"A similar Sufi saint who died a mere 79 years before Waliullah's birth, was Ahmad Sirhindi (1564-1624). He was always foaming at the mouth against Akbar's policy of peace with the Hindus. After Guru Mun Deva had been tortured and done to death by Jahangir, he wrote in letter No. 193 that "the execution of the accursed kafir of Gobindwal is an important achievement and is the cause of the great defeat of the Hindus.""

The mother of a British jihadist who was jailed for 12 years for going to Syria to join a group linked to Al-Qaeda says she was betrayed by the police and courts over her son's long prison sentence.

Yusuf Sarwar, a student from Birmingham, left a note telling his mother he had gone to Syria fight against 'Allah's enemies' in May last year.

His mother Majida Sarwar showed the note to the police, and her son, who travelled to the war zone to join Islamic extremists with former postal worker Mohammed Ahmed, was arrested on his return this January.

At her son's court case, a judge praised 'brave' Ms Sarwar for telling the authorities about his plans, but now she says she was betrayed by the legal system.

Speaking to the Observer, Ms Sarwar said: 'This is not justice. They said I was doing the right thing, that when my son came back they would try to help, but this terrible sentence – all they have done was to set me against my son.

'The police say "mothers come forward", you can trust us, we will help. But now they will see what happened to my son. What kind of person would go to the police if they think their son will get 12 years in prison? Nobody wants to do that. I did not want that.

'My husband just sits silently most of the time, crying a lot.'

The family were told that the 22-year-old, whose grandfather served with the British Army, might expect a two-year sentence, they said. ………………………….

This will eventually happen for sure. The way things are happening around the world with ISIS, Boko haram, Taliban, Jihadis world over exposing what they are, people would love to return to their real culture and traditions. It's happening in Iran with the growth of Parsi ideology and the prayers to Ahura Mazda the god of Parsis. Similarly even Arabs would surely love to return to their pagan ways of singing and living a peaceful and progressive life.

Another advantage is that the "seculars" would now have to come up with some excuse as to defend their stand of "conversion happens by free on will of people", and so it should not be stopped. This was when generally the conversions were from Hinduism to some thing else. Now when the reverse happens, they either to cook up a new theory or keep their mouth shut. I am waiting for their new cooked up theory to hit the head lines.

The world in recent days has been shocked to learn of the decapitation of two American journalists and one British aid worker, all of whom had been held captive by ISIL. Too many Western leaders, befuddled by multiculturalism and political correctness, when addressing their responses to these barbaric murders continued to insist that these horrific crimes had nothing to do with Islam!

In an attempt to alert Westerners and their leaders to the utter fatuousness of such an assertion, the Tunisian human rights activist, Dr. Salem Ben Ammar, addressed an open letter to Mr. David Cameron, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Here, as I have translated from the French original, are the opening two paragraphs:

“Know Mr. David Cameron that I am the first to condemn this terrible act of Muslim barbarism and share with the British people who are weeping over the cruel loss of their son, David Haines. Nevertheless I am very shocked and indignant at your irresponsible, indecent pathetic speech as you tried to free Islam for its culpability and claim that Muslims are innocent of such acts.

“You have dared to declare that the decapitators were not Muslims, they were monsters. Certainly not all Muslims are decapitators, but all the decapitators are Muslims. They were brought up by Islam that makes of death a cult of life. Of all the monotheistic religions, it’s the only one that has made ultra-violence as the way to felicity.”

This kind of barbaric execution is not new and had occurred throughout Islamic history.

When I was growing up in the Levant, I read history stories chronicling the lives and times of the Caliphs that ruled the vast Islamic Empire in its early years. Caliphs exercised unlimited power over their subjects. One of the ways this was manifested was when a caliph sat on his throne to carry out state affairs and pronounce judgments of one kind or another. Seated next to him was a person known as “Al-Jallad,” (the executioner by the sword)! Should any subject show any sign of treachery, the executioner’s sword was ready to sever his head immediately. This ancient practice of beheading criminals and enemies of the state, still takes place, in public, in Saudi Arabia, for instance. It’s is the modus operandi for carrying out “Shariah” justice!

