^^ The wont strike Noko at all the consequences are such that they will never know what happens.

NoKo has million strong people who thinks that fat boy and his dynasty are God on Earth , their fanaticism would even given Islam fanatics run for money

It is not in interst of China , Russia or NoKo to see one united Korea and US military in their backyard. Status Quo Serves All

I think it would take a massive B-52 vijit from Guam plus B-2 vijits from Yoo-Ess to neutralize NoKo DMZ artillery in time to save Seoul. But neither of these steps needs a SeeEnnEnn announcement, unlike carrier deployment which invariably gets leaked anyway because 5000 ppl per carrier, maybe 10,000 per group, are on board, so maybe 100,000 family at Norfolk wherever. Plus it makes the POTUS look maccho.

Point is, carrier group is far away from where the real action is going to be: Taiwan. Hu/Xi would be rather under pressure to use this fab opportunity. Med carriers are on the wrong side of Suez (and Suez can be shut down pronto). Gelf can be shut down by highly unphortunate tanker mishap at Straits of Hormuz. So at least 2-week delay before any significant resources can reach Taiwan. Far more than enough time for new regime in Taipei to swear undying allegiance to Beijing.

As for NoKo ppl's feelings, I wonder what they will say if they see food trains from Seoul. This generation are well-trained to always Obey Da Authorities, not fight on their own. Never seen any system where independent thought or spirit are tolerated. DT should declare for reunification. Only problem is how to make a United Ko even marginally pro-US. PeeAllSee is actually highly regarded in SoKo.

OTOH, w/ 5000 dead and 50,000 wounded in Seoul b4 NoKo artillery is suppressed, NewGen in So Ko may be more pro-US at least temporarily. Seoul is so close to DMZ that if one gets on the wrong subway train because one is illiterate, one may end up at DMZ in 8 minutes.

The other question. With carrier group Sailing Boldly Into Danger etc, what pretext can the WHOTUS use to bring them back b4 H&D is satisfied with a strike on NoKo? Denuke NoKo? Of course they will ship the nukes which are Chinese anyway, back to China to send back to Pakistan or Iran. I doubt if Fat Boy can survive that, though. Maybe time to leave for Beijing for extended diet/exercise at Gobi Diet&Exercise Center.

The vinson may be bait to incite noko into a move like firing on it or down on soko...giving an excuse for extended aistrikes

Kim will go nuke route as last resort but if his survival and regime is guaranteed he might not go nuclear. His threat is based on being unreasonable and unpredictable....but trump is like that too...or projects that image

Inshallah it will be a good ipl match and hope china also gets pulled in

I would think DT has given the order to intercept any more Ballistic Mijjile launches from NoKO. That is the meaning of "time has run out". Note that last launch was labeled as "ballistic missile launch towards Japan" though it was short range and fell in the Sea of Japan between NoKo and Japan.

See BeeBeeSee report:
As well as massive striking power, the carrier group - headed by Admiral Nora Tyson - has the capability to intercept ballistic missiles. It was originally due to make port calls in Australia but instead has been diverted from Singapore to the west Pacific - where it recently conducted exercises with the South Korean Navy.
Apparently it has THAAD.

Is Vinson group going to get north-northwest of Japan, right opp NoKo coast I wonder. If I were USAF/USN, I would be chomping at the bit. In the past year its been all Russia this, Russia that. No role at all for Air Fauj and Navy at a time when serious defense budget generosity is on the table. Half the F-18 fleet is grounded by hypoxia/CO/decompression complaints, Air Fauj is in the news mainly for F-35 budget overrun...

The list of stuff that kushner is In charge of is mind boggling.

Clearly this admin is severely understaffed and clueless on how to take their mandate forward (even if we go by the theory that people gave them a mandate ) . Turning a big country around is a monumental task and we can see how much thought and effort modi has put in for 3 years now and still a mountain load of work is pending ahead.

Even the theory of 'stumbling and breaking things down so it can be rebuilt' is suspect now. You need competence to break things down.

The only "competent" things done are passing several stuff on the sly like selling your internet search stuff, relaxing EPA regulations etc that benefits certain business interests.

H. R. McMaster Manipulating Intelligence Reports to Trump, Wants 150,000 Ground Soldiers in Syria
Current National Security Adviser Herbert Raymond “H. R.” McMaster is manipulating intelligence reports given to President Donald Trump, Cernovich Media can now report. McMaster is plotting how to sell a massive ground war in Syria to President Trump with the help of disgraced former CIA director and convicted criminal David Petraeus, who mishandled classified information by sharing documents with his mistress.
As NSA, McMaster’s job is to synthesize intellience reports from all other agencies. President Trump is being given an inaccurate picture of the situation in Syria, as McMaster is seeking to involve the U.S. in a full scale war in Syria.
The McMaster-Petraeus plan calls for 150,000 American ground troops in Syria.
Many special operations veterans including General Joseph Votel have raised serious concerns about McMaster’s plans for Syria.
Sources also suggest that McMaster is sharing classified information with Petraeus, whose security clearance was revoked.

