Which means that Trump knew in florida that Wee Dong was asking NoKo to test this missile when the two met in florida.

Wee Dong had it all nicely planned out, he will leave USA, triumphant after elevating his H&D to new heights and follow up with a NoKo ICBM launch.
Well guess what the ICBM became Idiot China Bogus Mijjile in quick order

Instead wee dong is getting verbal slaps from the indians.
" Arunachal does not share a border with china, but with Tibet", this has gotta hurt the echendee tremendously

Sounds to me like India is playing some part in the NoKo episode, by distracting Cheena Wee Dong with a two front scenario.

If the US does take out NoKo's N weapons and missile capability, I am 400% sure that this will have a totally sobering effect around the globe in all harami regimes.

I think the endgame is that the mijjiles and warheads scoot over the border to PeeAllSee, as happened in 2002 to Paki Strategic Detergent. Whoever was in on that from 2002 may be advising DT now. After all, first NoKo nukes appeared shortly after that event, IIRC. Just enough time to take the long train trip across PeeAllSee from Karakoram Hwy.

Quite true, but not on Pakistan and KSA per present diagnoses/biases of the DT NSC. Iran for sure would be in deep doo-doo: expect attack from Y1, or Y2? Or both? No rooski protection will suffice in that case.

Next step in escalation: PeeAllSee puts bombers on alert. Why bombers? Whom are they going to bomb? Or are they threatening to fire off a salvo of anti-ship missiles at the US carrier group? 100 bombers firing ALCMs can make a very busy time for the carrier group.....

But unless they stand off a long way, bombers cannot survive a massive AAM attack from fighters, hain? Maybe Chinese bombers also have BVR AAMs.

they are preparing to "invade" north korea if the US attacks . they wont let a useful client go down the tubes.

this will be like pakjab police putting JEM founder under house arrest.....

Kim will be replaced by a more sino-friendly and predictable tyrant thats all. west can declare victory at "regime change" and go home. N-tests can resume in a few months.

the bombers are to make sure nobody advances beyond the dmz

Maybe that's what Xi and T talked about last week. Mutual settlement so that both can claim victory. NoKo regime change accomplished so that T can move on to swatting ISIS flies. I am not sure if US wants to take on China over NoKo or Russia over Syria unless it is mortally wounded.

PRC lost two of the best candidates they could have used to replace KJU with. Jang Song Thaek, who was purged in 2013 and KJU's lder brother King Jong Nam who was recently offed in Malayasia. They'll need to find someone suitable to take over the puppet NoKo regime else it could well be Saddam's Iraq all over again with warlords carving out NoKo into their fiefdoms.

china owns 85% of noko foreign trade and surely has deep cover moles in the coterie that surrounds Kim. some general can be found or a "dissident" in exile somewhere brought back like karzai or chalabi. it is a manageable problem. but issue is a critical mass of generals have to depose Kim , a quick show trial for crimes against the peasants and execution or else he has to be taken out by a B2 which is a hard task given the level of secrecy and paranoia. I am leaning to the 1st theory

the replacement will carry on with TSP n-tests as part of quid pro quo to china for removing Kim but not threaten japan or soko and stop the ICBM program. in exchange aid will be given and trade resume. borders will be open to soko for trade and investment under close chinese supervision.

those TELARs look like scaled down model of the Topol-M. china or ukraine have got to be the source of technology.

look how deftly the old soviet elite handled these wet affairs...I am sure the sinic elite and security services will not be found wanting...in the 50s they learnt from the best

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lavrentiy ... _execution

On 26 June 1953, Beria was arrested and held in an undisclosed location near Moscow. Accounts of Beria's fall vary considerably. By the most likely account, Khrushchev prepared an elaborate ambush, convening a meeting of the Presidium on 26 June, where he suddenly launched a scathing attack on Beria, accusing him of being a traitor and spy in the pay of British intelligence. Beria was taken completely by surprise. He asked, "What's going on, Nikita Sergeyevich? Why are you picking fleas in my trousers?" Molotov and others quickly spoke against Beria one after the other, followed by a motion by Khrushchev for his instant dismissal. When Beria finally realized what was happening and plaintively appealed to Malenkov to speak for him, his old friend and crony silently hung his head and refused to meet his gaze. Malenkov pressed a button on his desk as the pre-arranged signal to Marshal Georgy Zhukov and a group of armed officers in a nearby room who burst in and arrested Beria.[35]

