Ganja To Be "Roasted" For That Mumbai Attack Remarks

NSC to discuss ‘misleading’ statement on Mumbai attacks: ISPR
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan army chief spokesman Maj-Gen Asif Ghafoor says a meeting of National Security Committee has been suggested to Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to discuss recent “misleading statement regarding Mumbai incident.” In a Twitter statement on Sunday, DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor said that the meeting would be held on Monday. The statement comes in the backdrop of remarks made by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif about the Mumbai terrorist attacks in an interview to a local English daily on Saturday.
Ganja's statement has irked the Paki Deep State , to say the least. The attack on the Echendee Of Pakiland cannot go unanswered . The NSC will take up the issue and will do the needful as per the propaganda arm of the Paki Fauj

Shariff tells the truth only when he is not in power. He said something similar about Kargil after he was overthrown and now this statement about Mumbai attack. But looks like he shook up the whole establishment with this that Paki National security is meeting to discuss this and call it a lie. Only in Pakistan

What is interesting is all the Baki TV analysts (like Duffer Hilaly etc.) are harping on how Ganja should not be revealing 'national secrets' and should be tried for treason. At the same time, they keep pouting that it 26/11 was an inside job conducted by India! These morons are quite a bit of entertainment value.

Maharashtra ATS nabs Pak-trained man planning to carry out assassinations

MUMBAI: A 32-year-old man, who was planning to assassinate some important personalities, has been arrested by Maharashtra's Anti-Terrorism Squad from the city's western suburbs, ATS officials said on Sunday.

Officials said that the man, who was arrested by the anti-terror agency's Juhu unit on May 11, had been to Pakistan, via Sharjah and Dubai, for training at a camp operated by a terror outfit.

Police said the accused got training in handling explosives, sophisticated firearms as well as suicide bombings at a Karachi-based camp run by a terror organisation.

"He was called to Pakistan by a person who is wanted in for terrorist activities in Mumbai. The arrested man first went to Sharjah to meet this wanted person where the latter provided him logistics support," an official said.

"After spending some time in Sharjah, he was sent to Dubai and from there to Karachi. He then attended a training camp there run by a terror outfit," the official said, adding that it has been learnt that this outfit had the backing of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

The official said the arrested man's interrogation had revealed that he was part of a terror group that planned to carry out attacks on "public utilities" and crowded places.

"He has also revealed that assassinations of some important personalities of the city were also planned. Investigations are underway to find out more on all these aspects," he said.

The man was presented before a local court which remanded him in ATS custody till May 21.

He would have to sacrifice all his assets and perhaps his family as well.

If nothing else, Ganja has a very healthy sense of self preservation as seen when he doggedly insisted then and is still insisting now that he knew nothing about kargill.

For those of us whose introduction to the World Wide Web was through a baba of another kind, this is a truly positive development, with much economic potential.
And how much was this deal worth as compared to the $16 Billion Walmart-Flipkart aquisition...

Which is the real intriguing part for me. What is the reason they are backing him. What does he bring to the table, which some other can't ? They had played the good cop- bad cop with him once earlier (with Mush the rat) and probably had extorted a good amount of money at the time. This time it's the turn of the new king-in-waiting ?

his niece is married to a saudi prince, so he is part of royal family, but as we have seen what happened to al-waleed bin ritz carlton al riyadi, it is not of great issue. And his daughter is out of the country in London with his wife, and his brother is close to the army so they will not risk his displeasure because that sends the wrong vibes amongst army lota politicos of all hues that this institution can not be trusted.

the pakistani army knows it is in a deep ditch and digging itself deeper let alone asking for help to climb outside. This is a classical problem when army intervenes in civilian politics and tries to shape policies. The army howsoever egalitarian it may claim to be doesn't group think well. It follows a chain of command from top down, so the sitting ISI major general, of whatever temperamental and analytical persuasion, will let out a fart and his chain of command will support him all the way endorsing him at every step and each relaying how much better the air quality was since he took charge. There is no dissenting note and no token of caution of the health implications that would arise forthwith not to mention decreasing air quality.

This is the typical way in which an army boffin interferes in civilian politics, they are their own worst enemies and have none else to blame but themselves, but since any thing that they spit lying down only lands on some retired jarnail, they cant do even that. And that makes them only shout even louder on tv shows.

Market bloodbath as KSE-100 plunges 1,054 points in intra-day trading

KARACHI: The KSE-100 plunged 1,054 points in intra-day trading on Monday, looking set for its biggest fall in 2018, as market fundamentals were ignored to make way for panic-induced selling.

