More on the capitulation (or as it is now being called "the great paki sellout of the 21st century"). Asking all the rightfully wrong questions.

Apex court calls out media, ISI over their 'questionable role' in the Faizabad sit-in
"How did the protesters get teargas shells and sticks?" Justice Mushir Alam asked the advocate general of the Islamabad jurisdiction.
"If you cannot secure the federal capital, how will you secure the country?"
At the outset of the hearing, Deputy Attorney General Sohail Mahmood requested the court to adjourn the matter until Tuesday as the attorney general is out of the country.(or has the AG fled the benighted nation?)
"Why should we adjourn if you are going to be present?" Justice Qazi Faez Isa asked in response.
"Why is the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) representative not here?"
why the intelligence agency was "silent".
it was the ISI's responsibility to protect the state. "The poor of this country provide the funds for ISI"
"We are not satisfied with the ISI report"
"Should we close a few media channels ourselves?" he asked.
It seems to be the media's job to defame people
"We cannot look away from what is happening"
"It is the responsibility of TV channels not to fan violence"
"How can licenses of TV channels be suspended?" he asked.
"Did any TV channel tell what Islam is?"
"The media does not tell us who the enemy is. Should we summon all TV channel owners?"
Justice Alam asked whether cases have been registered against protesters possessing explosive material.
"Will sit-ins be staged [in the country] to achieve objectives? What message has been sent — that the danda [stick] should be picked up to achieve anything?"
Justice Isa said Islam had spread in the region due to the strength of Muslims' character, not war. :rotfl:
"Can people even talk about Islam in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan?"
"Is bloodshed a part of our religion?
The police report also admitted that since the protesters were sitting on an open area, teargas did not work effectively.
Why did Katrina Kaif dance to a steamy....wait, that's part of another line of thought...please strike that off the records.
Not sure where the bench line of questioning was headed but clearly the judges are signing their own requests for future kanadian visas.

"Terrorists" Completely Wiped Out In Federal Administrated Tribal Agencies ( FATA) :((

Peace committee member among 5 killed in South Waziristan
SOUTH WAZIRISTAN – Five, including a peace committee member were killed in an explosion in South Waziristan Agency. The explosion, triggered by an improvised explosive device, took place in Spinkai area of South Waziristan, administration officials said.Peoples’ Aman Committee Commander Wali Jan Mehsud and the school teacher was among the five persons killed. The IED "factories", which earlier used to supply the "Afghan Taliban" (- who used to target US and other NATO soldiers in the Afghan border areas), have found "new customers" for their lethal products
Peace committee members ( sarkari agents !) are targetted time and again in the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and agencies of its adjoining Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
In October, a peace committee member was targetted in Ghar rea of Malam Jabba ( at one time, a tourist haven !) in Swat. The targetted person, Ahmed Zeb, was in his car with his father and two other people, when the incident took place. In the targetted attack, Zeb’s father was killed while two others were critically injured, police had said.

PIA in trouble again after PSO partially suspends the supply of fuel to the airline :D

Shut down the effing National Carrier once and for all . It has become the laughing stock of this whole accursed country. Too many Paki Abduls,( including PMs, staff and others) drinking from this public trough. Enough should be enough. Stop washing the dirty Paki linen shalwar in public . Cannibalize the assets and declare the Airline bankrupt. Let the employees fend for themselves  :

PS. PEMRA and /or "media police" should take "due note ", and order all newspapers, radio and TV station to stop "negative reporting" on PIA to preserve the H&D of Pakiland

Another Setback For Kammandu Mush :D

Top court acquits three suspects in Musharraf attack case
Three suspects in Musharraf attack case have been freed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan due to insufficient evidence.Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that the prosecutor failed to prove his case against the suspects. On the other hand, Justice Dost Muhammad said that key suspects have slipped from hands due to prosecutor’s negligence in the case. The accused Intekhab Abbasi, Zafar Ali and Muhammad Kabir were sentenced to death by the trial court. However, the High Court had changed their punishment to life imprisonment. The three suspects were arrested from Rawalpindi’s Dhok Kala Khan in year 2008. According to the prosecutor, they were planning to assasinate the then president Pervez Musharraf .Three cars were found in the possession of the suspects loaded with 1000 kilograms of high explosives.

The publicity hungry Mush has been trying to "insert" himself in the Paki news cycle lately . Praising Hafiz Suar and announcing himself as the head of a 23 Minor Mullah Party Alliance to fight the next election. It seems that he is "out of favor" with the current Fauji set up . And to top it all,- the icing on the cake - some minor babu at the Paki mission in Dubai has informed him that his request for a "new diplomatic passport" will have to be sent to Isloo for necessary approval. This has put a dent on his immediate travel plans to Londonistan

Defence, interest payments consume over three-fourths of tax revenue

ISLAMABAD: Defence spending and interest payments on domestic and foreign loans ate up Rs627.5 billion or more than three-fourths of the federal government’s tax revenues in the first quarter of this fiscal year, leaving very little fiscal space for any other functions of the state.

However, the more worrying bit was that barring Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) tax revenue, the other two sources witnessed negative growth in collection during July-September.

Debt servicing alone consumed Rs445.4 billion, which was 54% of the Rs824.5 billion revenues of the federal government during July-September period, according to the fiscal operations summary the finance ministry released on Wednesday.

Spending worth Rs445.4 billion was in addition to the repayment of principal loans the government is retiring by taking more loans. For instance, the federal government retired Rs142.2 billion in foreign loans by taking new loans amounting to Rs150.1 billion.

The interest payments were up by 7.5% when compared with the debt servicing cost in the same period of the previous fiscal year. An amount of Rs417.6 billion was spent on domestic debt servicing and another Rs27.8 billion on foreign debt servicing in the first quarter.

For the current fiscal year 2017-18, the federal government has earmarked Rs1.363 trillion for domestic and foreign debt servicing. The federal government has already consumed one-third of it in the first quarter, suggesting that there could be some slippages by the year end.Wow! At the rate of US$ 1 = Pk. Rs. 105 this Equates to US$ 13 Billion.

The central government’s debt and liabilities increased to Rs21.4 trillion by June this year, which were about 68% of the total national output and is considered a dangerous level.

Defence spending in the first quarter stood at Rs181.9 billion, consuming 22% of the federal government’s revenues.

Defence and debt servicing combined consumed 76% of the total revenues in the first quarter.