Beria was taken first to the Moscow guardhouse and then to the bunker of the headquarters of Moscow Military District. Defence Minister Nikolai Bulganin ordered the Kantemirovskaya Tank Division and Tamanskaya Motor Rifle Division to move into Moscow to prevent security forces loyal to Beria from rescuing him. Many of Beria's subordinates, proteges and associates were also arrested, among them Vsevolod Merkulov, Bogdan Kobulov, Sergey Goglidze, Vladimir Dekanozov, Pavel Meshik, and Lev Vlodzimirskiy. Pravda did not announce Beria's arrest until 10 July, crediting it to Malenkov and referring to Beria's "criminal activities against the Party and the State."

Beria and the others were tried by a special session ("Spetsialnoye Sudebnoye Prisutstvie") of the Supreme Court of the Soviet Union on 23 December 1953 with no defense counsel and no right of appeal. Marshal Ivan Konev was the chairman of the court.

Beria was found guilty of:

.....

Beria and all the other defendants were sentenced to death on 23 December 1953. When the death sentence was passed, Beria pleaded on his knees for mercy before collapsing to the floor and wailing and crying energetically, but to no avail.[36][not in citation given] The other six defendants were executed by firing squad on the same day the trial ended.[37] Beria was executed separately. He was shot through the forehead by General Pavel Batitsky who had to stuff a rag into Beria's mouth to silence his bawling (his final moments bore great similarity to those of his own predecessor, NKVD Chief Nikolai Yezhov, who begged for his life before his execution in 1940).[38] His body was subsequently cremated and the remains buried in a forest near Moscow.

cheen must be keeping the bombers warm as a signal incase DT jumps the gun and double crosses them, while the agreed upon track2 cheen-DT plan is still getting in motion. or incase Kim finds his planned fate and lashes out at cheen.

the killing of his half-brother could be a false flag op to pin on him as another death sentence crime.

Reuters: South Korea on "heightened alert". {That means, generals asked to quit texting on their cellphones for 5 seconds, which is VERY serious!}
T***** told a news conference "some very unusual moves have been made over the last two or three hours", and that he was confident Chinese President Xi Jinping would "try very hard" to pressure North Korea over its nuclear and missile programs. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang referred questions about the air force to the Defence Ministry, which has yet to publicly comment.
Lu said Xi and Trump had had a full and deep discussion {meaning drank a tall glass of iced tea, but made with Chinese Ging Zeng marijuana} about North Korea when they met this month.

"...via deep communications between China and the U.S. at various levels including at the highest levels, the U.S. now has an even fuller and more correct understanding of China's policy and position and has a more rounded {meaning zero} understanding of China's efforts. We feel very gratified about this."
An official Chinese newspaper said there was optimism about persuading the North to end its pursuit of a nuclear program without the use of force, "now that even the once tough-talking Donald Trump  is onboard for a peaceful solution". "Beijing has demonstrated due enthusiasm for Washington's newfound interest in a diplomatic solution and willingness to work more closely with it," the state-run China Daily said in an editorial.

IOW Beijing is declaring pre-emptive victory to cover a Strategic Retreat. So if there is no war, it may be because the nukes scoot to Pakistan but Beijing 'wins'.

Very interesting pictures. I didn't know the Great Wall extended right up to the Yalu River.
Speedboat tours carrying small groups of Chinese tourists regularly set off from Lazigou's small jetty into North Korean waters, with tour operators promising an up-close view of North Korean border guards and villages.Tour operators offer small bags of bread and biscuits for sale, which tourists can throw onto the shore for border guards and children to eat."Some tourists treat it like going to the zoo," one tour guide said.
On Friday, celebrations to mark Kim Il Sung's birth anniversary were held at a cultural center in Dandong, attended by the city's senior Communist Party officials and North Korean envoys from Pyongyang, as well as from its diplomatic missions in Beijing and other Chinese cities. "China and North Korea are brothers through thick and thin," said one Chinese attendee. "You can say there are tensions now but it's like fish and water, it's an inseparable relationship."

Downhill skiing by NoKo begins

Or

NoKo has gone into phull soosai mode and has placed a cheeni red&blue painted bum in a shaft inside the hill, in which case SoKo fauj has been ordered to get sooted and booted.
Are the SoKo soldiers as battle hardened as their singpore cousins? If so, this will not be a very long lasting battle

In another unrelated incident, trucks with a fresh supplies of diapers were seen rushing into aabpara and pindi cantt HQ.