Political uncertainty stemming from ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s comments on the Mumbai attacks and its trial proceedings caused investors to dump and run as the benchmark fell near the 42,540-point level, a retreat of 2.4%.

Stocks across the board landed deep in the red as soon as trading began, and continued to witness selling pressure with panic taking over at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The index, which has already been the subject of a bearish run in the last few weeks over political as well as economic uncertainty, bore the brunt of Nawaz’s statement over the Mumbai attacks, said analysts.

“There is a lot of uncertainty and much more because of the fallout on the statement,” Samiullah Tariq, director research at Arif Habib Limited, told The Express Tribune. “Economic indicators are worrying as well.

“Right now, we don’t know the future outcomes of many things – be it the caretaker government, the elections.”

A meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC) was also held on Monday to discuss the situation in the wake of Nawaz’s statements. A statement issued after the meeting termed the three-time prime minister’s statement as incorrect and misleading.

While NSC’s stance on the statement was clear, the possibility of a further fallout could not be ruled out.

“There could be further selling in the market. We don’t know what the upcoming days have in store on the political front. We don’t know the final solution to this.”

Ganja Remains Defiant In Wake Of His "Mumbai Attack" Remarks

'What did I say that was wrong': Nawaz responds to controversy around remarks on Mumbai attacks
May 14, 2018
Ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday defended his recent remarks about the 2008 Mumbai attacks — which have stirred a controversy in Pakistan as well as across the border in India — asking, "What did I say that was wrong in the interview?" Nawaz, while talking to reporters outside an accountability court in Islamabad, read excerpts from his interview to Dawn during which he spoke on matters related to the country’s foreign policy.
IMO, Deep State is once again going to "roast", Cyril Almeida the "Dawn" reporter !
“Militant organisations are active. Call them non-state actors, should we allow them to cross the border and kill 150 people in Mumbai? Explain it to me. Why can’t we complete the trial?” he had asked in the interview, referring to the Mumbai attacks-related trial proceedings which have stalled in the Rawalpindi anti-terrorism court.Soon after the publication of Nawaz’s interview on Saturday, the Indian media blew up his remarks, terming it an 'admission' on part of the former prime minister about Pakistan's involvement in the Mumbai attacks.
Subsequently, the party issued a clarification on Sunday, saying that the Indian media had “grossly misinterpreted” Nawaz’s remarks. The army, also on Sunday, had 'suggested' to Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to convene a meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC), the country’s top civil-military body, to "discuss misleading media statement regarding Bombay incident". The NSC meeting was held today in Islamabad.
Differences within the ruling party surfaced following the issuance of contradictory statements by the Sharif brothers on the issue. While Nawaz did not at all contradict his remarks, his younger brother and PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif, who is also the chief minister of Punjab, issued a statement on Sunday, saying that the news report had “incorrectly attributed certain remarks to PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, which do not represent PML-N’s party policy”. By making these sorts of remarks, Ganja is queering the political pitch for his younger bro, who is currying favour with the fauj
In the statement, which Shahbaz issued as the party president but through the Punjab government’s Directorate General Public Relations, he said the PML-N “rejects all assertions, direct or implied, made in the news report of Dawn.” His older brother, however, on Monday dispelled the notion that the comments were falsely attributed to him, saying that he will speak the truth come what may.
As someone said , if he has Saudi support, probably no one can "touch him" . Remains to be seen !
"Former president Pervez Musharraf, former interior minister Rehman Malik and former National Security Adviser Major-General (retd) Mehmood Durrani had already confirmed [what I said]," he added. Ganja the shrewd Pakjabi politico is "dropping names "
"Despite our 50,000 sacrifices [of lives], why is the world not paying heed to our narrative? And the person who is asking this question has been labelled a traitor."He also called out those local media outlets that had criticised his words. "I am being called a traitor on the media — they [the media] are being made to call me a traitor."
IMO, he is right on this !
Earlier on Sunday, without naming Nawaz directly, former interior minister Chaudhary Nisar had addressed the PML-N supremo's question: "Why can’t we complete the [Mumbai attacks] trial?"
Nisar, under whose watch the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was investigating the Mumbai attacks, had emphasised that the Indian government was to blame for the hold-up in the trial. He added that since the assault took place in the Indian financial capital, it was the Indian government which possessed "90 per cent of the evidence and facts" of the incident. Nisar is an apologist for the Army. His brother is a Maj Gen there !
Nawaz, when asked by a reporter on Monday to comment on the impression that India has been reluctant to provide evidence in the case, responded: "There is no shortage of evidence — there is plenty of evidence." Deep State apologist like Jahil Hamid of Brasstacks are baying for his head right now . And calling for Martial Law to be imposed !!!
Another reporter pointed to Nawaz's acknowledgment of the presence of "non-state actors", to which Maryam Nawaz, who was accompanying her father, replied: "So then who was Zarb-i-Azb [military operation] conducted against?" The former premier, however, interrupted and refrained his daughter from speaking any further.