Federal development spending in the first quarter amounted to only Rs100.5 billion or one-tenth of the annual budget. This is Rs100 billion less than the limit set for the first quarter by the National Economic Council. The federal development spending should have been over Rs200 billion.

Image

A significant chunk of the federal development spending has gone to parliamentarian schemes.

Resultantly, the federal government’s budget deficit widened to Rs488.4 billion or 1.4% of the GDP in the first quarter. Due to Rs51.5 billion cash surpluses generated by the four provinces, the overall budget deficit stood at Rs440.8 billion or 1.2% of the GDP in the first quarter, according to the fiscal operations summary.

The government’s total tax revenues stood at Rs824.5 billion in the first quarter – up by Rs138 billion or 20.1% over the same period of the previous fiscal year. The entire increase came on account of FBR’s tax collection that surged to Rs764.8 billion in the first quarter.

Collection of other taxes stood at Rs60 billion in the first quarter – down by 2.5% over the same period of the previous fiscal year. Collection was about one-fifth of the annual budgetary estimates.

Non-tax revenue collection stood at only Rs90 billion in the first quarter – down by almost one-tenth. It was only 9% of the annual budgetary estimates of Rs980 billion, suggesting that the government will not be able to achieve this target, primarily because of non-disbursements of the Coalition Support Fund by the United States.

The trend suggests that the annual budget deficit target of 4.1% of the GDP or Rs1.480 trillion has already become unrealistic in the first quarter.

The total federal government’s expenditures during the first quarter stood at Rs974.1 billion – up by Rs125 billion or 14.7%.

The pace of increase in spending was far higher than what the finance ministry had assumed while making the fiscal year 2017-18 budget. The total outlay of this fiscal year budget is only 4.3% higher than the previous year’s budget.

The current expenditures were 11.3% higher than the previous fiscal year, standing at Rs851.8 billion in the first quarter of this fiscal year.

But let's assume Paki speaking Truth that GOIRP collected 764.8 Billion In quarterly taxes i.e 764.8x4=3059 Billion =29 Billion $. Paki Sarakr 's GDP to tax ration is about 12.20% thus Paki estimated GDP in 2017-18 financial year is 29 x 8.20= 239 Billion Dollar and there are approximately 260-270 Million Bookha Nanga Pyasa Poaroaches running around.

Forget sialkoti statistics. This is now bordering on jhangi wizardry.

Unemployment at 6pc?
PAKISTAN’S official unemployment rate is around six per cent.
a private research firm recently reported that 49pc employable people are out of job in the country.(I doubt even these figures!)
The vast gap between the two estimates casts doubt on the value of official data and the federal agency responsible.(I even doubt their census numbers)
“Even without the current numerical evidence, people tend to doubt official projections of the job situation based on their own experience and observation,”
academics, media and development partners (such as the World Bank, ADB and IMF) have to depend on official sources for their data needs
The corporate sector, however, quietly discards the official data.
Nielsen, a global marketing research firm, recently shared some interesting reports with Dawn... provided a piercing insight into transformational Pakistani society. The 28-page report put the employment rate at 51pc against 94pc projected by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
PBS chief statistician Asif Bajwa was, however, unapologetic for the quality of official statistics.
“Nowhere is the national data set perfect. There is always room for improvement in the technique and methodology,”
The government uses our data in the Economic Survey and multiple other publications. All donors and development partners also quote our data in their publications.”
Heck, I could have come to the same conclusion based on empirical evidence all along. Half of the paki working age population is women, and in that ultra conservative society, women are generally not allowed to work (they are baby producing machines). Period! Look at any photo of a crowded, dusty market place. Do you see any women? Even if 10% of the khatoons work (secretaries, TV show hosts, teachers...), a large number of the mard-e-momeens do not work or are grossly under-employed (daily wagers and street side opportunists). That's why I believe that the real unemployment figures are around 65%-67%.

See any working class motormamas in these typical paki markets?

A bit dated report on deobandi/barelvy split
https://tribune.com.pk/story/9155/the-widening-split/
Former inspector general police Jehangir Mirza warns that the volatile situation between Deobandi and Barelvi Sunni groups can easily spiral out of control, and inflame sectarian tensions. “Unless either the maulanas start the process of reconciliation among themselves or the government steps in to cool the temperatures, any anti-Pakistan element can exploit the situation to foment sectarian violence among Sunnis in the country,” says Mirza.
Naeem was referring to a rare incident that occurred in the city recently, when dozens of men chanting anti-Taliban slogans stormed out of the New Memon Masjid near the II Chundrigar Road after Friday prayers and blocked a main thorough fare. Their demand: an end to the “centers of Taliban”
The protesters lumped clerics of Naeem’s Deoband circle, including Mufti Taqi Usmani, Mufti Rafi Usmani, Maulvi Asad Thanvi and Mufti Usman Yar with the Taliban and alleged that all of them were on the payroll of America, Israel and India. Mufti Naeem’s effigy was in fact first ‘hanged’ before it was set on fire by an enraged crowd
The rally was organised by leaders of the Markazi Jamaat Ahle Sunnat Pakistan (MJASP), one of the 4,000 Sunni Barelvi organisations active in the city. There was some truth in the fears expressed by the Barelvis. Last time a Barelvi cleric, Mufti Sarfraz Naeemi, openly denounced the atrocities of Taliban and their sympathisers in Lahore, he was killed in a suicide attack on June12, 2009
Sunnis in Pakistan are broadly categorised into three: the Deobandi, the Barelvi and the Ahle Hadith. “The majority of the Sunni population follow the Barelvi line even when not part of any formal grouping; they visit shrines of revered saints and participate in festivities to mark the birthday of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) with fervour,” says the Barelvi cleric, Maulana Shabbir Abu Talib, who was part of the rally against the Deoband clergy
The Deoband belief, however, is against any such practices and comes close to the rigid Wahabi ideology, which tracks its roots to Saudi
The prominent Barelvi organisations in Pakistan include Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan (JUP), Jamaat Ahle Sunnat, MJASP, Daawat-e-Islami and the Sunni Tehrik (ST). According to Shabbir, there are thousands of Barelvi organisations across the country, with many restricted to just one neighbourhood. Even though the numerous Barelvi groups do not operate as a monolith, they take lead from the national-level body, the Sunni Ittehad Council led by Mufti Muneebur Rahman. The Tanzimul Madaris of the Barelvis has more than 6,000 madressahs registered to it
The well-known Deobandi organisations include Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam (JUI)-one faction led by Maulana Fazlur Rehman and the other by Maulana Samiul Haq; the Jamaat-e-Islami, Tahafuze Khatame Nabuwat, and the Tableeghi Jamaat. The Wafaqul Madaris Al Arabia Pakistan has at least 7,000 Deoband madressahs registered with it, where an estimated 500,000 students study
Counter terrorism specialist of the Karachi police force Raja Umer Khattab informs that all Jihadi groups involved in terrorism, including the Tehrik Taliban Pakistan, SSP, Lashkkar-e-Jhangvi, Jaishe Muhammad, and Jundullah are ideologically Deobandi or Wahabi. “Barelvi groups like the ST too have a tendency for sectarian violence, but they act in reaction and have to date been involved in incidents like taking over a rival sect’s mosque
“During Gen Ziaul Haq’s time the Deoband groups got a boost, especially because most of them supported the jihad against Soviet forces in Afghanistan and provided the foot soldiers. The dictator in fact tried to enforce the Deobandi (version of Islam) as the state religion,” he said
“Post 9/11, however, we saw Gen Musharraf taking a U-turn on Pakistan’s Taliban policy and with it we saw a clampdown on groups like the SSP and promotion of ‘moderate’ groups such as the creation of the Council for Promotion of Sufism with Chaudhry Shujaat in the

