Meanwhile, in the Land Lund Of The Pure , Life Goes On As Usual ( According To "Urdu Press Nuggets" Of Friday Times !)

Some Examples:
Forbidden
Daily Express (15 February 2018) reported that despite the prohibition on marking Valentine’s Day, celebrations proceeded in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. The report quoted ‘sources’ as saying that those hosting parties had arranged for security and also required guests to provide a special code for entry into the parties. : Paki law violated !

Beware bangles
According to Daily Dunya (12 February 2018), a fatwa from the Dar-ul-Uloom Deoband in India took the view that for women to have bangles put on by the hands of unrelated men (ghair mard) is contrary to the Shariah. Has the fatwa made its way to Pakiland via Maulana Diesel , Branch Manager of Dar-ul-Uloom Deoband in FATA !

Superstitions galore

It seems that The Great Khan is besieged by superstitions, convinced that if he does this or that on any given day or occasion that it will bode well or ill, depending on what his Peerni advises. It’s well known that his sons were dismayed at the way he solemnised his second and third marriages. He was therefore keen to go to England to make up with them and convince them of the rightness of his decisions. ( what about Jemima . What are her views on this ? After all, she is some sort of a journo as well !) But he was advised, by his Peerni no doubt, that travelling across the “Black Waters” for the foreseeable future would be a bad omen for him, and his quest for Takht-e-Islamabad. So, the trip was postponed.
Why I do I feel this is going to end in stoning the black magic witch by the villagers :D

A $7.5 billion pipeline has surprise patrons: Taliban militants

KABUL: After decades of talks, Afghanistan finally broke ground last month on a $7.5 billion gas pipeline that will run through areas controlled by the Taliban. Even more surprising: The militant group is backing the project.

The Taliban "deems it its responsibility to revive foundational economic and reconstruction work in the country and asks international construction companies to help the Afghans in this regard," Zabihullah Mujahed, a spokesman, said in a statement last month, noting that talks on the pipeline dated back to when the Taliban governed the nation.

The endorsement from a group that has fought the US-backed government in Kabul for the past 17 years raises a slight hope for a political settlement even as violence continues to rage. President Ashraf Ghani last week presented his most comprehensive peace offering yet to the Taliban, which controls or contests nearly half the country. He's open to recognizing the group as a political movement and would help remove international sanctions.

"After the project's completion, it will have some sort of positive impact on peace talks between the Taliban and the government," said Harun Mir, a political analyst in Kabul. "The Taliban who live there can benefit too and that may open the gate for talks."

The Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India pipeline will eventually carry an annual 33 billion cubic meters of gas, creating thousands of jobs and generating more than $400 million in annual revenue for the cash-strapped government in Kabul. State-owned Turkmengaz, Afghan Gas Enterprise and GAIL India Ltd are among companies working on the project.

The Afghan section of the pipeline -- about 500 miles passing through some Taliban-controlled areas -- is scheduled to be finished in two years. It will then reach Pakistan before crossing its heavily fortified border with India.

Ensuring security will be crucial as its runs along a highway in southern Afghanistan that has been beset by frequent attacks. Its success also hinges on regional cooperation among countries that have less than rosy relations.

"We will have no any enmity relations with any country in the future," Ghani told a hundreds-strong audience in Herat at a ceremony attended by Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and MJ Akbar, India's junior external affairs minister. "We just want to secure our national interest."

Ghani didn't detail security arrangements and only briefly suggested that local authorities would be responsible for the pipeline's safety.

Cash incentives

Ghani's government has expressed skepticism of the Taliban's intentions. The administration won't make payments to the Taliban and it's "premature" to trust their assurances, according to Dawa Khan Menapal, a presidential spokesman.

"Families, friends and relatives of Taliban can use it as well -- so it's their responsibility to protect and defend any national projects," Menapal said.

Ghani has a lot riding on the project's success. His administration has struggled to implement any meaningful economic gains in the midst of worsening violence across the country.

John R Bass, the US ambassador to Afghanistan, tweeted last month that the project will "energize regional cooperation" and "become an important source of revenue."

That optimism is being pared with realities on the ground. The conflict killed or wounded more than 10,000 civilians last year, according to the United Nations. In January, the Taliban claimed attacks in the capital that killed and wounded hundreds. Islamic State has also slowly extended its reach in Afghanistan.

Mutual allegations

"Even if the Taliban has said they won't cause problems, there are many other militant groups that could," said Michael Kugelman, a senior associate for South Asia at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington. Also "the Taliban could well change its mind."

Relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan are also at a nadir amid mutual allegations that both nations support terror groups striking each other. It's also questionable whether India will rely on a pipeline that passes through its northern arch-rival.

"The present circumstances of heightened India-Pakistan tension and worsening conditions in Afghanistan make the project even less viable than it was a few years ago," said Shashank Joshi, a senior research fellow at the Royal United Services Institute in London.

