I guess this is nothing new. But don't know this happens in every place where the PM goes. Kerala had a dubious distinction when MM Singh was the PM. The convoy bringing him from Thiruvananthapuram Air port to the city lost its way !!!. He was stuck up for around 10 mins on the road.

It went too far ahead of the PM's vehicle. Kerala police patrol vehicle was not used to the speed and protocols of PM's security convoy.

Religion of peace'rs exercising their first right at any natural resource -
According to the uncle of the victim, the 17-year-old had gone to buy snacks on Saturday evening but did not return. "It was around Sunday noon that we received a call from police, informing us that she had died in KGMU," he said. "My niece was abducted by Nadeem, who raped her and then left her to die after strangulating her." He accused the police of not taking into account his complaint in the matter.
It seems there is more to it than what's there in the report (from the comments) :
Please refer to news from Hindi news paper! 1. The girl was abducted from booth while she went with her brother 2. She was gang raped by 4 convicted 3. The four accused, destroyed her face, head & killed her! 4. They threw her & ran away! Does it sound like love jihad?
Read Hindi news paper & tv channel! The Hindi media is showing the real truth! 1. There is no love jhad. 2. If you sister goes to buy something with you 3. I along with 4 boy, abduct her 4. Gang rape 5. Kill her by hitting her head, face, break her chest 6. Her picture is totally off. Her face, back is broken ! 7. Lastly she is killed by those rapist!

Sad for the family of the girl. But at a larger scale, this will just make the Hindu position very hard and unforgiving. God help the secular combine.

I just hope that Amit Shah, is taking stock of the situation and is planning to annihilate the current dispensation electorally.

In this respect, Pappu, missing the last day of parliamentary debates on communal incidents, is near disaster for the communal party.

From what I remember. There is generally an "advanced pilot" which is a police vehicle, with a police driver. These vehicles are quite modern and should be able to go in good speed. Then there is the "pilot" vehicle which generally leads the convoy. The Marshal (senior most police officer in charge of the convoy) went ahead in the "advance pilot". An ASI was actually in the pilot vehicle which was a loaned vehicle from the state tourism department. The driver was a civilian driver. So there was good communication gap between the marshal and the ASI leading the convoy, and the driver also did not know the way. This was during the commie regime under Com. VS Achu.

Jaipur Police alleges Muslim industrialists of funding Mosques in Hindu slums

JAIPUR: A letter written by the Rajasthan's Additional DGP (Intelligence) to Jaipur's civic and police authorities, alleging that a group of Muslim industrialists have been funding construction of Mosques in Hindu dominated slum areas of the Pink City by "luring" poor land owners to sell them off has caused a stir with civil rights group People Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) releasing a "fact-finding" report on Tuesday contesting police claims.

Apparently written to the Police Commissioner and District Collector of Jaipur on July 15, the letter authored by UR Sahu, ADG (Intelligence), had warned that "poor Hindu Community members, who live next to Muslim Abadi areas, arew being provided with incentives and their land sold for the Construction of religious places." Sahu had apparently named Dr Iqbal of the Jamaat-e-Islami-Hind and prominent Muslim industrialists Habib Garnet, Sriaj Takat, Haji Rafat, Naeem Quereshi, Pappu Ouereshi, Gaffar Bhai Tent wala, among a couple of others.

Strongly contesting the letter's assertions, PUCL has claimed that its own fact finding team has found that the purchases "seem to be part of regular property deals".

Taliban Court operating in Hyderabad
Members of a gang who were accused of gangraping a woman in front of her fiancé last month, were also running Kangaroo courts in their areas and thrashing people in front of others, police said on Saturday.

Investigators were aghast to find a video clip in one of the phones seized from the gang members, which showed ‘punishment’ being meted out to him. It shows a man kneeling being ordered to bend forward while a muscular person is wielding a cane and whipping him. Some other persons are seen watching the beating nonchalantly. The man beating him has been identified by the police as Faisal Dayani, who allegedly led his associates in the gang-rape of a woman. In the background, some women could be heard complaining against him even as Faisal thrashes him. Later one of his associates, Salam Hamdi, is seen counselling the man.

In another video, Faisal is shown threatening a woman and her children over some property issue. Locals are said to have informed the police that the gang members often settled many marital, family and land disputes by summoning the parties or visiting their localities in recent times. Police said that the gang members operated in Shaheennagar, Errakunta, Chandrayangutta, Ghousenagar, Jalpally and Pahadishareef. The police who seized around 25 video clips from the mobile phones found out that the gang members also sexually assaulted two more women after filming them semi-clad. When contacted, Shamshabad ACP R.Sudarshan said that police had come to know about the gang members victimising many people.

