Will Imran And The Deep State Now "Go Easy" On Mush ? His Treason Trial Resumes On August 20

Pak court to hear high treason trial against Musharraf on Aug 20: report
Aug 3, 2018
PTI
Islamabad: A special court in Pakistan hearing the treason charges against former dictator Pervez Musharraf has scheduled the hearing of the high-profile case on August 20, according to a media report. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government had filed the treason case against the ex-army chief General (retd) Musharraf over the imposition of extra-constitutional emergency in November 2007. The bench that will hear the case will be headed by Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali, Geo News reported.Musharraf, 74, who is currently residing in Dubai, has refused to return to Pakistan citing security reasons.
Although, The Kammandu has publicly praised the Kaptaan on his joining the "power club" of Pakiland, he, as an Ex SSG Commando is far too smart to let off his guard and take the first flight back to Isloo from Dubai , just because anti- Nawaz politico ( Imran) is sitting on the PM chair
The three-judge special court will hear the high treason case against Pakistan's president on August 20, the report said. Last month, lawyer Akram Sheikh stepped down as the head of the prosecution team tasked by the government in 2013 to prosecute Musharraf. Sheikh was appointed as the head of the prosecution in the case, by the then-PML-N led government. Musharraf, the former army chief, was indicted in the case in March 2014 after he appeared before the court and rejected all charges. On March 18, 2016, he left Pakistan for Dubai for medical treatment ( it was a pretext, which served its purpose as "everyone" knows . Hell , he was seen doing disco dancing to a Bollywood tune in a Dubai Club !) after his name was removed from the Exit Control List on the orders of the Supreme Court.
A few months later, a special court had declared him a proclaimed offender and ordered the confiscation of his property owing to his no-show.
But they have not been able to "touch" his Dubai, Swiss and London Bank A/cs :D
Later, on the orders of the Supreme Court, Musharraf's passport and identity card were also cancelled since he failed to return to the country despite giving him a last chance. The legal experts believe that the treason case is a test for the upcoming government of Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as one of the reasons of civil-military tussle was that the PML-N government had initiated the case against the former army chief.
No matter how detested he may be in the Pakjabi fauji inner circle ( Mush, is a mojahir, pretending to be a Pakjabi  ), doubt that the Paki Army , for H&D reasons, allow one of their own, to be crucified by the civvies :D
The PTI chief had vowed in November 2007 that his party would initiate proceedings against Musharraf over his unconstitutional acts but it has also been witnessed that the PTI has remained silent over the issue in the recent past.
Imran knows bloody well that he cannot cross the Deep State's Red Lines. Apparently , this is one such red line !