Some history of their genesis is required to disabuse ourselves of many things, especially the notion that Barelvis are somehow ‘moderate’.

Both the Barelvis and the Deobandis have a common ancestry, to start with. That goes back to Shah Waliullah Dehelvi (1703-1762) of Delhi, who was born in a Naqshbandi family (Sufis frrom Central Asia). He grew up at the time of the declining power of the Mughal empire after Aurangzeb's (1618-1707) cruel rule. The Hindus (Marathas & Jats) & Sikhs (under Guru Gobind Singh, whose father Guru Tegh Bahadur had been beheaded by Aurangzeb publicly) were revolting and gnawing away the fading Mughals. This was also the time the Christian East India Company was making a presence in India. It was in this milieu that Waliullah, born in the Naqshbandi sect, grew up. He was educated in Makkah and Madinah. He had a close relationship with ibn Abd Al Wahhab. Both were born in the same year and Waliullah spent considerable time in the company of Wahhab in Saudi Arabia. Waliullah's argument was that the decline of Islam could be arrested only by making it more rigorous.

He was pained by the decline of the Muslim rule. He felt that it was because of a lack of fervour among his co-religionists especially because of the liberal rule of Akbar. The Mughal court was dominated by the high-caste Muslims of Turk, Central Asia & Arab descent, referred to as ashraf. The large Muslim population was otherwise Hindu-converts. Waliullah's aim was to rid the low-church ajlaf Indian Muslims of their Hindu practices. He wanted to get rid of the Hindu practices that might have corrupted Islam. He wanted an intensification of Aurangzeb’s efforts. He helped the Afghan king Ahmed Shah (also known as Ahmed Shah Durrani or Ahmed Shah Abdali) to overcome the Mahrattas in the (Third Battle of) Panipat war in 1761. In his letter to Abdali requesting him to attack Hindustan, he asked him “. . . to fight a jihad against the infidels of this region. . . "

After Waliullah's death, his son Abd al-Aziz assumed his father's role. For his part, he considered the Indian subcontinent as no longer Dar-ul-Islam and laid the groundwork for jihadism. His disciple Saiyid Ahmad of Rae Barelli founded the Barelvi sect. He created Tariq-e- Muhammadiyah (Way of Muhammad) that combined sufism and orthodox Islam. Ranjit Singh, the Sikh Maharajah of the Punjab, began to conquer Afghan territories west of the Indus. In 1820, Kashmir became his vassal state. Sayyid declared jihad against the Sikh rulers and wanted to establish an Islamic state in the Indo-Afghan border where he emigrated to with his followers, a la hijra of Prophet Muhammad, in circa 1826. The Yusufzai tribes rebelled against him for his attempts to enforce rules contradictory to the Pashtunwali code. Maharajah Ranjit Singh exploited the situation and his army ambushed the forces of Berelvi near Balakot and killed his followers along with the grandson of Shah Waliullah, Sayyed Ismail. Berelvi was defeated and then executed by the Sikhs in circa 1831. There is evidence that the British, in order to protect their geopolitical interests, actually helped Sayyid Ahmed to fight the Sikhs, especially because the Sikh rulers had turned to the French. It is in Balakot where Jaish-e-Mohammed runs an important terror training camp aptly named Madrassa Syed Ahmed Shaheed. Getting inspired by Waliullah, two other disciples, Muhammad Qasim Nanauti and Rashid Ahmed Gangohi setup Deoband Madrassah on May 30, 1866.

This came after the Second (or Third, according to some) War of Independence (by the sepoys) of c. 1857 which eroded further faith among the Muslims to re-establish an Islamic rule in Delhi. Deoband, Saharanpur Distt. of UP, largely teaches Islam based on the interpretation of Waliullah. Shah Waliullah's grandson Shah Ismail (1781-1831 AD) was attracted to Ibn Taimiyya (1263-1328 AD) whose teachings were also to inspire Abdul Wahab (1703-1792 AD), the spiritual guide of the House of Saud.

The followers of Sheikh Waliullah are known as Dehelvi Ulema. He apostatized the Shi’as and called them as zindiq, nawabit and mubtadi (heretics and innovators in religion). From his thoughts emerged four different schools of thought in India, Deobandis, Ahl-e-Hadiths, Tableeghis and the Berelvis.

Four mighty rivers, the Indus, the Sutlej, the Brahmaputra and Karnali originate around Mt. Kailash and from near Lake Manasarovar. Now compare that with the four sects that Waliullah contributed to. Pardon me for inappropriate comparison.

Thus Waliullah is responsible for most of the Islamist extremism we see in India & Pakistan today.

The Barelvis are no less capable of extremism as we have seen in the Qadri case (Salman Taseer's assassination) and the naked support the Barelvi organizations gave him. The right-wing religio-political Islamist parties hailed the killing of Taseer and described the killer as a ghazi and warned people not to eulogize the slain Governor Salman Taseer as that would amount to blasphemy. Fearing this decree by the Berelvi cleric, the Chief Minister of the Punjab province decided not to attend the funeral services. The COAS, Gen. Kayani said that he did not publicly condole with Taseer's family because there were too many soldiers in the ranks who sympathised with the killer. Within two months of Taseer’s killing, a federal minister for Minorities Affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti, was assassinated in broad daylight on March 2, 2011 in Islamabad, again by Barelvis, for being vocal about the release of Ms. Aasia Bibi, the same person whom Salman Taseer also stood up for. The judge who gave death sentence to the killer, Qadri, had to be relocated out of the country.

