According to sources, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) (why is this debt ridden institution being saddled with this, when it has nothing to do with this  ) will bear all the expenditures.
The aircraft will return to Pakistan on 29th of February.
Hope it only includes the Bull and not the sxxt produced by the Bull
The move comes a few days after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif returned from Doha after signing a long-term deal with Qatar for the import of liquefied natural gas.

May the Muslim warrior Mumtaz Qadri Shaheed find jannah. His murder by the Pakistani state can only add lustre to his reputation and his martyrdom will inspire millions of Pakistani youth to emulate his heroic deeds. Anyone who refuses to stand by Mumtaz Qadri Shaheed is not a Muslim.

A quick question. Did Mrs. Indira Gandhi say that she was "determined to undo the mistake of my father" in 1971 before starting the war? Frankly, I have not heard of this. What was the context in which she said that, if she said that? TIA.

In this case, my hunch is rentboy is being paid not destabilize afghanisthan once the US pulls out..if it does pull out ever (they don't want Russia in afghanisthan AFAICT). Of course, none of these tactics have worked with rentboy since he has a cannon aimed at his foot at all times.
neither does India (troops in afg, barring a few hundred ITBP guarding some high value areas) but that doesn't stop us from being targeted.

OBL Funded "Ganja Sharif"
‘Nawaz received money from Osama Bin Laden’
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Shamama Khalid, wife of former ISI operative Khalid Khawaja in her book ‘Khalid Khawaja: Shaheed-i-Aman’, claimed that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif received money from Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden to contest elections against Benazir Bhutto.“Chief of PML-N Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif received funding from Osama Bin Laden, founder of Al-Qaeda, to contest elections against Benazir Bhutto’s led Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) after the end of Zia regime,” the book states.
The book claims that Mr Sharif’s pledge of introducing an Islamic system attracted Khawaja as well as Bin Laden. But even though the Al Qaeda head honcho funded Nawaz Sharif heavily, the latter backtracked from all his promises after coming into power.
Book by slain spy’s wife claims Al Qaeda leader backed Sharif against Benazir Bhutto.
The book also carries a note from former ISI director general, retired Lt-Gen Hamid Gul, which also claims that Khawaja was very close to Nawaz Sharif for some time. The book claims that Abdullah Azzam introduced Khawaja to Bin Laden.
Azzam, who is also known as the ‘father of global jihad’, was a Palestinian Sunni. Azzam raised funds and recruited jihadis from the Arab world, known as Afghan Arabs. A mentor of Bin Laden, he is said to have persuaded him to come to Afghanistan, Dawn News reported.
This may be considered "stale news" for most BRF Forumites; but at least this has now be "formalized" in a book for the Aam Abduls by an dead Jihadi's wife, which confirms suspicion that NS is at heart a jihadist ; may be, this could be part of "revenge politics" played by the spouse, who knows!

Convoy of Balochistan’s Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti under attack in Sui
QUETTA (Web Desk) – The convoy of Balochistan’s Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti came under attack by miscreants in the Sui area of Dera Bugti district on Monday.
However, the provincial minister remained unhurt, official sources said.
The miscreants fled the scene after the security agencies opened fire in retaliation.
Mr Bugti was on his way to Dera Bugti and was passing through the area of Sui, when the attackers intercepted his convoy.
I see "history repeating itself" when the Paki (controlled ) press resorts to the word "miscreants" in reporting such press items; the same press used the same word to describe the East Pakistan uprising pre 1971! Some people never learn from history

Re. Kasuri's and Musharraf's 'demands', why is it that we NEVER demand anything from Pakistan (or any other party for that matter)? Why not joint sovereignty of Baluchistan or joint ownership of Karachi? How about they vacate the ancestral Indian lands and move back to Arabia (where they claim their forefathers came from)?

