Fall River mayor charged with extorting $600,000 from pot companies
https://www.heraldnews.com/news/2019090 ... -companies
BOSTON — Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia, his chief of staff and three other alleged co-conspirators have been charged in what federal investigators are referring to as a vast criminal conspiracy to extort money from marijuana dispensaries and others in Fall River.

“If the allegations in today’s indictments are true, Mayor Jasiel Correia has engaged in an outrageous, brazen case of corruption,” U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said in a Friday morning press conference.

Correia, 27, who pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court Friday afternoon, has been charged in a superseding indictment with bribery; extortion conspiracy; extortion and aiding and abetting; wire fraud; and filing false tax returns, 24 counts in all. He was arrested and charged a first time in October 2018 for his involvement in an alleged scheme to defraud investors in his smartphone app company SnoOwl.

Lelling confirmed Correia was arrested at his Fall River home early Friday morning. Genoveva Andrade, 48, of Somerset, the mayor’s former chief of staff, was also arrested Friday and charged in a criminal complaint with extortion conspiracy; extortion; theft and bribery; and providing false statements to investigators. Andrade appeared in court, but was not arraigned, nor did she enter a plea. She was released on $150,000 unsecured bond, and under the condition that she cannot leave Massachusetts or Rhode Island.

According to Lelling, Correia and Andrade worked to extort hundreds of thousands of dollars from private citizens trying to open marijuana dispensaries in Fall River, as well as money from a property owner who was seeking various building permits from the city. In total, Lelling said Correia’s bribes made up roughly $600,000 in cash, plus a $10,000 “Batman” Rolex watch.

Correia has also been accused of taking kickbacks from Andrade, who Lelling said Correia asked to provide him with half her $78,000 salary.

They say, as goes California, so goes the US. Though the colder climate of northern parts will reduce it there, they ship their homeless and other problems to Cali. Homelessness and garbage is growing at an ever faster pace and now with massive rat infestations (rats everywhere, city hall surrounded by rat traps), medieval diseases as the officials describe them are starting to show up. Typhus cases (in first world developed country!!) have started to show up and rats even testing positive for bubonic plague!

More of a right wing youtuber, but the points still stand:

Older doc from 2016, as the more recent videos show, it's gotten much worse at an ever faster pace. This is a 12 part one, videos are in the link:
On the Streets: A 12-part video series about homelessness in Southern California
1. SKID ROW: NOT THE LAST STOP
Lisa Biagiotti walks through the epicenter of homelessness on Los Angeles’ skid row. She meets Khalil, who is delivering a 5-gallon bottle of water to his pregnant friend so that she can take a shower in her tent.
More homeless camps are appearing beyond downtown L.A.'s skid row

2. LIVING ON VENICE BOULEVARD
Biagiotti meets Rory, a millennial who is living with his two friends in an RV along Venice Boulevard. In L.A. County, the number of tents, makeshift communities and vehicles occupied by homeless people has jumped by 85% in two years.

3. SYCAMORE GROVE PARK: MOVING OUT OF SKID ROW
A reported 13,000 fall into homelessness every month. Biagiotti meets a family living in a homeless encampment in a northeast L.A. public park.
As L.A. moves toward more homeless sweeps, long-term solution elusive

4. SKID ROW: SQUEEZED IN ON ALL SIDES
Biagiotti visits Jeff Dietrich of L.A. Catholic Worker at the “Hippie Kitchen.” They discuss the pressures of gentrification and the persistence of homelessness.
Years pass, but couple’s commitment to skid row hasn’t wavered

5. L.A. COUNTY JAIL: ONE HOMELESS WOMAN’S HUSTLE
Bonnie and her husband are homeless. While he is serving a 180-day sentence inside the L.A. County Jail, she moved her encampment to outside the jail along with her service dog. Bonnie sells cigarettes to incoming and outgoing inmates.

