I want:

RG to loose Amethi
BJP to be close to TMC (not less than 10 from their number)
TDP to be wiped out from AP
BJP to be atleast 50% of BJD
Amit Shah to win Gandhinagar by more than 3 Lakh votes
BJP to get 50% of TRS

So, Chandranna's travel as well as calls to unite the opposition front must be nearing nought.
This guy was hyper-active giving an impression of some kingmaker role.

Also, Jihadidi silent this morning although TMC leading at 24 currently.

Kejri too, as throughout this election not made much of noise and quiet.

Vikas wrote:The news of BJP leading in 6 seats in TG (including the one of Owaisi) had an instant moment of grief in the NDTV studio. Even K Kavitha is trailing.

Now that Jagan is going to form the govt in AP (Chandranna is decimated for good), will we see return of YSR days with EJ's getting free hand. His will be the largest block in Parl after the 2 national parties.
Meanwhile there is a distinct risk of TN govt falling alongside MP and KA. DMK is in breathing distance of AIADMK numbers after the bypolls for assembly.
I said there was >50% chance Kavita would lose.. the local BJP candidate is very sharp, excellent communicator and has strong grass root contact. They under-estimated him too much to their own peril.

It looks like BJP is leading in 4 of the 5 most prestigious seats of TG: HYderabad, Secunderabad, Karimnagar & Nizamabad, in addition to the tribal seat of Adilabad. That's huge.

By the end of the polls, I would still expect Owaisi Saab to bounce back, but this is the beginning of Saffronization of TG state !

Ghazipur:

Afzal Ansari, BSP - 116K
Manoj Sinha, BJP-89K

Manoj Sinha really did a lot of good work in Ghazipur, sad to see him trailing.

Ghaziabad:

Gen VK Singh leading with a margin of over 1L over SP candidate.

Nope, If he/she can become memeber of Parl, might as well become RM. There is no explicit restriction other than membership of parl but I don't see Gen Singh getting this portfolio.

There is hardly any news from NE ? Any updates ?

Now Rafale cases are going to be tossed out in SC like they deserve to be.

Somebody was dhoti shivering on Varanasi. Personally, in a way he/she is caring for NaMo and want to know what is going on in Varanasi. Now my take is simple on Varanasi, which Idiot will vote for the opposition candidate in Varanasi? Modi did not even had to campaign in Varanasi. All he had to do was just go and file his nomination papers and that was campaign enough :-D

S pleasantly surprised by WB. Direct from ECI website:

Code: Select all

West Bengal

All India Trinamool Congress	0	23 23
Bharatiya Janata Party	0	18 18
Indian National Congress	0	1 1
Total	0	42	42

And seems Bengali's have even forgottent their fascination for Moon-Moon Sen. She's massively trailing Babul Supriyo. Guess someone should wake her up with her bed tea and give her the news:
