Pathetic. At least Biju Matthew, Angana Chatterji, Vijay Prashad, Girish Agarwal, Stalin-e-Gera had TWO items to PROVE their "single, simple conclusion: that the xxxx was set up to promote hate and violence":
1) xxxx's president sat on the same stage as a Union Minister at the opening of one of their projects. Union Minister was (Another Community).
2) xxxx donated $25000 to the families of New York firefighters killed in action on 9/11/2001. "The victims were mostly (not One Community) and the perpetrators were all (One Community). Which proves that xxxx is against (One Community)"

These buggers don't even have that level of "poof". I think RT.com should publish these reports in full and :rotfl: at them.

+108 with regards to Jihad and Democracy.

And for my untrained eyes, many a campaigns that are being run in palestine and kashmir by the jihadis and pakis seem to have a lot of commonality.

What if the 'Zee orders an investigation of the standards that led to the "Iraq WMD", the Benghazi SNAFU, the Hilary/Humbedin SNAFU, the Ukraine and Georgia SNAFUs, the overall ISIS SNAFU and now the RussiaHackathon SNAFU?

Plus COTUS hearings? I think a lot of posts will open up at the top of US Intel, FreeBiscuitstan etc.
Come to think of it, they may have CYA by giving Bo a completely laughable report. I can't explain how the Director of the CIA, or the FBI, come out with such nonsense otherwise.

Remember: Colin bin Powell was sunk in 2003 by giving him a set of "WMD Photos" that most SD ppl immediately recognized as being from 1991. Powell banged on the podium at the UN with these, thereby completely wiping out his own credibility. I think the same has happened to Obama.

Several guvrmand agencies are sometimes in a dysfunctional state, and they get there all by themselves. Look at the list above and tell me if US Intelligence in recent years looks like it is under any jeenius. The more they Revamped and Refined per Recommendations of Committees, the worse it became.

6 Republicans Who Took Secret Payments From Clinton To Destroy Trump (All-New Wiki Leak)
The second link "6 Republicans Who Took Secret Payments From Clinton To Destroy Trump" links to an article dated December 13, 2016. It is now a month later, but this news yet to to take the political world by storm.

Looking at the article, there is no link to the document at Wikileaks, very strange for a web-page based article. There is a link "H/T to Conservative Daily Post". Following that link produces no link to Wikileaks either.

The article names "document number 1078645". The article also has what appear to be direct quotes from the document.
“JB, CF, and JK PACS will be noticeably silent for the rest of the campaign. Each will receive a significant allowance from advertising budget. HRC is in the loop and has talked to all three personally. Eyes only.”
The article states it is an email from John Podesta to Huma Abedin.

It says about the date:
"This email was dated days before Speaker of the House Paul Ryan withdrew the invitation to Donald Trump to speak at an event in Wisconsin." That dates it to before October 7.

I proceed to Wikileaks to try to locate this email.

Trying the obvious doesn't work:
https://www.wikileaks.org/podesta-emails//emailid/1078645

Search using numerous criteria keeps yielding "0 Results".

So I do a more general web-search, giving up on Wikileaks.
I find this:
http://www.snopes.com/podesta-emails-show-3-prominent-republicans-on-clinton-payroll/
Document Number 1078645
Reports that three prominent Republicans were bribed by Hillary Clinton to speak out against Donald Trump originated with a fake news web site.
I with bitter chagrin see what has happened. It is obvious. The evil hands of George Soros and Hillary Clinton have struck again.

1. They have suborned the Trump campaign itself, and made it suppress this outrageous news about its opponents. Obviously, the MSM is already under their thumbs and would not publish without their go-ahead.

2. They have reached into Wikileaks itself and have removed the incriminating document.

3. They have created confusion about the number of Republicans bribed. Is it three, is it six? So easy to create doubt about the authenticity of the news-item by confusing the details.

I expect the BRF administrators to carefully make sure that this trail of evidence is not wiped out from the BRF servers. I urge all BRFers to download and preserve a copy of the original article on their local hard drives and any cloud drives they may have, so that all the nefarious Abedin-Clinton-Soros machinations will find it impossible to wipe out this article from existence.

Some skeptics here may say, this link is just a BRFer fooled by or knowingly propagating fake news. Perish the thought. It is not only improbable, it is impossible. Occam's Razor, that all things being equal, the simplest explanation is the best definitely says that we must attribute this all to an evil Abedin-Clinton-Soros nexus that has corrupted the American political system.

Apple, Samsung, Microsoft: WikiLeaks blows lid on scale of CIA’s hacking arsenal

https://www.rt.com/news/379757-your-who ... ked/
According to the preliminary release, the CIA has the capability to hack, record and even control everyday technology used by billions of people around the world.

