Why India rejected over 17,000 visa applications from Pakistan

India Today
Thousands of Pakistanis wanting to cross the border to meet their families are finding it difficult to come to India as every second visa application was rejected this year. The increasing proportion of declined visas has prompted Indian High Commissioner Gautam Bambawale to enquire from New Delhi the reasons for a large number of requests being turned down.
With nearly 53 per cent applications rejected this year, there is a big jump in the proportion of visas being denied in the last two years – 24 per cent in 2015 and 17 per cent in 2014.
n a recent communication to Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi, Bambawale has raised concerns about the increasing proportion of visa applications being rejected.
“I would be grateful if the reasons for the drastic increase in rejected visas can be ascertained and conveyed. If there is no plausible reason for drastic visa reductions then please do help in ensuring that the proportion rejected visas is retained,” he wrote.
Out of 33,191 applications received this year till May 31, 17,581 were rejected. The number of visas declined was 9,335 out of 38,557 applications in 2015 and in 2014, 8,910 visas were denied out of 50,338 applications.
Officials say following the attack on the Pathankot Air Force base by Pakistani terrorists, the increased hostilities between the two countries has had an impact on the bilateral relations. There have been several skirmishes on the border with Pakistani troops over the last two years.
There has been an increase in intelligence inputs indicating that Pakistan-based terrorists could enter the country, leading to heightened scrutiny, sources said.Earlier this year in January, soon after the Pathankot attack, a group of nearly 75 pilgrims who wanted to visit a shrine near Agra were denied visa on procedural grounds.
Citizens of both countries have families across the border and visit religious places in large numbers.Last month, Bambawale met the Home Secretary and the two discussed measures to speed up the visa process for Pakistanis. Not only has the number of rejections spiralled, thousands of applications are pending for long citing security clearance.Officials said expediting the lengthy visa procedure is on the cards but security concerns cannot be overlooked.
Specially when "cricketing fans" AKA ISI agents disappear in India after the match with Pakistan is over !
In 2012, India and Pakistan signed a liberalised visa agreement that proposed a timebound approval to boost trade and people-to-people contact.
While the visa rejections are on the rise, the Narendra Modi government is working at amendments in existing laws to ensure that the process for getting Indian citizenship for persecuted Hindus in Pakistan is made hassle-free. A Bill to amend the Citizenship Act, 1955, is likely to be introduced during the Monsoon session of Parliament scheduled in July-August.
Should be first priority: to give them refuge from being "completely eliminated" if they are sent back to Pakistan !

Pakistan benefited most from Mullah Akhtar Mansour’s death: Reports

The Indian Express
Reports suggest that Pakistan benefited the most in the death of Afghan Taliban’s supreme leader Mullah Akhtar Mansour, who was killed in an airstrike by the U.S. forces in Balochistan province last month.
An article published in The Diplomat cites several instances to state that Pakistan is the biggest beneficiary of Mullah Mansour’s death. Though Pakistan is widely believed to be supporting the Afghan Taliban movement by providing them with weapons, money, training and sanctuaries, reports suggest that Islamabad wanted get rid of Mansour.
And "curry favours" with Massa for the much needed "Moolah"
Reports state that there was a fall out between Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Mansour in recent months.
The fact that the Taliban leader was killed while traveling back from Iran to Pakistan raises many questions that he had been trying to establish a closer relationship with Tehran due to a worsening relationship with the Pakistani intelligence establishment.
According to reports, Mansour also moved his family to Iran in order to reduce his dependence on Islamabad.
Another example why Pakistan would benefit from his death is because of his failure to reunite the Taliban, which had split into two factions following the death of founding leader Mullah Muhammad Omar.
Splinter Taliban group led by Mullah Rasool moved to southwestern Afghanistan and opposed Mansour’s leadership of the group.
The present Taliban chief Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada is well positioned to reunite the splinter Taliban group as he hails from the same Noorzai tribe as that of Rasool.
t is said that Akhundzada’s lack of political or military skills will also benefit Pakistan, as his deputy Sirajuddin Haqqani will likely to be running the political and military affairs of the Taliban.
Haqqani also heads the notorious Haqqani Network, which is believed to be the closest of all Afghan insurgent groups to Pakistan’s ISI. Reports, therefore, suggest this will lead the Pakistani intelligence to have more control over the day-to-day operations of the Taliban.
Pakistan’s failure to bring the Taliban to the negotiating table( and all the time issuing statements in the name of "Mullah Omar", who they knew, was dead !) has led to pressure from the United States and Afghanistan. And the pressure from Washington became intense when its Congress decided to block U.S. funding for a sale of F-16s to Islamabad.
But some reports also suggest that by providing information on Mansour’s whereabouts to Washington for the airstrike, Pakistan might have won some much-needed goodwill with the U.S.
In return the US has just recently "doled out" more than one billion dollars (for" rentier services" rendered !- but sorry no F-16! )

CIIT pro-rector sacked over plagiarism of PhD thesis.
The Board of Governors of Comsats Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) terminated on Friday its pro-rector Haroon Rashid who was proved to have plagiarised his PhD thesis. The report says that most of the content has been lifted from an original submitted by Rafiqul Zaman Khan to Hamdard University, New Delhi, India in the PhD programme in 2004.
Here is the real kicker: This incidence of Plagiarism should be overlooked as there was no policy of Plagiarism in effect when it took place. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Officials close to Rashid had been defending him stating that he had completed his degree in 2006 while the HEC’s plagiarism policy was implemented in 2007.

Pakistan's nuclear programme has increased risk of conflict with India: US congressional report
"Islamabad's expansion of its nuclear arsenal, development of new types of nuclear weapons, and adoption of a doctrine called 'full spectrum deterrence' have led some observers to express concern about an increased risk of nuclear conflict between Pakistan and India, which also continues to expand its nuclear arsenal," the bipartisan Congressional Research Service (CRS) said in its latest report.
Though noting that Pakistan in recent years has taken a number of steps to increase international confidence in the security of its nuclear arsenal, the CRS report observed that instability in Pakistan has called the extent and durability of these reforms into question.
Referring to Pakistan's NSG membership application, the CRS said according to US law, the Obama administration could apparently back Islamabad's NSG membership without congressional approval.
In the past few weeks, top Pakistani leadership including its ambassador to the US has been writing letters to lawmakers and meeting government officials to push for its NSG bid.
CRS said press reports indicate that the US is considering supporting Islamabad's NSG membership in exchange for Pakistani actions to reduce perceived dangers associated with the country's nuclear weapons programme.

