Terroristan - July 27, 2018

Immy the Dimmy is an Islamic Fundamentalist!

Muslim countries have failed to tackle matter of blasphemous content, says PM Khan in Senate

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday said that the absence of an international policy against the generation of blasphemous content is a "collective failure" on part of the Muslim countries.

Addressing the Senate for the first time as prime minister, Imran Khan said his government will raise the matter before the United Nations (UN), adding: "However, I do not think that would do much."

The Senate had passed a resolution to bring the UN's attention to the matter regarding the announcement by the leader of Dutch Freedom Party and Parliamentarian Geert Wilders to hold a competition of blasphemous caricatures. The Foreign Office (FO) last week had called the charge d'affaires of the Netherlands to record a protest against the announcement by Wilders.

"Our government will raise the matter in the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and ask the Muslim countries to come up with a collective policy that could then be brought up at international forums."

"This should have been done years ago," PM Khan said while giving the example of the Holocaust and how four European countries have jail sentences for "anyone who misquotes the figures of Holocaust. That is because they realise that this is something that hurts the sentiments of the Jewish community."

"We need a similar policy for this matter so that people do not repeatedly hurt our sentiments."

'Raising the importance of the Senate'

Discussing his reason for being in the Senate, PM Khan said that he and his ministers would continue to raise the importance of the Senate and the National Assembly by making sure that government representation is present in all sessions.

Editorial: Parliament’s work

"It is up to the government to raise the importance of these institutions," he said, announcing that his government would set a precedent of "question time", an exercise where the prime minister will be present on the floor of the House to answer questions regarding government policies.

"I have told the speaker to devise the rules for this and this practice will begin soon," the prime minister said, stressing on the need for accountability of leaders.

Austerity drive

Speaking about his government's efforts to minimise overall spending, PM Khan said, "I am here today to convince the senators [...] [to take part] in the austerity drive launched by the government."

"We are trying that all governmental expenses are minimised; this will only bring in minimal saving, but it will send out the message to taxpayers that we care about where their money is spent," the prime minister said.

"This country is amongst the top five most charitable countries and we are also among countries that pay the least amount of tax — that is because people have not trusted past governments," PM Khan said, while adding that the austerity drive is an effort to change that.

"The ruling elite should show by example that peoples' tax money is being spent on them," the prime minister said.

"On one hand we are cutting our costs, on the other hand we are looking for ways to increase our revenue including reforming the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)," PM Khan said while adding that other such measures will be discussed in the parliament soon.

Thanks for the compliments re "Oordu" . In this day and age of "fake news", this "so -called notification" in Urdu, and purported to be coming from "The Associated Press of Pakistan " should definitely be classed in that category  Someone ( cannot rule out a Ganja supporter or a full blooded Pushtun !) is obviously "making mischief" with the "good name" of the Prime Minister of Pakiland .
But no, ifs and buts about it . Imran just wishes that the moniker of NIAZI should vanish from his name ( for obvious reasons IMO . He does not want to go near the name of the late Gen ( and uncle !) AAK Niazi ( who surrendered to- "Dushman"- Gen Aurora in 1971 )

Pakpattani Police Officer Becomes Political Football In Imran's NAYA PAKISTAN

Police officer who 'pulled over' Bushra Maneka's ex-husband transferred
The Express Tribune
Aug 27, 2018
LAHORE: The district police officer (DPO) of Pakpattan who had reportedly pulled over Khawar Maneka – former husband of first lady Bushra Maneka – four days ago has been transferred. On August 23, it was reported that a police team led by DPO Rizwan Omar Gondal briefly intercepted Khawar’s car after he didn’t stop when signaled by the police to do so. Khawar was also believed to have misbehaved with the officials. The officer was later directed to visit Maneka Dera, Khawar’s residence, and tender an apology to him for intercepting the vehicle.
The DPO told a meeting called by Chief Minister Usman Buzdar that the police had only fulfilled its duties and that he won’t apologise to Khawar. Shortly after, the officer was transferred and asked to report to Central Police Office (CPO) in Lahore.
Not sure, if the "hands off" PM ( Imran) was involved in this "delicate" issue (citing "conflict of interest " ! )
Meanwhile, spokesperson of the Punjab police denied the transfer of DPO due to any pressure. He said that inspector-general of police (IGP) Kaleem Imam transferred the officer for falsely narrating the incident to higher authorities. He further said that the DPO repeatedly misreported the misbehaving of police with citizens.
Fragile ! Handle with care ! VVIP's involved here !
The spokesperson further said the IGP had ordered an inquiry against Gondal for manipulating the transfer orders and making the incident viral on social and electronic media. Gondal, he added, had been transferred for irresponsible behavior and lying.
Only Allah knows what happened ! IMO, the "poor" DPO has become the first (or another !) casualty of Immy's NAYA PAKISTAN
In 2016, DPO Bahawalnagar Shariq Kamal Siddique was dismissed from service after he conducted a raid on the residence of a member of the National Assembly belonging to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz who had allegedly tortured police officials at a check-post after he was pulled over.
You see, the more things change, the more they remain the same ! This culture of sycophancy, biradari, nepotism or whatever you call it, is not so easy to change !

