Bomb blast in Hyderabad in busy commercial area

Hyderabad: A bomb blast took place this evening in a busy commercial area of Hyderabad. According to unconfirmed reports, eight people who were injured have been moved to hospital.

The explosion took place at rush hour near a cinema opposite a bus stand in Dilsukhnagar. The area hosts a large fruit and vegetable markets.

More details are awaited.

This was expected. With the Jihadis in Pakistan starting with beheading of our soldiers and then the speech of the terrorist, this was bound to happen. The increased security presence pointed to one thing that the govt knew that there is going to be an attack. They failed again to prevent it, nor will they respond with an attack on Pakistan and the Jihadis. The HM will now be looking for Hindu terrorists.

Congrez Home minister Savitha IndraReddy and Hyderabad Police should be held responsible for this failure - these blasts were a long time in the coming given the free rein and the impunity with which the Anti-National elements operate in Hyderabad .

All our IB sleuths are busy keeping tabs on politicians and dealing with the fallout of scams before the next general election. Our police forces are pathetic. They still can't put up a proper barrier to isolate the site and carry out proper forensics. Meanwhile, Shinde will come out with some typical bs "The nation remains resolute in the face of terror" and will look like an even bigger idiot after his hindu terror remark.

Idiots are idiots. They don't look anything else. The whole of Congress with their stupid ideology of Secularism and hatred towards anything Dharmic is the major thorn in India's progress and the reason for India and Indians getting killed like flies.

And their Chamchas in the media who write with such impunity against the Hindus and Dharmic faith. HT heading says "Serial blasts in Hyderabad, few feared dead, several injured"
Look at the kind of tone they use. 7 people is few for these ********.

How difficult is it to present an immediate show of force with a bunch of armed police - evacuate the injured and cordon off the blast site with No-entry reels ?

There have been countless bomb blasts in the past and yet there is this criminal neglect towards preserving crucial evidence at the incident sites by the Police

I think the need of the hour is a brutally honest documentary which shows this lack of professionalism in our Police forces especially in the oft touted Cosmopolitan global IT hubs like Hyderabad , Bangalore and Coimbatore - this will hurt the Police babus and their political masters the most and will force them to shape up at least to save the "brand image" of these cities from going to the dogs. After all its a given that these politicians have lot invested in those's citie's Real estate...

It seems they found a bomb near a famous saibaba temple in dilsukhnagar. luckily it did not explode. Dilshuknagar is the main area where BJP dominates. My Sister and her family live in Dilshukhnagar. All the bombs have been placed in areas with maximum people density, theatres and a Saibaba temple on thursday evening. It is mostly young guys and girls who visit Saibaba temple on thursday to pray for more marks and US Visas

This is senseless. This was definitely done by folks with local knowledge.

I am waiting for the secularists to come out and start giving out reasons.

This is second or third time bombs exploded in this area. The Sai Baba temple is a known target.

There is a mosque few streets away from the blasts, need to see if any links surface to the mosque given that bombs were found in local Saibaba temple, again very frequently visited place by my family.

Two powerful bombs ripped through a market place in Hyderabad on Thursday evening killing seven and injuring up to fifty people as per initial reports.

The injured have been rushed to nearby hospitals.

The explosion took place at rush hour near a cinema opposite a bus stand in Dilsukhnagar, which has a large fruit and vegetable market.

In 2007, twin blasts in the city killed 40 people.

More details are awaited.

It is false to consider this as some reaction to some thing SwamyG ji ,

"This is a reaction" canard is the first step in the rationalization process which the Psec brigade employ to justify the bombing and to gather support for the suspects rounded up in the investigations.

This is not a reaction to Kasab , its not a reaction to Afzal Guru , its not a reaction to Owaisi's jailtime , its not a reaction to the bhagyalakshmi temple standoff ... Its not a reaction to anything ..

This violence is just the inherent mindset of those who hate the other - there will be blasts and there will be killing and there will be violence from them - all just for the Heck of it and just because they hate the "other" so much that they rather see the "other" killed and destroyed and presence or absence of a reason for their hatred is the last thing on their minds .

This is the handiwork of ISI/LeT via Indian Mujahiddeen with possible BDesh/Nepal connection.

One bomb apparently unexploded - this may give some clues.

But 11 precious jewels have been killed.