Daughter of Jabba the Hut or Ursula ( The Witch from Little Mermaid) or Whatever ILK ridicules the Terroristani Army!

Pak politician's daughter slams Pak army

NEW DELHI: The daughter of a prominent Pakistani politician slammed her country's army, using strong words, in a video talk she uploaded on Twitter, which soon mysteriously disappeared along with her Twitter account, reported Pakistani media.

Imaan Mazari, daughter of a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari, uploaded a video to her Twitter account, "criticizing the role of the army in the Faizabad sit-in and the aftermath of a botched operation by the federal government," reported Pakistan Today. The video was widely watched in Pakistan before it was taken down, said Pakistani media.

The Faizabad sit-in involved thousands of Islamists almost blocking the main routes to Islamabad-Rawalpindi, protesting what they saw as a lax response to so-called blasphemy. It ended with the Pakistani government caving in - by all accounts - to the Islamists' demand that the law minister - an alleged blasphemer- quits.

One of the main Islamists involved in the sit-in - Tehreek-i-Labaik Ya Rasool Allah chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi - later revealed that it was the army which ensured the government met the protesters' terms. "They told us they will get all of our demands accepted," Rizvi said in a startling revelation, reported Dawn. That explained to many why the government capitulated so completely to the Islamists,

"Shame on the army," says Imaan in the video."...because Pakistan Army only understands language used by terrorists like Khadim Hussain Rizvi...We should also use the same language and send message to army. Such force should be condemned for funding people who have always tried to promote terrorism in Islamabad and the rest of Pakistan. I condemn the army who disrespects our martyrs (who laid their lives for fighting against terrorism)," adds Imaan.

Here's a link to the video Imaan made, from another Youtube account. Timesofindia.com cannot verify that the video indeed features Imaan, although Imaan's mother and Pakistani media say it does.

Imaan further alleged that the Pakistani "army funds terrorists" in the country.

"...The army funds terrorists for making people's lives a hell. I again condemn the army as they still don't understand that supporting terrorism is destroying this country. Pakistan community has now become effigy on the hands of terrorists. They discuss, accept terrorists demand. Is this our country, our community? This force has destroyed this country," she adds.

Imaan's mother has, meanwhile, distanced herself from her daughter's views.

"I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not share the views my daughter Imaan expressed in the video she posted on Twitter. I also strongly condemn the language she has used against the armed forces. I love my daughter but totally disagree with her views & the language used," the PTI leader tweeted.

"She is an adult and has her own viewpoint and I have an equal right to oppose that viewpoint," she further tweeted.

Pakistan govt weak, recent protests have emboldened extremists: US

WASHINGTON: The US feels that the civilian government in Pakistan is "weak" and the Army's role in ending the recent protests by hardline religious parties in the country has "emboldened" the extremists, a senior Trump administration official has said.

Pakistan last month witnessed countrywide protests by hardline religious groups after a reference to the Prophet Muhammad was left out of a revised version of the electoral oath.

The protesters called off the demonstrations after Law Minister Zahid Hamid resigned, meeting one of their key demands. A top Pakistani court had criticised the Army's role to mediate the agreement to end the protests that claimed the lives of six people and injured over 100 others.

"We have seen unhelpful relationships between the military and some of the hardline Islamist parties. We are observing...what happened and what role was played by the military. There is concern that the way these protests ended in a way has emboldened extremism and extremists in Pakistan," the official told PTI.

Observing that the "civil-military tension" in the country is "not helpful", the official speaking on condition of anonymity said: "The government, right now, is pretty weak. This was shown by the recent protest."

The official rued that the handling of protests had made it easier in Pakistan for people to levy blasphemy charges which are very unhelpful.

There are dozens of Pakistanis on death row for alleged blasphemy in public.

"They feel they can take the law into their own hands and continue to levy blasphemy charges, which is unhelpful," said the official.

The freedom of speech, religion, and human rights inside Pakistan is getting worse, the official added.

The White House official further warned that there would be "repercussions" for any military coup in Pakistan, which has a history of such dictatorship at frequent intervals. The USA will give forgive more of Terroristani Loans as well as give Terroristan FURTHER LOANS!

"I think the repercussions of military coup would be very great," the official said.

Not only the US-Pakistan relationship would be disrupted, all kinds of sanctions would come into play in case of a military coup.

"It would be very unhelpful," the official said, but quickly added "at this point of time I'm not convinced that the military is seeking to overturn the government."

But, the military certainly seeks to retain the power that they have within the Pakistani system.

"It would just be extremely unhelpful to see the military try and form the government again," the official said, hoping the upcoming general elections in Pakistan would be held on schedule next year.

The relations between Pakistan's civilian government and the powerful Army have long been fraught, with the military ruling the country for nearly half of its 70-year history.

"We're hopeful that there will be election in Pakistan as scheduled to be. And we recognise there may be some political uncertainties leading up to that election. But I think it's very important that that election is held and that Pakistan demonstrates to the world and to its own people that it continues to be a functioning democracy," the official said. This and other Officials will Live in Hope and Die of Disappointment!

Paki "storm troopers" apparently neutralized the gunmen in a jiffy. That was fast. Coroners should investigate if those who were killed were struck by bullets fired by the gunmen or bullets fired by the "saviors". Pakis have a propensity of recklessness without a care for the civilians. Example - scorched earth approach in Fata and Swat.

About this Pisshour attack. Something smells, and its not just the unwashed momeens. That operation was over in a flash and paki commandu claimed soocide vesta were found (unused) and many bombs (undetonated) defused. He also claimed that the attack was coordinated from Afghanistan (wait till the Raa and Modi connections are claimed). Maybe one of the attackers was uncircumcised? The timing is uncanny.

Former US President Barack Obama has confessed that Pakistan had no knowledge of the presence of Osma Bin Laden in Abbottabad , reported Radio Pakistan .Addressing a function in New Delhi, he said there is no evidence to suggest that Pakistan had any information in this connection.

Pemra asks TV channels not to portray Sindhis as ‘extremists’
The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (Pemra ) has advised all Sindhi-language TV channels not to portray Sindhis as “extremists and miscreants”.
Pemra said it had received complaints that a number of television plays aired recently portrayed Sindhis as extremists and miscreants
such programmes are tarnishing the image of Sindhis
So, let's do a head count here. All those nationalities that have been labeled terrorists, extremist and "miscreants", raise your hand.