Austerity Drive - update

CM KP bans use of tea in official meetings
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mahmud Khan has imposed a ban on serving tea in officials meetings in line with party's policy of adopting austerity and simplicity.
The CM directed that no water bottle would be presented in any function rather water for drinking would be served on guest in glass.
Next notice to be issued - everyone should bring his/her own toilet paper and use both sides, if needed.

IMO, It Is Too Late To Salvage Paki Credibility In Its Business Dealings With The World

Pakistan’s credibility at stake after scrapping business deals
Express Tribune
Aug 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has lost credibility in the eyes of many international investors following its failure to honour business deals with some multinational companies.
No kidding !
Some of the deals, like that for Reko Diq copper and gold mining project, were struck during the tenure of Pervez Musharraf’s government and some during the rule of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)-led government. These agreements were revoked on the grounds of alleged involvement of omission and commission as well as kickbacks. These cases were also taken up by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the apex court.
If my memory is correct, the rights to develop and manage (gamechanger!) Gwadar Port was snatched away from a Singapore Company and given to a Chini company on some pretext !
However, many disgruntled investors went to the international court to seek damages where Pakistan lost several cases. The new elected government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is facing an uphill task as it needs to devise ways on how to avert payment of millions of dollars in damages.
FATF Blacklist is just a few month away, IMO. At that time, Pakistan will join NOKO and Iran as a pariah state . Hopefully, the problem of "compensation" will die a natural death !
Apart from these, new Petroleum Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan announced at a recent press conference that the PTI administration would examine all contracts awarded by the previous Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government including a 15-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply deal with Qatar. He vowed to make all of them public on official website of the petroleum ministry.
Has he examined the nitty gritty and the details of the contract . Or is he just shooting off his big Pakjabi mouth as usual
The PML-N government struck two major multibillion-dollar agreements which included the LNG contract and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects. These deals were reached under a government-to-government arrangement without going into the bidding process.
Dar, Ganja's , Finance Minister, con man ( and brother in law !) involved in this as well
However, many allege Pakistan is compelled to pay higher prices under the two agreements.
French firm GDF was the designated LNG supplier and reports emerged later that the company sold the LNG allocated for Pakistan to some other consumer at a price that was higher by $2 per million British thermal units (mmbtu).
These are all shenanigans of Paki Goberment at the macro level . What about the Paki exporter in Karachi, LaWhore or Sialkot who fails to provide a consignment ( of surgical instruments, football or cricket bats, shirts, shoes, shalwars and jewellery ) as per the sample provided and disappears from the "export scene", leaving a "bad taste" in the mouth of the UK, USA, and Canada importer, who trusted him or her
Last week, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad announced that Kuala Lumpur would renegotiate deals for the infrastructure projects backed by China and reached during tenure of the previous government of Najib Razak.
Malaysia has the clout. Malaysia is far ahead of Pakiland in all aspects of the economy . And Mahathir has Indian heritage ( although he does not like to be reminded of this !) Malaysia ethnic Indians have tremendous experience in all this . It would be unfair to Malaysia to be compared to Pakiland here
In the past, foreign diplomats had also voiced serious concern over the cancellation of deals with multinational companies. They were of the view that it would block the inflow of foreign investment into Pakistan, which should honour all the agreements as a sovereign state once it had inked them.
Pakistan's reputation in the world is not stellar . Look at the way , the Green Passport is looked upon with suspicion at Immigration Controls Counters at World Airports !
In order to turn Pakistan into an investment-friendly destination, the new government should close corrupt institutions, which were involved in harassment of businessmen.
What about the Fauj and the "Premiere Institution of Pakiland" . Can they be touched
It should strengthen the Auditor General of Pakistan and set up audit courts. Moreover, the government should build the country’s image to encourage investors to pour capital into Pakistan. Overseas Pakistanis should also be encouraged to invest in their homeland where they send billions of dollars in remittances. They should be accorded respect as well. :(( Money talks . BS walks !
Finally, a strong legal framework must be put in place that is helpful for signing contracts in a transparent manner in order to avoid litigation in courts. This will restore the confidence of investors and they will inject capital to boost the country’s economy.
c.c. to Imran's office

Not Sure, Why Dus - Percenti Is Shunning Diesel For Prez Nomination

Zardari unhappy with Fazl

Not sure, why Mr. Benazir Bhutto ( aka Zardari ) is not happy with Maulana Fazl . The Maulana has been a faithfool servant of the PPP ( Zardari plus Benazir !) , The PML N ( Ganja and Shahbaaz included ) as well as the Kammandu ( Aka Pervez Musharaf ) . He has a "special knack" of ingratiating himself to any power source - like a magnet  . Unfortunately, there is no love lost between The Kaptaan and this shrewd ( Deobandi )Maulana . And many in PTI are happy that the Maulana , all of a sudden has become homeless, car-less , ( the electorate has rejected him and is presently "sharing" a farmhouse bedroom - no attached bathroom - with a political friend in Isloo !) and is presently out in the "political cold" so to speak , and is doing his very best to put himself up for (sale again ) Presidential Nomination

Randi-Baaz Rashid "Exercises His Authority" As Railway Minister !