That NSC Meeting That Was Held : A Public Relations Exercise Onlee

NSC unanimously terms 'statement' on Mumbai attacks as 'incorrect and misleading' :((
DAWN
A meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC), the country’s top civil-military body, was held on Monday to discuss the situation arising out of the recent remarks of PML-N supreme leader Nawaz Sharif about the 2008 Mumbai attacks."The meeting reviewed the recent statement in the context of Mumbai attacks, as it appeared in the Daily Dawn of 12th May 2018, and unanimously termed this statement as incorrect and misleading," said a press release issued after the 22nd NSC meeting held at Prime Minister’s House. It does not look good on the historical record that an Ex PM of Pakistan has "openly" accused the govt of involvement in the attack, hence the "unanimously termed this statement as incorrect and misleading,"
"The participants observed that it was very unfortunate that the opinion arising out of either misconceptions or grievances was being presented in disregard of concrete facts and realities. The participants unanimously rejected the allegations and condemned the fallacious assertions."It is pertinent to mention that the statement by the NSC did not name Nawaz while addressing the controversy around the 'misleading' comments about Mumbai attack.
So, Ganja HAS some cards up his sleeves , to embarrass those who chucked his out of power
According to the handout, it was recalled during the meeting that the delay in conclusion of Mumbai attack case was caused by India, not Pakistan. No one in the world, except Pakistan believes this !
In an exclusive interview to Dawn published on Saturday, Sharif while speaking on matters related to the country’s foreign policy had stated: “Militant organisations are active. Call them non-state actors, should we allow them to cross the border and kill 150 people in Mumbai? Explain it to me. Why can’t we complete the trial?” He was referring to the Mumbai attacks-related trial proceedings which have stalled in the Rawalpindi anti-terrorism court.“It’s absolutely unacceptable. This is exactly what we are struggling for. President Putin has said it. President Xi has said it,” Sharif had said.Soon after the publication of Sharif's interview, the Indian media blew up his remarks, terming it an admission on part of the former prime minister that non-state actors from Pakistan were involved in the Mumbai attacks in which terrorists had killed more than 150 people and injured over 300 others in about a dozen shooting and bombing attacks in different localities.

Ganja And His "Clever Brother" Appear To Be On A Collision Course , Reference Nawaz's Recent Remarks Concerning The Mumbai Attack

'I asked a question, deserve an answer,' says Nawaz :D
ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that he is not the first one to have accepted these facts. He was referring to his recent statement in an interview regarding role of Pakistan-based non-state actors in the Mumbai attacks.“I had asked a question. I need an answer,” Nawaz said while interacting with reporters inside the accountability court hearing corruption cases against him. He is trying to focus attention away from the corruption trial that is hanging like a ton of bricks over his head !
The three-time prime minister deplored that this is the reason the world does not hear Pakistan’s stance and stated that it is important to ask why that is. Nawaz regretted that those who ask questions are being termed traitors in the media. “He who conducted atomic tests is being called a traitor,” said the former premier. Ganja is still "proud" that he did not buckle down under Clinton's threats and " Multi Billion Aid Sweetener " not to test the Atom Bum
"Will speak the truth no matter what the consequences," he said, and then read his statement from the interview from his mobile phone to reinforce his point. Nawaz added that the armed forces, civilians and police have given tremendous sacrifices.
Nawaz's remarks on the controversy do not conform to the stance taken by his party, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, whose president and Nawaz's brother Shehbaz Sharif said on Sunday that the party "rejects all claims made in the report, be they direct or indirect". Shahbaaz's chances of becoming PM or even hanging on to his CM ship have prompted him to make this "correction", IMO .
"The remarks in Dawn's report, attributed to PML-N's Quaid Nawaz Sharif in a wrong manner, are not representative of the party policy," said Shehbaz, also the chief minister of Punjab. "We fully believe that the interests of Pakistan are on a priority higher than any personal and political ones," he said on Twitter."Pakistan's national interests can and will never be compromised!" Shahbaaz is in a "damage control" mode
Meanwhile, a National Security Committee (NSC) meeting categorically dismissed former premier Nawaz Sharif's recent statement on the 2008 Mumbai attacks and unanimously termed it "incorrect and misleading". NSC terms Nawaz's statement on Mumbai attacks 'incorrect and misleading' The NSC, which met under the chair of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Monday, conducted a detailed review of Nawaz's statement printed in a newspaper interview on Saturday. However, after the NSC meeting the prime met with Nawaz Sharif who clarified to PM Abbasi that his recent statement regarding the Mumbai attacks was misreported by the media. Expect Ganja to make more such "revelations" in the coming days and months ahead , before he is hauled into Adiala jail
According to Abbasi, who spoke with senior journalists after the National Security Committee (NSC) meeting, Nawaz said that his interview with Dawn Newspaper was misreported and he did not say all that was attributed to him.
Unless and until the transcripts are released, it is difficult to say !