US Embassy In Pakistan Funding Extremists ?
US aided Sunni Ittehad Council: embassy
ISLAMABAD: The US gave money to the Sunni Ittehad Council that organised anti-Taliban rallies, but later demonstrated support for an extremist who killed former Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer, the US embassy in Pakistan said on Wednesday.
Are not there any US Govt guidelines prohibiting such actions ?
The grant highlights the difficulties facing Washington as it seeks partners to support religious moderation  in Pakistan. Last month, The Associated Press reported that the US embassy had created a counter-extremism unit to perform that mission.
US government website Usaspending.gov shows that the Sunni Ittehad Council received $36,607 from Washington in 2009.
A US diplomat said the embassy had given money to the group to organise the rallies, but that it had since changed direction and leadership. It was a one-off grant and would not be repeated, the diplomat said on condition of anonymity. The grant was first reported by the Council of Foreign Relations on its website.
The Sunni Ittehad Council was formed in 2009 to counter extremism. It groups politicians and clerics from Pakistan's traditionalist Barelvi movement, often referred to as theological moderates in the Pakistani context.
The American money was used to organise nationwide rallies against militants and suicide bombings, the embassy official said. The demonstrations received widespread media coverage, and were some of the first against extremism in the country.
The rhetoric at the rallies was mostly focused on opposing militant attacks on shrines
In 2011 and also this month, however, the council led demonstrations in support of Taseer's assassin Mumtaz Qadri. The former governor was killed on January 4 last year for his criticism of anti-blasphemy law used to persecute religious minorities. The displays have appalled Pakistani liberals and stoked international fears that the country is buckling under the weight of extremism.
Mumtaz Qadri claimed he acted to defend the honour of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
At its rallies, the group maintains its criticism of the Taliban even as it supports Qadri — a seemingly contradictory stance that suggests its leaders may be more interested in harnessing the political support and street power of Barelvis than in genuinely countering militancy.
Two leading members of Sunni Ittehad Council who have been with the group from the beginning of its existence denied receiving any American funds. The apparent discrepancy could be explained by lack of transparency within the organisation. However, given the current anti-American climate, owning up to receiving funds from the United States would invite criticism.
"This propaganda is being unleashed against us because we are strongly opposed to Western democracy and American policies in the region and in the world," said Sahibzada Fazal Karim, the head of the council, before reiterating the group's support for Qadri.
"We are against extremism, but we support Qadri because he did a right thing," he said.
Religion is a very "touchy" and a "minefield laden topic" in Pakiland; hope the US Embassy has learned a lesson from this episode!

Ghazi- Qadri Hanging Sparks Nationwide Protests
Mumtaz Qadri's hanging sparks countrywide protests
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Incensed locals have launched protests in different cities against hanging of Punjab governor Salman Taseer’s killer, Mumtaz Qadri, Dunya News reported Monday.
Section 144 has been imposed in the provincial capital to counter attempted rallies causing trouble in the city. Ravi Bridge is shut for traffic while heavy contingent of police has been deployed at the site.
Protesters are staging demonstrations at Lahore’s Shahdara Chowk while in Karachi, Shahrah-e-Faisal is blocked. Ghareebabad area of Sindh’s capital also witnessed protests and road leading to Liaquatabad from Hassan Square was closed for all kinds of traffic.
Route of the Lahore’s metro has been restricted to M.A.O College due to the ongoing fracases in different areas.
Metro bus service is suspended in Rawalpindi as protesters have blocked the route and shut the key terminal. Flocks of people have also shut expressway and Faizabad bridge that connect the city with the federal capital. Protesters reportedly pelted dozens of vehicles with stones and broke window panes.
Workers of Sunni Tehreek (ST) demonstrated protest in Sindh’s Hyderabad against Qadri’s execution. Schools and shops were forcefully shut across the city.
In the morning, hundreds of people who hail Qadri as ‘Ghazi’ gathered at his family’s house in Rawalpindi for last sightings. Reportedly, family of the murderer was asked on Sunday to visit him in jail as he was ‘unwell’. However, the news about imminent execution was broke to them later on.
Qadri, a former police commando in Taseer’s security protocol, gunned down the former governor on 4th Jaunary 2011 in Islamabad’s Kohsar Market. Qadri was handed a death sentence by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
KP and Balochistan are "reportedly missing" from this "emotional support" and "nation wide grief" for Ghazi-Qadri; are not the Aam Abduls and awam of these areas not participants in this national grief; just wondering