Railways officer reluctant to work under Sheikh Rasheed sacked
The News International
Aug 27, 2018
RAWALPINDI: A senior Railways official who expressed his reluctance to work under Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed, has been removed from the post.
Mohammad Hanif Gul, a grade-20 officer, was serving as Chief Commercial Manager in Railways. He has been sacked and Agha Wasim has been posted as Chief Commercial Officer.
Hanif Gul had reportedly requested for a two-year leave with full pay, saying he cannot work under the new minister. In his application letter, which has been circulated on social media Hanif Gul said he finds it impossible to work with Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed, calling him “non-professional and ill-mannered.”
Even though, ( randi -baaz) Rasheed himself is known for his "foul mouth", the Senior Civil Servant should not have stooped to Rasheed's level and publicized his agony via social media . If this was handled discretely , he still would have had his job :D

Pakistan "Accepts Consolation Prize" From China

Guest of Honour status for Pakistan at China’s International Import Expo
The News International
Aug 27, 2018
BEIJING: The Chinese government has granted the status of "Guest of Honor" to Pakistan at the China International Import Expo (CIIE) to be held from November 5 to 10.This will ensure the provision of all possible facilities and benefits to the Pakistani pavilion.
What are the Pakis peddling to China [ wild pork, donkey meat , live donkeys , Paki Ayeshas (aka CPEC Marriages !) ]
The gesture also shows the level of commitment in China to make Pakistan part of a shared future, according to an article published by Global Times here on Monday. The Chinis have to keep the Pakis "happy" . Too much is riding on the gamechanger CPEC !
The expo offers a chance for global manufacturers and producers to showcase their products in order to gain access to China's market.
Just the other day, Paki Traders were grumbling that CPEC is going to ruin homegrown industry . And devastate the local industry in many sectors !
With the help of Chinese scientists, local agriculture specialists have successfully introduced modern farming techniques.Hybrid rice and hybrid wheat have been the most successful products, seeing a marked increase in yield.Meanwhile, Pakistani mangoes are also doing well; 10,000 tons of them are expected to be exported to China by the end of this year.
To take advantage of China''s food market, Pakistani producers at the CIIE can offer their own unique and cost-effective products.A bigger share of the market in China would translate into higher revenues, improved quality and a wider product range.Apart from food, there are other Pakistani products with immense potential for export to China, including onyx stones, minerals and surgical items.
Has anyone told the "dumbhead" Pakis that the voracious Chinis are going to "fish out" all the shrimp, fish, eel , sea horse, seaweed and all other fish life from the Arabian Sea . And this will leave the hungry Pakis high and dry in a matter of few years ! And the same will hold for the export of onyx stones and minerals , if they are sent to China in raw form and not in (value added ) finish forms
These ventures will help local manufacturers export goods to China while letting the supply chain infrastructure, which is already maturing under the CPEC and B&R initiative, do its job.
Buzz words as usual ( supply chain infrastructure, blah blah blah ) when action is lacking

Ginners fear Indian cotton imports will imperil Pakistan’s economy - Owais Qarni

MULTAN: The cotton ginning industry has fiercely opposed duty-free import of Indian cotton, saying it will have destructive effects on Pakistan’s economy.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association (PCGA) Senior Vice Chairman Suhail Mehmood Haral, Ginners Group Chairman Haji Muhammad Akram and former PCGA chairman Shehzad Ali Khan revealed that more than 2 million bales of cotton were lying unsold in ginning factories, which textile millers were reluctant to purchase.

Another 700,000 bales are expected next month. They saw no justification for lifting an undeclared ban on cotton import from India at the cost of Pakistan’s farmers, arguing fibre import via land or sea was not in the interest of national economy.

They underlined the need for continuing the restrictions on cotton imports through the Wagah border crossing and Karachi seaport.

Farmers have also aired concern over the removal of curbs from cotton import from India, which would imperil the domestic industry.

They demanded that the government ensure crop purchase at reasonable prices from the country’s growers. They were expecting a bumper crop this year, but feared that imports from India would hit the local growers hard.

They decried that the government did not fix the support price for cotton, leaving them at the mercy of textile millers, who would buy the fibre at their desired rates.

Ginners Group Chairman Haji Muhammad Akram asked the government to slap a complete ban on cotton imports from India via Wagah border.

If such imports continued without any curbs, he believed, they would harm cotton production in the country in the next season.

Last year, cotton harvest had dropped 30% and if appropriate measures were not taken, the situation could deteriorate further and affect local output.