Another Review Of Vikram Sood's New Book With New Disclosures On Pakiland

Espionage is much more than cloak and dagger ops
Asian Age
Aug 3, 2018
Virtually all books written in India by former intelligence agents have been of the kiss-and-tell variety, replete with sensational disclosures and juicy details of successful intelligence operations. Former R&AW chief Vikram Sood’s book is of a different order altogether, dealing with concepts, approaches and the larger lessons of espionage.
This thought provoking book draws the reader deep into the nuances of intelligence operations while clarifying that espionage is much more than cloak and dagger operations and secretive spies.
The prologue, which is about the discovery of Pakistan’s clandestine nuclear weapons programme, highlights how the political leadership can on occasion compromise the country’s vital interests. Even while the whole world was hugely concerned about Pakistan’s nuclear weapons programme, the then Prime Minister of India, Morarji Desai, did nothing to support his external intelligence agencies quest to know and try prevent Pakistan from developing the bomb.
R&AW had “no support or sympathy from the Prime Minister of the day, Morarji Desai, an acerbic Gandhian who did not want to have anything to do with intelligence collection about threats to the country, much less with matters relating to nuclear weapons acquisition.”
What is worse, Morarji Desai, went as far as to tell the then Pakistani dictator Zia ul Haq, who was actively pursuing nuclear weapons capability, that “India was aware that Pakistan was making a nuclear bomb. Alerted, Zia went into a rigorous clampdown. The R&AW was up against a known adversary but also the indiscretions and opposition of their own people.”
Morarji had a loose tongue on this matter !
“The basic purpose of advance or current secret intelligence is to ensure that the government faces no surprise and the information gathered helps it to make informed decisions or take counter-action…There is also no guarantee that correct decisions will be taken with this advance knowledge”, says the author.
Although the author does not say so but this is perhaps one reason why Israeli intelligence is considered so effective. It is not just that Mossad spies are highly effective intelligence operatives but also because the Israeli leadership is pro-active, supportive and ready to act on critical intelligence. Thus, when the Israeli leadership learnt about Syria’s clandestine nuclear reactor in 2007 it was prepared to send its air force bombers to destroy it. Our politicians do not even talk about the nuclear threats Pakistan poses.
The second section of the book is about surveillance, deception, use of money power and the information war, among other things. A brief but interesting episode in this section is about how conversations between the then Pakistan Army chief General Pervez Musharraf in Beijing and his chief of general staff General Mohammed Aziz Khan in Rawalpindi was intercepted by R&AW during the Kargil war to reveal the Pakistan’s Army’s direct involvement and the use of the Mujahideen as a cover.“India went public with the intercepted conversations on 11 June, on the eve of Pakistan Foreign Minister Sartaj Aziz’s visit to India. Although the disclosure served the immediate political and tactical objective of the government, it also permanently closed this channel of intelligence information”, the author explains. “More than that, it also meant that the adversary and the rest of the world now knew that the Indians could access conversation in this particular manner, and they would take steps to close leaks.”
This intelligence coup was like a "silver bullet . The Pakis could no longer deny, with a straight face , that the "Kargil business" was not their doing
The larger lesson of the book, from what I could make out, is that in the ultimate analysis a nation stands alone and to protect itself must never falter in the unending task to keep track of what is going on in its periphery as well as all around the world. Thus, the intelligence task is not just about keeping tabs on Pakistan’s generals or terrorists in the Kashmir Valley but about the way the world is turning in its eternal gyre.

Imran Khan and the IMF: Pakistan's bailout dilemma

Once Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman and 2018 election winner Imran Khan forms a government, there will be little time to bask in his triumph: the country's next prime minister will inherit a critical economic situation, and analysts say he must act fast.

The new leadership may be forced to seek a bailout from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the coming weeks.

Here are some questions and answers about the predicament faced by the economy:

What is the problem?

Pakistan is on the verge of a balance-of-payments crisis, which threatens the stability of its currency and its ability to repay debts or pay for imports.

Its budget deficit has grown steadily over the past five years, from four per cent to 10pc of GDP.

Read: What awaits the next setup

Imports have skyrocketed, mainly due to rising oil prices. Between July 2017 and March, about 70pc of the country's import bill was for energy, machinery and metals, according to a State Bank of Pakistan report. Meanwhile, exports — mainly textiles — have increased only slightly.

As a result, the foreign currency reserves have declined to about $10.3 billion, according to recent figures given by the caretaker government.

This covers less than two months of imports, analysts say. Meanwhile the rupee has been devalued four times since December, fuelling inflation.

“We borrowed like crazy in the last four to five years, so it's time to repay. But we don't have... reserves,” former finance minister Hafeez Pasha told AFP.

How much do we need?

Pakistan has gone to the IMF repeatedly since the late 1980s. The last time was in 2013, when Islamabad got a $6.6bn loan to tackle a similar crisis.

Also read: IMF bailout on the cards for Pakistan's next government: analysts

Today, the country “needs at least $12 billion”, says Zeeshan Afzal, the director of Insight Securities, a Karachi-based consulting firm.

If approved, it would be the country's largest-ever bailout. But it has not yet completed repayments on its previous loan, which could limit its current leeway with the Fund.