My Comments : The above Natural Gas Pipe line WILL GET DISRUPTED IF NOT IN AFGHANISTAN THEN IN TERRORISTAN. Here is an old article Explaining the Whole SCENARIO :

Khawaja "blah blah blah" Asif Goes Ballistic Against USA

Pakistan not ready to become US proxy state, says Khawaja Asif
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Foreign Affairs Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Friday informed the National Assembly (NA) that the United States (US) is bent upon making Pakistan its proxy state, adding that Pakistan will never become a proxy of the US. ( Has he not got his words mixed up. Should he not be saying that "Pakistan will never leave the apron, coat-strings or coat-tails of Uncle Sam  (because of its precarious financial situation!) . He further said that Pakistan believes in a functioning relationship with the US based on mutual respect and trust, which is in the interest of the region. Just soothing/ salvaging the H&D of the Assembly members, IMO !
He said that Pakistan fought ‘made in America jihad’ after 9/11, adding that the whole world knows who is behind the ISIS. At that time, Pakistan was sold to Massa by Mush, after USA made some loud noises and threatened to "bomb Pakistan to the stone age". Hence Pakistan had "no choice"
He alleged that the leaders signed an agreement and sold the country for their own interests. He said that the ‘superpower’ is in Afghanistan and its 43 percent of the area is occupied by Taliban.Khawaja Asif asserted that Pakistan will only protect its own interest from now.He revealed that we didn’t participate in Yemen war due to internal security threats to Pakistan. We don’t want to become part of any anarchy, he said. This Pakistani from Sialkot has always been "famous" for loud bluster. IMO, he is 100% responsible for violating FATF code of secrecy , when he announced "victory for Pakistan" in his unauthorized tweet !
Replying to a question in NA, the minister said that the government will increase the number of community welfare officers in those foreign countries, where overseas Pakistanis were living in a large number to resolve their issues timely there. With the increase of these community welfare officers, the issues of overseas Pakistanis could be addressed in a better way, he added. He said that the government will make efforts for detained Pakistanis in Saudi Arab and Spain, continuing that the total number of Pakistanis imprisoned in the jails of Spain was 177 at present with the most common charges were drug trafficking, financial fraud, robbery or theft. By mouthing these kinds of "internal details" is he not revealing too much ? Being the Foreign Minister of a country under international pressure, should he not , use discrete and diplomatic language to state his case
In a written reply, Muhammad Asif said that after a negative tweet of the US President, Pakistani leadership decided that Pakistan’s response would be measured. He said that National Security Committee (NSC) in its meetings afterwards took stock of the entire situation. Again a case of TMI ( too much information!) and the Paki penchant for hyperbole !
Khawaja Asif said, during the recent high-level engagements with the visiting US delegations, they were told that the unwarranted allegations by the US president belie the cooperative history of the relationship, which served mutual interests in the region. The minister said despite the accusations, Pakistan remains committed to the stability of the region and supports all efforts towards an Afghan-led and Afghan-owned peace process. :((
n a written reply to another question, Asif said that the situation on the Line of Control and Working Boundary is rapidly deteriorating since 2017.He said heavy weapons, including mortars, are frequently being used by the Indian Forces, on the civilian population on the Pakistani side of the LoC and the Working Boundary. Another case of :((
He said that the total number of Pakistanis imprisoned in the jails of Spain was 177 at present with the most common charges were drug trafficking, financial fraud, robbery or theft. He said that an officer and official of this Mission and Community Welfare Attach in Consulate General of Pakistan, Barcelona was specially deputed to give consular access to the Pakistani prisoners detained in different jails in Spain ( so, they are doing their gol-maal all over Europe ( Greece, Italy etc etc ) .
He said that as soon as missions come to know from local authorities about any Pakistani prisoner, the team visits the jail and provides consular access. The mission tries to ensure maximum facilitation to these Pakistanis, he added. A record number of Pakis are being deported from all corners of Asia and Europe back to their homeland. No wonder, the Green Passport- 4th worst in the world - is a "headache" for all immigration and police centres

US offers $5 million bounty for Pakistani Taliban leader

WASHINGTON: The United States on Thursday said it was offering a $5-million reward for information on Mullah Fazlullah, the chief of the Pakistani Taliban terror group that has waged a decade-long insurgency in the South Asian nation.

The offer came amid worsening US-Pakistan relations, and coincided with a visit to Washington by Pakistan's foreign secretary for talks expected to focus on boosting counter-terrorism cooperation and the US war strategy in Afghanistan.

Although Pakistani Taliban terrorists still unleash attacks, the group has lost control of all territory in Pakistan since its December 2014 attack on an army school that killed 132 children.

The US State Department also offered rewards of $3 million each for information on Abdul Wali, the head of a Pakistani Taliban affiliate, and Mangal Bagh, the leader of an allied Pakistani militant group accused of attacking NATO convoys.