Former PCGA chairman Shehzad Ali Khan disclosed that 530,000 bales of cotton had so far been imported from India through the Wagah crossing.

Players of the ginning industry, however, praised efforts of Federal Minister of National Food Security and Research Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan, who was endeavouring to bring down the cost of cotton production.

He was of the view that the production cost was higher than the prices farmers were receiving for their harvest. The high cost was one of the reasons behind the decline in cotton production, he added.

Pakistan’s credibility at stake after scrapping business deals - Zafar Bhutta

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has lost credibility in the eyes of many international investors following its failure to honour business deals with some multinational companies.

However, many disgruntled investors went to the international court to seek damages where Pakistan lost several cases. The new elected government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is facing an uphill task as it needs to devise ways on how to avert payment of millions of dollars in damages.

The PML-N government struck two major multibillion-dollar agreements which included the LNG contract and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects. These deals were reached under a government-to-government arrangement without going into the bidding process.

However, many allege Pakistan is compelled to pay higher prices under the two agreements.

The petroleum minister indicated that these projects could be taken to NAB after their examination by the ministry. Will the government scrap the projects in which some kind of omission and commission is found is a big question. If it does, then Pakistan may face more cases in the international court. During the 2008-13 tenure of PPP government, Pakistan signed the Mashal LNG contract, but it landed in the apex court and was later abandoned.

French firm GDF was the designated LNG supplier and reports emerged later that the company sold the LNG allocated for Pakistan to some other consumer at a price that was higher by $2 per million British thermal units (mmbtu).

Flaws

In the LNG deal with Qatar, according to some officials, the PML-N government ignored an SRO. According to that order, the government needs to declare emergency in the country for signing a state-to-state deal with any other country. However, there was no emergency situation at that time. The order also contained a necessity clause. Apart from these, Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) secured LNG contracts at low prices by inviting tenders.

The price difference between Qatar and PLL contracts was $500 million per year. This indicates that Pakistan has struck an expensive deal with Qatar which costs the country $500 million every year.

Moreover, the bureaucracy had suggested to the PML-N government to include a five-year gas price reopening clause in the Qatar agreement. However, the request was turned down.

Now, there is a big question mark whether the new PTI government will renegotiate with Qatar and China. It will be a test case whether it bears the pressure or does not touch the projects.

Last week, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad announced that Kuala Lumpur would renegotiate deals for the infrastructure projects backed by China and reached during tenure of the previous government of Najib Razak.

In the past, foreign diplomats had also voiced serious concern over the cancellation of deals with multinational companies. They were of the view that it would block the inflow of foreign investment into Pakistan, which should honour all the agreements as a sovereign state once it had inked them.

Audit courts

In order to turn Pakistan into an investment-friendly destination, the new government should close corrupt institutions, which were involved in harassment of businessmen.

Finally, a strong legal framework must be put in place that is helpful for signing contracts in a transparent manner in order to avoid litigation in courts. This will restore the confidence of investors and they will inject capital to boost the country’s economy.

Paki (Disgraced !) Cricketer "Mad As Hell" Re. Blasphemous Cartoon Contest Of PBUH

Pakistan’s disgraced cricketer offers Rs3m reward for killing Dutchmen behind blasphemous cartoon contest (VIDEO)
LAHORE – Khalid Latif, who was handed five-year ban for his role in the spot-fixing scandal that engulfed the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017, has announced a reward to anyone who will kill the Dutchmen behind a blasphemous cartoon competition that depicts Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him).
Is this his way of remaining in the public eye
In a video shared on Facebook, the 32-year-old batsman announced to put a Rs3 million bounty on the heads of firebrand Dutch politician Geert Wilders and his far-right party colleagues while expressing his pain and anguish over the sacrilegious artwork in the Netherlands.
Putting his money where his mouth is. On behalf of PBUH
On June 12, the Dutch Party for Freedom, led by Geert Wilders and known for its opposition to Islam and Muslim immigration to the Netherlands and Europe in general, announced that it would hold a contest for caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in its offices in the Dutch parliament. :((
The contest is to be judged by American cartoonist and former Muslim Bosch Fawstin, who won a similar contest in the US in 2015.
Latif needs to protest to POTUS about PBUH ! Bosch Fawstin is American Citizen !
Meanwhile, Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), a religio-political party, has decided to come at roads and “stay on the streets until either the publication of blasphemous cartoons in the Netherlands end or the government immediately ends diplomatic ties with the Dutch”.
Has Khalid "teamed up " with TLP on this issue ! As they say, two heads are better than one
Today, in his maiden address to the Senate, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that his government will raise the issue of blasphemous caricatures in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) while putting the blame of such incidents on lack of unity among the Muslim countries.
Jalebi and FM Qureshi should plan a joint strategy on this issue . A "free trip" to The Big Apple ( shopping galore !) for Jalebi and Company should be the incentive for action ( no first or business class due to "austerity" . economy class onlee. On the safe and sound PIA !)
Earlier today, the Senate passed a resolution to bring the UN’s attention to the matter regarding the controversial announcement by the leader of Dutch Freedom Party.
More power to the Paki Senate !
“This House strongly condemns the venomous, vicious and contemptuous decision of Geert Wilders, the notorious Islamophobe, belonging to the Dutch Party of Freedom, to hold a ‘Draw Muhammad Cartoon Competition’ to be held later this year in Netherlands,” read the resolution. Passed unanimously