6. YOUNG AND HOMELESS IN HOLLYWOOD
Biagiotti joins homeless youth social workers with Covenant House as they canvass Hollywood for 18- to 24-year-olds. An estimated 2,000 young adults sleep on the streets of Los Angeles every night. Down alleyways and side streets, Lisa meets Kristyna, Rimecco and Ray, and learns about what it’s like to be young and homeless in Hollywood.
L.A. is working to count a hidden population — homeless young people

7. HE IS GETTING HIS PHD — AND IS HOMELESS
More than 56,000 college students identified themselves as homeless, according to 2013-14 Federal Student Aid Form (FAFSA) data. After watching the first few episodes of the ‘On The Streets’ series, Louis Tse, a 26-year-old UCLA doctoral candidate in mechanical engineering, e-mailed Lisa Biagiotti to suggest that she look into the issue of homeless youth.
Via e-mail, Louis revealed that he too was homeless and had been living in his car for more than a year. In this video, they walk through his morning routine, and talk about ‘rational homelessness’ and his post-doctorate goals.

8. JOIN AN L.A. POLICE OFFICER ON HIS SKID ROW BEAT
LAPD Officer Deon Joseph takes Lisa Biagiottti on his nightly patrol of skid row, which he has walked for the last 18 years. Violent crime has escalated citywide, but on Joseph’s beat, he says robberies are up 71%, aggravated assaults by 73% and rapes by 91%. Joseph canvasses Spring to San Pedro, from 3rd to 7th streets. Along the way, he discusses addiction, mental illness and the disastrous effects of a synthetic drug called Spice. He instructs a woman on how to stay safe on the streets, and he remembers the people who have died on his watch.

9. SLAB CITY: A HAVEN FOR THE HOMELESS GENTRIFIES
Lisa Biagiotti visits Slab City to see what the future of homelessness looks like. Off the grid, 190 miles southeast of Los Angeles, she tours this desert outpost with Phil Long, a young traveler passing through in a purple bus. She talks to ‘Stickman,’ who has settled on a concrete slab of this former military training base after 30 years on the road. At a community board meeting, she learns that Jack ‘Two Horses’ Martin has lost the resident election, and may be the first person ever evicted from Slab City because of gentrification.

10. HIGHLAND PARK: MURDER IN THE PARK
Biagiotti catches up with the siblings she met at Sycamore Grove Park in Highland Park. Three months have passed, and sisters Hope Torres and Patricia Villareal are now sleeping in a winter shelter. A recent murder in the park finally convinced their brother Jesus Torres to come off the streets. The siblings are trying to secure housing before the shelter closes in March, but the housing process is proving long and complicated.

11. VENICE: THE ART OF HOMELESSNESS
Biagiotti meets Trek Thunder Kelly for a stroll around his “house” in Venice. Kelly is an artist who paints, sculpts and lives his art. For the last four years, he has been living “homefree” out of his van. Biagiotti first met Kelly when he committed to a micro-living project. They catch up and compare notes on homelessness, and what it’s like to live on the streets.

12. ARTS DISTRICT: ‘YOU’RE MY NEIGHBOR’
In the final episode of the “On the Streets” series, Biagiotti explains why she decided to explore the issue of homelessness in Los Angeles. She runs into Wanda Gray, who is on her way to the local recycling center. They meet Odell, Gray’s old friend from skid row, and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. Pepper, the “mayor of skid row,” imparts some street wisdom to cap the series.

This is the sentiment which repeatedly comes up across docs and articles when talking about the future of California :
"There is no middle class. You're either poor, homeless, or so rich it doesn't affect you".
Truly moving towards third-world status, middle class whites are starting to flee the state as social tax burdens only increase. When climate change causes tens of millions more migrants to flee towards the southern border and the strongly leftist and socialist governments (also becoming hopelessly corrupt like third world countries too) continue to offer sanctuary cities and try to decriminalize illegal migration, this is only going to accelerate. Either be rich and live in guarded security compounds like in South Africa or get out.

Texas leads the way

Police shoot Black Woman at her home
Atatiana Koquice Jefferson, 28, was killed around 2:30 a.m. Saturday after a neighbor called dispatchers to report the woman's front door was open, police said.