PS: Plans are probably afoot to "demonize" the journalist who "divulged these state secrets"

Paki Abdul Got His Eyes Gouged By His Own Father For Attempting A " Love Marriage"

Man in love with cellphone girl has his eyes gouged out by father
The Express Tribune
QUETTA: A man’s eyes were gouged out by his father and brothers after he expressed his desire to marry of his own free-will in Naseerabad area of Loralai district on Sunday.
On information, police reached the scene and apprehended the father along with the brothers.
The injured was rushed to Civil Hospital, Quetta for medical treatment, but due to the absence of an eye specialist, the injured was referred to the Helpers Eye Hospital. However, the victim Abdul Baqi could not be immediately treated at the hospital as the eye specialist was not present there either.
So, in a fit of rage, the father has most likely blinded his own son because he fell in love with a girl. Attempted Honour Killing - in reverse !
According to sources, Abdul Baqi was subjected to torture with his eyes being gouged out by his father and brothers over showing interest in marrying a girl, who belongs to the Duki area.“The man has lost both his eyes,” confirmed a police official of the area.
Detailing his ordeal, Abdul Baqi said, “They [father and brothers] locked my mother in another room and tied me up with a rope. Then they gouged my eyes out with a spoon and chopped them to pieces with a knife.” He further said, “I liked a girl from Duki. My father and brothers were not happy with my choice. They often used to tell me that they will never allow me to marry a girl who keeps chatting on the mobile phone with me. They told me that they were ‘mullas’ (religious men) and cannot bear such a relation.”
By doing this, he is giving the Mullahs of Pakistan a "bad name " - which they surely do not deserve - in the Islamic Republic Of Pakistan
A brother of victim, who was not present at the time of the mishap, ( luckily :D) has appealed to the government for assistance in treating his brother.

Their Army sponsored anchors are using real threatening tone against NS. I hope NS knows what he is doing and he has a plan. But hey, this is pakistan we are talking about...

Ganja Sharif "Ups The Ante "

Nawaz Sharif demands commission to probe treason allegations against him
BUNER – (KPK) Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday said he was ready to face a commission that can probe treason allegations against him over controversial remarks regarding the 2008 Mumbai attacks.Challenging those calling him a ‘traitor’, he demanded to form a commission to determine “who the real traitor is”, suggesting the guilty to be hanged in public. While addressing a party rally in Buner, the former prime minister said the guilty party, be it him for treason or those levelling allegations against him, should be publicly hanged following the verdict of the commission. Although, he is not a megalomaniac , Nawaz ( Ganja ) Sharif seems to be going the Z.A. Bhutto route and "challenging" the authority of the Paki Fauj. Can the Paki Deep Establishment afford to "hang a second PM for "treason", "corruption" or other trumped up charges, when their own hands are "not clean"
“Nawaz who eliminated terrorism from Pakistan, made the country an atomic power, concealed the Kargil embarrassment, made motorways, ended electricity load shedding, and made Pakistan a hub of peace is being labelled as a traitor today.”
Talking in the third tense about oneself is a favourite way of getting people's attention to what you says. The art and science of rhetoric
“Is making Pakistan an atomic power treason or patriotism?”Those who drown Pakistan into darkness are patriots, those who sow the seeds of terrorism in the country are patriots, and those who abrogate the country’s Constitution and law and impose martial law are patriots, he lamented. “Those who serve you sincerely, day and night, are being accused of treason.” Ganja is almost doing a 180 *on what he had been saying before. That means that he is "going to be a danger to the Deep State" from now on !
He strongly opposed the allegations against him and stressed that the nation must work with him to bring an end to such incidents.“If I speak positively about Pakistan, then should not I give good suggestions?”
The PML-N supremo also demanded to form a commission for the money laundering allegations against him. “We won’t let the NAB chairman off the hook so easily,” he said. “He must apologize and tender his resignation.” Strong words indeed . And the venue selection for this speech - in Buner KP Province, is also interesting !