Sindhis - check
Pakhtoons - check
Baloch - check
Fata/Swatis - check
Gilgit/Baltistanis - check

Who's left?

This just in. TSPA = Britshit Army (in some ways). Let's count them. Are joo sitting down? Are joo drinking garam-garam coffee? Hold on to jourshelf. (BTW, wait till the end)

US brought UK senior officials to keep Pak military on side
British security think-tank, the Royal Unites (<Sic>) Services Institute (RUSI), has said that relationship between British and Pakistani armies is transforming from one based mostly on pomp ceremony and personal friendships to one based on shared strategic interests.
RUSI drew similarities and closeness between the two armies
the Pakistan Army can sometimes be more British than the British Army
when it comes to pomp and ceremony as its cavalry officers have the best horses, and they play in the top polo competitions in Argentina and England
Many of their sons go to Britain’s top boarding schools
they even fashion their moustaches in the same manner as Field Marshal Herbert Kitchener
British NCOs are on their way to becoming part of Pakistan’s military academy at Kakul
at present there is a Pakistani colonel at the Defence Academy at Shrivenham
This month, the report said, General Carter became the first British Army chief to be the main guest to attend a Pakistan Army cadets’ passing out parade, an honour reserved normally only for Saudi and other Arab royal families
In the past year alone, Carter has been to Pakistan three times, more times than he has been to any other non-Nato member.
the UK-Pakistan relationship is becoming more strategic to the extent that the two armies could even fight together against a common enemy and that British army is keen to learn from the Pakistan Army’s reported success in Operation Zarb-e-Azb
what the Pakistan Army had achieved in Waziristan and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas ‘has not been achieved for 150 years’
The RUSI report said that Pakistan and UK hold regular security conferences with each other and share intelligence and ideas on numerous issues.
So why suddenly all the love fest? Hainji?
It said that British Army to help with the recruitment of more British Muslims – the majority of whom are of Pakistani origin – into the UK armed forces. British Muslims have reportedly been reluctant to join the armed forces partly because they believe that the UK is waging a war against Islam. “By saying that the British and Pakistani armies are fighting against terrorists and not Islam, the army is attempting a new approach
Pakistani military officers are regular guests at recruitment events to help to explain this
British Army has invited Pakistan Army officers to address key community leaders in cities such as Manchester and Birmingham
Here's the clincher:
The RUSI analysis... written by Kamal Alam
Herbert Kitchener:

Hints Of Blackmail : Pakis Warn They Will Not Do "Massa's Dirty Work" If Aid To Them Is Cut !

Decline in US aid for Pakistan to hurt Afghan border monitoring
WASHINGTON: A steep decline in US economic and military assistance to Pakistan, detailed in a Congressional report released on Tuesday, could also hurt Washington’s desire to prevent cross-border attacks into Afghanistan, statistics show.
The report by Congressional Research Service (CRS) shows that US economic and military assistance for Pakistan plummeted from more than $2.2 billion a year immediately after 9/11 to less than $350 million a year, sought for 2018. Hit them in the pocketbook, where it will hurt them most
The worst affected, however, is the Coalition Support Fund (CSF), which reimburses Pakistan for monitoring the 2,200-kilometre-long Afghan border. Pakistan has deployed tens of thousands of troops along this border to check cross-border movement of Taliban militants. The scope for "padding bills" and diverting the monies to fight India will drastically be reduced !
Washington says that Pakistan has been successful in eliminating those who threaten the Pakistani state but has not shown much interest in combating the Afghan Taliban, who carry out cross-border attacks on US and Afghan forces. Pakistan rejects the US charge as incorrect, insisting that it’s targeting both Pakistani and Afghan Taliban.
Not satisfied by Pakistan’s response, the United States started attaching conditions to CSF reimbursements. The conditions required Pakistan to act against the Haqqani network if it wants full reimbursements. When you are the "tenant" (Pak ), you have no choice but to do what the "landlord" (US ) wants you to do !

“Pakistan continues to stress the need for a meaningful dialogue for confidence-building, avoidance of arms race and promotion of strategic stability in South Asia. Pakistan’s proposal for a strategic restraint regime for South Asia remains on the table.”

Dr Faisal said that the recent increase in missile tests by India after its membership of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) “demonstrates its policy of duplicity” as it had refrained from any such tests in the period before receiving the membership, likely to help its chances of gaining it.