This was a given. There is a significant section of Telangana-vadis (including hardcore Hindus), who see their identity in the Nizami Hyderabad. This is what makes them different from other Andhra folks. So, I am not remotely surprised that Talibani regime is being allowed to flourish in Hyderabad. In the view of the hardcore Telangana-vadis, the Razakar domination is infinitely preferable to being subservient to the Andhrollu. Nizam is being recast as a great development patron, and is going to make a comeback as the patron saint of Telangana. The decks are being cleared for this development.

who are these "hardcore hindu" folks who prefer the "nizam identity"? please do elaborate. I'd be interested to know where you've seen them. the underlying spirit among the "hardcore hindus" has always been that the unique opportunity in 1948 to once and for inflict major damage on Islamic elites was squandered by the collaboration of the Ashraf+feudal alliance with the then Congress forces from Kosta.

both the Ashrafs and the Hindu feudals who aligned with them received a thorough beating. they were on the retreat and left to the people, they would have been forced to abandon Telangana altogether. Instead, the Kosta elites saw benefit in preserving them, and Nehru's Congress at that time was also keen on "safeguarding" the Ashrafs.

don't blame Telangana for this. if the Ashraf Razakars survived at all, the blame for it falls squarely on the elite collaborative elements in both Telangana and Kosta, and the INC in Delhi.

I have just quoted a few tweets by this guy and his RSS friends. Just check twitter and facebook. You will find hundreds of his friends echoing the sentiment. If this is the view of RSS, the Gods help the Telangana folks when the Razakars dominate.

This may very well be true, but then, this is the feeling of 1948. The feeling today is, from what I am seeing, much different.
both the Ashrafs and the Hindu feudals who aligned with them received a thorough beating. they were on the retreat and left to the people, they would have been forced to abandon Telangana altogether. Devesh-ji,
Here I will take a slightly different view. If the Telangana movement were against the Dora-Ashrafi alliance that has been preserved by the Congress, then we would not be seeing another Dora leading the movement and becoming CM. Right from the start, the Telangana movement, in my opinion, has been led by T-elites who, seeing their marginalisation in the united Andhra, wanted their own fiefdom to rule. Even the Communists of Nalagonda and Khammam were suborned and co-opted by the elites (both coastal and Telangana). Simply put, there is no party of the common Telangana folk in existence today. All parties in Telangana are led or guided by the eiltes, and there is none that dares take on the powerful Dora-Razakar alliance. The TDP might have become one, but it is not. It is just a party of a different set of elites, that have considerable stake (and clout) in Hyderabad. A grassroots movement against the powerful elite of Telangana has yet to take shape. Currently, none exists.

This seems to be a repeat of history. From a Marathi serial on Chhatrapati Shivaji (that had historians as advisors), Shahaji (Shivaji's father) installed a kid Murtaza as Nizam after all successors (apart from this kid) of the Nizamshahi were eliminated by Adilshahi Sultans of Bijapur. It is difficult to understand why our leaders failed to understand the Islamic thought processes in medieval times and why after repeated encounters, continue to make the same mistake. If Shahaji had taken over Nizamshahi after the Nizams were eliminated, things would be much different in the present times. Or so it seems, IMHO. Interestingly, it seems that strong Maratha sardars were also serving Adil Shahi, a sharia-compliant foreign-origin dynasty. Atri bhau please to comment.

It has nothing to do with Dhimmi-ness. It has everything to do with Andhra hatred. You have surely heard `Not that I loved Caesar less, but that I loved Rome more?' Turn it around on its head, and you will get the hardcore Telangana-vadis' feeling. `Not that they hate the Ashrafs less, but that they hate the Andhrollu more'. So, as long as the Andhrollu are still strong in Hyderabad, and the Razakars don't become too obnoxious, this alliance will continue. KCR has other reasons for doing it - he is likely planning a massive land grab under the cover of Telangana sentiment. For that, he needs the Andhra dominated RE dealers broken. So-the alliance with the MIM is useful, since the MIM has its own handle into the RE world, and can supply useful pawns to knock out the Andhra RE guys.

