days.

If kaaangress sticks to its core values, it should collect bribe from Afzal garu, let him go, offer him seat for next election, and ask Digvijaya to blame it all on Sangh parivar, if Hindus get angry, it can announce 40% (making the cumulative total promised 234%) reservation for some caste that will set other castes against the move and split votes....

If any fascists protest, then the rapist goon propaganda yellows can be let loose, you only have to promise eternity of obedience to Beijing to get them to sing your tune..plus some juicy posts of course so they can sit in air conditioned comfort and champion the cause of the down trodden...

His pragmatic effort for buying his beloved ipad should be appreciated. He has shown the way forward in the middle kingdom for the poor chinese , err, they are not poor , i forgot , they have kidneys to barter. This is a new revolution. Something to learn for the pakis instead of taking their begging bowl out , they should barter their kidneys too in exchange of dollahs. This enlightening approach must pass from the taller mountains to the punjabi plains of napakistan.
So you are saying Pakistan has untapped potential of US$ 160-900B Medical Exports in Kidneys alone assuming a kidney fetches anywhere between $1000-5000. You see Paki kidneys are more efficient at processing sh1t and should get a better price than those chinese.

Adding other possible organ donations like a lobe of a lung, partial liver, pancreas or intestine; we are looking at more than $500B untapped medical export industry in Pakistan.

With that amount they can develop 786 more atomic bombs and complete Ghazwa-E-Hind!

Plane carrying Pakistan chief justice catches fire
number of VIPs, including Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, caught fire Sunday just before taking off from the port city of Karachi, Geo News reported.

The Islamabad-bound Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight had several Members of the National Assembly, federal ministers and the country's chief justice on board when it caught fire.
The flight, PK-300 was on the taxiway when the fire was noticed in one of its engines, sources said.

Rescue teams were rushed to bring the fire under control and evacuate passengers, the report said.

"Smoke billowing out of the burning engine escaped into the fuselage after they opened the emergency exit hatch. It was suffocating in there. I saw many passengers who were not feeling well at all," said federal minister Maula Bux Chandio who blamed PIA for its mismanagement and incompetence.

The national flag carrier has a history of technical issues owing to an outdated and ill-maintained fleet, the report said.
Being a normal commercial flight it seems to be just an incident. No mango crates etc

If one looks at the tactics employed for terrorism or waging war against India, the Pakistanis have not changed much since 1947. In fact, if one looks at their overall approach to India even today, it is the same as Muslim League's during pre-Partition time. If one digs even deeper, it would be the same as 1400-odd years back.

Turkish power plant must pay $120m: Pak SC

The Supreme Court on Monday warned the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) that if Karkey electric power generation ship leaves the Karachi port without paying the outstanding amount, the Bureau’s chairman would be responsible.

He said nobody can be allowed to make away after looting the country, warning the NAB that it will be responsible if Karkey leaves the country without offering assurance of dues’ repayment.Prosecutor General NAB KK Agha said Turkey’s ambassador also contacted for the return of the power plant. Justice Gulzar Ahmed remarked, “If so, should we give entire Pakistan to Turkey?” :rotfl: {eye hape a pooch to this paki... what is wrong in giving your mothers to descendants of one of your four farthers hain ?}

The ship carrying world’s biggest rental power plant with a 250 MW power generation capacity arrived in Karachi in November 2009.

Refund claim increases by 50% to $120m
* Power plant ship will not leave Pakistan’s shores without paying claim
By Razi Syed

KARACHI: Pakistani authorities have increased the refund claim on the Turkish rental power plant ship Karkey by 50 percent to $120 million from the previous estimate of $80 million for failing to deliver according to its agreement to supply 230 megawatts (MW) to the national grid and causing huge losses to the government of Pakistan, sources in the Maritime Security Agency (MSA) and Port Qasim Authority (PQA) said on Saturday.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has stopped Karkey from leaving the shores of Pakistan. Billions of rupees were spent on laying the infrastructure, cables and deployment of technicians and workers for generating the 230 MW power, but hardly 30 MW were generated, which caused huge losses to the government of Pakistan in the last three years.

Earlier it was maintained Karkey would pay an amount of $20 million as an instalment by November 1, 2012.