Stop Press ! Ramazan Just Announced ! : Political Temperature In Pakiland Likely To Come Down As The "Faithfool" Divert Their Attention To The Book And "What's For Dinner"

First of Ramazan likely on Thursday, says Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council
LAHORE – The holy month of Ramazan is expected to begin in Pakistan from Thursday this year, announced Secretary-General Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council (RHRC) Khalid Ejaz Mufti.
Whole of Pakiland "shifts gear into holiday mood" at this time of year. Temperature between the Abduls is most likely to rise to "boiling point" on account of heat wave and climate change . ! Pakistan has already won some sort of a Nobel equivalent as the "hottest place on earth" ( Nawabshah !) Chit -chat in the press will mostly focus itself about the soaring prices of fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, and other Ramazan related eatables ! And political gup shup will take a backseat in the "Holy" Month keeping the sanctity of Malsi into consideration . The stock of "Mullahs and Maulvis usually rise in the "Holy" Month and they see more money coming their way . ( Zakat monies goes into their own pocket !) And the poor Pashtun fruit vendors, like last year , are again going to be made a scapegoat by the Aam Abduls , fed up with the soaring inflation.! Water Mafia, thanks to the "hot weather" are going to be "extra ruthless" in gouging the Aam Abduls . Short story of Ramazan , IMO

RELATED RAMAZAN NEWS !

Nisab-e-Zakat deduction fixed at Rs39,198
KARACHI – The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has fixed the Nisab for Zakat deduction on bank accounts at Rs39,198 for the current Islamic year.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony on Monday, Zakat will be deducted from saving accounts, profit and loss sharing accounts and other similar accounts having a balance of Rs39,198 or above, on the first of Ramazan.
To be liable for Zakat – which is one of the five pillars of Islam – one’s wealth must amount to more than a threshold figure, termed the ‘Nisab’.
Those who do not want Zakat deduction from their accounts can submit a ‘Zakat exemption’ form in their respective banks.
The Shias of Pakiland "do not subscribe " to this version of Zakat giving "ordered" by the State Bank Of Pakistan. They have been fighting a running battle - since Zia days - with the Sunni dominated Islamic Republic - and do want to do with this ! They say that they have their "own system" . Maybe the exemption is meant for them plus other non - Muslim minorities including the Ahmedis

Paki Abdul Left Wife- Less After Tying The Knot With TWO Paki Ayeshas At Almost The Same Time

Drop scene of Muzafaragarh’s unique love story as both wives leave teenage husband in trouble
MULTAN – A teenage boy, who married two girls in Muzzafargarh, is now hiding from police after both wives left him with one accusing him of abduction, local media reported. So, the stories of Paki women becoming empowered in this day and age of social media are not incorrect
Earlier, the boy named Faraz had tied the knot with Alishba, who later made her husband to marry Aleena, her fast friend. Family consent accepted. Mullahs OK with the deal . Any Fatwa, Hadith cited for this unprecedented arrangement
As the girls had held marriage with Faraz without their families’ consent, they were facing threats and police were also allegedly harassing them. So, the families were not "comfortable" with this "unorthodox" liaison and hence the "harassment"
However, the trio was happy and promised not leave each other when the issue of police harassment was highlighted by media. Any questions as to how the Abdul was going to support two wives
The whole episode had a drop scene when Aleena, the second wife, parted ways with Faraz and lodge a kidnap case against the former after returning to her maternal home.
Later, his first wife, who had made high claims of love after marriage in a video shared on a private news channel, left her husband after Aleena. The nineteen-year-old boy claimed that the kidnapping case against him was registered by Aleena’s father, accusing him of bribing the police officials. He went on to say that Alishba’s parents forced him to divorce her. “Now, police are conducting raids to arrest me,” he said.
Wonder who are the "victims" in this case. Are the Ayeshas, still now "marriagable material" !!!

The information was shared by an English daily staffer on his Twitter handle, while no any official statement about the incident was issued so far.