Paki Journos "Suggest" Unmarked Grave For "Ghazi- Qadri"
People suggest unmarked grave for Qadri’s body
A lawyer asks govt to arrest those who are glorifying a murderer (easier said than done in Pakiland )
LAHORE – As authorities hanged Mumtaz Qadri, who was convicted of killing then Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer, inside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail early on Monday, TV anchors, journalists and lawyers shared their opinions on Facebook, Twitter and other social media websites.
Former president Pervez Musharraf said that his thoughts were with Taseer's family, who can now find some solace and comfort in. “My thoughts are with the slain governor Salman Taseer's family, who can now find some solace and comfort in,” he wrote on his twitter account.
Qadri, commando of police’s Elite Force, was sentenced to death for assassinating the provincial governor on January 4, 2011, in Islamabad’s Kohsar Market. Declaring Qadri’s supporters terrorists, author and journalist Ali Kamran Chishti appreciated the government’s decision, saying his body should have been buried in an unmarked grave too.
Lawyer Yasser Latif Hamdani said that arrest those who were glorifying the murderer. “There should be zero tolerance for jahalat (ignorance),” he said. TV anchor Moeed Pirzada called hanging of the killer as a good decision. “Nawaz Sharif government is sending all right signals to the world,” he said. “Sensitive issues of Islam must only be debated by authentic scholars else its chaos,” wrote Zaid Hamid, a right-wing commentator.
“I am not someone who celebrates some ones death but today I'll make an exception. Justice is served. Pakistan apparently moving on the right track,” Imad Qureshi, a reader, wrote in his comment on a newspaper website. “Justice served although it was somewhat late. Hope this serve as a message to other like Qadari,” another reader wrote.
“As Mumtaz Qadri has openly confessed the killing, his execution is purely according to our Islamic law i.e. “Jaan ke badle jaan,” said a paper reader. “He (Qadri) was an individual who ultimately met his fate. We need to rid out the society from those elements who misguide the innocent people through narrow interpretation of the holy scripturesand prepare young people for such acts,” the reader wrote.
Now that this bodyguard/killer has been hanged, every Rasool, Latif and Hussein is applauding the decision, but no one had the guts to come forward and support Taseer when he was campaigning for "changing" not abolishing the blasphemy laws of Pakiland to make it more fair !

Nawaz Sharif took money from Osama bin Laden, claims book - PTI
Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif received money from al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden to contest elections against Benazir Bhutto-led Pakistan People's Party in 1990, a new book has claimed.

The book titled 'Khalid Khawaja: Shaheed-i-Aman' by Shamama Khalid, the wife of former ISI operative Khalid Khawaja, claims that Sharif's pledge of introducing an Islamic system attracted Khawaja as well as Osama.

The book also carries a note from former Inter-Services Intelligence director general, retired Lt-Gen Hamid Gul, which claims that Khawaja was very close to Sharif for some time.

According to the book, Palestinian Sunni Abdullah Azzam, who is also known as the 'father of global jihad' and Osama's mentor, introduced Khawaja to the al-Qaida head honcho.
But, this is no news. Khalid Khwaja himself (in c. 2010) and before him, the FIA Director (in c. 2009) had revealed all details.

This is what the FIA Director said:
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director Malik Mumtaz said former premier Nawaz Sharif, former ISI chief General (r) Asad Durrani, Brigadier (r) Imtiaz and Major (r) Amir hatched the plot against BB’s government. He said he had come to know by a friend that the intelligence agencies were trying to find out PPP legislators to join PML-N and agencies wanted to bribe them for changing their loyalties. He claimed that he did not join the conspiracy, instead informed the PPP leadership that what was going on. Mumtaz said Osama bin Laden was behind the conspiracy and had paid millions of dollars to the ISI.
This is what Khalid Khwaja himself said:
Former Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) official Khalid Khawaja has claimed that he arranged five meetings in the past between former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden on separate occasions. In a recent interview with a private TV channel, Khawaja said Nawaz asked the al Qaeda chief to provide financial support for “development projects”. “I still remember that Osama provided me funds that I handed over to then Punjab chief minister Nawaz to topple Benazir Bhutto’s government,” said Khawaja, adding that Nawaz met Osama thrice in Saudi Arabia alone. “Nawaz insisted that I arrange a direct meeting with Osama, which I did in Saudi Arabia,” he said. “Nawaz was looking for a Rs 500 million grant from Osama. Although Osama provided a comparatively smaller sum ... he secured for Nawaz a meeting with the Saudi royal family.” The former ISI official also claimed that Nawaz had met leaders of Islamic movements around the world.

Another one of Paki lie is that Indira Gandhi after the 1971 victory proclaimed that 1,000 years of Islamic rule over India had been avenged.

I have never ever read about this from a standard Indian source.

Mobilization Of Paki Street Power -

Interesting Research Paper describing how Friday Prayers encourage Islamist Collective Action :

1. Used as a filtering mechanism and coordination tool
2. As an opportunity to physically choke a city
3. Emphasize the role of the Imam ( as an instigator )

Will likely see the implementation of this theory at the next Friday prayers, when the Aam Abduls are likely to be roused by the Mullahs following Qadri's hanging

Apparently huge crowds gathered in every city to pay their respects to Qadri
Image
This is from Pindi. Apparently there is a media blackout for covering the crowds.