Thanks RamaY ji and my last OT here, a previous Nizam had murdered Lakhoji Jadhav, Shahaji's father in law (that is Jija bai's father) and his sons in the Nizamshahi darbar. Even then, Shahaji did not find it fit to finish off Nizam Shahi for once and all when he had the opportunity. (Again, this is based on the TV show, so cannot vouch for authenticity.) In other words, we will never learn.

What crap is this? The former Nizam state covering Telangana, North Karnataka and South Maharashtra are one of the most backward areas in this region even today. Check your facts first. The Telangana sentiment was always there due to the negligence of the political elite. Take the help of Google chaha and see why a common man from Telangana is supporting a seperate state. Dont get into a tunnel view of seeing everything around Hyderabad.

You just cant generalize by quoting a tweet of a person whose identity cant be confirmed. My father was a student during the earlier movement in the late 60's. Around 300 students were killed in police firing. The current agitation cant even be compared to the earlier ones.

Lack of ruthlessness in pursuing their interests and removing long-term threats when they have a chance are major weaknesses of Hindus. From Shahaji's refusal to finish off the Nizam dynasty and Gandhi's refusal to allow full transfer of population, our mental blindness in not removing long-term threats when given a chance is legendary.

James Todd noted:
Such is the character of the Hindu: a mixture of arrogance, political blindness, pride, and generosity. To spare a prostrate foe is the creed of the Hindu cavalier, and he carries all such maxims to excess.

What crap is this? The former Nizam state covering Telangana, North Karnataka and South Maharashtra are one of the most backward areas in this region even today.
Take a look at this map, which measures poverty in Andhra Pradesh.

http://oar.icrisat.org/6224/7/reddy_Ban ... _11_11.pdf

As you can see, only 3 (Medak, Warangal, and Mahabubnagar) of the 10 districts in Telangana are rated poor. On the other hand, all four districts of Rayalseema are rated poor, and so are two districts of Kosta. In fact, if any region has cause for complaining, it would be Rayalseema, rather than Telangana. In fact, per capita DDP in non-Hyderabad Telangana is hardly any lower than per capita DDP in Kosta. Now, why is Telangana `one of the most backward' regions?

Check your facts first. The Telangana sentiment was always there due to the negligence of the political elite. Take the help of Google chaha and see why a common man from Telangana is supporting a seperate state.
The common man of western & northern Telangana (which is where T-sentiment is highest) has been sold an impossible dream of jobs for everyone, at the expense of the thieving Andhrollu. Just see the umpteen statements of KCR and his party. The main problem to the upliftment of the common Telangana man, he has been told, is the presence of the Kosta thieves. This dream is going to unravel cruelly, if the administrative acumen of KCR thus far is any example, but that is another matter. What is the problem is that KCR and his merry men were not content with making the division an administrative one. They made it a division of the people. The Telangana person, though he speaks Telugu, was recast as something `not-Andhra'. One Telangana ideologue wanted to remove `Sanskritised Andhra' words and replace them with `Telangana slang'.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city ... 744511.cms

Even the cuisine of the Telangana is being made to be different from the Andhra cuisine. This is where the problem comes. There is no real separate Telangana identity so to speak-not large enough to make it a new people, anyway. Dialects of Telugu, accents, or a few Urdu words will not suffice to make it a new language or a new people. Consequently, a new identity has to be constructed. And the easiest way to construct one, the one which is still in the minds of the people, is the Nizami Telangana identity. I have heard Telangana people claim that they will adapt the Kakatiya identity, but that is going to prove a lot harder. For the simplest of all reasons. The Kakatiya kingdom has been dead for 700 years. No one remembers what it was like, and there isn't enough of it left to construct an identity out of it. Consequently, there is only one identity that is completely different from the Telugu identity of Telangana. This is why even RSS guys who hate MIM are harping about the glorious rule of the Nizam. They want the Nizami identity so that they can be different from the Andhra folks. This is why you see KCR's daughter pretending that Telangana was an independent state forcibly annexed into India, and that they were always different, and separate. It is the simple need to be different and construct their own identity.
Dont get into a tunnel view of seeing everything around Hyderabad.
Hyderabad exemplifies the problem, since Hyderabadi Telangana supporters have to be different from their neighbouring Andhra folks, and, therefore, Hyderabad will bear much of the pain, but the other regions will also have to live with the repercussions of the events in the capital. The problem is that what happens in Hyderabad will not remain localised in Hyderabad. It will spread into the Telangana interiors.
You just cant generalize by quoting a tweet of a person whose identity cant be confirmed. My father was a student during the earlier movement in the late 60's. Around 300 students were killed in police firing. The current agitation cant even be compared to the earlier ones.
I always supported a separate Telangana state, as you can see from my past posts. But that said, I supported an administrative division, not a division of the peoples as it is becoming now. This particular folly will have long term consequences.
Yes, the developments are concerning but stop posting your frustration and spreading false and generalized information.
I am neither frustrated, not spreading false information. I am posting just where the problem comes from. But that apart, I would welcome your clear refutation of my thesis. Looking for a healthy debate, not an exercise in name-calling.