Saudi - Chinese Ambassadors hold important meetings with PM Imran Khan
27 Aug, 2018

Important meeting ? Which meeting is considered "unimportant" , specially when back to back meets are arranged to see the two mai baaps ( out of a total of 3.5 - Japan and Massa are missing !) . in a single day ! IMO, "something" is surely "brewing" on the financial front . "Important meeting" is just another code for a beggary request by The Kaptaan . Expect some "good news" in the coming days and weeks

MEETING WITH KAPTAAN, FOLLOWED BY A MEETING WITH HIS CHIEF MINION ( FINANCE MINISTER ASAD UMER )
What more clue is needed, that this is an urgent request for Moolahs !!!

Paki Trial Balloon About Talks Being Floated Once Again By This Sarkari Rag :D

Pakistan India formal dialogues on cards: Sources
Aug 27, 2018
Image
Photoshop photu ! Qureshi and Sushmaji have not met officially , at least to my knowledge !
*ISLAMABAD - Pakistan and India are likely to resume the formal dialogue after the warmth shown by PM Imran Khan and PM Narendra Modi. *
*Pakistan and Indian foreign ministers are likely to meet during the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York next month, and likely to hold an audience on the sidelines of the UNGA.* The UNGA session will kick off from September 18.
Pakis are "eager" to talk. This is one way of signalling to India , to build up "expectation" . India should be wise , not to "bite"
According to Times of India, there is no official proposal yet for a meeting, however, there’s an understanding among both sides that they should make use of this first available opportunity for a significant contact between the two countries in line with the call by both Narendra Modi and Imran Khan for constructive engagement.
Modi had written to Khan after his swearing-in expressing commitment for “constructive and meaningful’’ engagement with Pakistan. For the Modi government, UNGA offers a great opportunity to break the ice with the new government in Pakistan before it seriously considers moving on to more substantive engagement. While India has ruled out formal talks, or the start of comprehensive bilateral dialogue, the government’s position does not preclude any interaction with Pakistan leaders at multilateral events, the report adds.
The desperation shows right here !!
According to the TOI report, a substantive bilateral engagement though, which means having comprehensive dialogue, may still have to wait until the Imran Khan’s government shows some inclination to bring the perpetrators of Pathankot and Mumbai attacks to justice.
This "aspect" is out of Immy's jurisdiction . IF peace breaks out between India and Pakistan, the Paki Fauj and the Deep State are going to be the losers ! And that surely cannot be allowed under ANY circumstances

GOING BY THESE TWO REPORTS , THE PAKI FAUJ PROPAGANDA CHIEF ( AKA DG, ISPR) IS UNDERGOING HEAVY VERBAL FIRE

1. DG ISPR slams foreign media
Aug 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD - DG ISPR has slammed the foreign media over the issue of security forces allegedly shooting dead a young man in Waziristan.
It was the propaganda, the director-general of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Sunday night on Twitter. No one was killed or wounded by the security forces' firing, DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor said, adding that Voice of America's (VoA) Deewa Radio, which originally shared a tweet pertaining to the alleged incident, maintained the tradition of propaganda-based reporting.
There is complete media clampdown in the whole of Ex FATA areas, except for social media !
The DG ISPR wrote: "While an inquiry has been ordered to ascertain facts, no assurance given for any court martial. No one was killed/injured by Forces."
Lying with a straight face (via social media !)
"@voadeewa keeps up its tradition of false reporting," he added.
Maj Gen Ghafoor mentioned that he had advised commencing an inquiry to determine the facts in the said case but did not provide any type of reassurance regarding a possible court-martial. The Fauj protects its own . Has Mush been brought to justice ? Raheel (who carpet bombed FATA Pashtuns ) is now killing Shias in Yemen. Super corrupt Kayani is still in Isloo and has not been brought to justice yet . There are other examples also of Fauji Afsars superseding civilian authority