However, the company made no payment so far while Transparency International Pakistan (TIP) also claimed the outstanding amount stands at around $210 million, which was earlier estimated at $80 million.
So, not to be left behind by their Maldivian birathers .. Pakees too are stepping up their game ,

With so much Green on Green Intra-Mohammadden religion inspired violence prevalent in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan not sure though if this a case of Intra-Mohammadden sectarian violence with Sunni being taken on by Shia or if this is a case of Sub-Sectarian violence with Sunni Deobandi being taken on by Sunni Barelvi or some such like :

Two Pakistani-born brothers arrested in Florida on terror charges for alleged bomb plot

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldne ... -plot.html
Raess Alam Qazi, 20, and Sheheryar Alam Qazi, 30, were arrested on charges of providing support to terrorists and conspiring to use a "weapon of mass destruction" within the United States.

Federal prosecutors allege that the men provided money, housing, communications equipment and transportation as part of a conspiracy to bomb an unidentified target in the US.

The brothers' alleged goal was "to use a weapon of mass destruction (explosives) against persons and property within the United States", according to a statement by prosecutors.

They are naturalised US citizens who shared a home in Fort Lauderdale.

X Posted from the Afghanistan News and Discussion thread.

Time Magazine reports on the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s machinations to steal Afghanistan’s water in cahoots with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Hardly the stuff of Mohammadden brotherhood.

Strangely India gets a mention in the article:
……………. The anxieties about Iranian and Pakistani meddling are exemplified by the speculation around the long-stalled Salma dam, being built by India in the province of Herat in western Afghanistan, which borders Iran. The dam has the potential to irrigate nearly 75,000 hectares and produce 42 MW of electricity. However, the project is already four years behind schedule. Its cost has doubled and is expected to rise by another 50%. Some Afghan officials are astonished that Indian engineers, who have built highways in Afghanistan in record time, are taking so long to complete the dam. They hypothesize that Iranian diplomatic meddling has caused the delays.

The Indians, however, deny it. “Afghans tell us that Iran has created issues, but we haven’t had to talk to Iran about it because we haven’t had evidence linking them to insecurity there,” says Gautam Mukhopadhaya, the Indian ambassador to Afghanistan, blaming the delay on cost escalation. “The Salma dam will be completed, no question about that.” ………………

Apropos the Gauri/Nodong missile parts scattered along the flight path, most likely the Pakis were testing the vehicle on a trajectory to achieve longer range. What appears to have happened is 'in-flight breakup" due to excess aerodynamic loads due to the trajectory being flown.
I think the Pakis were testing to max range with maybe a reduced payload and it broke up. The structure can handle only so much g and aero loads.

So goodbye to qhwabs of nuking Hyderabad, Deccan.

Must read article on the antecedents of the current Shia Genocide in land of the pure.

Shias and their future in Pakistan
So where will this end? Prediction is where the Pundit rubber meets the road, so here goes:

The state will make a genuine effort to stop this madness. Shias are still not seen as outsiders by most educated Pakistani Sunnis. When middle class Pakistanis say “this cannot be the work of a Muslim” they are being sincere, even if they are not being accurate.

But as the state makes a greater effort to rein in the most hardcore Sunni militants, it will be forced to confront the “good jihadis” of yore who are frequently linked to the same networks. This confrontation will eventually happen, but between now and “eventually” lies much confusion and bloodshed.

The Jihadist community will feel the pressure and the division between those who are willing to suspend domestic operations and those who no longer feel ISI has the cause of Jihadist Islam at heart will sharpen. The second group will be targeted by the state and will respond with more indiscriminate anti-Shia attacks. Just as in Iraq, jihadist gangs will blow up random innocent Shias whenever they want to make a point of any kind. Things (purely in terms of numbers killed) will get much worse before they get better. As the state opts out of Jihad (a difficult process in itself, but one that is almost inevitable, the alternatives being extremely unpleasant) the killings will greatly accelerate and will continue for many years before order is re-established. The worst is definitely yet to come. This will naturally mean an accelerating Shia brain drain, but given the numbers that are there, total emigration is not an option. Many will remain and some will undoubtedly become very prominent in the anti-terrorist effort (and some will, unfortunately, become special targets for that reason).