“Islamabad is betting on a maximum of $6.5bn, hoping that this will have a virtuous effect on the confidence of the markets,” a senior diplomat, who asked to remain anonymous, told AFP.

What is the impact on Khan?

Khan promised to create an “Islamic welfare state” on the campaign trail, but the plan — which would require big public spending on health and education — could be stillborn if the economy tanks.

“We will have weeks, not months” to act, Asad Umar, widely tipped to be the next finance minister, told the Financial Times on Thursday.

All options are on the table, he has tweeted, telling media that the new government is considering privatising all state-owned companies, including the debt-laden Pakistan International Airlines.

But there are fears that the terms of any new IMF bailout will be stricter than in 2013, thanks to the tense relationship between Islamabad and Washington, one of the Fund's biggest donors.

The US has warned that it will be watching closely to ensure Pakistan does not use IMF money to repay debts to China, which has poured billions into the country for infrastructure projects under its Belt and Road Initiative.

Editorial: Mike Pompeo's statement on IMF bailout of Pakistan reeks of US arrogance

Is there any other option?

Local media have reported a recent $2bn loan from China and another $4.5bn from Saudi Arabia, though the transactions have not been confirmed. In any case, Saudi funds would only be used to buy oil.

In the face of a trade imbalance, Khan could try to reduce imports. But such measures have never borne fruit with the country's porous borders and numerous smuggling networks, especially for consumer goods — a major import item.

He could also seek to improve foreign investment. Khan has said his anti-graft campaign and clean government will improve the country's image abroad, hopefully attracting investors who have been spooked by instability and structural issues in recent years.

Examine: Imran Khan’s opportunity with America

The World Bank ranked Pakistan 147th out of 190 countries last year for its business climate.

Khan has vowed change on the home front too, saying his government will dramatically boost tax revenues. That is a major, perennial challenge: only a tiny percentage of those liable actually pay taxes in the country.

A further massive devaluation of the rupee, which would deter imports and make exports cheaper and more competitive, could be considered.

But then “people would be in the streets,” predicts Pasha, the former finance minister.

"It would be the end of Imran Khan."

Another Case Of Paki Ghandoo-ism . This Time It Is In Bali , Indonesia

Fight or flight! British ( Of Paki Origin !) tourist whacks airport official over £3,000 fine
A BRITISH tourist (of Pakistani origin !) was last night being held in Bali after slapping an immigration officer across the face in an extraordinary airport tantrum. Auj-e Taqaddas, 42, is being held until she pays a £3,000 fine for overstaying her visa by five months.
Footage of the Pakistani-born physicist’s attack went viral after it was filmed by another immigration officer. Taqaddas, from London, has been kept in a holding cell at Ngurah Rai International Airport since the incident on Saturday. Possession of a HMG's Blue Passport does not entitle one to show arrogant behaviour towards third world nationals !
An immigration source at the Indonesian island said: “She slapped the officer, who is a respected guard.“She touched immigration, which means touching representatives of the nation. So we reported it to the police.“As soon as we detected that she had overstayed at the counter, she was already emotional with him.“Now the woman concerned cannot be dispatched, cannot go home, because the violation must be processed first, in the form of payment of fines.
Good for the Indonesian Govt . Hope she does not lean on the British Consular Officials to bail her out of this mess, which is of her own making . In fact, she should "approach" the Paki Embassy in Jakarta for "help"
“By law, every overstayed tourist must pay a fine and if they are unwilling to they will be arrested.”Immigration officers said Taqaddas arrived in the country in January but, under the terms of her visa, should have left by the middle of February.
In the one-minute clip, she flies into a fury after being confronted about her 160-day overstay as she tries to catch a flight to Singapore. She is heard swearing at the 28-year-old border control man who had insisted she must pay about £20 for every day she overstayed.
Her attack came when she tried to snatch back her passport, only to see the officer pull it away.Agung Sampurn, the airport’s public relations officer, said: “She pretended not to know that she had overstayed.”
Of course, she wanted to enjoy the "sun and fun of Bali" ( and escape the miserable weather of London in Jan Feb ) without paying a (very nominal 20 pounds IMO !) small price for it. IOW, a free loader !!!