These are TFTA police Abduls also paying their respects.

Image

Nevertheless, Pakistan is still largely a moderate secular society, and less than 10% of Pakistan's population turned out for Qadri's funeral.

33 children, three wives: This is why we need a population census
QUETTA: A resident of Quetta, Jan Mohammad, who has fathered 33 children :!: from three wives says he is living a happy life with his large family. "The bigger the family, the better," says 43-year-old Jan, the father of 19 daughters and 14 sons.
Jan, who considers himself "young at heart", is expecting two more baby girls this year, with one of his wives expected to deliver a daughter this week.
A doctor and trader by profession, Jan, says he cares for his children himself and the only difficulty he encounters is that he often forgets their names.
So, it is still a long way, before he decides to call it quits; wonder, if he follows some kind of servicing "system", to make it all fair and square among the three spouses; no wonder, the Paki Govt is hesitating to go ahead with the census, to avoid "washing the national dirty linen in public "
The large family lives in Quetta's eastern bypass area on the outskirts of the city, a remote neighbourhood inhabited by low-income families.
"I spend about Rs100,000 a month to educate my children," says Jan, whose children range between one and 16 years old. His favourite child is his eldest daughter, Shagufta Nasreen, who is studying in the ninth grade.
"When Papa comes home, I am the first to open the door as soon as possible so he doesn’t have to stand outside," she says with a smile.
Is it fair to play favourites when you have 33! And being an "educated man", should he not set an example of a nuclear family with a single spouse
Jan's large family came into the media limelight when he requested multiple copies of the Form B for his children, a request which Quetta’s Deputy Commissioner rejected, deeming the number suspiciously high.
But the Quetta Metropolitan Corporation has issued birth certificates for all of Jan’s children and he has an official ration book from 1974 as an ID document,
Journalist Zofeen T. Ebrahim, who often writes on Pakistan's demography says the trend of having such large families underscores the need to have a population count.( which the Paki Govt is avoiding like a plague !)
"We're bringing too many babies in this world and there is no plan to absorb them effectively," she tells Dawn.com.
"We can't have a one-child policy so we need to think intelligently on how to bring about a change in the mindset."
She stresses the need for a census. "A census is not just knowing the numbers — it gives a window into the household and how it is living its life."
"We can never achieve our full potential for economic growth that comes through a demographic dividend."
She has obviously got her "scientific hat" on and not her "Islamic hat"; in Pakiland, you should always have your Islamic hat on !
A year has passed since the Council of Common Interests debated the census as part of its agenda item, yet the demographic exercise is no closer to being held today than it was last year.
Everybody agrees that the last census conducted in 1998 is hopelessly out of date, and they all believe that this is a serious problem.
Consider the important issues that are built around the availability of census data: the NFC award, delimitation of electoral constituencies, seat shares in parliament, local bodies polls, targeted subsidies, and all other policy matters that rest on population data.
With the census data from 1998 practically obsolete, it is fair to suppose that all of these important matters today are actually based on suppositions that have no grounding in measured reality. Without a clean and impartial census, we don’t really know the face of the country that we are trying to run and govern.
The Sindhi, Mohajir and Pakhtun populations can shift the internal balance of the province, while the influx of people into Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur over the years can alter the share of the province in the total population of the country.
Parties that seek their electoral fortunes in Punjab are reluctant to confront the real picture of what the new population shares of the respective provinces are, since this could affect NFC allocations as well as deal a psychological blow if Punjab’s share of the total population were to dip below 50pc.
Perhaps the case of India can serve as a model, where they decided to freeze all seat shares in parliament irrespective of what the census revealed. That compromise paved the way for a political consensus around a new census, and could serve as a model for Pakistan too.
One way or another, this government must ensure that a census is held during its term.

1. Qadri's death has resulted in lots of pious praying by the faith-fools.
Some are starting to shout Go-Nawaz-Go type of naras, which ISPR / ISI will use if they want to dismiss Badmash and install Raheel - if Raheel so chooses. Will need to watch this space, as I feel that the Raheel Sharif saga has not come into its final stretch yet

2. I am actively searching for video uploads on the kind of speeches that the mullahs have given. Was sort of hoping some sarkari mullahs like our fav terrorist mullahs with ISI backing will open their traps, and give us insights on the ISI's thinking.
Looks like a nationwide news outlet clampdown on showing size of crowd and definitely no speeches being aired.