2. DG ISPR rare war of words on Twitter
Aug 27, 2018
RAWALPINDI - A rare war of words has taken place between Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Asif Ghafoor and Member National Assembly (MNA) and Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) leader Mohsin Dawar.
The war of words took place over baseless allegations  levelled by Dawar in relation to the North Waziristan protest on August 26 in which one person was allegedly killed.
Dawar said, “There is nothing peaceful about imposing curfews on IDPs & killing protestors exercising their basic rights. There is nothing “inimical” about demanding our rights enshrined in constitution. Truth will come out when causes of militancy will b investigated.”
Pakis have not learnt a lesson from the loss of their "eastern wing" . At that time too, Mujib and Mukti Bahini were labelled as "Indian Agents"
Preceding that, Major General Ghafoor from his private Twitter account had said, “We don’t backtrack. We don’t mince words. There is no guilt in serving this great nation and the brave people of Waziristan. Truth can’t be hidden. And soon you shall see it coming out about all the ‘inimical forces’. We shall not allow anyone to reverse the gains of peace IA.” :((
IA = Inshallah !
The response had come as a result of Dawar’s tweet in which he had said that the security forces have been backtracking and hiding the truth. “And you are keeping your tradition of backtracking. Our one precondition for beginning talks was an admission of guilt from your side, regarding the martyrdom of innocent protestors. We only began talks AFTER we were given that admission of guilt,” he had stated.
The "famous Paki Echendee" will not allow this to be admitted. That is why, the surrender of Gen A.A.K Niaza ( uncle of Imran !) to Gen Jagjit Aurora at at the Dacca Race Course and the taking of 90, 000 + Prisoners of War came as a big surprise to the Aam Abduls of West Pakistan . They were fed a lot of "good news" (aka propaganda ) at that time ( No internet and no social media at that time , so such news was easily "digestable") Those "good days" are obviously no more
Before that, the ISPR DG had denied the alleged involvement of Pakistan Army’s personnel, namely Captain Zarar, as reported by the *Voice of America *(VOA)*. *It was further said that an inquiry to ascertain the facts has been launched :((

"One More Austerity" Now Announced

Govt bans VIP protocol at airports
Dawn
Aug 27, 2018
ISLAMABAD: As part of its austerity plan, the government has banned VIP protocol given by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to influential people at airports. The decision is being implemented by the government from Sunday as the ministry of interior has directed all officials concerned of the investigation agency’s immigration wing to implement it.
It is worth mentioning that such decisions had also been taken by previous governments but they could not implement them in a letter and spirit.“We have decided to strictly implement the decision to provide equal opportunities to all travellers without any discrimination,” Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry told Dawn.
Interior ( Ministry) is Imran's own turf . Therefore any violation and non compliance in this matter should be HIS responsibility !
It had been observed that influential people were given VIP protocol at airports so that they could avoid standing in long queues and get cleared their luggage without any hustle, he said. “We have seen that influential people used to seek assistance of FIA officials at airports who (officials) accompanied them to promptly clear their luggage,” the minister said. The VIP protocol was usually given to politicians, legislators, senior bureaucrats, judges, military officials and journalists. The interior ministry has directed the FIA that no government official or other VIPs would be given protocol at airports across the country.
Surely, you do not expect Kasem Khan and his brother Suleiman Khan to stand in line when they visit their dad , on their next visit to Isloo and Bani Gala
n case any FIA official is caught giving protocol to a VIP, he would face strict action, the ministry warned in a letter sent to all zones of the agency.According to the interior ministry, immigration counters at airports would be monitored and if any VIP was seen being given special treatment, the immigration staff and official in charge of their shift would be immediately suspended.
Clarification needed from The Kaptaan. Suspension with or without pay
The ministry also directed the FIA to not harass passengers leaving the country. Code word for "baksheesh" or bribe
nterestingly, all previous governments had decided to eliminate VIP culture at airports but there was a VIP lounge at Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Islamabad where VIPs and influential people sat in a luxurious atmosphere, meanwhile their luggage was get cleared by officials of FIA, Airport Security Staff or Civil Aviation Authority. However, there is no such lounge available at the new Islamabad airport established near Fatehjang where all passengers have to follow the normal procedure.
The Kaptaan is undoing or implementing new procedures and policies , regardless of whether those were good or bad , in the name of his NAYA PAKISTAN

The austerity merry-go-round
or how I fooled rest of pakhanistan.
THE Khan (same vein as The Donald!) promises to be frugal with the government’s entertainment and transport budget and his critics are up in arms. It’s a sham. It’s not enough. It was promised before in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but never happened.
In the West, austerity measures generally relate to state spending on welfare measures, such as health. But at home, it’s all about how frugal our rulers can be with the expenses on government houses and the cars they are allowed.
The PML-N too had a similar austere beginning in 2013 when it promised not to take any journalists for free on its official tours
Then prime minister Nawaz Sharif had also promised to reduce the expenses of the government by keeping the cabinet small (unlike the PPP which had by the end created new ministries to accommodate its allies). There were, also, suggestions of not moving into the prime minister’s house.
Back in the 1997 term as well, there were similar promises of tightening the belt and living frugally.
No wonder then that when Khan took over, there was a sense of déjà vu to his promises of simpler governance. Though of course, this continuity is rarely acknowledged as the PTI tends to blindly believe that every announcement by its government is a clean break from the past;
No wonder then that even the PPP has jumped on the bandwagon, with stories of how when they first came into power, they decided to forego first class and travel only in business class
This obsession with austerity is partly because of the gap between the lifestyles of our rulers and those they govern.
Social media has multiplied the problems by allowing ready access to images of the down-to-earth European officials, who are pictured riding their bikes to work or mopping up their spilt coffee.
It’s also an easier way to address the complex economic issues linked to our eternal efforts to control expenditures — austerity is easier to sell than explain debt-interest repayments, defence spending and the miserly export earning
All of this compels society to romanticise the idea of austerity and link it to good governance.
But despite the romanticism, the idea of austerity as our governments practice it is rarely worthwhile. It’s no solution to our economic problems and neither can it turn those who ‘rule’ us into those who ‘serve’ us without major reforms in the system of governance.
The PTI would do well to remember this. It’s time to govern and reform, rather than waste our time in spelling out its austerity measures and debating the number of cars being used and the kind of biscuits being served at the government’s expense.