They'll not only come back, but will be garlanded and given plum jobs by "secular" governments. Remember the case of that jihadi doctor who was arrested in Australia and deported to India ? Former Karnataka CM Kumaraswamy was one of the first ones to visit his house, shed tears in public and offer him a government job..all in the name of secularism. More recently, a "secular" cattle thief and his gang tried moving down anti-naxal jawans at a checkpost. The ANF personnel retaliated and killed the thief. Congi and JDS politicians were tripping over each other trying to visit the dead guy's family. In the end, the compensation of 10 lacs was given to his family, and the ANF jawan who saved the lives of his platoon was arrested and lost his job.

In other news, after Madani did a houdini act after being granted bail,Rashid Malbari - a high profile criminal and a close aid of Dawood seems to have jumped bail and vanished into thin air ! Apparently he's been missing since mid july, but there is neither a debate in Karnataka vidhanasabha nor a statement from the home minister or the state police.

Things are changing now. All those that go abroad to commit acts of terror should also be targetted for liquidation. Our muslims are just as bad as any other. Where are the protests against isis or imams that preach hatred within india? The hole community tolerates and even respects jihadi rubbish now.

This should be a huge source of humiliation to RNIs, but it is not, and does not bring out any generosity or thought.

I would not support any such "ban" regardless of the conversion aspects, until the foreign funding has been effectively replaced by desi indi-genous programs. .
What keeps western poor in a slightly better state than of abject poverty (as seen mainly in the east) is 'benefits'. As the benefits are being cut, there is a noticeable increase in the people needing more help from 'charities' as government has said we would like to do more, but cannot afford to.

When you ask for 'desi indi-geous programs', you are basically removing the incentive of the people seeking help from working to fund their needs. This is what has happened in the west and the western sheeple stay docile to enable this to go on.

The funding coming into India has but one purpose. You very well know what it is. Its pointless playing devils advocate about this.

The facts are - there is never enough available for the wants. What needs are are easily fulfilled by empowering people to work. Creating jobs is NOT the job of the government. They should just make the systems easy for people to work or set up businesses for others to work.Unfortunately this was NEVER the plan of the earlier governments. No matter how much they say it was.

We do not have enough incentive for people to run businesses which has contributed to the myraid of ills. The carry over from the colonial era.

Also there is never enough work for a sizeable population. This is because most have an income expectation to ensure the wants are also taken care of. If the government steps in, it distorts the economy. its not governments job to create jobs. Nor it should indulge in the activity to set up either a system of benefits nor to encourage any 'indi-genous programs'. What ever has to happen should happen through private efforts of people with means.

Ban on FCRA funding will accomplish 2 things - conversion factory will die down. People will be forced to work rather than preach religion to gullible masses as a form of employment.

The pseudo-seculars need to be taken to courts for such arbitrary behavior. Such compensation at public cost is not affordable in India.

No individual soldier or law enforcement person has enough resources to sue the big Leftist organisations. I know a family that was ruined when a Leftist organisation made false allegations against a serving officer, and humiliated, he took his own life. Years later, he was exonerated posthumously, but by then, it was too late for his destitute wife and children, whose lives were utterly ruined. The Leftist organisation that made the false allegation is still running rampant in India, without a blush of shame. Leftist organisations are the only group that are completely unaccountable for their lies. It is time that the government regulated them, and made them more accountable.

For obvious reasons, I won't mention the name of the organisation. I will be committing libel by naming them, when there is no judicial evidence that the person committed suicide due to the allegations by the organisation. But I will mention this-the organisation in question has been active in highlighting the cause of the Naxalites.

Leftsist organizations have run amuck with internal security (and also external security) of our country. Most of them are inveterate liars and have extra-territorial affinities. Though Leftism has died a natural death, it is still alive in India and some of our enemies are making use of them for destabilizing us internally.