Three particular historical events illustrate when even prominent Muslims were beheaded. The first took place in 680 when Hussein, the son of Ali, and grandson of Muhammad, was beheaded. As there were many Muslims who did not acquiesce to the Umayyads take-over of the Caliphate in 661, they continued their opposition to Mu’awiya and his son Yazid. Hussein, Ali’s second son became the leader of the opposition. The Shi’ites of Kufa in Iraq invited Hussein to come over and help them in their fight against the Umayyads. Unfortunately, Hussein’s followers could not prevail against Yazid’s forces. Hussein and his followers were killed on 10 October, 680 at Karbala, Iraq. Their bodies were mutilated and Hussein’s head was sent to a leading commander of Yazid’s army. This event became known as “Ashura” (the 10th of the month) and is remembered every year by the Shi’ites in Iraq, Iran, southern Lebanon, with a bloody commemoration of Hussein’s martyrdom: men flailing themselves with chains and touching the heads of young boys with swords, with blood flowing over their bodies, as a sign of complete sympathy with Imam Hussein, Ali’s heir and son.Shia Muslims bloody celebration2

Another famous Muslim lost his life by decapitation in the early years of the Abbasid Caliphate. He was Abu Muslim al-Khorasani, a military leader of Persian descent, who had played a major role in the fall of the Umayyads in 750. The second Abbasid Caliph al-Mansur was suspicious of al-Khorasani, due to his growing power and popularity among the people.

Al-Mansur summoned his general to meet him in 755 to discuss points of differences between them. The Caliph signaled to his guards hiding behind them to kill al-Khorasani; his mutilated body was thrown in the river Tigris.

A third infamous decapitation took place in Baghdad during the “Golden Age” of the Abbasid Caliphate. The famous caliph, Harun al-Rashid, had two wives, one was of Arab descent, and the other Persian. Harun designated al-Amin (the son of the Arab mother) as his successor, while the son of the Persian, al-Ma’mun would become the governor of the eastern province of Khorasan. Harun stipulated that upon al-Amin’s death, al-Ma’mun would become the Caliph.

Al-Amin (whose name signifies “the faithful”) changed the order of succession and designated one of his sons as the next caliph.

Hostilities broke out between the two half-brothers in March 811; al-Amin’s forces were defeated; al-Ma’mun’s army besieged Baghdad throughout 812 and 813. Al-Amin’s life ended when he was captured and executed by beheading. His head was then placed on the Anbar Gate in Baghdad!

Al-Ma’mun went on to preside over an important period in Baghdad’s cultural history, when the Four Schools for the Interpretation of Shariah were finally codified. Throughout this period heated theological discussion took place over the nature of the Qur’an, whether it was eternal, or whether it was a temporal revelation to Muhammad at the time he began receiving his “revelations” in 610 until his death in 632 A.D.

Meanwhile, life went on in Baghdad as if Caliph al-Amin had never existed! Al-Ma’mun acting as a Muslim “theologian” took the side of the “liberals” and maintained that the Qur’an was a historical revelation. He ordered the imprisonment of Imam Hanbal, a leader of the strictest school for the “Interpretation of Shariah” who defended the theory that the Qur’an had existed from all eternity. That event is known as “Mihnat al-Qur’an” (the Ordeal of the Qur’an).

Al-Ma’mun held a famous theological discussion with a Christian theologian, Al-Kindy, author of “The Apology of Al Kindy,” WRITTEN AT THE COURT OF AL MÂMÛN (Circa A.H. 215; A.D. 830) IN DEFENCE OF CHRISTIANITY AGAINST ISLAM. An English translation of this document is available here.

Aurangzeb ordered his mullahs to ask Sarmad why he repeated only the first half of the Kalima "There is no God but God", and ordered him to recite the second part,"Muhammad is his last prophet". To that he replied that "I am still absorbed with the negative part. Why should I tell a lie?" Thus he sealed his death sentence. Ali Khan-Razi, Aurangzeb's court chronicler, was present at the execution. He relates some of the mystic's verses uttered at the execution stand:

The Mullahs say Ahmed went to heaven, Sarmad says that heaven came down to Ahmed.

"There was an uproar and we opened our eyes from the eternal sleep. Saw that the night of wickedness endured, so we slept again."