Ayesha Siddiqa's Take On Hafiz - Suar

Message from Pakistan
By Ayesha Siddiqa - Indian Express
On Friday, November 25, the US State Department, and later the White House, reprimanded Pakistan for its act of freeing Hafiz Saeed from house arrest. This was stated to be a “step in the wrong direction”. Despite this being rated as a “very strong statement from the White House”, it is a step too late as it fails to impress Pakistan.
Islamabad insists that it cannot take action against the LeT leader without seeing evidence that could be presented in a court of law. The Pakistan government’s consistent stand is that India never provided any concrete evidence linking Saeed or other LeT leaders with the 2008 Mumbai attacks. The author is toeing the Paki line !!!
Moreover, in Pakistan there is no ongoing criminal case against Saeed, making it difficult for any court of law not to free him. The court ruled that in the absence of any formal charges against the LeT leader, it would not allow the Punjab government to extend the house arrest that started in January this year. The courts do what the "Deep State" orders. Ganja's banishment is the latest example !!
The decision might have surprised India and the US but it was the writing on the wall ever since terrorism charges against Saeed and his Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) were withdrawn last month. It did not make sense to keep him inside. All kind of clerics from historically less powerful militant backgrounds, like the Barelvis with their Tehreek-e-Labaik, have managed to build a bigger political stature than they deserve. The Barelvi radical and neo-militant upsurge seems to give an impression that the Pakistani state has shifted its support from the more organised Deobandi and Ahl-e-Hadith groups such as the Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) to the new bunch that are stalking the political government at the moment. Such an impression tends to disturb the internal organisational balance. It is a fact that the JeM and LeT/JuD are programmed differently and committed to the struggle in Kashmir and against India and are, thus, needed around, which is not the problem of the Barelvi radical-militant groups. All this is part of the overall plan to mainstream extreme religious outfits !
In preparation for the 2018 elections, the ball for which seems to have rolled since Nawaz Sharif’s dismissal from power, Saeed can play a greater role if he is out in the open. He is an impressive speaker and can sufficiently motivate people, not just those belonging to his own sect, against Nawaz. In fact, in one of the first YouTube messages by Saeed, he condemned the sitting government for conspiring to change the law and undermining honour and respect for the Prophet. His ability to address audiences will prove to be an effective tool in slicing away public support for Nawaz Sharif. Given the establishment’s focus on tactics rather than strategy, it makes perfect sense for it to focus mainly on getting rid of Nawaz Sharif through planting Tehreek-e-Labaik or Saeed and his MML to disturb the country’s political future.
Saeed’s release, it must be kept in mind does not have any impact on the JuD’s larger operations. Saeed may be one of the prominent leaders but his house arrest did not have any impact on the functioning of his organisation. It continued to operate as normal. In any case, he was free to tweet or post messages on Facebook or other social media sites. The author appears to support Hafiz's release from detention !
The establishment believes that despite Trump’s bad temper, Pakistan is not dispensable. There is a fundamental relationship between Pakistan military and the Pentagon which is partly intact despite the anxiety expressed by American generals. As long as there is no other supply route to Afghanistan, Pakistan will go on defying US, IMO .
Even if links with the Pentagon have gone sour, Pakistan does not necessarily need Washington any more. Irrespective of the nervousness in the larger society regarding China’s position on Pakistan — Beijing joining the BRICS statement condemning terrorism has not gone down too well in Rawalpindi and Islamabad — there is immense confidence regarding the sustainability and longevity of relations between the two countries. Despite the fact that the belt-road-initiative (BRI) comprises of multiple routes, Pakistan is a fundamental showcase for the project. Pakistan believes that China cannot afford to abandon it. But what it also means is that Islamabad does not have any care in the world as it takes notice of America or India’s reaction to the freeing of Saeed. Author propagating Paki line !
Under the circumstances, Saeed will continue to grow larger than life. He and his organisation have now become a symbol of the state’s geo-political power and independence. He will be dealt with when the state wants, not when Washington or Delhi get annoyed. There is no need to give "newspaper space" in an Indian paper , in the guise of being objective !

Tarek Fatah's Take On The Recent Surrender To The Mullahs Of Pakistan

FATAH: Pakistan surrenders to the mob
Tarek Fatah

POSTED IN FULL
en years ago, on Oct. 21, 2007, the cover of Newsweek declared: “The most dangerous nation in the world isn’t Iraq, it’s Pakistan.” Today, Pakistan is in a worse situation. A group of Islamists, from the Sufi Islamic orders, (giving a bad name to the word "Sufi" ) took the country’s capital hostage.
Many believe this was done with the not-so-covert backing of the Pakistan army, triggering the elected civilian government’s surrender. One more "hit" to the already besieged government led by Ganja's hand picked successor !
The recent protests started peacefully when a mainstream Islamic sect descended on the outskirts of Islamabad on Nov. 7, putting up a modern era siege. Their demand: Defend the honour of the Prophet Muhammad and prevent blasphemy caused by proposed legislation that would not require parliamentarians to swear that Prophet Muhammad was the final prophet. After 70 years of its existence, it is still struggling to define what kind of an Islamic State it wants to be !!!
They blamed Law Minister Zahid Hamid for the change and demanded he resign. The courts intervened, but to no avail. Eight thousand police were deployed, but were attacked by the protesters, many of whom were surprisingly well armed with guns and tear gas. When the army was asked to clear the ruffians, Military Chief General Qamar Bajwa reportedly refused to accede to the prime minister’s order, claiming he could not clear the protesters, as they were “his people.” Part of the overall plan to discredit the govt and mainstream Islamic extreme party as per Deep State future agenda !
The reaction of the military and its reported refusal to accept the authority of the civilian government was unprecedented. Reaction in western capitals, including Ottawa, was dismal. Not even a shrug of the shoulders.Pakistan, a nuclear nation, had undergone an unconventional military coup; an Islamic State armed with up to 200 nuclear weapons on intercontinental ballistic missiles aimed at India, Israel and Europe, had given power to a rag tag group of foul-mouthed mullahs. The Paki army encourages the Mullahs as a strategy for its own survival and monopoly !
Not even Canadian legislators who were born in Pakistan protested. This isn’t surprising.
Even after Pakistan was found sheltering Osama Bin Laden, after the 26/11 terrorist raid on Mumbai, India in 2008, after the freeing from house arrest of the jihadi terrorist head of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), few in the West gave more than a glance at the country that has the distinction of being the first Islamic State. The first Islami nuclear takat , so to say :D
U.S. President Donald Trump may grunt a few warnings, but Army General John Nicholson, Commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, said Tuesday he hasn’t seen a change in Pakistan’s support for militants, despite Trump’s tougher line against Islamabad. To the uninitiated, Pakistan’s latest crisis may seem like a bizarre display of street muscle. But to those who know how Pakistan’s military topples civilian governments, or thwarts elections to forestall liberal or secular political parties, this was nothing new. Until a solution is found to supply US troops in Afghanistan- economically - without going through Paki territory, Pakistan will continue to blackmail USA, IMO !
The actors and the styles may change, but not the agenda of Islamabad’s military-mullah industrial complex that presides over everything from cornflakes to banks, sugar factories to commercial transportation, washing machines to cosmetics. Also add "Bakra Eid Cattle Market" management to this growing list
In the end the government capitulated to the mullahs, but not before two incidents left a stamp that will define how history views this latest unravelling of Pakistan.
— A video showing a major general distributing cash among the jihadi protesters who had taken Islamabad hostage.
— A justice of the Islamabad High Court saying he feared for his life and safety after he condemned the Pakistan military.
In 2007, Newsweek concluded that Pakistan had become more dangerous a place than Iraq and Afghanistan. Last week, in 2017, it declared Pakistan was, again, “Sleepwalking to Another Surrender.”

Nelson Mandela's Grandson Who Embraced Malsi, Arrives In Pakiland

Nelson Mandela’s Grandson Arrives in Pakistan for Khatam-e-Nabbuwat Conference
Nelson Mandela’s grandson, Mandla Mandela has arrived in Lahore to attend ‘Tajdar-e-Khatam-e-Nabbuwat Conference’. Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) head sent an invitation to Nelson Mandela’s grandson which he gladly accepted saying;“I am very happy to come here.” He further added, talking to media at the airport, I am not here for any political interests, my grandfather also loved Pakistan. He clarified that this visit is to celebrate Milad un Nabi with the people of Pakistan and there no are political motives behind this. Visit to Pakistan by "new muslims" is de rigueur
Mandla Mandela embraced Islam in 2016 and it’s his first ever visit to Pakistan. Mandla was in Medina before he accepted Tahir ul Qadri’s invitation to come to Lahore.PAT’s representatives say it was due to the South African Minhaj ul Quran’s efforts that the African Parliamentarian embraced Islam. Hope that it is not similar to US Blacks embracing Malsi in prison and become radicalized when they get out of jail !