Kalash girl says she chose to convert to Islam - Pakistan

Problem solved ! No ifs and buts! The girl made a statement in front of a judicial magistrate ( never mind that the pre written statement may have been coerced, or the magistrate may have been bribed or threatened ! And the girl is a minor of 14 years ! What else do these bloody liberals want ! kuffars lose, Malsi wins! )

PS: This is the "tried and trusted template" (statement before a magistrate or a Qazi ) that has been followed countless number of times when Hindu and Christian girls are kidnapped and forcibly married to a man of Malsi, who just happens to "like" the girl or has "fallen in love" with her

KPK government allocates Rs. 300 million for Dar-ul-uloom Haqqania, the training center for Taliban

Rs300m allocated for madrassa in KP budget, assembly told
PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was told on Thursday that a madrassa in Nowshera district, administered by Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Sami chief Maulana Samiul Haq, has been allocated Rs300 million in the annual budget for 2016-17.
“Darul Uloom Haqqania is one of the oldest and largest seminaries of Pakistan and it deserves financial assistance,” stated the provincial minister, who belongs to Jamaat-i-Islami.
So, Immy's party (PTI) is in bed with the Jamaatis,(JI) only to keep his main dushman, Maulana Diesel (Fazlul) (JUI) out of the governing loop; so much so for the kaptaan's "liberal" tendencies in front of foreign media ; following the old Arab adage of "enemy of my enemy is my friend", Maulana Diesel, has also been cozying up with Ganja Sharif at the Federal level, and had recently been " rewarded" a trip to Londonistan (where the weather is good this time of year !) on a Diplomatic(Blue not Green !) Passport and be some sort of a " broker "between Ganja Sharif and Dus Percenti.

Afghanistan has never accepted Durand Line as border since 1893: Karzai
The former Afghan President Hamid Karzai has said Afghanistan has never accepted Durand Line as border between Afghanistan and Pakistan and will never accept it in the future.
In an interview with BBC Urdu, Karzai termed the formation of Durand Line a ‘result of British imperialism’ in the region.
He said Afghanistan has never accepted this border since 1893, nor will they ever accept it in future.
All Afghans (including the Afghan Taliban !) do not recognize this "artificial line" which divides the two same people on both sides of the border!
When Pakistan came into being in 1947, they received it this way, so we are not blaming them but Durand Line is a blow which no Afghan can ever forget. We do not accept this border but will not fight over this issue,” Karzai added.
The unfinished business of ...
Karzai further added that India is helping Afghanistan build its infrastructure and health facilities and has “filled Afghanistan with money despite being a poor country”.
All Afghans (Pashtuns, Tajiks, Uzbek, Hazaras etc )have a high regard for India !
India wants to truly befriend Afghanistan and we want Pakistan to do the same,” he said, adding that Pakistan should also become a part of the regional coalition between Afghanistan, India and Iran, but “Pakistan’s condition is that Afghanistan should not have contacts with India.”

The so-called strategic depth concept !

The usual technique is something like this:
  • A girl, usually in young teens, around 14 or 15 years, is targetted
  • She is harassed and eventually coveted
  • She is converted and married off to a Muslim
  • The girl's family lodges a police complaint
  • The complaint is usually not accepted
  • In the unlikely event (like this case when the whole Kalash community rose up), a case is registered and a fraudulent investigation is ordered. Every one colludes because a kafir has been converted and that adds to brownie points in the nether world.
  • The magistrate orders the girl to be removed from the 'new' family and lodged in a madrassah for a few weeks ! (though it didn't seem to have happened in this case)
  • The girl is subjected to more torture, brainwashing in the 'protective' madrassah custody
  • The girl is always threatened that her family would be wiped out
  • The family members are never allowed to meet the girl while the 'husband' and his family have free access to further coerce her and suggest that her own family has disowned her
  • The case goes before the magistrate again. The frightened and immature girl is forced to say she has converted.
  • QED.

I am amazed how every Paki believes what Pakistan has is an "image problem". You hear this refrain, India-Pakistan equal equal, but India has better PR.

Pakis are sheltering the taliban. Mullah Omar died there. Mullah Mansoor was halaled inside Pakistan. Osama bin laden was cooling his heels less than 1 km from PMA. Polio workers are being shot and polio is running rampant. On top of that terror groups big and small, from LeT to 3 person Jihad startup is everywhere. Pakis are accused of terrorism everywhere from US to Dagestan. And they believe everything can be fixed by fixing their PR and doing some better lobbying.

Pakistan had always believed that all that they are suffering from is just an 'image' problem. They delude themselves by arguing that there is far more violence in India (where else?) but India is looked upon kindly by the world because they are able to somehow project a better image!

Not only that.
Everyone from the local mulla, his chaprasi, his goat, the police constable, the female police constable, the sweeper, will be telling the girl to behave.
In the court, the lawyers will ask leading questions, the mullahs, and the goons will be present in strength.
The hapless girl will say that she has converted.

Now what happens next, has been confirmed to me by a Hindu, who lived in sindh in Pakistan, and whose family has now moved to India.
The girl is kept as a wife for a few months-years by the muslim man, then given triple talaq / raped by others, as she is a maal-e-ganimat. Eventually she will be sold off to some madam or she will run away from the torture and the only place she can go is to a madam and become a prostitute.

No wonder the hindus are leaving Pakistan in droves.

These things don't seem to be happening to the Christian or the Sikhs - Yet

Very true. So, they have the cake, eat it too in full and others also eat it in full. What a pathetic society.

As we have noted time and again, this cannot be explained by assuming that Pakistanis are "normal" like you and me. The huge problem that crops up in making that statement is to answer why they are not normal - "Are they not human?" "Are you something special?" "You bigot!" "paki basher!" etc

But the explanation is continuous indoctrination and education that has always suggested that Pakistan is way way ahead of the world in most ways. The false pride in "defeating 2 superpowers" and "having an active space program with Suparco'; Being an Infotech superpower with teenagers dominating (or being feted by) Microsoft; Islamic nuclear power, undefeated, undefeatable etc. India has been constantly dismissed as utter trash. There is no Pakistani who thinks that anything in India is genuinely good. India is all fake. All pretence.