Can you please summarize the results for people who have no interest or time to watch a 15 min video? That might provide some relevant information for this thread. Or are you mainly trying to drive up views for your video by posting here?
Hi Bart, thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely keep that in mind when I'm posting these videos. It has been the top topic from what I understand from my sources in Delhi, over the last month and we decided to try and investigate what exactly do Delhiites feel about Imran Khan.
Basically, most of the youngsters have a rosy picture about Imran Khan being a dynamic personality was going to lead to Pakistan into a new age of economic progress as well as revamp ties with India.

The controversy regarding Reyham Khan and his sex drugs and rock 'n roll lifestyle are simply forgotten. It seems to be a minority as we picked up that understand the history of Pakistan and who really runs the country. In other words most of the young apart from a few minority are simply clueless. Pakistan is said to change under a new dynamic personality.

From my end, over the last year I've really tried to grow the channel as a psyops, with all of the gyaan over 20 years here on BR. I can remember myself at 18 looking through the forums in 98 and first reading about the nuclear explosions by Vajpayee. Through those formative years I basically subsisted through the forums right here on BR.

Over the next few months, I would hope to enlist more videographers in West Bengal to produce more such opinion videos against mamta. Watch this space.

Imran Khan Niazi has already raised Kahsmir is the core issue, etc.

Next thing he is going to talk about trade and Gen Pajwa will respond with a terrorist attack!
Pranams, SBajwa, Just to say thank you for your continued support. Over the last year have seen your comment on various videos as well as posts.

Heads up! From now on I'm the Dimmy Niazi will only be known as I'm the Dimmy.

Imran Khan is the official name of prime minister
No more Niazi because he is not a loser or a giver upper (!).
According to the documents submitted with Election Commission of Pakistan, Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi (or, IAK Niazi) is PM Khan’s complete name.
Cabinet Division has directed all the ministries and government departments to use short name of Prime Minister Imran Khan in official communication.
Not to be confused with Amir Abdullah Khan "over my dead body" Niazi (AAK Niazi) because The (new) Khan will never quit.

To some extent I have tried to guide the questions in the interview here. Have tried to bring out as much of the controversy regarding Reham Khan and to really see whether this would affect his image among the aam admi of Delhi.

Great work Muns. Keep it up. India need more like you.

One suggestion. If you ask people open ended question like 'do you think XYZ as PM will be good for india' then usually people tend to express positive views. That is normal human behavior. We or most of us by instinct avoid confrontation. You need to ask them where they cannot escape by taking middle or positive bias. For example 'imran said blasphemy law should be more stringent. Do you agree?' 'India' s stand is pak should first stop terrorism in india. Do you think we need to change that stand now that pak has new PM? '. You got the drift right? Catch the audience and don't let them escape. This could bring out answers you want.

Another e. g.' do you think imran will bring those 26/11 responsible to justice? ' if they say yes then follow up by' if not then will you be disappointed in imran? '. Such questions, whatever the answer you can use for psyop.

’Throat, stomach, eye infections on the rise in city due to deteriorating environment’ - M. Waqar Bhatti

Public health experts and physicians on Monday reported a sharp increase in infectious diseases in Karachi during the last couple of days, and attributing extremely hazardous environmental conditions to the rising stomach, chest and throat infections, warned that the city could face outbreaks of deadly infectious diseases in the coming days.

“Karachi is on the verge of an environmental catastrophe due to the dumping of organic matter on roads, which contains millions of types of bacteria and they are multiplying due to favourable conditions in the city. These pathogens are causing all kinds of infectious diseases from skin allergies and infections to stomach ailments, throat and chest infections, as well as problems of eyes,” said Dr Qaiser Sajjad, a renowned ENT specialist and secretary of the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA), while talking to The News.

Other experts, including gastroenterologists, ophthalmologists (eye specialists) and dermatologists, also reported a sharp increase in infectious diseases and blamed the unhygienic and poor environmental conditions for the deadly outbreaks, warning that the authorities should be ready for more outbreaks of deadly infectious diseases in the days to come.

“The entire city is stinking as if we are living in a huge garbage dump full of filth and rotten organic matter. This is due to the decomposition of organic matter as well as the burning of garbage within the city limits, which is producing and multiplying all kinds of bacteria, fungi and viruses. These pathogens can cause a serious health issue for millions of Karachiites,” Dr Sajjad warned.