"Each of these individuals is believed to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of the United States and its nationals," the department said in a statement.

Pakistan's foreign ministry did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Washington and Kabul accuse Pakistan of harboring Afghan Taliban and fighters of the allied Haqqani network, which Islamabad denies. Islamabad says the Pakistani Taliban maintain sanctuaries in neighbouring Afghanistan.

In January, US President Donald Trump suspended security assistance of around $2 billion to Pakistan, saying it had failed to crack down on the Afghan Taliban and Haqqani network.

The three terrorists pose threats to Pakistan, as well as US-led coalition troops in Afghanistan, the State Department said in its statement.

The Pakistani Taliban, whose Urdu name is Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, or TTP, has also threatened attacks against the US homeland, it said. The group claimed responsibility for a failed May 2010 bomb attack in New York City's Times Square.

In Oct 2012, its fighters also shot Malala Yousafzai, then an 11-year-old who advocated education for girls. She received the Nobel peace prize in 2014.

Wali leads a TTP affiliate called Jamaat ul-Ahrar, which has attacked civilians, religious minorities, military and law enforcement officials and killed two local employees of the US consulate in Peshawar in March 2016, the State Department said.

Mangal Bagh leads Lashkar-i-Islam, a TTP ally involved in drug trafficking, smuggling and extorting "taxes" on trade between Pakistan and Afghanistan, the department added.

The group has also attacked NATO supply convoys between Afghanistan and Pakistan's southern port of Karachi, it said.

On Wednesday, a suspected US drone strike on a training camp in a remote part of Afghanistan killed more than 20 Pakistani Taliban terrorists preparing to launch suicide attacks in Pakistan.

PTI Party Criticizes Nepotism Based Diplomatic Appointment. :D

Pakistan's Foreign Policy dilemma can be best explained by Ali Jehangir Siddiqui's appointment in US
*ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's foreign policy dilemma can be best explained with the appointment of Ali Jehangir Siddiqui as an Ambassador to US. *
*The appointment of US Ambassador is the most critical part of foreign Policy where he has to compete with the World's most experienced diplomats and leaders. *
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Thursday reportedly approved the appointment of Ali Jahangir Siddiqui, son of prominent businessman Jahangir Siddiqui, as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States.Ali has been serving Abbasi as a special assistant, advising the prime minister on economic and business matters. Does Pakistan has a "principled foreign policy". Is it not common knowledge that the Deep State dictates policy in connection with countries like India, China, USA and Russia . Where is the need for an experienced man on this important job, as the "young chap" is only going to be a messenger between the generals and US Govt
Siddiqui is chairman of JS Bank Ltd and son of stockbroker-turned-banker Jahangir Siddiqui. He has previously been a director in Airblue — which is also connected to the prime minister’s family — Lucky Cement, Azgard Nine, and numerous other companies. In 2014, he was honoured as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is a "young global leader", a fresh face as compared to the old fogies . What more do you want :D
He will replace Aizaz Chaudhry in Washington, a career diplomat who previously served as a foreign secretary before being appointed the ambassador to the US.
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has strongly criticised Ali Jahangir Siddiqui’s nomination as ambassador to America, terming the move as an epitome of cynicism and nepotism. Abbasi must have cleared this appointment with the Deep State. So, if they have agreed to it, why is the PTI party criticizing it !
According to the details issued by party’s central media department, PTI spokesperson has made trenchant criticism of the incumbent government stating that Ali Siddiqui’s nomination is reprehensible and worst example of nepotism. The Ganja appointed PM is almost at the end of his tenure. As soon as he is gone, so will Siddiqui
.
Before him, the spokesperson said, an absconder and money launderer had been made a member of the upper house. “Apart from being a business partner of the incumbent prime minister and a relative of Mir Shakeel, what are the credentials of Ali Jahangir Siddiqui?” asked PTI spokesperson. Has he not been named as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Form
“Such type of nomination at a very sensitive slot is nothing but a joke with this nation,” he lamented. “PML-N’s model is erected on the principals of nepotism and the self-styled champions of democracy are running matters through Iqama holders like Khawaja Asif and Ahsan Iqbal,” he added. Pakistan has decided to "sleep" with Russia and China now, so this Ambassadorship is not as important as it used to be.

The recently concluded Senate elections have been double edged. On the one hand, they have quelled suspicion that the Miltablishment was intent on derailing the general election process by denying its bete noir PMLN an opportunity to seize the Upper House. On the other, blatant horse-trading has served to discredit, once again, Pakistani “democracy” and its political advocates and beneficiaries.

The biggest horse-trader in the market is (Dr) Asif Ali Zardari. He has earned the dubious distinction of a PhD in political wheeling-dealing. Of late, Mr Zardari has won the blessings of the Miltablishment despite being its early and most-protracted victim, no small feat. He demonstrated his utility to “them” by knocking out the PMLN government in Balochistan last month. Now he has struck again, this time to diminish the MQM and PTI whose swollen ranks of corrupt politicians made easy pickings.

