That lady seems to have some good sources. When the comms blackout gets removed more details will tumble out. Remember pakis corroborated how badly they did in kargil only when Kaiser tufail write his piece.
All in all total Indian propaganda that 300 died in strikes stands exposed*!!!
*Reports indicate only 299 died due to air strikes and one had already died one hour before strikes due to natural causes.

Ghafoora on 27 morning claimed Mig 21 and Su30 and said 1 captured 1 dead and 1 more pilot in hospital. I think thats why Hassan Siddiqui emotional outburst was captured immediately after the strike. Remember eyewitness all say 2 parachutes when the F16 is coming down, the Mig 21 is 1 full minute after this and about 8km away so that video and parachute is seperate. See also pg 31 of mig 21 shoots down f16 video

Re: Operation Balakot: News & Discussion
Since it was a twin seater F-16 that went down, I would venture a guess and state that particular F-16 was piloted by Wing Commander Hyder Shahbaz Ali and with Squadron Leader Hasan Siddiqui as the WSO. They were shot down by Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman and ejected. Due to the blast fragmentation warhead on the R-73 CCM, Squadron Leader Hasan Siddiqui was grievously injured and later died. Wing Commander Hyder Shahbaz Ali was lynched upon landing. Based on his picture, I do not see why the villagers would not lynch him. With that kind of beard (and a helmet to boot), it would be impossible to differentiate between him and a Sikh pilot.

Air Marshal SBP Sinha (rtd) explains the Balakot Strike in detail, same gent as in Nitin Gokhales video. Also mentions the BDA done thereafter. States high resolution imagery of 30-cm class can only provide the right details. States IAF imagery showed pin hole entry of multiple Spice bombs, burn marks on edges of targeted buildings and also freshly dug up ground for mass graves. 300 phones active, all disappeared.
12x Mirage 2000s and 6x in strike config.
Also states the 2 F-16 pilots did not evade capture by locals and hence injured due to mob frenzy. Abhi evaded capture for 45 mins and hence Pak Army was present by the time he was captured.

Karan Thappar and Ajai Shukla went on a upfront with Karan and piled on the Italian journalist.
You can search for it, it's on YouTube, am not going to link to it.
Ajai Shukla's biggest takleef is that she said 35 in March and 170 in May. Also Pakistan army denied and took journalist there. Another worthy said that "where are the funerals" (where were the funerals after kargil?)
In the next show, they will claim no terror groups operate out of Pakistan and it's not clear if Kasab is Pakistani. Has anyone seen Kasab's mijjile and certified it was cut? Zardari denied he was Pakistani.

I avoid commenting on someone's pedigree, but hate to mention his father was none other than General Pran Nath Thapar who was born in La whore, and holds the title of being only army chief to loose a battle in a war (the Chinese debacle in 62). Shameless fellow went on to sucking Nehru even after this disgrace and resignation from the IA chief position begged on and took role of Ambassador to Afghanistan for five long years. Any self respecting IA general I know worth his salt would have resigned. Thapar has still elitist entightlement issues common with luteyns, and he being born in cashmere takes him to another level.Karan M wrote:He was classmates with Benazir, Romila Thapar of Mughal love fame is a relation. Born in 1855, Karan Thapar’s paternal grandfather was Diwan Bahadur Kunj Behari Thapar of Lahore. He belonged to a section of the Punjabi elite that came into new wealth as commission agents for the British.
Kunj Behari Thapar was also one of four people, including Umar Hayat Khan, Chaudhary Gajjan Singh and Rai Bahadur Lal Chand, who donated Rs 1.75 lakh to the fund of Punjab governor Sir Michael O’Dwyer — the man who backed the actions of Brigadier-General Reginald Dyer during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
Kunj Behari Thapar was also awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 1920 for his loyalty.

Re: Operation Balakot: News & Discussion
Pt. Nehru humiliated Thimayya and wanted a pliant army chief thereafter. Pran Nath Thapar was connected to Nehru family via his brother in law who married Vijayalakshmi Pandit's daughter. Pran Nath Thapar's career record is mediocre. He saw the opportunity when Nehru disregarded Thimayya's professional advice.
Pran Nath Thapar was thoroughly incompetent - refer the ceremonial sword incident in the middle of war below - as was the entire army staff then.
https://www.rediff.com/news/column/why- ... 121119.htm
Had General Thorat or General Thimayya been around, things would have been different.
Karan Thapar creates alternate narratives against any successful action by the Army or anyone other than the "family coterie". He along with Pakistani Ayub Khan's son created a false narrative of Sam Maneckshaw accepting a bribe from Pakistanis to leak 1965 war plans.
Karan Thapar and Ajay Shukla are nepotist leeches who bypass meritocracy by their family and coterie connection and create false narratives to further themselves.

IMO this thread should remain open for a long while yet. There are many things that happened that night, which are still unknown. The fact that discussion here can veer off-topic, is no reason to close ears and eyes to the emerging truth.
For example: Not much has been offered in the way of 'counter-narrative' on the WikiPedia platform, which has a dedicated page here...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Balakot_airstrike
My quick reading reveals a bunch of BS right in there; and my sense of intuition tells me who is attempting to re-write history, there, about this.
Let this thread serve as a rallying-point and organizational node for ***MULTIPLE WIKIPEDIA EDITORS/BRfites*** to take-up that challenge.
Anyone can be a WikiPedia Editor.
More Rakshaks need to be.
Read this, and see why.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Balakot_airstrike
NB: In the years to come, when journalists are tasked with writing a piece that touches-on this new responsive paradigm; they will refer to the WikiPedia article, for a "backgrounder". Let's make sure that background isn't full of holes and pockmarks and BS and mud.

Pakistan urges India to de-escalate border tension, India says act against terror first
IA has cancelled exercises due to forward deploymentPakistan has requested India to de-escalate tension along the LoC between security forces of the two countries. However, India has said de-escalation will happen only when Pakistan takes strong measures to stop terror activities.
As per a review by the Army in the aftermath of Pulwama attack and airstrikes by the Indian Air Force, based on recent activities on the Pakistani side, it was assessed that Islamabad would put in efforts to ensure skirmishes are controlled.
"Pakistan will continue with proposals of de-escalation both through military and diplomatic channels," the assessment said.
Meanwhile, the report also acknowledged that Pakistan took steps to close terror infrastructure across the LoC, but added that the real situation would be clear once the snow melts in the higher reaches. "Pakistan is forced to maintain a high level of alertness and exercise restraint on LoC," the assessment report said.