Petraeus’ influence in the NSC remains strong.
McMaster was called Petraeus’ golden child by some commenters, noting the strong influence Petraeus had over McMaster. Petraeus was considered for the position of NSA, but withdrew his name from consideration once McMaster’s name was included on the short-list. McMaster’s appointment allowed Petraeus to maintain control over the NSC without bringing his considerable baggage to the position.
Derek Harvey, the top Middle East adviser in the NSC, has close ties with Petraeus and is close with McMaster. (Harvey reportedly faces a massive EEO complaint from subordinates, although that investigation remains open.)
Harvey and McMaster have been trying to subvert Joint Chiefs Chairman General Joseph Dunford and Secretary of Defense James Mattis. Mattis and Dunford support working with our allies in the fight against ISIS. Harvey and McMaster are advocating for a massive American-only ground force.
Two men were standing in between another U.S.-led war in the Middle East — General Mike Flynn and Steve Bannon.
Flynn was removed after Susan Rice unmasked classified information concerning him. Bannon’s role within the White House was weakened by McMaster, who demanded Bannon be removed from his advisory position at NSC.
McMaster’s friends in the media, as part of a broader strategy to increase McMaster’s power, have claimed Jared Kushner and Bannon had a major falling out. In fact Kushner and Bannon are united in their opposition to McMaster’s plan.
If McMaster and Petraeus have their way, America will find itself in another massive war in the Middle East.

Russian computer programmer reportedly linked to election hack arrested in Barcelona
A Russian computer programmer, Pyotr Levashov, has been arrested in the Spanish city of Barcelona, a spokesman for the Russian embassy in Madrid said on Sunday.

It was unclear why Levashov was arrested. The embassy spokesman declined to give details for his arrest, and Spanish police and the interior ministry were not available for comment on Sunday.

Russian television station RT reported that Levashov was arrested under a U.S. international arrest warrant and was suspected of being involved in hacking attacks linked to alleged interference in last year's U.S. election.

Enjoy this! talk about India's Partition....Trump wants to follow suit in Libya.

Trump aide drew plan on napkin to partition Libya into three
Exclusive: Sebastian Gorka told proposal would be ‘the worst solution’ when he suggested it to senior European diplomat

Sebastian Gorka

Monday 10 April 2017 07.00 BST Last modified on Monday 10 April 2017 08.23 BST
A senior White House foreign policy official has pushed a plan to partition Libya, and once drew a picture of how the country could be divided into three areas on a napkin in a meeting with a senior European diplomat, the Guardian has learned.

Sebastian Gorka, a deputy assistant to Donald Trump under pressure over his past ties with Hungarian far-right groups, suggested the idea of partition in the weeks leading up to the US president’s inauguration, according to an official with knowledge of the matter. The European diplomat responded that this would be “the worst solution” for Libya.

Gorka is vying for the job of presidential special envoy to Libya in a White House that has so far spent little time thinking about the country and has yet to decide whether to create such a post.

Libya has been mired in a conflict between two competing governments since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011 after a Nato-led intervention. As rival jostle for influence and position in Washington on the hitherto neglected issue, sharp differences have emerged over how much say Russia should have in Libya’s fate.

There are fears among some European allies that the White House will reverse the Obama administration’s strong support for the UN-backed Libyan government of national accord, which is based in Tripoli and led by Fayez al-Sarraj.

While the GNA has been seen by some as the best option for achieving stability in the country, it has struggled against a rival government based in Tobruk, eastern Libya, backed by Khalifa Haftar, an anti-Islamist military strongman. Haftar, who would not back partition, has support in some parts of the Egyptian and Russian governments.

In January, he was welcomed onboard the Admiral Kuznetsov, the Russian flagship, as the aircraft carrier sailed along the north African coast. Haftar, a 73-year-old field marshal and former Gaddafi general who later became his bitter opponent, presents himself as a bulwark against Islamism and the Muslim Brotherhood, which makes him appealing to elements of the Trump foreign policy team.

Gorka advocates hardline policies aimed at defeating “radical Islam” and sees the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist group bent on infiltrating the US. As a former Breitbart editor, he is close to Steve Bannon, Trump’s chief strategist, who believes the struggle against radical Islam should be the central theme of US foreign policy. But Bannon’s star is on the wane in the White House and he lost his seat on the national security council last week.

Gorka has alarmed foreign diplomats with his views on Libya’s future. The map he drew on a napkin during the transition period cut Libya into three sections, apparently based on the old Ottoman provinces of Cyrenaica in the east, Tripolitania in the north-west and Fezzan in the south-west.