Mr Zardari has also eased out both Raza Rabbani and Farhatullah Babar from key positions in the PPP, burying forever the last remnants of ideology from the eras of ZA Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto. Both stalwarts were in the gunsights of the Miltablishment for challenging its disruptive encroachments into the domain of “parliamentary supremacy”. This was deemed to be against the “supreme interests” of the PPP. For much the same reason, both gentlemen became so beloved of Nawaz Sharif (whose transformation from a Miltablishment sponsored autocrat into an anti-Miltablishment democrat is unbelievably against his own party political interests) that Rabbani was offered PMLN support for chairmanship of the Senate while Babar was applauded all the way out of the Senate for speaking truth to power.

If Mr Zardari and Mr Sharif are playing uncharacteristic role-reversal roles, the Miltablishment is not far behind. The normally aggressive and prickly military has suddenly retreated into the shadows and the normally calm and considered judiciary has come out all guns blazing against this “contemptuous” democracy of the PMLN. Trivial, and sometimes dubious, transgressions of the law have become yardsticks for disqualification from contesting elections or holding important administrative posts. Mediamen, parliamentarians and assorted party loyalists have been hauled up for daring to scorn such judgments. Focus on the accountability of the PMLN alone has provoked shrieks of “victimization”. That is why Senator Babar is fearful that the “judicialisation of politics and the politicization of the judiciary” might trigger an electoral “referendum” against the judges in 2018, with terrible consequences. From being a historical handmaiden of an autocratic executive, the judiciary now stands accused of fronting for the military against a democratically elected parliament. Dilating on the role of PCO judges in the past, one discerning commentator has wondered whether the current crop of judges are truer PCO judges in reality than their predecessors in law. This is a sad comment on the state of our law and the play of our politics.

The Senate race became farcical when the SC adjudged Mr Sharif’s nominations as being unlawful retrospectively because he stood disqualified to be the lawful President of the PMLN by virtue of a law passed by parliament, prompting the Election Commission of Pakistan to deny them their PMLN identity and classify them as “independents”. The same sort of tactic was used by the Miltablishment in the past to diminish or break up parties standing in the way of its manipulative “new order”. When the PPP was in the dock under General Zia ul Haq in the 1980s, it was forced to change its electoral symbol from the sword to the arrow; when it was in trouble again under General Pervez Musharraf, it was compelled to become PPP-P and Benazir Bhutto had to make way for Makhdum Amin Fahim as party leader. Now the boot is on the other foot: Nawaz Sharif was the main beneficiary in the 1980s but Asif Zardari is the big winner today.

Surprisingly, however, Mr Sharif seems to have not only weathered the storm but uniquely benefitted from it. The voter perception that he is good for “development” (all development is local and all politics is local) and has been unfairly done in by the judges and generals refuses to go away. Mariam Nawaz has also succeeded in evoking the image of a beautiful and courageous daughter standing side by side with her father in his moment of trial and tribulation, much as Benazir Bhutto did in exploiting her martyred father’s legacy. So we may expect the Miltablishment to create new hurdles for the Sharifs.

The first challenge will come in the Senate when attempts are made to stop Mr Sharif from winning the coveted slot of the Chairman. For starters, this will require Imran Khan to become bedfellows with Asif Zardari. This will require the permission of another bedfellow of Imran Khan, a certain Pirni who has alighted in his life of late. Then, on the eve of the elections, a NAB court is expected to sentence Mr Sharif to prison.

That is when Farhatullah Babar’s fears will ring true, with dangerous consequences for state and society.

Taxpayer Monies Used For "Self Promotion".

Chief Justice Orders Shahbaz Sharif to Return Tax Money Used on Self Promotion
Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif, to pay back Rs 5.5 million to the national treasury. The decision comes after the Supreme Court took a suo moto notice regarding the money spent on advertisements by provincial governments.
Supreme Court noticed that taxpayers’ money was being used for self-promotion. The apex court of the country took notice of the unthrifty expenditure by Punjab government on ads and issued these directives. A copy of an ad with a picture of Chief Minister Punjab was shown in the court. After considering the evidence, the court ordered him to reimburse the expenses.Along with the reimbursement orders, Supreme Court further directed Punjab government, its chief minister, PML-N and the All Pakistan Newspapers Society to submit their responses as ell.
quote]Supreme Court wasn’t happy about the extravagant money spent on ad campaigns. In a previous hearing, the court ordered provincial information secretaries to submit a report depicting all details about the money that was spent on advertisements. IOW, the tall claims of "progress" and the glorification of Shahbaz in the adverts was not acceptable to the Paki My Laard  . The information secretary submitted a response, in which it was stated that Rs 120 million were spent on ads in one month. Upon hearing this, the CJP stated; Rs120m in one month amounts to Rs1.5 billion worth of advertisements in a year. To be fair, the amount is not acceptable by any standards . How many relatives, friends, minions and hangers on must have drunk at the "public trough" is anybody's guess . ![/quote]
The court remarked that state-run schools have no water, hospitals lack medicines while the government is busy spending money on self-promotion. The court inquired about the cost of an ad carrying Shahbaz Sharif’s picture as well. The Supreme Court learned that Rs 5.5 million were spent on that specific ad and hence ordered the Chief Minister to reimburse that amount to the treasury. Collection of the money might be a problem

"Sind Apex Body" Decides To De-Glorify Altaf Bhai .