"Dr" Lodhi "Discusses" CORE Issue With The Kaptaan ( over chai-biskoot it seems :D )

Imran laments inaction on Kashmir issue in meeting with Maleeha Lodhi
The Express Tribune
August 5, 2018
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has said that little noteworthy progress has been made in the past to find a solution for the Kashmir issue, Express News reported.Imran expressed these views while meeting Islambad’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi at his Bani Gala residence on Sunday.Lodhi congratulated the prime minister-in-waiting on winning the July 25 elections.
All the way from "Big Apple" to pay obeisance to The New Khan Of Pakiland or a summons to let her know that there is a house-cleaning program under way and she should be ready for the PTI chopping block ( she is part of the old Nawaz gang !)
The former journalist apprised Khan about Pakistan’s ongoing efforts with regards to finding a permanent solution to the chronic issue on the international stage. She also briefed the PTI chief regarding the country’s role over important international issues.
The PTI chief told Lodhi that in the past very little progress has been made on Kashmir issue, adding that through the UN resolutions on Kashmir a solution must be found for this intractable issue.
So, the Kaptaan is not impressed with her "performance at the UN" in wresting the "jugular vein of Pakistan" from the hand of "dushman India"

The derigueur white (boski silk ?) kurti pajama and the Peshawari chappal are all there, including the "simple chai-pani"

Activist Tarek Fateh Does Not" Buy "The Theory Of " Mental Illness" That Is Peddled By Faisal Hussein's Family To Justify The Killing Of Two Innocent People By That Paki In The Danforth Area Of Toronto !

FATAH: Mosque sermon calls on Allah to slay non-Muslims 'one by one'
Tarek Fatah
Aug 5, 2018
The Prime Minister finally found time after his vacation to visit Toronto on the Danforth and place a bouquet of flowers at the makeshift memorial for 18-year-old Reese Fallon and 10-year-old Julianna Kozis, who died in the mass shooting July 22 by Faisal Hussain. Cannot find a more Paki name than this !)

For some reason Justin Trudeau could not condemn the actions of the Pakistani-Canadian who spread terror in our city. Instead the P.M. called for “a time of compassion” among all of us.Compassion? For whom? For the dead? The dead don’t need compassion; they need justice and the truth.
So was Trudeau calling for “compassion” towards mass murderer Faisal Hussain? Is it possible he was influenced by the spin doctoring of those promoting the theory the killer’s actions were exclusively the result of mental illness?
If so, he is not alone. Days after the shooting, I took a long stroll down the Danforth to get a feel for the tragedy that unfolded so close to home. What shocked me was the absence of any large portraits of Reese and Julianna killed by Hussain. What outraged me more was the obvious empathy for the killer as a ‘victim’ of neglect by the ‘system’.
Trudeau "needs" the support of of sharia compliant Muslims and Arab MPs and their vote bank to hang on to power !
The spin doctors had been very successful in blindfolding the community into believing that had the system treated Hussain’s supposed ‘mental illness’, the tragedy would never have occurred. More than one message at the makeshift memorials had people praying for the ‘soul of the shooter’.
Then on Sunday, a solitary protester who blamed CBC for covering up possible Islamic influences in the attack was confronted by a woman, dressed up as a niqabi wrapped in red.
She started provoking the protestor by standing in front of him and as the video of the incident showed, deliberately pushed her back into his sign. The jostling, mainly by the niqabi woman continued until she had help from her sympathizers. A man entered the fray and just threw the protester inside the Alexander Park fountain drawing loud cheers and laughter. The police arrived, but instead of laying assault charges on the attacker, dragged the victim away.
To the bleeding-heart, guilt-ridden white liberals and leftists who attacked a single protester, I would like to invite you to please pay attention to extracts of this sermon at the mosque on Thorncliffe Park that catered to the Muslim youth where Faisal Hussain lived.
O Allah! Count their number, slay them [non Muslims] one by one and make them a lesson to their likenessesOh Allah, Defeat them and make the ground shake beneath their feet, and show us in them the wonders of Your Might, for they are weak before You, O Mighty, O Powerful.O Allah! Raise the standing of Islam and the Muslims.
Most of the time , the sermons are in Arabic , addressed to Arab Muslims , if the Imam is of Arab origin. And sometimes the sermon is in Urdu ( specially in Paki ghetto areas ) to entice the Paki audience !
The Mullah’s sermon ended with the usual rhetoric about Muslims suffering around the world being a result of the conspiracy of non-Muslims.
Echoing the sentiments of the Mullahs of Pakistan - and of India as well !
We don’t know whether Hussain was exposed to these prayers. We do know apologists justify prayers like these by suggesting they should not be taken literally, which is outrageous.. There are thousands of prayers or supplications that could be used that don’t employ language that surely qualifies as hate speech, especially to susceptible minds. There needs to be among Muslims in this country a rejection of these hateful supplications.
Unlikely to happen in this day and age of political correctness !