Another problem that people face while analysing Pakistan is "scaling up" well known facts about indoctrination. Everyone knows that if you bring up a child telling him that he is superior to all women and he can "use them" and that he lives in the greatest country on earth and everyone else is lying - you get an adult who is not adjusted to reality. But when this is done to tens of millions of children - you get Pakistan.

In fact Chrsitine Fair (for all her faults) has been very perceptive about Pakistan but she initially (3-4 years ago) got no traction at all in the US. But she is a tough one. She kept bashing on and on and on and eventually chipped the armour that makes people think Pakistan is normal. Now you have the US senate that is opening its eyes slightly. Of course I would be happier to see Indian diplomats and politicians open their eyes. India too is asleep - unable to understand what 4 decades of indoctrination and false education of Pakistanis can do. After a point its not Pakistan's fault any more - it becomes our problem to recognize that a problem like Pakistan can exist and that we cannot remain in denial.

Afghanistan appears to have pulled out of the CASA-1000 electricity transmission project. The reason being “dearth of demand” in Afghanistan which will tickle me pink if it was a result of the Indian funded Salma Dam coming on stream.

It will also now be interesting to see what circuitous route the self proclaimed “Gateway to Central Asia” despite not having a border with any Central Asian Republic, the Islamic Republic Of Pakistan, will use to move electricity from Tajikistan without going through Afghanistan:

Pakistan to receive more as Afghanistan abandons share in CASA-1,000

Reaction of Casey Michael to the news of the Afghan pullout in the Diplomat is to be unsurprised and start his article with the words “For the past year, there’s been a distinct distance between the rhetoric surrounding the Central Asia South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade (CASA-1000) project and the unfurling realities on the ground.”:

Did Afghanistan Just Drop Out of CASA-1000?

Scepticism about CASA1000 (and TAPI) seems to quite evident.A month old article (May 08,2016) by Bruce Pannier was not very sanguine about the prospects of both deals:

The Prospects Of TAPI and CASA 1000

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s wet dream of being the thekadar controlling India’s access to Central Asia in return for toll without having a border with any Central Asian Republic, comes down with one more thud.

Pakistan’s war: internal and external factors: DG, ISPR - DT
Update on the nexus between RAW) and Afghanistan’s NDS showed that the two agencies had deep cooperation in carrying out subversive activities inside Pakistan ever since Kulbhushan Yadav, an alleged serving official of RAW and the Indian Navy, spilled the beans on a sophisticated terror network controlled from Kabul and Chabahar.

And yet they let in that terrorist sponsor Shaikh Rasheed Ahmad in March to watch the cricket - this is the same man who was denied a visa to watch the cricket in 2007. No one was held accountable for this - it wasn't even mentioned in parliament.

Pemra bans Hamza Ali Abbasi from hosting Ramazan show
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra) has barred actor Hamza Ali Abbasi and TV show host Shabbir Abu Talib from hosting their Ramazan shows on Aaj TV and News One respectively.

In a statement issued on Friday, Pemra said that it had received 1,133 complaints (precise - not rounded off to give (wrong !) impression that work is "thorough" and no one is goofing off on this "police like job" ) through Whatsapp, Twitter and telephone calls regarding the transmissions.
The complainants said both shows had aired provocative content.
"During these transmissions, ratings remain the focus under the guise of Ramazan shows," read the Pemra statement, adding that "provocative conversations took place during the shows which has led to much anger and sadness".
IOW the "piety atmosphere" of the "faithfool" - during the" Holy" Month of Ramzan -should not be disturbed at any costs (guilty conscience? )
Addressing a press conference, Pemra chairman Absar Alam had said that the authority has decided to ban such shows which re-enact crimes such as murders and suicide, and those that raid places in the name of investigative journalism.
Aam Aadmis should be "shielded" from shows dramatizing rape, loot, murder, hijacking, kidnapping in the "Holy" month of Ramzan ! (Never mind that you just have to "open" the window of your house, hut, flat, jhohpri, cave, mountain, etc to witness this "show" 24/7  )

PS: By the way there is good news! Ganja's recent derivative re: "encouragement" of national language is implemented with gusto ! The PEMRA "notice" was served in Urdu !

No Less Than The Pakistan Foreign Office Caught Goofing On The Job!

Pakistan Foreign Office announces that Edhi has died, even though he is still alive. (twitter.com)

Thank Allah ! that they did not make this blunder when Ganja Sharif was under going his "famous" heart surgery and the "whole" Paki nation was on "edge"

PS: Overlooked: The "words" came out of the "mouth" of the over-worked "Advisor" on Foreign Affairs the Hon- S(enile)
Aziz;
it is high time, that he resign for the sake of his (mental) health

Abdul Sattar Edhi absolutely fine, says son

So, news of his imminent death was "exaggerated " by the Paki Foreign Office generally and by Senile Aziz
specifically !

KARACHI: Son of Abdul Sattar Edhi, Faisal Edhi, on Saturday refuted news of his father’s death being reported on social and electronic media calling it ‘rumor’, ARY News reported.

“Abdul Sattar Edhi is completely fine. People should not pay attention to rumors,” he said while talking to ARY News.
So, the Paki F.O. reacts on rumours as well !
Faisal Edhi said Edhi was taken to hospital for routine dialysis and doctors have declared the medical reports satisfactory.
Head of Edhi Foundation, Abdul Sattar Edhi has long been suffering from the disease of kidneys. Rumors of his death had gone viral once before as well.
Earlier, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had announced that Pakistan cricketers will acknowledge services of the social and charity worker through the logo of Edhi Foundation on their shirts during the limited over series against England.

U.S. Law-Makers Know That They Are Taken Advantage Off By A Perfidious Pakistan !