Apex body decides to rename 60 buildings, roads honouring Altaf
KARACHI: The civil and military leadership of Sindh on Thursday agreed that founding chief of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain was against the state and did not “deserve any kind of honour or memorial” and decided to rename more than 60 buildings and roads in Karachi dedicated to the London-based leader and his family members, said an official statement. Altaf Hussein has been a kabaab mae hadhi for Paki Admins for the last so many decades now. This is one more for him
The fresh “resolve” came at the 22nd Apex Committee meeting, which was presided over by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah. It was attended by provincial ministers Sohail Anwar Siyal, Syed Nasir Shah, Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, Chief Secretary Rizwan Memon, Corps Commander of Karachi Lt Gen Shahid Baig Mirza, Pakistan Rangers Sindh director general Maj Gen Mohammad Saeed ( crore commanders presiding !)and senior civil and military officials.
The most significant of the decisions emerged about the names of 62 roads, buildings and some institutions attributed to Altaf Hussain and his family members.
“At the meeting it was pointed out that there were still 62 buildings and roads in the city with the name of Altaf Hussain and his family members,” said the statement issued by CM House after the meeting. “The meeting resolved that those who are against the state do not deserve any kind of honour or memorial. The chief minister told the meeting that the cabinet has already taken such a decision. The chief secretary was directed by the Apex Committee to rename the identified buildings and roads.” Name or no name , Altaf remains a "hero" to the Mohajir community. Past attempts to fell him have failed !

India in no mood to relax military pressure on Pakistan
The Indian security establishment is of the firm belief that the Pakistan Army has to be "kept under sustained pressure" till it "visibly and concretely clamps down" on the terror emanating from its soil. "Let's see how long Pakistan, which is clearly feeling the pain, is able to withstand the pressure. We are not interested in any face-to-face DGMO talks or any rapprochement as of now," said a top official on Friday.

"This flagrant violation [of the rule] besides portraying [a] bad image of Pakistani pilots as principal violators is also a major reason for negative marking [in safety assessments] of Pakistan-registered aircraft." Is this seriously happening? How come most countries haven't banned them from using their airports/airspace? Aviation regulators are usually very strict about these sorts of things.

Paki Origin US Girl Scores As A First Hijab Wearing TV Reporter In Massaland !

Muslim-American breaks barriers as first hijab-wearing TV reporter in US
A Muslim American woman made history as she became the first full-time TV reporter in the United States to wear a hijab on air.A journalist from Iowa, Tahera Rahman had worked for WHBF, a television station in Illinois and Iowa for two years as a producer before applying to be on-air, reported Today. Iowa is a conservative state and is also Trump Territory. As long as the ratings are not affected negatively, she should be OK.
“I love the way that you can craft a story with TV news,” she told VOA. Rahman always dreamed of being in front of the camera, “You get to do it in the words of the people themselves.”However, people told her – mentors and even some producers, that America was not ready for a hijab-wearing news anchor just yet.The motivated 27-year-old nonetheless applied to an on-air reporting job which ultimately led her to the WHBF-TV newsroom.
Rahman’s parents are immigrants from Pakistan and India though she was born outside of Chicago. However, her career is not about heritage or faith, it’s about hard work.
After her first broadcast, Muslims and non-Muslims from across the world sent messages of support to Rahman, calling her a role model for women and girls.
Unfortunately, she also received some hateful messages along with threats. But she is not letting that get in her way as she hopes people will change their views. IMO, mainstream Amreeka is not ready for a hijab wearing anchor. !

Pakistan rejects IMF report on it's economy
ISLAMABAD - Pakistan’s de-facto finance minister refuted an International Monetary Fund assessment that the country’s economy was deteriorating and said plans to issue dollar bonds or Chinese-currency bonds haven’t been firmed up.The IMF in a statement this week said the South Asian nation’s economy faces continual “erosion” and its widening external and fiscal imbalances mean that “risks to Pakistan’s medium-term capacity to repay the fund have increased” since completion of a three-year $6.6 billion bailout program that ended in Sept. 2016. Pakistan’s current-account deficit could reach 4.8 percent of gross domestic product in the year ending June, the IMF said.
“I don’t see us going back to the IMF — we are considering issuing a Panda bond which is sold in China,” said Ismail, who took over the ministry portfolio in December after Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, who faces arrest in Pakistan on graft charges, sought medical treatment in London. “If the market is favorable only then I’ll go to the market. If not, I’m not in desperate need for money.” Pakistan is living on life support funds from China and IMO, Saudia !