PIA CEO Forced To Cough Up Rs. 2.38 Million Rupees Out Of His Salary By CJP Saquib ( Suo Moto) Nisar

PIA CEO pays for tickets of 43 passengers for Air Safari flight
Aug 5, 2018
ISLAMABAD – The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Saturday paid for the tickets of 43 passengers for the inaugural Air Safari flight from Islamabad to Skardu, a local English daily reported.
Last month, the officials of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and PIA were accused of delaying a flight carry VIP passengers  ( so, VIP culture is still well and alive in Pakiland !)from Islamabad on an air safari comprising the K-2, Nanga Parbat, and other mountain peaks.
Of the total airfare worth Rs2.38 million, a sum of Rs1.4 million was extracted from CEO Musharraf Rasool Cyan’s salary while the remaining Rs900,000 were paid via cheque, the national carrier said.
Hope it was a Certified Cheque , otherwise it is probably not worth the paper it is written on
The payment took place after Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar took suo motu notice over illegal use of a PIA aircraft for an air safari on the Nanga Parbat.
So, this time, Saquib's "ordering" did work !
The original travel route was from Skardu to Islamabad but due to the unscheduled Air Safari, the flight was delayed causing inconvenience to scores of passengers who suffered the consequences of the delay.
The300 Paki passengers of Shaheen Airways are still "suffering and stranded in Cheen" , while "cheque is in the mail" BS is being fed to them daily by Shaheen staff . Is Saquib planning similar action against CEO of Shaheen

Mint’s Elizabeth Roche interviews Salman Khurshid who served as Foreign Minister in the Nehru-Gandhdhi Family Dynasty Congress Party Salman Khurshid. Edited Excerpts:
Pakistan is looking at a new government with former cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan at the head of a coalition. Is it wishful thinking or can one hope for a new beginning in India-Pakistan relations?

I see no reason why one should be dismissive. There is no objective reason to believe that the change in government in Pakistan could have any major impact on the relationship between our two countries because the hostility towards India is deep-seated ideological hostility at many levels, particularly the Pakistan military and of course the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence). If someone like Imran Khan is to be seen as something fresh in Pakistani politics—although he has himself been around for a while now, struggling in politics, etc—very clearly he has cast his lot with some extremely unpleasant forces. But still, if he is a product of modern times —and ultimately that would prevail in how he deals with the world and with India—then there can be hope. I don’t see that there is any objective ground for believing that things will change dramatically. But, it would be unfair not to give a new government a chance. I would proceed with an open mind but with extreme caution.

A section in Pakistan thinks that unless there is a change in our Indian mindset, in our so-called established narrative of Pakistan being an epicentre of terrorism, the India-Pakistan relationship cannot move forward.