Here’s why US just won’t go tough on Pakistan
Two legislative amendments seeking a cut in the United States aid to Pakistan have been defeated in the House of Representatives with most lawmakers arguing that it is essential to maintain ties with a nuclear armed country despite it not doing enough in the war against terrorism.
The first Islami Nuclear Takaat has got the US by the bxxls
The first amendment moved by Congressman Ted Poe sought to cut funding to Pakistan from $900 million to $700 million in coalition support fund was defeated on the House floor by a recorded vote of 191 to 230.
Another amendment moved by Congressman Dana Rohrabacher seeking to prohibit funds from being used to provide aid to Pakistan has been defeated by a recorded vote of 84 to 236.
“Here is the reason, Mr Chairman: the Pakistanis hid Osama bin Laden, and we had to go into Pakistan and take him out.
They hid him, and the world knows about it,” he alleged.
“After they hid Osama bin Laden, amazingly, the CIA section chief in Pakistan is poisoned. He comes back to the US. He believes, and the CIA believes, that it was the Pakistani ISI that poisoned him. I agree with them,” Poe alleged.
Noting that Pakistan was “playing everybody”, Poe said they “take our money, it goes through ISI, and it ends up in the hands of the Taliban and Afghanistan that is killing Americans”.
Seeking support for his amendment, Congressman Rohrabacher said continuation of the US aid to Pakistan will strengthen and bolster a government that has committed crimes against their own people.
“We will be then basically giving money to a government that not only represses its own people but, through its support of terrorism and terrorist organisations, threatens the people of the US and those peoples elsewhere,” he said.
However, majority of the lawmakers did not support Poe and Rohrabacher in cutting aid to Pakistan.
Opposing Poe’s amendment, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee said the US must be mindful that Pakistan have nuclear capacity.
If, (and it is a "big" If ) Trump is elected POTUS, he may call on their Paki nuclear bluff and be tough on them ! Remains to be seen if that works on them or not !
Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen of Coalition Support Fund said it remained a critical tool to enable Pakistan to effectively deal with future challenges emerging from the US drawdown.
It also remains a cost-effective tool for the US to remain engaged in the region and with Pakistan. We shouldn’t be abandoning Pakistan, because we might actually have something even worse than what the gentleman describes if we turn our back on Pakistan,” he said.
Pakis are being paid "good money" to do Massa's dirty work ! Here is confirmation of Pakistan's rentier status !
The Defense Appropriations Act, passed by the House on Friday, seeks certification from the Defense Secretary that Pakistan is cooperating with the US in counterterrorism efforts against the Haqqani Network, the Quetta Shura Taliban,
Lashkar e-Tayiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Al Qaeda, and other domestic and foreign terrorist organisations.
This certification can be waived off under national interest.
Poe argued that Pakistan should be given the same amount of $700 million in 2017 and not an increase of $900 million as proposed in the bill.
Rohrabacher said since 9/11 the US has given over $30 billion in aid to Pakistan, the majority of which went to military and security services. (where all this "money" has gone is anybody's guess ! Massa's Moolah being "passed" to Taliban to fight "Massa" in Afghanistan ! Massa Money spent to equip Paki Fauj and non -state actors in fighting India ; Massa money pocketed as "commission money" by Jairnel and Kernails of the Deep State ! and the list goes on and on .... No wonder the US is (mad and ) telling Mushy to apply for a US visa from Pakiland !
“But ought to also remember that not only are we talking about the issues of terrorism in this country, but that Pakistan possesses nuclear weapons and has capabilities,” he said.

Qadri - The Canadian "Shopping Mall Maulvi" Is Worth Billions ! ((in Paki money ) -Rana Sanaullah

Dr Tahir ul Qadri : Does the family owns offshore companies worth billions

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Friday said that Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr Tahirul Qadri and his family own nine offshore companies and properties of billions of rupees abroad.
Speaking in a private news channel programme, the Law Minister said, “we have been informed by a media person in London about these offshore companies and the properties and has also provided required evidence. I think Pakistani media is also aware of this fact.”
He named Dr. Qadri’s sons Hassan Mohiyuddin, Hussain Mohiyuddin, his daughter in law and wife for owning these companies as well as properties in Denmark, France, London and other countries whose details he said, had been provided by the reporter.

The Paki press is presently engaged in a competition to determine who is the biggest "off-shore looter" in the history of Pakistan corruption ! in the running are the usual suspects : Ganja Sharif, Dus Percenti, (Mushy and Immy running a distant behind); now the Canadian Shopping Maulvi has also been added to the "honours list" ; conspicuously missing -except for the "disgraced" Mushy - are members of the Paki Fauj, who I am sure are one of the biggest looters !)
“Now the question is as to where from Dr Qadri (who has health problems !)gathered wealth to have these companies and properties. Furthermore, what answer to this report PTI Chief Imran Khan and Sheikh Rashid Ahmed have,” he said.
There were earlier unconfirmed press reports, that this Qadri, the holder of dual Canadian nationality, living with his extended family in Toronto, is also the recipient of Canadian Dole Money: i.e. welfare. in spite of his "billionaire" status mentioned here !
He rejected the claim of Dr Qadri that his party workers were not being provided justice in the two years old Model Town incident and said, the fact is that an FIR was registered against nine police personnel and 14 PAT workers in light of court orders.
When asked about any deal with Dr Qadri and his party during the previous sit-in, Rana Sanaullah said, “in this regard what all I can say is that the negotiations continue on the sidelines. But, such negotiations are not made public. It would be against morality if I reveal the details of those meetings.”
For the sake of his health, Qadri should "give up" his coveted Canadian passport and move permanently to Pakiland, instead of commuting back and forth ; am pretty sure, that "good" health care in available at the hospital (Shaukat Khanum ) of his fast friend, Imran- and who knows, Allah forbid, when he needs treatment if not free, he may get "good discount" due to his political status; and that way, he does not have to be in the company of Kuffars and celebrate two Eids, Ramzan, Muharam, etc etc among the faithfools and friends and immerse himself 24/7 in Paki politics !

Other countries pull out, China increases investment in Cwapjiang

KARACHI: Foreign direct investment (FDI) increased 10.5% in the first 11 months of 2015-16 on a year-on-year basis, according to statistics released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Friday.

Pakistan received FDI of $1,083.6 million in July-May, which is $103.3 million higher than the FDI received in the same 11-month period of the preceding fiscal year.

With almost all countries that had traditionally invested in Pakistan now pulling out their investments, China has increased its FDI as part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

More than half of the total FDI that Pakistan received in July-May of 2015-16 originated from China alone. FDI from China amounted to $571.2 million in the first 11 months of the fiscal year, which is up 144.2% year on year and equals 52.7% of the total FDI Pakistan received over the same period.

Statistics show the rise in the FDI from China has largely offset the decrease in direct investments from the rest of the world in the first 11 months of 2015-16.

FDI clocked up at $64.3 million in May, up 9.1% from the FDI received in the preceding month.