Pakistan rejects report on its economy. Pakistan rejects reports that Hafez Suar is a world class terrorist and responsible for "Mumbai". Pakistan rejects reports that Dawood Ebrahim is living in Pakistan. Ganja Sharif rejects newspaper reports that he is corrupt . And the list goes on and on

Mr. President

My delegation wishes to exercise its right of reply in response to the statement made by Pakistan.

2. We strongly object to Pakistan’s habitual misuse of the Council to make misleading references about internal matters pertaining to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. This council should be mindful that the dubious concern for human rights is coming from a country, which has systematically abused and violated human rights of the people in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Pakistan has long been attempting to mask its territorial ambitions and use of terrorism as a state policy under the guise of concern for human rights.

3. Terrorism is the grossest violation of human rights. The real problem in the State of Jammu and Kashmir is terrorism, which has constantly received sustenance from Pakistan and territories under its control. We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries, to take verifiable actions, including on terror financing; to provide freedom to the people of Pakistan occupied Kashmir by ending its illegal and forcible occupation; to end harassment of minorities, to place procedural and institutional safeguards to prevent misuse of blasphemy law; to end forced conversions and marriages of minorities; including Hindu, Sikh and Christian women, to prosecute all such cases; to stop targeting political dissidents and legitimate criticism in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; to stop torture, enforced disappearances and unlawful killing; including that of journalists and activists by its security agencies and prosecute all perpetrators; to stop sectarian violence, systemic persecution and attacks on Muslim minorities, such as Shias, Ahmadiyas, Ismailia and Hazaras.

Thank you, Mr. President.

India exercises the right of reply for the second day running at the 37th Session of the UN Human Rights Council and fires the below broadside at the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic Of Pakistan:

Right of Reply by India at the 37th Session of Human Rights Council in response to the Statement made by Pakistan under the Agenda Item 3, delivered by Ms. Mini Devi Kumam, Second Secretary. [Geneva, 09 March 2018]

Mr. President,

My delegation would like to exercise its right of reply in response to a statement made by Pakistan under the Agenda Item 3.

2. Various international organizations have documented how enforced disappearances continue with impunity, particularly in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh where people are routinely abducted and unlawfully killed. More than a million people remain displaced as a result of the current and past armed conflicts in the northwest of Pakistan. Women and girls, especially from minority communities, are routinely abducted and forcibly married. The minorities are persecuted, including through notorious blasphemy laws.

3. It is extraordinary that the state which protected Osama Bin Laden and sheltered Mullah Omar should have the gumption to play the victim. In gross violation of UN Security Council resolution 1267, the UN designated terrorists like Hafiz Mohammed Saeed are freely operating with State support, and the UN designated entities are being politically mainstreamed in Pakistan. They are raising funds in flagrant violations of Pakistan’s international obligations.

4. Pakistan keeps referring to UN Security Council Resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir. However, it very conveniently forgets its own obligation under these resolutions to first vacate the illegal occupation of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. It has also blatantly disregarded its other commitments, be it under the 1972 Simla Agreement or Lahore Declaration of February 1999. They continue to support cross-border terrorism in India. We await credible action by the Government of Pakistan to bring all those involved in the 2008 Mumbai attack and the 2016 Pathankot and Uri attacks to justice.

5. Even as terrorists thrive in Pakistan and roam its streets with impunity, we have heard it lecture about the protection of human rights in India. The World does not need lessons on democracy and human rights from a country whose own situation is charitably described as a failed state.

Thank you, Mr. President.

Maybe RAW should recruit the peerni to get a handle on Im the Dim?

Senators in shock: CPEC western route doesn’t exist in Chinese record
ISLAMABAD: Many in the Senate learnt to their shock on Friday that the CPEC’s western route that the government claimed giving top priority did not exist even in the Chinese record.
On the last day of the last session of the Senate’s parliamentary year with 52 of its members retiring, the PkMAP parliamentary leader in the House Senator Usman Khan Kakar said during their visit to China they came to know that there is no record of the western route in the Chinese record. He lauded Senator Taj Haider, the convener of the Special Committee on CPEC, for working tremendously on the issue and taking it up with authorities[/b].
He said the committee has presented five reports, whereas the Parliamentary Committee on CPEC, having representation from both houses of the Parliament, could not present a single report. Taj Haider said while their visit was arranged by the Chinese Embassy, the committee members did their utmost to sensitise the hosts to the critical importance of western route.

Why Senators, even I am in shock. Ma'sh'a Alla'h.

I am afraid that this would be the trigger for the Baloch freedom fighters to destroy the Makran Coastal Road and the Gwadar base. Who can fault them if they do so?

