If the US really wants them blacklisted they can force Turkey and Malaysia to back off. But they will likely not want it as it serves their interests better for Pa^is to languish in the grey list where they will continue to be under severe pressure to curb terrorists with the damocles sword of the blacklist dangling over their heads. Blacklisting them might cause them to stop cooperating, at least for a while till their economy completely tanks and they come crawling back to beg for reinstatement.Vips wrote:Even if the FATF committee wants to black list they cannot as Paksitan is assured of votes by 3 countries China, Malaysia and Turkey to avoid the listing.Per the rules at least 3 votes are required to avoid going into the black list. What it will find difficult is to get 9 votes in its favor to get off the grey list.
Re: Terroristan - May 1, 2019
Yes, he is an idiot (not surprising since he is a Pa^i) and that weird wedding stuff was making the news a couple of days back, but there seems to be a completely passive lack on our side to call them out and expose their hypocrisy. All that Priyanka Chopra said by comparison was Jai Hind and she got widely trolled and slandered, had a minister in their govt write to the United Nations, and that Mehwish bimbo got to write an opinion piece full of falsehoods and propaganda on CNN.comAnujan wrote:I wouldn't worry about that idiot. This is what he said about his own marriage.

My point is that we should really be milking this nonsense instead of being so passive and defensive. GOI and babudom really needs to get into the social media propaganda game.

Just like Nazis/Hitler, the only language Modi/RSS understand is FORCE. If nothing else works SOON, Pak must look into the prospects of a limited war along the LOC with confidence that Ind will never risk an all out war keeping in mind the nuclear capability of both countries.

Pakistan will use Kartarpur for Khalistan terror: Former army chief
Attacking PM Modi, former army chief of Pakistan Mirza Aslam Beg said that the terror 'jihad' was the "only way to teach India a lesson". He also said that the country will use Kartarpur corridor for Khalistan terror.
Gaurav Sawant, New Delhi, August 23, 2019
Former Pak army chief Gen Mirza Aslam Beg has said that the country will use Kartarpur corridor for Khalistan terror. "Pakistan army and the government should create trouble for India through Khalistan movement," Mirza Aslam said. Attacking PM Modi, Mirza Aslam Beg said that the terror 'jihad' was the "only way to teach India a lesson". He also said, "The Indian army at LoC cannot stop the jihadis." Mirza Aslam Beg has expressed earlier also that he wants a hybrid war against India. Jihad is being propagated by many former Pakistan chiefs and high commissioners.
Earlier in August, PM Imran Khan had threatened India of war and said people of his country are ready to fight for the "freedom" of Kashmir. It followed the Indian government's decision to scrap Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir. Accusing the Indian government of making a "strategic blunder", the Pakistan prime minister said, "He (Narendra Modi) is playing his final card but it is going to be very expensive for India."

He raised his voice in favour of oppressed Kashmiris,” he tweeted.

Desperate pakistani foreign minister caught lying about Maldivian statement on Kashmir.
Even as Pakistan has been trying to rake up Kashmir issues globally, the country now finds itself sparring over with the Maldives over statements made Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi's conversation with his Maldivian counterpart Abdulla Shahid.
Qureshi had spoken to Foreign Minister on Friday during which Male had made it clear that abrogation of Article 370 was India's internal matter.
A statement from Maldives foreign ministry said, "Minister Shahid stated that the Maldives viewed the decision taken by India regarding Article 370 of the Indian Constitution as an internal matter."
This has been denied by the Pakistani foreign minister Qureshi during a press conference in Islamabad.
In a direct question by WION during the press conference on the Maldives calling the removal of special status for Jammu and Kashmir an internal decision of India, Pakistani foreign minister said, "During my conversation with Maldives FM, there was no mention or talk about this."
The Maldives foreign ministry immediately reacted and said, "MOFA statement following the telephone conversation is very clear on our position."
The development comes even as Sri Lankan President's office came out with a statement after Pakistan high commission had wrongly attributed a statement on President Maithripala Sirisena and the Pakistani high commissioner's meet.
The Pakistani high commissioner to Sri Lanka on Tuesday met President at the request of the former to brief him of India's internal decision of 5th August.
A statement issued by Pakistan high commission in Colombo said President Sirisena "offered Sri Lanka's mediation and facilitation of dialogue between Pakistan and India to reactive the SAARC forum."
This was contradicted by Sri Lankan President's office, who said, "President stated that both India and Pakistan have excellent friendly relations with Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka's interest is to see the growth of regional cooperation and friendship"
Adding, " The president did not make any other comment on the issues pertaining to India and Pakistan"
India's neighbours in the region have backed New Delhi on its 5th August decision to repeal special status for Jammu and Kashmir. While Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and the Maldives have called it an internal decision, Nepal and Afghanistan have called it a bilateral issue between New Delhi and Islamabad.

Of course, we see the account is genuine .. only a Paki misspells the fighter jet as ‘Rafael’..
( PM Modi and Macron’s are meeting in France, and Macron said that Kashmir remains a bilateral issue and no third party should interfere. He even took a strong stand against terrorism)

Pak leader cancels UAE visit over honour to Modi
August 25, 2019
Pakistan's Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani on Sunday cancelled his official trip to the United Aran Emirates, a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi was honoured with the Gulf nation's highest civilian award during his visit to the country, according to a media report. Sanjrani was scheduled to visit the UAE from August 25 to August 28 with a parliamentary delegation on the invitation of the UAE government. His delegation was to hold meetings with the UAE parliamentarians and government officials, Geo TV reported.
He, however, decided to cancel the trip as Pakistan vehemently supports Kashmiri people, the channel said, citing a statement from the Senate Secretariat.
Prime Minister Modi was honoured with the 'Order of Zayed', the UAE's highest civilian award, on Saturday as a mark of appreciation for his efforts to boost bilateral ties between the two nations. Modi thanked the UAE government for the honour and dedicated the award to the skills and abilities of 1.3 billion Indians. The UAE in April had announced to confer the country's highest award on Modi.

Part of Erdoğan’s increasingly vocal support for Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir issue is due to his broader effort to style himself as the defender of Muslims worldwide, which is meant to shore up support at home just as much as abroad.
