I completely disagree with this argument that RR was merely carrying out policy. Bubba Clinton was too busy getting his pipe wet to be setting sooth-asia policy himself, and halfbright was too focused on Europe. Sooth asia policy was set with input from RR and largely driven by her.
I posted in response to the contention that hating on RR is misplaced because she is a tool of US policy only. Please keep that context in mind.

So everyone has issued a fatwa against him and are baying for his head.
whoa! is this how the abduls pay him back for giving up his haram pop career and turning halal? He even endorsed and certified some potato chips product as halal :)

He said tough things about Pakistan but this week he was embarrassedly forced to shake hands with an enemy Nawaz Sharif despite his decision on breaking off talks.
Even for the clueless dim bulbs in the Indian media (on the average), Aakar Patel is in a class by himself, and yet again proves himself to be a congentially stupid cretin without any idea of how statecraft is conducted. His central point in the article is that "shaking hands with Nawaz Sharif is a loss of face for India". Being a pakistani-pasand tool by nature, it is not surprising that Aakar Patel unfailingly espouses the pakistani POV, but he seems to have also imbibed Pakistani mindset of "honour and dignity" as a centerpiece of inter-state relations. Don't bother reading the article, unless you have time to kill.

Aakar Patel, is a Muslim supporter of the INC what do you expect. Balance? He hates Modi with religious fervor.

So a serving paki general - a COAS no less wears an american flagpin along with his paki flagpin ? How low can these morons stoop ? They really do take their role of being global wh0res seriously ! Like a prostitute who puts on a loud makeup and cheap perfume to attract her customers, the paki COAS truly plays his role of chief bootlicker by wearing his master's flag on his chest while he begs for some arms and some alms.

He was given 'boot licker of the US' or some such title. May be that is the reason for sporting the US flag.

I'm Dim's incompetence exposed at UK varsity
I'm the Dim's forced quit as Honorary Chancellor of Bradford University UK has exposed incompetence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan who now-a-days was claiming to have mastery over everything and posing as ‘a seasoned politician and big reformer.’
He said that Bradford University students union had rightly pointed out that I'm Dim had not been attending the varsity's graduation ceremonies since 2010.

No such thing. Wearing crossed flag’s that includes the host countries flag besides one’s own is par for the course. No need to work up outrage at trivial matters to beat up the head of the Uniformed Jihadis of the Army the Islamic Republic of Pakistan when there is so much to beat up on  .

Meanwhile our MEA must ensure that US protocol of having Secretary of State meeting head of Uniformed Jihadi's of the Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan must be extended to our own COAS and other GOI representatives of similar rank during their visits to the US without the matching reciprocity of Indian's going that far down protocol.

It is defeat for India, and victory for Pakistan

if Modi had totally ignored Sharif, then Pakistan would have ceased to matter. But because Modi was forced to shake hands and acknowledge Sharif, Pakistan has survived intact and has shown its importance to India. India cannot ignore Pakistan. Modi has lost. Pakistan matters to India.

Let us not make much ado about nothing. It would have been juvenile and totally futile for PM Modi to totally ignore one leader out of only seven present.

PTI mulls rescheduling Lahore shutdown call

"But why" You ask? What power in Pakistan can possibly be more powerful than the Kaptaan?
Imran Khan-led PTI is planning to reschedule its shutdown call owing to Jamaat-ud-Dawa’s public gathering the same day.
http://www.dawn.com/news/1148203/tehree ... ers-plan-c
The party leadership met at the Bani Gala residence of PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Monday and decided to observe a strike in Lahore on Dec 15, instead of Dec 4 as planned earlier. The plan for Lahore shutdown has been changed reportedly because the Jamaat-ud-Dawa has planned an event in the city on Dec 4 and 5.

When contacted, PTI leader Dr Arif Alvi said “we have revised our plan for Lahore shutdown primarily because of our own concerns and lack of time for making effective arrangements”. 8)
Dr Alvi dismissed a perception that the date for the nationwide shutdown had been changed because Dec 16 was the day of the fall of Dhaka. He said the change will also give an opportunity to the government to resume talks with the PTI.

I don't think anybody is. What is a big deal are Indian Pakis like Aakar Patel making much ado of that as though its some kind of illusory "victory" for Pakis as DocJi pointed put. Note also the bloody punks like Aakar Patel mention things like 26/11 or Kargil or any other terrorist act by Pakis in passing as though something that happened as a matter of routine and India should move on. If there is any act of statesmanship that someone should exhibit, it should be Pakis because they are the aggressor, they are the perpetrator.

Saar Ji,

You are taking the affair more seriously then it deserves to be taken. The reactions is not against the handshake. It is against those who see it as a concession by India. :((

If I may offer you an advice, please enter this thread with a healthy sense of irreverence. For the various pundits in the media and the western think tank land 8) :P

In fact, Nawaz can use the LeT to thwart rallies by the PTI at least in the Punjab, but unfortunately the Army is supporting Immy and LeT can't do anything against the Army's wishes. All that money allocated to LeT through the budget and all that friendship cultivated through decades aren't helping Nawaz & Shabaz. Such is cruel fate sometimes.

This is when Bad Taliban can be useful, but Sharifs have only supported the Good Taliban and Sarkari Jihadis! Nawaz needs some group that can put pressure on TSPA itself. Perhaps some Afghan mercenaries?!

deejay, Aakar Patel is an Indian "journalist" with a very paki worldview. Usually everything in India boils down to caste politics for him, just like the oiseaules who call themselves "liberal" and "secular" in India, when they are neither.

‘Plan D’ is ready in case ‘Plan C’ fails to produce desired results
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that ‘Plan C’ will be kicked off today (Sunday), while ‘Plan D’ is ready to be put in motion in case ‘Plan C’ fails to produce desired outcome.

I think the time has come to merge BENIS dhaga into STFUP dhaga. Pakis have now gone full retard and any semantic or minor nuance differences between the content in BENIS and STFUP threads have disappeared. Raheel Sharrif wearing amreeki lapel pin, sharrif brothers gushing like 14 yr old girls meeting their matinee idol while talking to the Chinese reciting "higher than himalayas and deeper than deepest seas" chants, and TUQ-IK comedy show with plans A to Z to make 'Go nawaz go' are signs that stars have now aligned for the merger of 2 threads.

What a shame that Badmash doesn't know the fundamentals of his nation's all-weather frandship! Bakistan should make a constitutional amendment for eligibility for PM to know this, apart from being a 'good standing, true muslim', denying the Ahmedis as muslim, finality of pbuh and ability to keep saying Kashmir, UN, plebiscite even when unconscious.

I just met a paki who returned from his madre-vataan.I asked him about his views regarding Kaptaan. Before leaving he was saying Imm the Dim is only ray of hope left for pakistan. But now he says he is a failure. People are not happy with dharna politics there is a resentment among traders, shopkeepers and general public who are effected by these dharnas. I congratulated him for getting their own Kejriwal.

Added Later: Plan C (Ch****pa) was been extecuted before and all along Plan A&B