Mohammadden men originating in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan certainly have a thing going for young girls as evidenced by a spate of sexual grooming cases involving them in the UK such as what happened in Rotherham:

This is the 80-year-old man who hired two thugs to throw acid in the face of his ex-girlfriend when he became convinced that the 20-year-old was seeing another man after their relationship ended.

Vikki Horsman was left horribly burned and disfigured after she was doused with the sulphuric acid as she went to answer the door at her friend's house in Tividale, West Midlands.

Her ex-lover, Mohammed Rafiq, was today found guilty of arranging the attack in revenge for Miss Horsman, who had converted to Islam during their relationship, breaking up with him.

Pakistan-born Rafiq persuaded Steven Holmes, 25, and Shannon Heaps, 22, to carry out the attack and initially pretended he was also a victim after he too was splashed by the acid.

All three were today found guilty at Wolverhampton Crown Court of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent. They will be sentenced next Friday.

The court heard that Miss Horsman converted to Islam and even changed her name to Aleena Rafiq after meeting the pensioner, more than six times her senior, when she was just 14 years old.

She had described the breakdown of her relationship with Rafiq, who she had been sleeping with since she was 18. …………………………

Always amazes me that otherwise decent people turn into islamists when they see such news and proclaim these guys are "perverts and murderers and not true muslims"....the fact the ISIS is literally interpreting the text without deviation does not seem to matter to these "decent muslims" when they emphasize Islam has nothing to do with it.

The next level of devious rhetoric is by the likes of the dissembling oiseaule Reza Aslan -- he proclaims boldly that it is the ambiguity in the religious texts that makes religions like islam so wonderful and "human", and this is right after he dumps on the ISIS for misinterpreting the Quran. Religious Brainwashing is a gift that keeps on giving.

I think one of the problems with islam is in the modern era (last 500 yrs) it never had a anchor state that was successful, educated, industrializing.....it has been a continuous downhill slide in morality and society since the long lasting turkish sultanate went away.

the west had western europe. the hispanics have mehico and brazil to look up to. indics have india. east asia has china, japan, korea, taiwan. islam has nothing but a bunch of sheikhs sitting on oil wells and looting public funds by royal decree. there is not one single educational instt in these virulent states that can claim to be in the top50 of their continent in any discipline. they make nothing or provide no service the world needs.

the slide continues.......I would imagime almost no educated man or woman wants to continue living in this belt of failed states and hence their desire to emigrate at all costs. after reaching safe harbour some grow back their courage and claim they are just spreading islam and planting the green flag on fertile soil ripe for their faith and using the holy spear between their legs to impregnate kafir women and lock them into the fold.

Its getting tougher for members here to update on ROPs busy schedule these days, but same day as Peshawar 25 School girls were killed/ suicide bombed. Next hundreds pf women were executed in Iraq because they refused to marry Muslim Jihadis. Many were pregnant. Today 180 women and children have been kidnapped by Boko Haram. 32 have been killed and an entire village burnt down. But i guess till the last unbeliever has been raped/beheaded/ crucified we have to believe Islam is being misinterpreted and it really is a Religion of Peace.

Geneva – A series of massacres in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo has displaced 88 000 people, the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) said in Geneva.

The death toll has climbed to at least 256 since October, with armed groups committing weekly attacks with machetes, UNHCR spokesperson Adrian Edwards said yesterday.

People in North Kivu province, which borders Uganda, are in need of humanitarian aid, he added.

“We are concerned that this situation could result in rising levels of malnutrition and eventually in famine if the situation is not immediately addressed,” Edwards said.

Indian-origin professor Kamaldeep Bhui believes British jihadis 'depressed'

Bhui interviewed more than 600 people in Muslim communities in Bradford and London to learn what drives Britons to risk their lives in a foreign country.

"Something about them suggests they are disaffected," he told the Telegraph.

"The group who sympathised were younger, in full time education and generally wealthy. They were more likely to be depressed and socially isolated. There is a bit of youthful naivete. They have romantic fantasies. They have never experienced sharia law or a caliphate before and they get there and it's not like they thought," he added.

The academic found that those on the path to radicalisation are most likely to be educated and come from wealthy families, but feel bored with their lives and socially isolated. Girls are just as likely to start down the path to radicalisation as boys.