These include smartphones, tablets, smart TVs and even vehicles with remote control navigation systems.

On these devices themselves, the CIA can allegedly hack into some of the world’s most heavily encrypted social media and communications platforms such as WhatsApp, Weibo, Confide, Signal and Telegram before any encryption can even be applied.

For example, WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption means that only the direct participants in a conversation can read messages; not even WhatsApp is capable of reading them.

The CIA, however, was able to hack into individual private WhatsApp messages before encryption could even be applied.

“Your messages are secured with a lock, and only the recipient and you have the special key needed to unlock and read your message,” the company writes on their website.

To understand the sheer scale of the leak and of the CIA’s high tech surveillance operations, the hierarchy of divisions within the agency’s cyber division can be looked at below.

Image

According to WikiLeaks, the manufacturing division for the Agency’s hacking tools, or ‘zero days’ as they are dubbed in the leaks, is the EDG (Engineering Development Group), which is under the umbrella of the agency’s CCI (Center for Cyber Intelligence).

Smartphone devices

The CIA's Mobile Devices Branch (MDB) developed a variety of tools and techniques to remotely hack and control the world’s most popular smartphones and tablets.

Once hacked, phones can be used to transmit their “geolocation, audio and text communications” directly to the CIA without the user’s knowledge. In addition, the CIA can remotely activate the phone’s microphone and camera.

Apple devices

Despite Apple holding a minority share in the global smartphone market in 2016, the CIA’s Mobile Development Branch has a specific division dedicated to the hacking of Apple devices which run the iOS operating system from smartphones and tablets.

WikiLeaks also alleges that the CIA not only developed but collaborated on or purchased a variety of hacking tools or ‘zero days’ from intelligence agencies and contractors around the world such as GCHQ, NSA, FBI or Baitshop.

Samsung

The EDG has produced a ‘zero day’ capable of hacking Samsung smart TVs, switching it into a fake ‘off mode’ where the device appears to remain on standby while actually recording audio and transmitting it to nearby secured CIA servers.

For context, Samsung was the top-selling television brand in the world for the last decade with a global market share of 21 percent as of 2015. WikiLeaks did not specify in the initial release whether video recordings were also a part of this particular ‘zero day.’

Vehicle control

As far back as 2014, WikiLeaks alleges that the CIA was exploring the possibility of infecting control systems in modern cars and trucks. While the exact goal of such control has yet to be established, WikiLeaks suggests that such hacks could be used for almost undetectable assassinations.

Image

Android devices (Samsung, HTC, Sony)

The majority of the world’s smartphones (approximately 85 percent) run on the Android operating system, with roughly 1.15 billion Android devices sold last year, according to the WikiLeaks statement. Naturally, the CIA devoted an entire subdivision to hacking Android devices, with 24 individual weaponized ‘zero days’ targeting Android devices.

Microsoft

The CIA’s cyber division has developed numerous local and remote ‘zero days’ to hack and control Microsoft Windows users.

These ‘zero days’ include, but are not limited to: air gap jumping viruses such as ‘Hammer Drill’ that are capable of infecting computers or phones that have never been connected to the internet; hacking tools that focus on removable devices such as USB drives; systems for hiding data, be it in covert disk areas or in images; particular ‘zero days’ that are manufactured to self-perpetuate and hide themselves from detection on an ongoing basis.

Before any tech experts gloat, WikiLeaks also alleges that the CIA has developed advanced, multi-platform malware attack and control systems that cover Windows and Mac OS X but also mixed source platforms like Solaris and open source platforms like Linux. Wikileaks names these specific ‘zero days’ as the EDB's ‘HIVE,’ ‘Cutthroat’ and ‘Swindle’ tools.
The theory about the missing MH aircraft, that the controls were taken over by stealth need to be re-examined in the light of this devastating expose.2014 was a few years earlier. To use such hacking for assassinations is truly diabolic and this expose of the scale and penetration of CIA hacking into every individuals personal lives,is a million times more Machaivellian than any Trump-Kremlin dialogues.

WikiLeaks has alleged that the CIA looked into vehicle interference methods that could potentially enable it to assassinate people without detection.

According to the whistle-blowing organisation, the CIA explored the tactic in October 2014.
It hasn’t included any more details about the alleged practice.

WikiLeaks included the claim in its release announcing ‘Vault 7’, a huge batch of documents, which Julian Assange claims to account for the CIA’s “entire hacking capacity”.