Although the increase in the FDI appears satisfactory in percentage terms, a closer look at statistics reveals the year-on-year growth remained “concentrated in cross-border mergers and acquisitions” for at least the first six months of the fiscal year. According to the SBP’s latest quarterly report, the FDI in greenfield projects stayed “virtually flat” in nominal terms in Jul-Dec.

The United States has traditionally been a big source of FDI, but that trend is changing now. As opposed to making fresh investments in Pakistan, they are now pulling out their money instead. US investors have pulled out $71.9 million from Pakistan in the first 11 months of 2015-16, although net inflows from the world’s largest economy amounted to $197.1 million in the same period of the last fiscal year.

Pakistan has faced low levels of foreign investment in recent years. The SBP has called an increase in FDI ‘imperative’ for the sustainability of the economy’s external sector.

Other major outflows of FDI were from Saudi Arabian (-$91.6 million), Egyptian (-$41.7 million) and German (-$32.4 million) investors in July-May, SBP data shows.

The largest net outflow of FDI in July-May was recorded in petro chemicals (-$136.1 million) followed by metal products (-$53.8 million), food (-$20 million) and IT services (-$15.8 million).

China was followed by United Arab Emirates ($151 million), Hong Kong ($130.6 million) and Italy ($92.7 million) as the largest contributor to the FDI in July-May.

The largest increase in FDI in July-May was in the category of power, which attracted $532.9 million, up 194.4% from a year ago. Other sectors that attracted substantial FDI in the first 11 months of 2015-16 were oil and gas exploration ($246.6 million), telecommunications ($71.9 million) and beverages ($63.9 million).

(Jahil Hamid's ) Ghazwa - E - Hind Is Very Much Alive !

Why does Pakistan’s Mullah & Military Mafia seek a War with India? It’s the prophesized ‘Ghazwa-e-Hind’, Stupid.
By - Tarek Fatah
Many Indian academics, politicians, men and women of the military are confounded by the sheer idiocy and irrationality of the attitude of Pakistan’s mullahs and military as it seeks a military confrontation with India.
In trying to understand the Pakistani mindset, Indians employ conventional wisdom and yet there seems no answer why every Indian attempt at extending a hand of friendship is met with a slap on their face even as the smiles remain planted on otherwise gleeful Pakistani leaders.
What India’s literati and chattering class does not understand is that conventional wisdom does not apply to Pakistan. A state created out of hatred for the Hindu and contempt for other non-Muslims is based on the Islamic doctrine of the ‘Gahzwa-e-Hind’ that Indians dismiss as folklore or ancient myths, but which is a core belief of almost every Pakistani Punjabi Muslim or Urdu-speaking ‘Muhajir’ (immigrants from India’s Hindi belt), even if it is unsaid in polite company.
So what is the Ghazwa-e-Hind?
Let us hear it from the horse's mouth. Here is an Islamic cleric Irfan-ul-Haq from Pakistan’s Punjab, a former banker who is flush with cash and commitment. Let’s hear him explain the doctrine so that Indians may have an idea of the medieval mindset that infects 21st century Pakistanis, be they Nawaz Sharif or his boss, General Shariff.
In this 2011 lecture the former banker explains the genesis of Pakistan being the prophesied defeat of India and Hinduism at the hands of Pakistan in what is known in the Hadith (Hadees) literature as the 'Ghazwa-e-Hind' or the Prophet's War on India.
Sir Zahid Hamid, AKA Jahil Hamid, accused in the "Land Of The Two Holy Mosque" for being an "Irani spy" and recently deported (almost) safe and sound, from his "vacation" in a Saudi jail cell, is an ardent enthusiast of this "theory"
The cleric tells his enthralled audience that Pakistan came about for the sole purpose of being the springboard of the end-of-times 'Ghazwa-e-Hind' when Pakistan's military and people will swarm India and wipe out once and for all the practice of Hinduism from the face of earth.
He says, only then will the armies of Islam march to meet the reincarnation of Jesus Christ in Syria from where Europe will be conquered and once that is done, human civilization will end on the prophesized day of Qayamat (Qayama in Arabic), the end of times.
And here is another Islamic cleric from the Caribbean who renders his verdict on Ghazwa-e-Hind in English in a far more sophisticated manner, rich in doublespeak, where he shames the Pakistan Army of being unworthy of the task and then takes his hatred of Hindus to blatant anti-Semetic Jew hatred.
The "famous" Sheikh Imran !
Indian policy makers, senior bureaucrats of the External Affairs Ministry and the PMO, arrogant know-all journalists and business elites salivating at the prospects of a 200-million strong Pakistani market, will mock this angle at their own peril. Wake up India.

The author is rightly not in favor of those who want to "establish normal ties" with Pakistan

Mullah Fazlullah Is To Pakistan What Mullah Mansour Was To Afghanistan !