He said a large number of people with different types of nasal allergies, asthma, throat and chest infections were visiting OPDs of public and private hospitals and clinics these days due to environmental conditions, but he deplored that the majority of people in Karachi were least concerned about cleanliness as nobody had resorted to any protest over unhygienic conditions in their neighbourhoods.

Organic matter

Hundreds of tons of organic matter, including offal and blood of sacrificial animals, is getting decomposed at every nook and corner of the city and providing excellent breeding conditions to millions of types of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens, eminent microbiologist Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi said, adding that these pathogens were causing air and water pollution and contamination with each passing day.

“The enteric tract of animals contains the highest number of bacteria and other pathogens and when they are left open they provide excellent breeding places for bacteria and other pathogens. These pathogens are getting airborne and causing all kinds of infectious diseases to human and animals, which are passing these infections to others,” she told The News.

Dr Kazmi was of the opinion that deadly organic matter containing highly infectious pathogens was not only polluting the air in the city but it was also getting into the water through various sources. She added that the water being supplied to the people in Karachi was also contaminated and could result in deadly waterborne diseases.

Gastroenteritis cases

Gastroenterologists and general physicians from various public and private hospitals complained that diarrhea and gastroenteritis cases were on the rise immediately after Eidul Azha in Karachi and urged the people to use boiled water and safe food to avoid getting infectious diseases.

“Diarrhea and gastroenteritis cases have been on the rise for last few days due to contaminated water and infected food, especially areas of low socio-economic group people. We are advising people to improve hygienic conditions around their living places, use clean and boiled water for drinking and eat home-cooked food,” Dr. Shahid Ahmed, a senior gastroenterologist, said.

Eye infections

Ophthalmologists warned that Karachi could be gripped by infectious eye diseases due to poor environmental and unhygienic conditions, saying conjunctivitis (pinkeye or an inflammation of eye due to infection) cases had been reported from different areas of the city during the last few days.

“I have seen several cases of conjunctivitis during the last couple of days and the probable reason is the growing environmental pollution caused by extremely worst hygienic conditions in the city. I would advise people to take precautionary measures, especially children and elderly who are at a greater risk of catching these eye infections,” Dr Abdul Qadir, an ophthalmologist, said.

Sepa ‘not responsible’

Despite the poor environmental conditions in the city, the Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa) said it was not responsible for the cleanliness of the city and the responsibility to improve the city’s environmental conditions, including the lifting of garbage and offal, was that of the municipal authorities and the mayor of the city.

“Deterioration of environment due to lack of cleanliness is the responsibility of the mayor and DMCs and we cannot be held responsible for that,” said the recently appointed director general of Sepa, Muhammad Saleem Raza, while talking to The News when he was asked about the deterioration in the environment due to poor hygienic conditions in Karachi.

Lahori Logic And Sialkoti Statistics To Justify The Kaptaan's Heli Commute

PM’s travel via helicopter costs around Rs 50-55 per km: Fawad Chaudhry
ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry says Prime Minister Imran Khan’s travel via his helicopter costs between Rs 50 and Rs 55 per kilometer. In his interview to a TV channel, the minister said PM Khan’s commute via helicopter doesn’t cost much and it’s around Rs 55 per km. He said helicopter isn’t much expensive if somebody owns it personally and not hired on rent.
And, this "guy" is the Information Minister Of The Govt Of Pakiland. And shooting off his Pakjabi mouth to "protect" the Kaptaan . Shows the calibre of these so-called Ministers !!! If he had cited "security reasons", it would be understandable ! .
He said it’s preferable to travel via helicopter instead of cavalcade on road that causes hardship to people. He underlined that four helicopters are already at the PM House from previous regimes, which is prerogative of any prime minister. The information minister said the government has slashed Rs 550 millions under austerity measure. He added that 530 people were working at the PM House whose number has now come down to below 10.

Asad Readying The Awaam For IMF "Bitter Medicine"

Asad Umar lifts lid on govt’s plan for approaching IMF
Aug 28, 2018
ISLAMABAD – Finance Minister Asad Umar explained on Tuesday that the government had not made a decision to approach the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bailout package.Speaking on the floor of the Senate, the minister confirmed that consultations on the current economic situation were underway and a final decision will be taken after taking the Parliament on board.
Cheen and Saudia Ambs were approached yesterday by the Kaptaan and his Chief Minion ( Asad ) . They will convey Paki (beggary ) request to their government . Some short term financial relief may follow
The PTI lawmaker, however, asserted that even if Pakistan approaches IMF, this won’t be the first time for the country as Pakistan sought the help of IMF for 12 times. Massa controls IMF. Massa may extract a heavy price due to Paki perfidy . Islamic Welfare State ( PBUH Medina Model! ) will have to wait
The finance minister informed the Senate that previously there was no question on which country’s banks had given loans to Pakistan.