“As of October 2014 the CIA was also looking at infecting the vehicle control systems used by modern cars and trucks,” reads a passage in the release.

“The purpose of such control is not specified, but it would permit the CIA to engage in nearly undetectable assassinations.”

The CIA has also been accused of using malware and hacking tools to turn TVs into covert microphones and remotely break into smartphones.

The latter, according to WikiLeaks, allowed it to bypass encryption on a number of popular messaging apps, including WhatsApp.

WikiLeaks describes Vault 7 as “the largest intelligence publication in history” and says that the initial batch of 8,761 files is just the first in a series of releases.

The US intelligence agencies are facing fresh embarrassment after WikiLeaks published what it described as the biggest ever leak of confidential documents from the CIA detailing the tools it uses to break into phones, communication apps and other electronic devices.

The thousands of leaked documents focus mainly on techniques for hacking and reveal how the CIA cooperated with British intelligence to engineer a way to compromise smart televisions and turn them into improvised surveillance devices.

The leak, named “Vault 7” by WikiLeaks, will once again raise questions about the inability of US spy agencies to protect secret documents in the digital age. It follows disclosures about Afghanistan and Iraq by army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning in 2010 and about the National Security Agency and Britain’s GCHQ by Edward Snowden in 2013.

The new documents appear to be from the CIA’s 200-strong Center for Cyber Intelligence and show in detail how the agency’s digital specialists engage in hacking. Monday’s leak of about 9,000 secret files, which WikiLeaks said was only the first tranche of documents it had obtained, were all relatively recent, running from 2013 to 2016.

The revelations in the documents include:

CIA hackers targeted smartphones and computers.
The Center for Cyber Intelligence, based at the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, has a second covert base in the US consulate in Frankfurt which covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
A programme called Weeping Angel describes how to attack a Samsung F8000 TV set so that it appears to be off but can still be used for monitoring.
The CIA declined to comment on the leak beyond the agency’s now-stock refusal to verify the content. “We do not comment on the authenticity or content of purported intelligence documents,” wrote CIA spokesperson Heather Fritz Horniak. But it is understood the documents are genuine and a hunt is under way for the leakers or hackers responsible for the leak.

WikiLeaks, in a statement, was vague about its source. “The archive appears to have been circulated among former US government hackers and contractors in an unauthorised manner, one of whom has provided WikiLeaks with portions of the archive,” the organisation said.

The leak feeds into the present feverish controversy in Washington over alleged links between Donald Trump’s team and Russia. US officials have claimed WikiLeaks acts as a conduit for Russian intelligence and Trump sided with the website during the White House election campaign, praising the organisation for publishing leaked Hillary Clinton emails.

Asked about the claims regarding vulnerabilities in consumer products, Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, said: “I’m not going to comment on that. Obviously that’s something that’s not been fully evaluated.”

Asked about Trump’s praise for WikiLeaks during last year’s election, when it published emails hacked from Clinton’s campaign chairman, Spicer told the Guardian: “The president said there’s a difference between Gmail accounts and classified information. The president made that distinction a couple of weeks ago.”

Julian Assange, the WikiLeaks editor-in-chief, said the disclosures were “exceptional from a political, legal and forensic perspective”. WikiLeaks has been criticised in the past for dumping documents on the internet unredacted and this time the names of officials and other information have been blacked out.

WikiLeaks shared the information in advance with Der Spiegel in Germany and La Repubblica in Italy.

Edward Snowden, who is in exile in Russia, said in a series of tweets the documents seemed genuine and that only an insider could know this kind of detail. He tweeted:

From these explosive revelations,it is becoming clearer that the CIA is now truly a "state within a state". In these exposes, the CIA has been found to have built up its own tech version/capabilities that the NSA possesses. Numerous exposes have shown how the CIA over decades has sided with rival drug factions in Colombia,Afghanistan, etc.,and is alleged to have made a colossal fortune out of controlling the international drug trade, just like its partner inc rime the Paki ISI.

It is arguable whether the pres. of the US is kept fully in the loop of CIA activities, many of which had he known, would not sanction. The Jason Bourne series of films ,fictitious but examples could easily be given of real-life activities of the entity, gives us a small picture as to the scope and nature of what may already have been committed or may be in the future. Past exposes of the NSA's Echelon eavesdropping commns. network system, confirmed with even more details in earlier Wikileaks exposes, showed that any electronic comm. or device can be monitored or hacked by US intel.
The latest expose which shows that even our homes have been penetrated is a red line too far. This is a grave human rights offence which cannot be tolerated under any circumstances by any agency, not just the CIA.This matter should be taken up at the UN asap asap for humanity's sake.