Hafiz Saeed challenges ordinance banning JuD
ISLAMABAD: Hearing a petition filed by Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed challenging the presidential ordinance under which his group has been banned for being on the watchlist of the United Nations, Justice Aamer Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday issued notices to the principal secretary to the president and the secretaries of law, Cabinet Division and Establishment Division. Just the fact that such a petition has been accepted by the "Paki Justice System", speaks volumes of the clout of this UN Designated Terrorist and his backers in the Deep State .
President Mamnoon Hussain last month promulgated an ordinance amending the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 with regards to proscription of terrorist individuals and organisations to include entities listed by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) — in a move to declare Hafiz Saeed-linked JuD and Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF) as proscribed groups. Mamnoon caught in the middle between the Deep State and those in the Paki Establishment , who want to "windowdress" under UN and US pressure !
Hafiz Saeed contended in the petition that he established JuD in 2002 and cut off all ties with the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) but India continued to malign JuD for its past association with the banned outfit. Hafez claims that he has "recused" himself from the terrorist LET. So, why is he still being maligned . Good question
The petition suggests that under Article 199 of the Constitution is competent to strike down any legislation which is beyond the scope of constitution or ultra vires. It requested the court that the vires of ordinance and consequent amendment in section 11 B and 11-EE of ATA may be declared illegal.Justice Farooq after initial hearing issued notices to respondents and adjourned further hearing till the third week of March. All of this proves that Hafez Suar is still a "powerhouse" in Paki Politics. No wonder he and others like him have been "mainstreamed" by the Deep State. Massa should make note of this "latest defiant act"

For second day, Pakistan raises Kashmir at UN; India hits back at 'failed state'
UNITED NATIONS: Responding to Islamabad's bid to raise the Kashmir issue for a second day yesterday at the UN Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva, India denounced Pakistan as a "failed state" where terrorists thrive and Osama Bin Laden received protection, and demanded that it bring the perpetrators of the Mumbai, Pathankot and Uri attacks to justice.

"Even as terrorists thrive in Pakistan and roam its streets with impunity, we have heard it lecture about the protection of human rights in India," Mini Devi Kumam, a second secretary at the India's UN Mission in Geneva, said.

"We await credible action by the Government of Pakistan to bring all those involved in the 2008 Mumbai attack and the 2016 Pathankot and Uri attacks to justice," she said.

"The world does not need lessons on democracy and human rights from a country whose own situation is charitably described as a failed state," she added.

Kumam was responding to Tahir Andrabi, Pakistan's UN Deputy Permanent Representative in Geneva, who earlier on Friday invoked Jawaharlal Nehru to make his case for a plebiscite in Kashmir.

Andrabi said that at the heart of the Kashmir problem is the right to self-determination which was conceded by "the first Prime Minister of India, one of the founding fathers of India" and by the UN Security Council through a plebiscite.

Kumum said, "Pakistan keeps referring to UN Security Council Resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir. However, it very conveniently forgets its own obligation under these resolutions to first vacate the illegal occupation of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. It has also blatantly disregarded its other commitments, be it under the 1972 Simla Agreement or Lahore Declaration of February 1999."

Instead, "they continue to support cross-border terrorism in India," she said.

In the Simla Agreement signed by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and then-Pakistan President Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the two countries agreed that the Kashmir issue is a bilateral issue that has to be resolved without third party involvement.

The Lahore Declaration by Prime Ministers Atal Bihari Vajpayee of India and Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan commits the two nations to avoid a nuclear arms race.

"It is extraordinary that the state which protected Osama Bin Laden and sheltered Mullah Omar should have the gumption to play the victim," she said.

In "gross violation" of a Council, UN-designated terrorists like Hafiz Mohammed Saeed are "freely operating with state support, and the UN designated entities are being politically mainstreamed in Pakistan," she added.

Andrabi also accused India of "crimes against humanity" in Kashmir and of escalating ceasefire violations along the line of control and the border with his country as a diversionary tactic.

On Thursday, he said that the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner "must not falter in documenting human rights abuses by India and recognise that root of the problem is illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir."

But "the real problem in the State of Jammu and Kashmir is terrorism, which has constantly received sustenance from Pakistan and territories under its control," Kumam said in reply. "We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries."

"Terrorism is the grossest violation of human rights," Kumam added.

She listed the various human rights violations against minorities in Pakistan and demanded remedies for them.

"Bacha Baazi" Appears To Be Rampant In Isloo And KP Province , According To This News Report !