Mattia Toaldo, a Libya expert at the European Council on Foreign Relations thinktank, said: “This is like a litmus test of how much you know about Libya. If you the only thing you know is that it was cut into three, then it shows you are clueless about the situation in Libya.”

Gorka’s rivals for the envoy job include Pete Hoekstra, a former congressman and lobbyist, and Phillip Escaravage, a former US intelligence official who worked on Libya for more than a decade.

Escaravage is generally considered to be the clear favourite to take on the unpaid role. He is believed to have put forward a peace proposal heavily dependent on tens of billions of dollars in western financial support.

At least one European ally has privately expressed frustration at the US state department’s lack of a position on Libya, voicing concerns over Russia’s growing influence.

While separatists who support partition claim that a viable state could be built in eastern Libya, most experts agree that the move would stoke another civil war because the boundaries would be hotly disputed.

Representatives of the Tobruk government, including Haftar, have sought to influence the Trump administration, calling for the US to radically change its position and withdraw support for the Sarraj government.

In a phone interview with the Guardian, Ari Ben-Menashe, an Israeli security consultant based in Canada, whose company has a $6m (£4.9m) contract to lobby on behalf of Haftar and Aguila Saleh Issa, the head of the Libyan house of representatives in Tobruk, said the White House had been “briefed” on Libya and was “willing to play on our terms”.

“There is not going to be a partition,” Ben-Menashe said. “None of them [Trump administration officials] really knew anything about what was going on. They were briefed pretty extensively by us and ... they understand that Sarraj will never work.”

Ben-Menashe said it was understood by the Trump administration that a central Libyan government acceptable to the west and east of the country could be created “in three days” if Russia were more involved. The Trump administration, he added, was “interested in getting the help of Russians and interested in getting them to resolve it”.

Support for the eastern government was growing in parts of Europe, including the UK, Ben-Menashe said. “We have talked to the Brits, the Norwegians, the Swiss. We did a lot of work on this,” he added.

Doctor beaten up and dragged off overbooked United Airlines flight for refusing to give up seat 'voluntarily' for United employees

US reaches new heights of hooliganism every day. 1st some old Indian grandpa gets body slammed into paralysis by a burly police officer who 'slipped'. Now we have a doctor who is beaten up and dragged out of an aircraft becoz he refused to 'voluntarily' give up his seat as he had patients to attend to, just so that United Airlines employees could fly free. Waiting for TSJ to trot out some ready excuse for such disgusting behavior.

There is enough video evidence to sue United & the men involved to sky high. Apparently, the traumatized doctor was let in & he chose to fly. Gotta hand it to him...after that humiliating treatment, he still chose to make the flight! I really hope that dude sues United. Why the hell didn't United manager offer incentives for passengers? Like $2000 dollar worth of Flight Miles plus hotel for the night or such. It is the fault of the air lines for overbooking and the manager just walks in and demands people "volunteer" to give up their seats. Sheesh...
When asked why the airline had the man forcibly removed, and whether that was standard procedure in cases of overbooked flights, United refused to comment.

Instead they told BuzzFeed News all further questions should be referred to Chicago Police. BuzzFeed News contacted Chicago Police and were told to contact the Chicago Department of Aviation. When BuzzFeed News contacted the Chicago Department of Aviation they were transferred to a TSA message bank. A TSA spokesperson later told BuzzFeed News they were not involved and to contact Chicago Police.

You should see the sequence since the inauguration of DT.

A series of stumbles and missteps:
- NSA fired for not telling the truth to the VP.
- US Congressman Nunes steps aside from committee probing Russian ties
- Obama care replacement with drawn for lack of support and haphazard planning by Ryan
- Cabinet nominees being replaced.

Etc.,

No reaching out to Democrats on the SC nominee

Only triumph was Gorsuch SCJ nomination voted in Senate after the rule for 60 votes to consider the nomination was removed by Republican majority.

So the 100 days are quite brefit of accomplishments

And then the Tomahawk strike of Syria.

Hence cruise missile strike was on the cards no matter.

Singha as long as you behave like a slave to the goras everything is fine but the moment you stand up to bullshit, the treatment that this doctor got is always a distinct possibility. I see this in my everyday life . Just the other week I was seeing someone and a person accompanying this pt was making some totally unnecessary and untrue remarks and therfore I asked him firmly to give it a rest and what followed after that was mayhem. He showed his true colors. They will take it from a fellow gora but not from others even if they are clearly in the wrong. I have seen it time and again. So far I have refused to back down . Do not be surprised if next time I am that doctor in the plane but one thing is certain I won,t be coming back in the plane and sue the asses of these airlines at the very least.