Kirket Boycott Must Be Hurting :D

PCB Sends Legal Notice To ICC over Pakistan-India Bilateral Series
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken formal action against Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) by sending a legal notice to International Cricket Council (ICC) for not honoring its promise to play bilateral series with Pakistan.PCB has asked ICC to set up a Dispute Resolution Committee, which will adjudicate the matter at hand.A three-member dispute committee is expected to be set up; two of which will be nominated by claimant and defendant — PCB and BCCI respectively. The third member will be Hon Michael Beloff QC, who is the chairman of Dispute Resolution Committee.
The dispute resolution matter will be governed by British law.
PCB has taken this step after the board sent a $60 million ‘Notice of Dispute’ to BCCI for breaching the memorandum agreed, in which six bilateral series were to be played between the neighboring countries. However, BCCI did not pay heed to the matter and refused to respond to Pakistan boards’ concerns. Due to this reason, PCB is now claiming up to $70 million for the missed series between 2014 and 2015 as per agreement. So, $ 60 Million US Dallars has now jumped to $ 70 Million . via Sialkoti statistics. But is not this 60-70 Million also included in the $ 100 Billion loss to the Paki economy due to "terrorism , that Pakistan is claiming from the world

Fraudster Dar Who Is A Brother In Law Of Nawaz Sharif Does Another 360* His Security Bail Guarantor Left Holding The Bag

After Dar’s no-show, court begins process to declare him PO
ISLAMABAD: The accountability court on Wednesday posted a notice to summon Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on the court’s notice board, as it began the process to declare the finance minister a ‘proclaimed offender’ in a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference case pertaining to Dar amassing assets beyond his known means of income.
Declaring Dar an absconder, the notice, bearing the signatures of Accountability Judge Muhammad Bashir, has asked within 10 days he will be declared a proclaimed offender.Meanwhwile, Dar’s surety-giver Ahmad Ali Quddusi appeared before the court and argued why the surety bonds should not be confiscated. Nothing seems to faze this "smooth snake-oil salesman", who just a few months ago was painting a very rosy picture of Pakiland's economy and at the same time was accumulating foreign exchange reserves by borrowing left and right and giving (false ) assurances on the soundness of the decrepit Paki economy !
Dar’s surety-giver had last week requested the court to grant him three weeks to bring the finance minister before the court after the judge issued a show-cause notice to Quddusi. The accountability court has initiated proclamation proceedings against Dar over repeated failure to appear before the court.
The 10-day period will expire on December 4, which is when the next hearing of the case will be held. The court is likely to declare Dar a proclaimed offender on the same day.The hearing on Wednesday commenced after a delay of around two hours because neither Dar’s guarantor nor his lawyer had arrived at the scheduled time.Quddusi filed an application in the court, requesting more time to present the accused. Accepting his plea, the court allowed him time until December 4 to present Dar. Failing this deadline, the guarantor’s surety bonds may be confiscated.NAB Special Prosecutor Imran Shafiq opposed Quddusi’s application, saying the guarantor had already been given ample time to present the accused. Since he has failed to present Dar, his surety bonds of Rs5m should be confiscated. However, the court decided to give an extension to the guarantor to present the accused.
The noose seems to be tightening further around the former finance minister after NAB decided to reopen the Rs1.2 billion Hudaibiya Paper Mills reference against him earlier this month. The loss of Rs 5 Million is not going to do much . The bail amount should have been set up at a much much higher level due to the risk level involved . Apart from giving the job to a US bounty hunter to bring back this Pakjabi deserter, there is no other alternative
In its reference against the finance minister, NAB alleged that “the accused has acquired assets and pecuniary interests/resources in his own name and/or in the name of his dependents of an approximate amount of Rs831.678 million (approx)”. And the bail amount was sent at "only Rs 5 million"
The government last week withdrew the portfolio of finance minister from Ishaq Dar. But what about Ganja. When are his assets being consfiscated !

Ishaq Dar moves IHC against non-bailable warrants
ISLAMABAD – Former finance minister Ishaq Dar on Saturday filed a plea with Islamabad High Court through his lawyers, challenging the non-bailable arrest warrants issued by the accountability court against him.
Advocate Qausain Faisal Mufti, counsel for Dar, also moved the high court against a ruling of the accountability court to declare him absconder. The lawyer has stated in the petition that his client attended hearings when his health condition was good. He added that Dar should be given exemption as now he was in London for treatment.

Tehreek-e - Labaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLY) Dictates- GOP Accepts !

List of demands put forward by TLY and accepted by govt for ending the Faizabad protest
The government on Monday gave in to the demands of Tehreek-i-Labaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLY) in order to end the Faizabad sit-in.
The agreement document — bearing signatures of Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, TLY chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi, and Maj Gen Faiz Hameed, among others — lists the following demands put forward by TLY:
Remove Federal Law Minister Zahid Hamid from his position immediately. "Tehreek-i-Labaik will issue no fatwa [religious decree] of any kind against him."
The report prepared by Raja Zafarul Haq-led committee will be made public within 30 days and whoever is named in the report for being responsible for the change in the election oath will be acted against under the law.
All protesters arrested between November 6 until the end of the sit-in from across the country will be released within one to three days according to legal requirements. The cases registered against them and the house arrests imposed on them will be ended.
An inquiry board will be established to probe and decide what action to take against the government and administration officials over the operation conducted by security forces against protesters on Saturday, November 25. The inquiry should be completed within 30 days and action will be taken against those found responsible.
The federal and provincial governments will determine and compensate for the loss of government and private assets incurred from November 6 until the end of the sit-in. ( The cash distributed by the DG Rangers General will not be adjusted against the compensation  )
The points (confidential  ) already agreed to concerning the Government of Punjab will be fully implemented.
The document ends by crediting Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa and his representative team for their "special efforts" that led to the agreement being signed. "We are thankful to him [Gen Bajwa] for saving the nation from a big catastrophe," the document concludes.
Will a representative of the Tehreek-e-Labaik sit in the corps' commander monthly meeting and the weekly cabinet meeting also
The agreement was also produced before the Islamabad High Court on Monday. Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, raising a number of "alarming objections", asked the government to satisfy the court on the "role of armed forces as an arbitrator" in the agreement with the protesters. Lame duck judiciary :D
According to Rizvi, in addition to the demands mentioned on the document, the following conditions of TLY have also been accepted by the government: Nothing in writing
A board of clerics led by Pir Muhammad Afzal Qadri will be set up to probe remarks made by Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah against the persecution of Ahmedis. Sanaullah will have to accept the decision made by the board. Appeal to "Mullah Board" not allowed