It has been tried. In fairness, when our journalists meet—when their journalists come to India and ours travel to Lahore, it’s been attempted. When Track-2 (dialogue) takes place, it’s been attempted. When their singers come and perform here, when we play cricket with them, when we see their films and television programmes, that is what is attempted. But then, it also gives some people a stick to beat you with, to say that you are giving Pakistan a chance, Pakistan is a failed state, Pakistan should be isolated. We congratulate ourselves when (US) President (Donald) Trump puts the screws on Pakistan and we express disappointment when a Democrat president or someone else says “Look, we realise you have problems with Pakistan but we can’t allow Pakistan to drift away and completely become a failed state because then we will have no levers of influence on them.” Then we express our disappointment that the Americans are not being fair to us. So how do you change the narrative? Who will change the narrative and how will it change? Can we learn from what happened in Europe? I don’t think we—both sides —think with an open enough mind. I believe that we (India) have more reason to cry out in pain. They (Pakistan) think they have a reason for complaining that there is an unfinished agenda of 1947. I think that’s puerile. They have moved on, they have lost Bangladesh and it’s puerile to talk about the unfinished agenda of 1947. And I think we have a legitimate reason to complain about the lives that we lose. How do you change the narrative when people are losing their dear ones? How do you change the narrative when people seem to be profiting from showing hostility?

Imran Khan seems to be putting emphasis on jobs, on the Pakistani economy, on development. The PTI manifesto talks a lot about this. Do you think if the focus shifts to the Pakistan economy, maybe there is a chance of hostilities towards India taking a back seat perhaps?

How will they do it? They have a deep-seated economic structure that is heavily dependent on foreign aid. In a sense, they are not self-reliant and self-sufficient. They are heavily dependent on foreign aid both from Arab countries and from the US. Are they going to be able to change overnight, in a short time and become a self-reliant and self-sufficient country? It doesn’t happen overnight. Their entire structure is geared in a particular direction. You can’t give jobs overnight, you can’t change what is fundamentally a feudal society into a revolutionary modern society. There are some deep-seated, feudal, tribal extremist tendencies among various groups in Pakistan. When they haven’t fallen in line with people like (General Pervez) Musharraf who tried to be a statesman beyond dictator, will they do it for someone who is so dependent on the army itself?]

But doesn’t the fact that Pakistan is so dependent on outside economic aid give the international community the lever to press them to desist from extremism and terrorism? Pakistan is now on the watch list of the Financial Action Task Force. It is supposed to get a loan from the International Monetary Fund which attaches strict conditionalities...

Yes, but the extremists are not going to fall in line. Pakistan can fall in line but the extremists won’t. The extremists are not just the kind of extremists that we worry about, there are others as well. There are extremists in Pakistan who want to take Pakistan in the direction of being an Islamic state, a truly Islamic state from their point of view. These are people who attack children in Pakistan in Peshawar. That was not an attack against India. They are against the system there. And our concern, of course, should be a little bit more than those who attack India because their ultimate source and strength comes from an ideological pattern that is obviously not friendly to democracies and plural societies. So, how will Pakistan change that? That requires a revolution and is Imran a revolutionary?

Pakistan is to host the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) meet this year. In 2016, India boycotted the summit after the Uri terrorist attack. Would you advise the Indian government to attend the summit this time?

The Indian leadership needs to sit down and think about this. You are not going to transform Pakistan overnight. Who calls the shots in Pakistan when they hurt India in this manner is never clearly known. We pretend that we know, we don’t really know. So you have a prime minister there but is he fully in control? Or he is the fall guy? All we know is that we are at the receiving end of repeated attacks. But clearly the (Pakistan) Army has its own mind. And it doesn’t mind playing games with India from time to time. So, shall we say once and for all nothing to do with Pakistan? And then adhere to that? Or should we just hope that things be at least at a reasonable level and continue with some conversations that may get us somewhere in the future—which is what governments have done.