Droning Mullah Fazlullah

By Pervez Hoodbhoy
In Pakistan, anger has greeted the killing of Afghan Taliban head, Mullah Mansour, by an American drone on Pakistani territory. When senior US officials visited army chief Gen Raheel Sharif at the Rawalpindi GHQ, he expressed strong displeasure at the violation of Pakistan’s air space and demanded that Tehreek-i-Taliban head, Mullah Fazlullah, together with other TTP militants, be targeted by drones. Linked to Al Qaeda, TTP has a history of savage atrocities ...
A theory is being propounded that the "Torkham border" agitation was started on the orders of the "Bad Sharif" who was piqued off by the audacity of the Americans to so openly violate Paki sover virginity !
Whether Fazlullah will be droned if he is ever spotted remains to be seen. ( There were some earlier press reports which "boasted" that an indigenous drone - with Chini help - has been developed by a Pakistan Aeronautical Complex; therefore with Chinese satellite help, they should not have any problems "droning" Fazlullah from the sky !) But the general’s demand raises troubling issues. To call for killing Fazlullah while mourning the loss of Mansour is inconsistent. Fazlullah is to Pakistan what Mansour was to Afghanistan. Their respective organisations — the TTP and the Taliban — are not identical but they share ethnic ties and a common mindset.
Similarities outweigh differences. Both Taliban groups oppose democracy, are religiously inspired, and believe that Islamic rule must be forcibly imposed. Both attack civilian targets, frequently use suicide bombers, and decapitate captured opponents. While the Taliban claim that they are fighting American occupation, the TTP alleges that the Pakistan Army is an American pawn — a ridiculous allegation. (I, for one, beg to differ with Doctor sahib's rebuttal and 100% agree with the TTP allegation ; is not the Paki Fauj receiving billions and billions of dallars as "support funds " from Massa to do their "dirty work"
Gen Sharif rightly raised the issue of violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty. But this vexing matter needs careful consideration. In political science jargon, sovereignty means the exercise of effective control over some polity by some supreme authority. By this definition, drone overflights and missile attacks on the territory of a sovereign state do indeed violate international law.
But, were Pakistan to bring the issue before the International Court of Justice, it may have a difficult time. It would have to prove that it wields authority truly — rather than just formally — over large swathes of its designated territory. But the fact tBat the Afghan Taliban have freely used Pakistani territory to attack targets across the border for nearly 15 years, and that its leaders were/are ensconced in Quetta and Peshawar, could gravely weaken Pakistan’s case.
Not to speak of Balochistan, where the Paki Army is "trying" to keep the unrest all bottled up and not allowing any local, national or international reporters into the " affected areas" citing security reasons!
Mansour’s killing is the result of America’s new-found conviction that the Taliban will not negotiate peace, and that Pakistan is unwilling to rope them in. A US-based Pakistani commentator, Moeed Yusuf, notes that after years of ambivalence Americans have finally concluded that Pakistan is uninterested in having an elected government in Kabul.
And, as recent press reports suggest, the US Lawmakers now are slowly beginning to see Paki perfidy, and hence no F-16's !
Earlier, America’s perception had been that of two Pakistans — one which the US could woo with inducements such as F-16s, and another which it could scold away from supporting the Taliban. But rightly or wrongly, America now sees only one Pakistan — that which is part of the problem
But Pakistan should definitely be alarmed that, save for China, it stands alone and friendless in its neighbourhood and is viewed with suspicion in much of the world. Iran, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh are all Muslim countries with which Pakistan — a country conceived on the basis of Islam — could have expected to enjoy good relations with.
So, this author also confirms Pakistan's growing isolation due to its own stupid policies !
Another victim of tunnel vision is the Pak-Iran relationship, now frigid. Even President Rouhani’s visit in March to Islamabad did little to change things. India’s development of Iran’s Chabahar port, a consequence of Pakistan’s refusal to grant overland transit permission to India, feeds into the encirclement syndrome. Few in Pakistan care to remember Iran’s support to Pakistan during the 1965 and 1971 wars, or wonder how we lost an ally.
But then they "gained" 400% support from the "Land Of The Two Holy Mosque" , but with disastrous consequences !
Neighbours frequently have disputes over land and water, or perhaps over markets and global influence. Many disputes are unsolvable but mature leaders learn to manage conflicts, agree on trade terms, make compromises, and keep communication channels open. This is how politics works.
That politics is practised today by the United States, China, and India.
But, according to the precepts of Malsi and The Book , followed by Pakistan, peace with Kuffar India is not possible, and peace with Shia Iran will offend the Saudi Abbu, and Afghanistan is needed by us for "strategic depth" !
Fazlullah must go, whether by drone or otherwise. But what we want for ourselves, we must also want for those across the Durand Line. For this, the successors of Mullah Mansour — however many are yet to come — will also have to go.

Beheaded Body of Army Personnel Found In Mohmand Agency
MOHMAND AGENCY, June 13: Slaughtered body of a kidnap army recruit found early morning in Darwazgai area of Ekkaghund tehsil in Lower Mohmand of Mohmand agency here on Monday, officials say.
It will be mention here that unknown militants kidnap a soldier Hayat Khan who was on leave from Punjab Regiment Centre Mardanin Shanow Ghundi area of tehsil Ekkaghund last night.
Hayat Khan was busy in Isha prayers where unknown militants kidnapped and shifted him to an unknown place, according to local residence.
After the incident, security forces conducted search operation in the adjoining areas but no arrest made.

Why this and other suppressed news NOT reported in Paki mainstream press is anybody's guess ! So, in this "Holy" month of Ramzan , the Aam Aadmis are being fed a daily diet of ("feel good" ) ISPR BS tweeted by the "famous" Lt General Bajwa Baaja

Burning Question For Pakistan : Can It Afford To Ditch U.S.A And Hitch Its Wagon To China : Opinion Piece .

Is “Qingzhen” ((halal in Chinese !) diplomacy faux friendship
When William Deresiewicz wrote his famous essay “Faux Friendships” in 2009, he could not have imagined its kinship to international relations. “Faux Friendship” was a bitter philosophical treatise swerving between Horatio and Facebook. China-Pakistan friendship has been hailed as ‘Higher than Himalayas and Deeper than Seas’. The former communist country has the lion share of arms exports to Pakistan. Pakistan had severed ties with Taiwan and acknowledged China soon after its independence proclamation. We share world’s highest Khunjerab border in Gilgit-Baltistan region also the highest point on miraculous Karakoram Highway built by the help of Chinese. Pakistan supports Chinese right of the accession of Tibet against India and parts of Kashmir. China has always sided with Pakistan on Kashmir. The diplomatic pressure of mighty Chinese on India stands tall with its historic triumph over India in Sino-Indian War in 1962. With increasing tensions in US-Pak relationship embittered by recent refusal of F-16 subsidy to Pakistan, the relationship with neighbouring China has become pivotal.
So, Pakistan went "all out " and embraced the Chinese panda 400% , just as it did jumped into bed with Uncle Sam in spite of many warnings that in international relations, there are no permanent friends, only permanent interests
Recent Alliance between India, Afghanistan and Iran on Chabahar Port rivaling Pakistani Gwadar Port has painted the new mural of changing the great game, this time with new players. It seems like Pacific war theatre of WW2 is not as pacifist as it remained after the great devastation. With recent trade embargo on Vietnam removed ...
What is in it for Pakistan is the question that hogs (is it "halal" to use this slang world for pigs in this "Islamic based" on-line paper  ) many analysts and economists today. Is godless China on its way to Secular Democracy or Pakistan has become an important pawn, an inconvenient truth? Nawaz Sharif cannot afford to be next Jamal Abdul Nasser, who fell out of American good books by siding with USSR. With recent Panama Leaks and involvement of the Prime Minister’s family, his position has weakened both in Pakistan and around the Globe. Amidst power games, figuring out Chinese mindset is of critical importance.