A tiny detail from North Korea's military parade may show how close it is to long-range nukes
While some experts doubt that all the missile launcher tubes driving around Pyongyang really held missiles or posed a much of a threat, Michael Duitsman, a research associate at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies, warned of a small but troubling detail on one of the missiles.Duitsman told Business Insider in a phone interview that this may be wound filament-reinforced plastic, a very light alternative to metal that can withstand the incredible pressure of rocket motors. Tal Inbar, the head of the space research center at the Fisher Institute for Air and Space Strategic Studies, first pointed this out."Part of the parade is them showing us what they're working on," Duitsman said. "Not stuff that's operational, but stuff they're actively working on. They're showing us their intentions."Duitsman said wound filament-reinforced plastic has up to 10 times the strength-to-density ratio of aluminum and could greatly reduce the weight of a missile.Referring to the booster portion of the missile as a stage, Duitsman said, "The lighter the stage is, the less propellant you need and the more you can put on top of it." In this case, a lighter missile could be used to carry a nuclear warhead. While it seems like a small detail, Duitsman said that the Soviets and the US made similar breakthroughs when creating their ICBMs. Ultimately, if the North Koreans had advanced composite materials and plastics in this part of their missile design, it would mean they're further along in their program than many experts suspect.Though the North Koreans would still face problems in launching and steering the missile, Duitsman said they could begin testing an ICBM that could reach Washington in as little as two or three years.

Filament-wound composites have been known for a long time, hain? Most of the big tanks on LPG/ LNG supertankers are that, I think. IMO So Ko has it in plenty, which means NoKo agints have long since got it. Sure, they have it, so what? Basically, the problem with IRbums and ICbums is that they lift off slowly, giving plenty of time for friendly navigational gestures or Boost Phase Intercepts. Or just kinetic kill by hypersonic Smart Pebbles etc.
Dhoti-shivering.
Beginning more than 50 years ago with filament-wound rocket motor cases, we’ve been producing high-pressure composite vessels before America sent a man to the moon. Our expertise was honed building for aircraft, missile, satellite, and launch vehicle programs — even the Space Shuttle. You can find our products in cars, buses, and commercial vehicles around the globe.

There are not that many countries that trade with N Korea. China accounts for almost 85% of the trade. But what I found surprising (from CNN report) is that India is one of the very few of the other countries that trade with N Korea (3% imports and 3% exports). What items do we trade?

Wiki says:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India%E2% ... _relations
From an average total trade of barely $10 million in the middle of the 2000s, it shot up to $60 million in 2013. The trade is overwhelmingly in India's favour, with its exports accounting for roughly $60 million while North Korean exports to India were worth $36 million. India's primary export to North Korea is refined petroleum products while silver and auto parts are the main components of its imports from North Korea.
However, that is based on a forbes.com article. This PDF file from GOI has details upto December 2016.
http://eoi.gov.in/PyongYang/?pdf4086?000
Supposedly the main items of import into India from DPRK are iron and steel. India's exports are manifold in variety. Total volume is small - exports were USD 110.88 million in 2015-16 and imports were USD 87.9 million. April-September 2016 India's exports were USD 24.56 million and imports USD 63.74 million.

That's the point of the Marines landing with all sorts of pomp and ceremony, and Pence going over there. The circle of fire is getting completed. Next stop: Phillippines? Get Dongless to threaten them, and Papua-New-Guinea. THAT will be the trigger. You can't have poor Papua-NewGuinea being threatened with nuclear annihilation.

And New Zealand
Defence Minister Gerry Brownlee has accused North Korea of having "evil intent" but will not go as far as saying New Zealand will back any US action against the country.
North Korea last night warned Australia of a possible nuclear strike if it persisted in "blindly and zealously toeing the US line".
Pyongyang's blunt statement was in response to comments by Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop earlier this week, when she said North Korea's nuclear programme posed a "serious threat" to Australia unless it was stopped by the international community.
Asked on TVNZ's Q+A this morning whether New Zealand would side with the US in any action against North Korea, Brownlee said that would be decided if that point was reached.]Plus New Zealand...
That's a pretty hefty market for the F-35!!

singapore navy and AF are likely full time professionals and perhaps a small core of the army. rest of it is conscripts for 2 yrs after grade12. sometimes you see them going home on leave in the metro from outlying areas.

for a small country they do have a large economy and good equipment.