Cleric arrested in Islamabad for physically harassing 12-year-old foreigner
The Express Tribune
Islamabad Police have arrested and registered a case against a cleric accused of behaving inappropriately ( Euphemism for sexual harassment and /or sexual assault IMO !) towards a twelve-year-old foreigner, according to Express News.
The cleric, reportedly, physically harassed a twelve-year old Filipino child, and the parents of the victim filed a complaint against him with the local police officials.
The accused was arrested from a hotel in the Khannapul area of the federal capital, and will be escorted to court for hearing under tight security.“The boy belongs to the Philippines and our embassy in Pakistan has also asked us to come in and talk to them about the case,” the father of the victim told the media.
Qari Aslam ( most likely a "family man" with wife and kids at home !) has confessed to his crime and expressed his shame over the incident, asking the family for forgiveness.
Earlier, an elite force police official was arrested on charges of allegedly raping and blackmailing a 15-year-old boy in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Haripur town. The victim, S*, in his recorded statement with the local police, claimed that Shehzad, the alleged culprit, raped him on multiple occasions and also made a video of the act.
( According to news reports, this is the "new trend" in Pakiland !)
Shehzad serves as an official of the elite force and is posted at the Peshawar headquarters.
There has been a surge in cases of child abuse cases highlighted in the media, with the most recent rape and murder of Zainab in Kasur on January 4, causing an outcry triggering mass protests nationwide.

When Mohammadden belief based Shariah strictures in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan cloisters away women, it is inevitable that male homosexual rape and/or homosexual sexual assault with paedophile overtones crops up.

Meanwhile the posted incident that targeted a 12 year old Filipino boy child in Islamabad is not the first but at least the third case within a month/thirty day period where a Mohammadden Cleric has got himself involved in paedophilic homosexual rape and/or paedophilic homosexual sexual assault. Clearly if these three Mohammadden Clerics die and make it to Jannat, given their sexual preference for little boys, they would will be greatly disappointed with being supplied virgin Houri’s.

February 25, 2018:

Lahore teenager accuses cleric of rape

February 20, 2018:

Cleric held for rape of minor boy

Further this deviant behaviour constitutes no stray event in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Similar incidents of paedophile homosexual rape have been frequently reported. Indeed I suspect that the incidents of this nature, by standards of prevalence of deviant behaviour, are quite widespread in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan making it the Paedophile Homosexual Rape and Paedophile Homosexual Sexual Assault Capital of the Indian Sub-Continent. News articles from 2018, which is not even three months old, reporting incidents of paedophile homosexual rape/sexual assault in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan follow to demonstrate the point.

More good news for the true believers.

Parliament must ensure protection of finality of Prophethood: IHC
The parliament must ensure protection of finality of Prophethood (SAW) as nobody should be allowed to conceal his/her real religious faith and for getting CNIC, passport, birth certificate, entry in voters list, appointment in judiciary, armed forces and civil services, an affidavit must be sworn by the applicant based on definition of Muslim and non-Muslim provided by Article 260(3)(a)(b) of the Constitution. The appointment of a non-Muslim on constitutional posts is against our organic law, it held.
Voters list! There. Finality is...er...final. Next step to finally final finality, arm bands.

Bombing in Syria: Diplomat to be impeached for not voting against atrocities

By Qadeer TanoliPublished: March 9, 2018

ISLAMABAD : Pakistan will impeach its representative in the UN Human Rights Committee for not casting vote against killing of civilians and severe violation of human rights in Syria.

“The Pakistani envoy did not cast vote against atrocities on Syrian people and it is a matter of shame. I will let the house know on Monday why Pakistan did not vote on the resolution. ” Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif said on Friday while speaking on the floor of the National Assembly.

Asif was responding to the questions raised by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman, who told the house that eight Muslim countries are member of the UN committee but three of them, including Pakistan, abstained from voting which was conducted against massacre in Syria.

Fazl asked why Pakistan remained absent during voting and who was representing the country there. “The parliament wants to conduct impeachment of the envoy responsible for it. The foreign minister must take notice of it,” he said.

He said when Saudi Arabia had requested for deployment of the Pakistani Army on its soil a section in the country raise a hue and cry over it but the same people were silent over the Syria killings.

“Now the entire Pakistani nation should protest against the cruelties in Syria and a resolution must also be passed by the house in this context. Syrian people are calling for support of the Pakistan Army in the prevailing crisis in the country,” he added.

Dr Shireen Mazari of the Pakistan Tehreeke-e-Insaf (PTI) also supported the idea of passing a resolution with regard to the ongoing crisis in Syria. However, she was of the view that it was only Muslims who were committing atrocities against the Muslims in Syria.

“One Muslim is supporting the government and other is supporting the rebels. Moreover, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran and other countries have their own stances over the issue,” she added. ……..

Foreign Minister of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Khawaja Asif, claims the Islamic Republics Representative to the UNHRC unauthorizedly abstained on a UNHRC resolution dealing with Eastern Ghouta in Syria and as consequence is to be impeached.

What is this impeachment business? If the guy did not follow the instructions (which I am sure were never given by this idiot Asif) he will be fired. Because the guy did not get the instructions he did the prudent thing by abstaining instead of voting against a brotherly Muslim country.