But if you pretend to raise the pitch to say that even one little thing done wrong by them and we are going to scream murder then obviously, there is very little chance that you will be able to do anything with them. And to revive Saarc without Pakistan is not likely. And if you don’t do something, Saarc is going to dissipate and disappear.

After watching the latest Mission Impossible movie, it struck me that the IMF might be the appropriate agency for Pakistan to approach, to solve their economic crisis. Well, not the International Monetary Fund, but the Impossible Mission Force because that is what it is going to take for them to steer their ship away from the looming icebergs :rotfl:

Is the web version of the Dawn also being clamped down / heavily censored ? Last 1-2 weeks i am seeing that there are hardly any comments, on any articles.
Yawn is selective about allowing comments on certain specific news items and opinion pieces that involve the army or the ISI. Especially those pieces that could be detrimental to their image. This would include the online version as well.

I believe the constitution prohibits people from directly criticizing members of the judiciary and the armed forces. See PTI's Qureshi's views on this matter.

Sir, i am very aware of that.

Just that, even by those standards, the number of comments have come down very drastically. Even on articles of Cricket, Israel and articles putting down India!

Thanks for posting. Headline does not justify the overall interview. Good thoughts and insight. Not that we don't know but its pleasant to hear clear thoughts from people in Gov.

This has brought two questions for me
1. will US allow pakistan to default? and will they fail if they default? I think US is pushing the line but how far will US go?
2. he candidly confirmed 'we don't know who pulls the string. We pretend we know but we don't'. This does not surprise me. I would again like to link this with the discussion I initiated earlier. Is there a nucleus within or outside of the army/isi which we don't know. I would urge some minds here to at least brainstorm.

What was a 42 year old muslima, a research medical physicist, of paki with a brit passport doing in Hindu Bali which is known for its party and spiritual atmosphere? Here's the video of the hyper motormama on overdrive, screaming in a paki-accented English. Not for the under 17.

Good one.

Good morning, Mr. Khan. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves the recovery of a god forsaken...oops, allah forsaken nation, pakhanistan. You may select any two team members, but it is essential that the third member of your team be uber shrilleen mazari. She is a demented cow, and a highly capable professional liar and thief. You have forty-eight hours to prove your majority in the parliament and then meet IMF in Washington DC to receive another bail out. As always, should any member of your team be caught stealing or lying, we will disavow all knowledge of your actions. And Mr. Khan, the next time you go on holiday to UK, please be good enough to let us know why you're going. Be aware , your nation will self-destruct in five years.

Pakistan going to the IMF will be 'disastrous', says Raza Rabbani

Former chairman of Senate Mian Raza Rabbani has said that it will be "disastrous" if Pakistan approaches the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to seek another bailout.

Speaking to reporters on Monday, the PPP stalwart claimed that the statement by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo opposing an IMF programme for Pakistan had shown that the Fund is an "instrument of imperialist powers".

"The imperialist powers want to use IMF and other institutions [for their interest]," he claimed.

The US has warned that it will be watching closely to ensure Pakistan does not use IMF money to repay debts to China, which has poured billions into the country for infrastructure projects under its Belt and Road Initiative.

Examine: Imran Khan and the IMF: Pakistan's bailout dilemma

Rabbani alleged that it was the agenda of the US to have conflicts prevail in this region and make Pakistan play a certain role.

Referring to Finance Minister Shamshad Akhtar's suggestion that Pakistan might have to approach the IMF after the new government is installed, he claimed that if the caretaker finance minister has prepared an IMF package for the country, "she has exceeded her legal mandate".

He said even if the new government plans on going to the IMF, the issue should be debated in the parliament first.

Pakistan is on the verge of a balance-of-payments crisis, which threatens the stability of its currency and its ability to repay debts or pay for imports.

The country has gone to the IMF repeatedly since the late 1980s. The last time was in 2013, when Islamabad got a $6.6 billion loan to tackle a similar crisis.