No difficulty will be faced in registering cases under clause 295-C of the Pakistan Penal Code (blasphemy law). "Free licence" to settle personal scores in the name of blasphemy !
No leniency will be given to those convicted by courts for blasphemy. Judges or courts who give the "not guilty" verdict will be lynched, shot dead or knifed
No ban will be imposed on the use of loudspeakers. even if the use is near hospitals, schools, or minority places of worship !
The foreign and interior ministries will take steps for the release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui after taking her mother and sister in confidence. A member of the Tehreek-e- Labaik will be included in the talks that will be done with the US Govt on this delicate matter :D
The holiday of Iqbal Day on November 9 will be revived. On the specific request of Zahid Hamid of Lal Topi fame
Two representatives of Tehreek-i-Labaik will be included in the panel assigned to decide changes in the textbook board. The officials will push for inclusion of translation of the Holy Quran and chapters about Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) and Muslim leaders. The Call of Duty type FPS video released by TTP shows the attackers coollly walking around and shooting specifically and the aam abdul around them around arent really panicking and just standing watching.

Shows it was a very targeted hit at the ISI safehouse and wonder how many ISI folks met their 72 among the casualties reported

With Ganja Gone, Qataris "Out Of Favour"

Four Qatari princes arrested for illegal hunting in Pakistan
QUETTA – Four Qatari princes and three Pakistani have been arrested for illegally hunting rare bird species, Houbara bustard, in Balochistan, claimed private news channel on Saturday.Security forces raided an area in Naushki and arrested the persons when they were making arrangement for hunting the migratory bird.During the raid, the officials also seized four trained falcons, which are used to hunt birds.
ARY News added that a person, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, received injuries due to showing resistance. There are also disputed media reports that the arrested Qatari princes were part of a 13-member delegation headed by former Qatari emir Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, which reached Pakistan on Nov 29.
Hamad bin Jassim has been in news as submitted two letters to the Supreme Court of Pakistan during the hearing of Panama Papers case in the favour of Sharif family. So, these avid hunters joined Al Thani in the delegation, and then decided to "go hunting"
Hamid bin Jasim called on Nawaz Sharif in Jati Umra and Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Model Town and discussed bilateral ties. After the crucial meetings, he along with his companions headed to Karachi. With Ganja out of power, probably it was just a chai-biskoot /a chit-chat session , rather than the "discussed bilateral ties " BS that is being reported here
On Nov 30, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to the federal and Punjab governments for allegedly issuing permits to royal families of Gulf countries for hunting the Houbara bustard. Probably ignored by Ganja and his brother due to their "busy schedules"
Houbara bustard is a rare species of migratory birds, which come from Central Asia in the winter to the arid plains of Pakistan. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has placed the bird on its ‘red list’ of threatened species. Its hunting is banned in Pakistan but the country issues special hunting permits to the dignitaries from the Middle East. :((

This is not just "throwing in the towel". This is "throwing in the beach towel".

The events at Faizabad have made me realise that I'm now a minority in Pakistan
Minority as in liberal thinking minority.
Pakistanis love myths. Whether it the myth of the Islamic Bomb or the myth of Pakistan as the saviour of the entire Ummah, we love to feel good about ourselves.
These myths allow us to live in a fantasy world, to ignore the true horror of our times.
Myth #1: The violence and intolerance in Pakistan is the undertaking of an organised minority and that most Pakistanis are, in fact, tolerant.
Myth #2: All of us feel satisfied in the belief that the silent majority abhors such practices.
Myth #3: This week, the nation surrendered at Faizabad.(Nope, pakhanistan came out of the proverbial jehadi closet.)
I finally learned that I had been living a fantasy all my life. There was no silent majority in Pakistan
I was living in cloud cuckoo land as well.
The majority of this country is intolerant, and this is why they have remained silent in face of mounting social and cultural crisis.
This week, I understood that I am actually a minority in Pakistan.

Unjailed Hafiz Suar Will Seek National Assembly Seat In Next Federal Election

Days after release, JuD chief Hafiz Saeed announces plan to contest 2018 Pakistan general elections
Days after the Lahore High Court ordered Hafiz Saeed's release from house arrest, the Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief and alleged 26/11 Mumbai attacks mastermind has announced his plan to contest in the 2018 general election, Daily Pakistan ( " organ of Deep State" ) reported on Saturday.
According to Daily Pakistan, Saeed said that he would seek a seat in the national assembly through Milli Muslim League (MML), but did not reveal details on the constituency he would contest from. ( build up "suspense" )
The JuD formed MML when Saeed was detained in Lahore. After weeks of campaigning in Punjab's provincial capital Lahore, Saeed's close aide Saifullah Khalid had announced the formation of MML in August. (part of the overall scheme of Deep State to "mainstream Islami parties like MML and TLYRA and make Pakistan more "greener" than what what it is already !)
Khalid had claimed that the new party will strive to make Pakistan a "real Islamic state".In September, MML leader Sheikh Yaqoob had said that the party "will field candidates in every constituency of the country in 2018's election."
Saeed, who had been under house arrest since January, was released on 22 November when a judicial review board of the Lahore High Court rejected the Punjab government's plea seeking a three-month extension on the detention. On the "recommendation" of Deep State !
Hours after the court's order for Saeed's release, the Donald Trump administration expressed displeasure and said that he was was designated "a terrorist leader by both the United Nations and the United States".
As he walked free from house arrest, Saeed—who carries a bounty of $10 million announced by the US for his role in terror activities— told his supporters that he was detained for 10 months only "to stop my voice for Kashmir". On Tuesday, Saeed petitioned the United Nations ( with some "help" from Deep State !) to remove his name from the global terrorist list. The UN had designated Saeed a terrorist after the 26 November, 2008 attacks in Mumbai, which killed 166 people.