3. I had claimed when Qadri had assassinated Taseer, that Qadri would get life imprisonment, become a Hafiz-e-quran in jail, and come out and get fully rehabilitated as a grand mullah with his own madarsa etc. I suppose the mullahs in Pakistan might have had exactly the same plan. Looks like, Qadri is a victim of Pakistan's hanging spree that Raheel Sharif unleashed after the APS massacre.

Lamp posts are many. It is a good system with 33 kid type families. Survival of the strongest necked. And what goes around, comes around. Commandu and raheel are probably both already angling for australia, which I understand provides a pension to all retired fuajis that dont fit in virjinia madrassas.

ps -- is kiyanahi in australia yet or not?

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan and the United States have signed an agreement for the provision of 250 PhD scholarships for Pakistani students.
This understanding reached during a meeting of the working group for science and technology under Pak-US Strategic Dialogue in Washington on Tuesday.
Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal represented Pakistan in the meeting.
Two hundred and fifty Fulbright PhD scholarships will be provided to Pakistani students in next five years.(Just the other day, the same minister was bombastically claiming about "1000 PhD's per annum  ) Discussions are underway with the US authorities for the provision of further 10,000 Phd scholarships to Pakistan students.
The working group also reviewed establishment of advanced study centers in community colleges and universities of Pakistan.
I guess Paki authorities worked really hard to come up with a proposal for 10K PhD scholarships within a month of reading about Narayana Murthy's statement in Indian media - http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/busi ... 780069.cms
Send 10k PhD students each year to US: Narayana Murthy

So, instead of legally sending 10,000 terrorists, STFU-TSP would be sending only 250? STFU-TSP must be disappointed and the US somewhat relieved.

X-posting from Afghan thread because of obvious connections, conclusions.

Explosions, gunfire heard near Indian consulate in Jalalabad - ToI
Explosions and gunfire rocked the area near the Indian consulate in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad on Wednesday.

"It was a suicide explosion outside Indian consulate gate, all consulate staff are safe," ANI reported, quoting an MEA official.

Blasts shattered windows and doors in nearby buildings and destroyed at least eight cars.

No militant group (It is the terrorist country, Pakistan) has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.

Reference the Qadri's hanging; some of the videos/comments are interesting:
Apart from (Paki Prez) Mamnoon, who gave final OK for Qadri's hanging, in one of the videos, the top honcho of JI is heard railing (in Pushtu, I believe) against the Bad Sharif, as well ! So, in other words, he is instigating the Aam Abduls to take "future action" - a code word against them ; NS also better watch out !

Religious Parties Can Derail Govt, Fazl Tells Sana
MULTAN: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (Fazl) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman says threatens that although the religious parties are not in a position to form the government, they can definitely derail it.
“Rana Sanaullah says that the people do not cast their vote for religious parties but I want to make it clear to Sanaullah that though we are not in a position to form the government, we are able to derail the government whenever we want,” he said while talking to the media here on Tuesday.
Fazl said the government should introduce legislation under which a person who committed blasphemy against the Holy Prophet be punished automatically and people might not have to take law in their hands. He said a meeting of religious elements would be called soon over the issues of the protection of religious seminaries and Women Protection Act to devise future line of action. The JUI-F chief said the Women Protection Act passed by the Punjab Assembly was against the constitution, law and Islamic teachings.
The new Women Protection Act appears to b a "kabab mae haddi"for the learned Maulana, as it may restricted the "tomcatting" rights of the Aam Abduls !
“We reject all such laws and will continue to play our role to protect the Sharia as such laws usually are introduced to fulfill the foreign agenda,” he said.
With the hanging of Qadri, and the resultant instigation of the Aam Abduls as a result of this, this should be not any better time than this for the Maulana to "implement" his threat of derailing the unIslamic Govt of Pakiland !