France has been split down the middle by the sacking of the nation's favourite — and at the same time most detested — hard-right, Islamophobe misogynist.

Eric Zemmour was dismissed by the 24-hour news channel i-Tele after telling — or seeming to tell — an Italian journalist that France's estimated five million Muslims should be "deported" to avoid "chaos and civil war".

The channel's decision was approved by anti-racist groups and some left-wing politicians. It was lambasted by senior figures on the right of French politics, who adore Zemmour, but also by some on the left, who detest him, on the basis of his right to free speech.

With the radio station RTL also under pressure to dismiss Zemmour from his twice-weekly commentary slot, the fate of the provocative journalist and author has become the hottest issue in French politics. Zemmour, 56, a Jew of Algerian origin, could therefore be said to have disproved his own pet theory.

His book Le Suicide Francais has sold 250,000 copies in the past three months. It claims that France's core identity has been destroyed by immigration, feminism, homosexuality, Europe, free trade and excessive, unnecessary guilt about the persecution of Jews in the Second World War.

The controversy surrounding the scrapping of Zemmour's programme on i-Tele suggests that, au contraire, France remains France.

In few other countries would the sacking of a political commentator arouse such passions. In few countries, would politicians on both sides of the left-right divide have defended Zemmour's right to freedom of speech.

The row is also typically French in being partly semantic. In an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, Zemmour said the removal of France's Muslim population seemed "unrealistic" but might be necessary to avoid "chaos and civil war".

The interview went unnoticed until it was picked up and translated by the hard-left French politician Jean-Luc Melenchon. On his blog, Mr Melenchon said Zemmour had called for the "deportation" of all French Muslims, many of whom are second or third-generation French citizens.

In France, "deportation" carries dark overtones of the fate of hundreds of thousands of Jews and other French citizens sent to Nazi deathcamps during the war. Zemmour protested that he had never used the word.

The Italian journalist who conducted the interview pointed out that the word "deport" was in his question, as published, not in Zemmour's reply. The word in Italian — deportare — was the normal word for "repatriate", he said.

Senior figures in the Socialist-led French government nonetheless questioned whether Zemmour should be allowed to remain in his three slots as a TV and radio commentator on current affairs. They pointed out that he was, in effect, raising the desirability of the forced repatriation of one in 12 of the French population.

Journalists at RTL radio suggested that the author and essayist had finally overstepped the limits of provocation and should be dismissed from his Tuesday and Thursday morning commentary slots. Zemmour complained that he was the victim of a "fantastic manipulation".

In the past 10 years Eric Zemmour, once a pupil of President Francois Hollande at Sciences Po, the politics school in Paris, has become a witty spokesman for the increasingly hard-right drift of French politics.

Islamophobia and a rejection of all immigration form the core of Zemmour's world view. He also argues that French men have been emasculated by feminism. It is "normal", he says, for men to have violent attitudes towards women (even though it is better if they control their urges most of the time).

He has managed to make himself look foolish on several occasions. On RTL earlier this year he said the barbarian "pillaging" of Europe after the fall of Rome was being re-enacted by "thieving violent gangs of Chechens, Romas, Kosovars, North Africans and Africans". During the World Cup in Brazil this summer he said Germany had no chance of winning because its team included players with Turkish and North African backgrounds. Germany defeated the favourites Brazil 7-1 in the semifinal and went on to win the competition.

Islam is all about us versus them. This is all over the world among RoPers.
When they do that instead of assimilating, they naturally feel left out. Then they get angry at being left out and that turns into violent reactions.
It's the same story everywhere.

The minority of Muslims who try to assimilate and work with others have no problems and they very rarely get involved in Jihad.

Don't think Salman Khan is one of them Jihadi Khans in Bollywood. He is open about his Dharmic-ness even when Mullahs threatened him. How many Muslims will dare to do this?

there have been three allah-hu-akbar attacks in france during the weekend.

two were vans mowing into people

one was a stabbing.

a special security meeting chaired by the PM himself was conducted yesterday to decide how to improve security.

so far the PC theory is being spouted that a guy shouting allah-hu-akbar and mowing his van into a crowd of strangers is not a terror attack

If I'm not wrong, Salman is half Hindu. Salma Khan was Hindu before marriage iirc.