IF the state is unable to opt out of Jihadist policies (no more “good jihadis” in Kashmir and Afghanistan and “bad jihadis” within Pakistan) then what? I don’t think even the strategists who want this outcome have thought it through. The economic and political consequences will be horrendous and as conditions deteriorate the weak, corrupt, semi-democratic state will have to give way to a Sunni “purity coup”. Though this may briefly stabilize matters it will eventually end with terrible regional war and the likely breakup of Pakistan. . Since that is a choice that almost no one wants (not India, not the US, not China, though perhaps Afghanistan wouldn’t mind) there will surely be a great deal of multinational effort to prevent such an eventuality.

Sadly, the Tariq Ali type overseas/Westernized-elite Left will play no discernible role in any of this. If we do (God forbid) get to the nationalist-Sunni-coup phase, Pankaj Mishra may find something positive in it (“strength” and the willingness to stand up against imperialism being a high priority for him) but events will not fit into that framework for too long.

From the comments section:

Dear Omar,
Thank you for the courage and honesty you have shown in writing this article (surely you must know that you could be targeted for speaking the truth so openly?)What a chilling, sobering piece...the video at the end is particularly horrifying. What savages. You were right because I could not bear to watch it to the end either. Your entire article has shaken me to the core, for many reason not the least of which is that I am a Shia doctor myself and would be the prime target for killing in Pakistan. While we are aware of what is going on for several years and hear of new atrocities regularly, it is entirely another experience to read your article and see a summary in black and white. Additionally, I recently lost one of my dearest Dow Medical College classmates and friend, Aslam "Babban" Mirza to this mindless violence, his crime being that he was a Shia practicing in Quetta, serving the people he grew up with selflessly. I can no longer even count the number of applications I receive from highly prominent Shia physicians in Pakistan, asking for jobs ANYWHERE in the US as long as they can get out of Pakistan and save their families. Some of them are heading departments and chairing college administrative positions and ALL of them opted to either stay back or return to Pakistan to serve the people they love. Your article is very timely and every Pakistani (and every human who cares about simple basic human rights) needs to do SOMETHING to stop this madness now. We are going to participate in "The 10,000 Rally" which is trying to get 10,000 people to keep a vigil outside the UN Headquarters in NY on December 7 starting at 11:00 a.m. to protest against the 10,000 Shias who have been killed worldwide solely on the basis of their Shia beliefs. Through this note, I would like to invite all individuals who care about human rights to join me in this 5 hour vigil. Surely this is not too much to ask of New Yorkers at least.
Thanks again, Omar, I am very grateful that you took the time to write this badly needed summary.

..This confrontation will eventually happen, but between now and “eventually” lies much confusion and bloodshed...
This is just a pipedream. This so-called confrontation is NOT going to happen ever. Which paki sunni pure muslim has the cojones to stand up and put a stop to the lovely treatment meted out to the kaffir (or is it murtad?) shias? Who has the spherical appendages to go against the book itself? That too by openly calling for a war against the brothers-in-Islam of mumtaz qadri?
The author says that if this 'confrontation' doesn't happen, the consequences are even more horrible. But he doesn't name them. It is Allah (swt)'s will that the shia kaffirs be put to death. Now the author is claiming that the consequences of something that is ordained by allah (SWT) himself are horrible? what other example of blasphemy can there be?

Now we know how to make full use of Pakis. Women for Pakeezahs and Men for Angdaan!
With Allah's help the Ghazis of Pakiland can fight Ghazwa-e-Hind with one kidney onlee! The money from other kidney they can use for khajoor. If they sell both kidneys they can buy twice the number of khajoors.
This should be in New way of Looking at Dear/Cheap Pakistan !! One god, One Qitab, One Prophet, One Kidney , One eye, One leg , One- Ball with no Brain, living in Vain, Eating of Drain , lifting head like Crane, hoping to Watch Wagha Train. Well, They can do this again and again , will get no Hoors but Watching Indian doing party and Bhangra , for sure will cause lot of Pain.

I think the Pakis were testing to max range with maybe a reduced payload and it broke up. The structure can handle only so much g and aero loads.

So goodbye to qhwabs of nuking Hyderabad, Deccan.
Yes they have never tested ghauri to its paper max range which would need a arabian sea shot. They tried to simulate that with a high angle pad target type shot after reading reports of our bmd tests and just found out its a no can do :((