Sahiwal man shoots two sisters dead in 'honour killing'(And Who Previously Also Killed His Mother But Was Later Pardoned And Set Free Under Sharia Law !)
LAHORE: Police in Sahiwal are tracing a man who shot dead both his sisters in an apparent “honour killing”.
Mohammad Asif had previously murdered his mother four or five years ago, according to police, before being pardoned at the time by his family and set free.
“Mohammad Asif, who is in his late twenties, shot his two sisters late last night because he doubted their characters and was against their lifestyle," local police official Allah Ditta Bhatti told AFP.
He said the sisters died on the spot while Asif fled.
“He had killed his mother around four or five years ago and was set free after his family pardoned him,” Bhatti said.
The incident was confirmed by other officials at the local police station.
On Monday a father in Lahore shot dead his 18-year-old daughter because she could not account for where she had been for about five hours.
I doubt that a "quick fix" vaccine can be found for this virus of "honour killing " which is almost epidemic in Pakistan and has also spread to foreign locales such as UK, USA and Canada where the "educated" Pakis come to settle !
The incidents come as Pakistan celebrates its second Oscar win, courtesy of filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy whose documentary based on the heinous crime won the prestigious award.
“A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness” — a film telling the story of a rare survivor of such murders — won the Academy Award for best documentary short at the star-studded Hollywood ceremony on Sunday.
Obaid Chinoy met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif recently, turning a global spotlight on honour killings in the country.
Hundreds of women are murdered by their relatives in Pakistan each year on the pretext of defending family “honour”.
Pakistan amended its criminal code in 2005 to prevent men who kill female relatives escaping punishment by pardoning themselves as an “heir” of the victim.
But it was left to a judge's discretion to decide whether to impose a prison sentence when other relatives of the victim forgive the killer — a loophole which critics say remains exploited.
Sharif last month vowed to eradicate the “evil” of honour killings in Pakistan.
Sharia Law and Honour Killing go hand in hand ; one cannot be eradicated without the other ! And Pakistan has committed itself to implement Sharia !

Osama bin Laden wanted to wage jihad against Cwapistan, documents show
WASHINGTON: Osama bin Laden was plotting to wage a jihad against Pakistan and the slain al-Qaida leader wanted to manipulate Indo-Pak tensions to achieve this objective, according to the files seized from his Abbottabad hideout and declassified by US officials.
In a 42-page booklet, which was originally in Arabic and translated to English by US intelligence officials, the al-Qaida leader gives a detailed blueprint on how and where to launch the jihad against Pakistan and establish Islamic rule in the country.
In the booklet Osama alleged that India was planning to attack Pakistan as part of the larger American game plan to divide Pakistan.
And then he sets his eyes on the entire region of South Asia, arguing that it is the British colonial rulers who divided the area, which in fact is one country.
"India plans to attack Pakistan," is one of the chapters of the booklet titled 'Jihad in Pakistan'.
In the booklet, Osama wrote, "India has embarked on many important initiatives, except that it is preparing for a decisive grand battle. Among those initiatives are India's bid to purchase 134 fighter aircraft from all over the world, this will be the largest military deal in the history of the whole world."
In this regard, the booklet highlights steps by India like "military training with Britain on the highest fighting fronts, in the mountainous Siachen region on the Pakistani border... America's grand steps in nuclear cooperation with India through the purchase of an Indian nuclear reactor on Indian soil... India's convening the largest 'Strategic War Games' in Hyderabad region."
The booklet also referred to India's launch of an Israeli satellite to spy on Pakistan and its alleged announcement of increasing its force size by a million, compared to its then 1,300,000 million-strong soldier force.
"These giant steps predict an incoming storm. India has focused its attention on Pakistan's internal situation. Military analysts interpreted these steps through their statements that India will attack Pakistan, sooner or later," the booklet said.
Laying out his plan of action to wage a successful jihad against Pakistan, Osama proposed four-pronged action plan.
"We have to launch raids against the Pakistani army that is deployed on the Indian border, because these are vast desert battlefields areas and it will be easy to target them.
"By these operations, we will realise that these border armies will not come to the rescue of armies that are present in Sarhad and Balochistan; on the contrary, they will focus their efforts on strengthening their positions in their areas, as they are sensitive areas from the point of view of Pakistan's war with India," he wrote.
Therefore, every attack in these areas will constitute "an anchoring nail" in the foot of the army, impeding it from movement to these areas, he argued.

Action against terror takes priority over dialogue: India on talks with Pakistan
NEW DELHI: India on Wednesday indicated that action against terror by Pakistan will take priority over talks with it in the aftermath of the Pathankot strike that had prompted the postponement of the foreign secretary-level talks.

"In the aftermath of a terror attack, if you ask me what do you give priority to, a terrorist attack or a diplomatic dialogue, I think the answer should be obvious," foreign secretary S Jaishankar said.

Even ISAF countries' consulates havent been attacked as much as India's in Afghanistan!!

The taliban, at the very core are quite logical and are waging a war to take over Afghanistan. They fight is with ISAF. They have no need to attack Indian interests.

The conclusions are quite obvious who is behind these attacks.