Today, the country “needs at least $12 billion”, according to Zeeshan Afzal, the director of Insight Securities, a Karachi-based consulting firm.

“We will have weeks, not months” to act, Asad Umar, widely tipped to be the next finance minister, told the Financial Times recently.

How can a atami thakak ask for IMF bailout. Pak should not lower it's respect by doing this. they should eat grass, rather than get IMF bailout.

Another thing is these Porkistanis have no iota of pride in themselves or their country and no one will eat at a restaurant called Porkistan or La'HO're. They openly call their restaurant Jaipur, the one in Marseille, France or Taj Mahal in Barcelona.

In my travels I have noticed that the so called "Indian Restaurants" are mostly run by Bangladeshis and Ātaṅkavadīsthanis especially in the UK and Ireland along with Continental Holiday Resorts and Tourist Centers favoured by the British Tourists - due to the Bangladeshis and Ātaṅkavadīsthanis owners as they can hold Dual Passports - in other European Countries.

So an "Indian" Restaurant named Shanker or Parvati or Krishna or Gopi or other Hindu-Indian names etc. etc. are maybe 80% owned by Bangladeshis and Ātaṅkavadīsthanis.

A sure giveaway is "We serve Halal"!

This is several decades old recycled news. Apparently, as the gossip goes, the eyranians under the hastily installed shah agreed to help the pakhanis out during the war of 1965 if the pakis did not further explore and drill the "newly" discovered oil fields in b'lochistan. This supposed reservoir spans both sides of the border. ZAB, of course, as you said, agreed to that informal arrangement, as the story goes. Looks like this news has been regurgitated by the anti-shia forces in the powers to be if they want an "ijlamic farewell state". Pakis need money. Watch this space as the old pakis habits and the new persian nationalists fight it out in b'lochistan.

Why should the persians get into a confrontation?

0.000023 United States Dollar to 1 eyranian rial.

That's why.

Pandora Box Of Protest From An Unexpected Quarter - IMO, The Islam Genie Is Now Out !

Pakistan braces for Islamists protests over ‘poll rigging’
LAHORE – Thousands of Tehreek-e-Labbaaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLYR) supporters marched on Monday in a protest against alleged rigging in last month’s general elections.
Khadim Hussain Rizvi, a firebrand cleric who claims to be the champion of blasphemy rights, is leading the main demonstration at the shrine of Sufi saint Usman Ali Hajveri, popular as Data Sahib, in Lahore, Punjab, from where the protesters will march towards Punjab Assembly.
History repeating itself ? Snakes mainstreamed just recently , coming to bite back
Tehreek-i-Labbaik (TLP), the political front of TLYR, emerged as the fifth largest political party in the country, with at least 2,234,265 people voting for its candidates across the country in July 25 polls. The religio-political party with far-right inclinations was unable to bag any NA seats but did manage to win two provincial assembly seats in its first-ever General Election.
They would have won, had there been "no rigging"
Although the party’s candidates finished as runner-ups with hefty numbers in several constituencies, especially in Karachi, its leaders claim they “have been defeated through rigging in elections”.TLP first appeared on the national scene in November 2017 when it staged a sit-in at Islamabad’s Faizabad Interchange against changes made in the Elections Bill 2017. The sit-in sparked similar protests in other parts of the country.
TLP has also announced to hold a protest in Karachi on August 12, with a warning of sit-in or a long march “if our demands are not”.

Stranded passengers arrive in Lahore from Guangzhou
Aug 6, 2018
Express Tribune
Over 200 Pakistanis, stranded in China’s Guangzhou for nine days, have finally returned home.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar on August 2 took notice of media reports ( credit should be given, where credit is due  ) stating hundreds of Pakistanis were stranded in Guangzhou, China. After the Pakistani government and the chief justice intervened, flight number NL-892 carrying over 200 passengers, has departed from Guangzhou airport for Lahore.