Torkham First, Now Its Taftan's Turn

‘Pakistan Gate’ being built at Iran border to curb illegal trade
QUETTA/ISLAMABAD: Amid escalating tensions between Islamabad and Kabul over the construction of a gate at the Torkham border, Pakistani officials on Friday confirmed to have started building a gate, this time near the Iranian border of the country at Taftan.
The ‘Pakistan Gate’ – aimed at improving border management and curbing illegal trade between the two neighbouring countries – would be formally inaugurated on the Independence Day (August 14) this year.
They should re-name it as "Azad Balochistan" Gate !
The construction of the gate would complete within two months at an estimated cost of Rs15 million, the officials said.
Together, the Frontier Corps Sector Commander Brigadier Khalid Beg and Balochistan Collector Customs Saeed Ahmed Jadoon laid the foundation stone of the gate at Taftan in Chagai district. Civil and military officials along with several tribal leaders were also present on the occasion.
They seem to be "closing all the gates into Pakiland", so future "Mullah Mansours" can only be " droned to death" outside the "sacred" borders of Pakistan !!!

Iftikhar Chaudry ( Suo Moto fame !) Preparing Case Declaring P.M. Nawaz Ineligible For Parliament
KARACHI: Former chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhry has embarked on a journey to get Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif declared ineligible for the parliamentary membership on the basis of allegations against him involving money-laundering and offshore companies, ARY News reported.
Pot calling the Kettle black ?
He said he would contact speaker National Assembly or Election Commission of Pakistan or file petition in court for ineligibility of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
“The incumbent government has become Skype and satellite government. We(other than the "lordship" and his corrupt son, who are the other "we" ?) are preparing case to declare the PM ineligible and action could be taken against him under article 184,” he said in an ARY program, Power Play.
The former CJ said the case of Model Town would be decided and justice would soon be delivered to the victims. :((
“Had I been in Supreme Court today, I would have solved the cases at fast pace,” he said.
Iftikhar Chaudhry said case of offshore companies and money laundering was well strong against Nawaz Sharif.
On the other hand, Barrister Ali Zafar said he would deal with it, if a case was registered for declaring the PM ineligible.
The usual Paki dramabaazi is on Power Play here

They are afraid of the Indian consulate in Zahedhan, which is a stone's throw away (figuratively speaking) from the border at Taftan...
I've been trying to locate pictures, data on Iran-Afghan trade via their border road Zaranj to Delaram, but without any success.

No data on how many trucks cross, even picutres of the road India built are hard to come by.

Afghanistan declines invite to send its NSA, FM to Pakistan
KHYBER AGENCY / ISLAMABAD:
Kabul has apparently refused to send to Islamabad its national security adviser and foreign minister, invited for discussion in the wake of the recent clashes between the security forces of the two neighbouring countries after Pakistan started building a gate at Torkham border as part of its new border controls.
Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Thursday spoke to Afghan National Security Adviser (NSA) Hanif Atmar over phone and invited him and Afghan Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani for talks on the current situation at Torkham border amid the ongoing tension.
Afghan National Security Council spokesperson Tawab Ghorzang also confirmed the Pakistani invitation but said Afghan government has decided to send instead a delegation under Deputy Foreign Minister Hekmat Khalil Karzai.
Kabul’s move appears to suggest that the Afghan government is not keen to have meaningful engagement with Pakistan, commented a senior government official while requesting anonymity.
The official, however, made it clear that Pakistan would welcome any Afghan delegation as it had no intention of prolonging the tensions along the Torkham border. “The Afghan government has not yet officially responded to the invitation extended by the PM’s adviser,” he added.
No date has been announced for the visit and both sides are coordinating to decide the date.
At the heart of the controversy is a new border mechanism Pakistan has started implementing from June 1. Under the new border controls, Pakistan has now made it clear that no one will be allowed to cross the key border crossing without valid a passport and visa.

But Pashtuns living on both sides of the border wont be happy with the new "rules" either !
Afghanistan insists Pakistan cannot build any gate along the border without its consent while Pakistan says it is building the gate 37metres on its side of the border.
Legitimacy of the Durand Line - Afghanistan has "never" recognized its legitimacy !
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Afghanistan former president Hamid Karzai have underscored the need for peaceful solution to problems between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Can Kabul and Islamabad’s positive intentions silence warmongers?
Karzai visited Nawaz Sharif at his residence in London and enquired after his health following his open heart surgery, a statement posted on Karzai’s official Facebook account said. The Afghan leader was in London to attend a conference.
Ganja Sharif blissfully unaware of all this from the safe locale of Londonistan !
“Both sides hoped that the current difficulties would be immediately resolved,” the statement said in a veiled reference to the ongoing tensions along the Torkham border. The two leaders also stressed the need to strengthen and expand good relations between the two countries.
In his earlier statement on the Torkham issue, Karzai expressed “serious concern over the clashes at Torkham and hoped both sides would resolve the issue through diplomatic channels.”
Though not in power, Karzai still seems to wield quite a bit of influence on the current government as well !

Many tribes, who are split into two halves by the durnad line, have had access in the past to be able to come into each other's territory upto ~20kms

But one look at the now expired durand line, tells me that there are thousands of possible crossing points all along it, and piss poor pakistan does not even have roads along that line to monitor anything. It is like going from one's living room to the pakistan in the house - open country.

This border gate is all rubbish, people don't really have to cross via Torkham, there are a thousand other crossing points. Only trucks and other vehicles cross. What the Pakis really want is to somehow legitimize their presence there in the form of a customs post and a border gate.

The Inevitable Pakistan Connection - Once Again !
Two men linked to French police killer charged, The two men had been convicted along with Abballa in September 2013 as part of a network to send extremists to Pakistan

Two men linked to French police killer charged
Two men linked to an extremist who killed a French police officer and his partner were charged and detained by an anti-terror court.
Saad Rajraji, 27, and Charaf-Din Aberouz, 29, were charged with having links to a terrorist group, but were not found to have any connection to the ISIS-inspired murder of the police couple carried out by Larossi Abballa last Monday.
The two men had been convicted along with Abballa in September 2013 as part of a network to send extremists to Pakistan,(so they must have received confirmation on their "admission" to the new and improved" Darul Uloom Haqqania "University" at Akora Khattak in KP Province !) judicial sources close to the investigation said.
A third man arrested in the case was released without charge.
Abballa, a convicted radical who had been under surveillance, murdered the police officer and his partner outside their home and then was killed himself in a police raid.
Before he was killed, Abballa posted a live Facebook video of himself in which he admitted the murders and urged fellow extremists to carry out more bloodshed.
Monday’s assault in a small town northwest of Paris was the first deadly strike in France since the coordinated attacks in the capital by an ISIS cell in November, which killed 130 people.

I intensely refuse to recognize the Durand Line: Begam Nasim Wali Khan

Begam Nasim Wali Khan is the leader of Awami National Party (Wali) and wife of famous Pashtun politician late Abdul Wali Khan. Her husband was the first opposition leader in Pakistan and the founder of Awami National Party (ANP). Begam Nasim is the step mother of Asfandyar Wali Khan who is currently leading ANP and struggling for the political rights of Pashtuns against Punjabi elites. Begam Nasim is the former provincial president of ANP. She is also the first directly elected woman parliamentarian in the history of Pakistan in 1977 elections from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa...
n your recent interview to a Pakistani news channel, Waqt News, on 31st March 2015, with Fareeha Idrees, you said that neither you had ever before nor ever after recognized the Durand Line. You had said that quite openly. What do you mean by that?

Begam Nasim Wali Khan: Yes, as ever, even today I intensely refuse to recognize the temporary Durand Line, created by the colonial Brits for one hundred years. I don’t recognize it for the same reason as for example Germans would refuse to recognize a Berlin wall just because some foreign power had built it to divide Germans into an East and a West. If a division of the German nation couldn’t be acceptable to Germans, why a Pashtun division at the hand of the colonial power should be acceptable to Pashtuns? Accepting the Pashtun divide means to accept half of the cut off ourselves, which I don’t think in any way could be acceptable to anyone. Pashtuns are living on their historical land, and since people living on the either side of the colonial drawn Durand Line are Pashtuns, with one tongue, one culture, one blood, and one religious faith, there seems no reason for them to be divided or to accept any such division. Let us not forget that even for the Pakistani-nourished Taliban it was difficult to accept Durand Line, which they could never accept even when they ruled over Afghanistan.[/quote]
The Aam Aadmis of Pakistan are blissfully unaware of this part of their history as also how Kalat and Balochistan were "tricked" into joining the First Islamic Nation on earth !
As you say Durand Line is a temporary line, unacceptable because it splits up the Pashtuns, could you kindly tell how Pashtuns may be unified, divided as presently they are by Durand Line?

Begam Nasim Wali Khan: I think Pashtuns may get unified in the same natural way as Germans did.
So, the goal of independent Pashtunistan is very much alive !
In August 1947 when Pakistan came into being, why at that time neither Bacha Khan nor Wali Khan supported great Afghanistan, from Amu (River Oxus) to Abaseen (River Indus)? Moreover, on 2 to 4 September, 1947, there was a meeting of Khudai Khidmatgar in Serdaryab, where Pakistan rather than Great Afghanistan was supported. How the unification of Pashtuns could be materialized in that way?

Begam Nasim Wali Khan: Before 1947, we were annexed into British India. We, therefore, had to fight for our freedom against the British Colonial power in the then British India. Both Congress and Pashtuns of Khudai Khitmatgar worked together in the freedom movement, but we fought better than the Congress and we were tortured more than anyone else. When British were leaving South Asia, they didn’t give a choice to Pashtuns to make a decision for their own fate. Moreover, our existing assembly in Peshawar was bypassed by the British. But even then we didn’t find much support from Congress, which is why after the 3rd June Plan Bacha Khan had to say to Gandhi that they had thrown Pashtuns to the wolves...
So the fate of the Pashtuns was decided by the British without their input !
Was Qarardad-e-Bannu (Bannu Resolution 1948) really for the separate state of Pashtunistan? Because this resolution is also called as Pashtunistan Resolution? And people in Pakistan think that this resolution was a hallmark and moreover inception of the Pashtunistan Movement?

Begam Nasim Wali Khan: No, Qarardad-e-Bannu was not a demand for a separate state of Pashtunistan. It was basically a demand that our elected assembly in Peshawar should be given the right to make an independent decision whether it wanted to vote for India, Pakistan or an independent status. And this was a legal demand as all other provincial assemblies were give this particular right except the then NWFP assembly, where we had the majority of two-thirds. My father himself was presiding this meeting in Bannu, and later Bacha Khan also went to Karachi and took the oath of allegiance with Pakistan, but so far Pakistan stigmatizes him as a traitor.
You know the atrocities of Pakistan upon Bengalis, Balochs and Pashtuns. And we can see that in 1971 Bengalis got freedom from Pakistan, why Pashtuns being having the leadership of Wali Khan did not react like Bengalis at that time?
...Also the surrender of 90 thousand Pakistani soldiers was the most shameful event in the history. However, Wali Khan played a role of mediator, but Z. A. Bhutto ultimately declared ‘there you, here we’ and disintegrated the country.
The tragedy is that our foreign policy is not formulated free and independent. I am also not in the favor of military courts. The introduction of military courts in Pakistan means that the judiciary is not making the due performance and its role is dubious.
It is also said that Pakistan is the bastion of all terrorists and these terrorists are considered the strategic assets and the shadow army of Pakistan. What do you think?
Begam Nasim Wali Khan: I can feel not comfortable to tell you the truth about the game going on our soil, but I have to tell you that ISI is involved in this game, because if you see General (Rtd) Naseerullah Babar openly called Taliban as his sons. Gen. Yousaf in his book wrote all about how they trained Taliban. Taliban are actually religious students and they did not know how to use Kalashnikovs and tanks. They had to be trained for that. To do so, ISI played its role quite enthusiastically. Pakistan is involved in the destruction of Afghanistan since 1973. And the terrorism and bomb blasts what we see in Pakistan is the reaction of our policies
What message would you give to the world regarding the genocide of Balochs and Pashtuns in Pakistan and what will be the ultimate result of this genocide?

Begam Nasim Wali Khan: I cannot predict but I can tell you one thing about the realities what I can see on the ground that many people and some powers want to distort the way of life of the Balochs and Pashtuns. And all those who are involved in the genocide of Balochs and Pashtun, they are their open enemies.