James Smith, Jefferson's neighbor, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram he called a non-emergency police number when he saw her doors open and lights on in the early morning hours. Officers arrived and parked near but not in front of the residence, police spokesman Lt. Brandon O'Neil said Sunday at a news conference. The officers were searching the perimeter of the woman's home when they saw a person standing inside near a window and one of them opened fire, killing her, police said. Jefferson's 8-year-old nephew was in the room with Jefferson when the shooting occurred, O'Neil said. Merritt said Jefferson was playing video games with the boy.

Clinton says Russia 'grooming' US Democrat for third-party 2020 run
Washington (AFP) - Hillary Clinton has warned that Russia, which interfered in the US election she lost in 2016, is "grooming" a Democratic candidate for a third-party run next year, signalling congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard could fill the role.

The goal of this would essentially be to divide the US electorate and help President Donald Trump win re-election, Clinton said.

"I'm not making any predictions but I think they've got their eye on somebody who's currently in the Democratic primary, and they're grooming her to be the third-party candidate," the former secretary of state told David Plouffe in his "Campaign HQ" podcast.

"She's the favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far."

Clinton, speaking on the podcast which first aired Thursday, did not name Gabbard, but it is highly likely she was the woman Clinton was referring to.

The other women in the race are US senators Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Amy Klobuchar, and author Marianne Williamson, none of whom are linked to Moscow in ways similar to Gabbard.

US media analysis has shown that sites tied to Russia have celebrated Gabbard's campaign launch, defended her controversial 2017 meeting with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, and attacked people who have suggested Gabbard is a pawn for Moscow.

Last week The New York Times quoted influential Republicans who said they were impressed with Gabbard's policy positions and energy. Far-right conspiracy theorist Mike Cernovich said she "seems very Trumpian."

Gabbard has rejected some of the support from rightwing or white nationalist sources, and during last week's Democratic debate she chastised the Times for publishing "smears" and said television commentators calling her a Russian asset were "completely despicable."

The US intelligence community has concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 election in order to help boost the Republican Trump's chances of winning the presidency.

Clinton said it was clear Russia is laying the groundwork for similar interference in 2020, and that they will likely press for a third party candidate to help divide America's electorate.

People in Trump's orbit "know they can't win without a third party candidate," Clinton said.

In 2016, Green Party liberal leader Jill Stein won more votes than Trump's margin of victory in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, three states that would have secured the presidency for Clinton had she won them.

‘Perineum sunning’ is latest insanity wellness influencers swear by
They’re soaking up some rays where the sun don’t shine.

The hottest trend gripping wellness die-hards is tanning their cans, or “perineum sunning,” as influencers are calling it.

“In a mere 30 seconds of sunlight on your butthole, you will receive more energy from this electric node than you would in an entire day being outside with your clothes on,” says an influencer, who goes by Ra of Earth. In a viral video that has racked up more than 35,000 views, he gestures toward the sun as three naked men lie down, point their backsides to the sky and make sounds of pleasure.

And now from our Ooooo! V R Soooo Perfect! Department:
{After a half-century of Habitual and Deliberate Lies}, Newsweek Management Fires Reporter After Inaccurate Article on Trump’s Thanksgiving Day Plans: Report
By Allen Zhong
November 30, 2019

Kwong published an article with the headline “How is Trump spending Thanksgiving? Tweeting, golfing and more” alleging that Trump only planned on tweeting and golfing over the holiday.

The article was published before reports of Trump’s surprise visit to American troops in Afghanistan on Thanksgiving emerged.

“Newsweek investigated the failures that led to the publication of the inaccurate report that President Trump spent Thanksgiving tweeting and golfing rather than visiting troops in Afghanistan,” Newsweek told the Washington Examiner. “The story has been corrected, and the journalist responsible has been terminated. We will continue to review our processes and, if required, take further action.”
Orange-utan's comment of course was priceless:
I thought Newsweek was out of business?

City Tells Church it Will Lose Religious Designation Because it Shelters Homeless People
https://themindunleashed.com/2019/12/cl ... eless.html

(TMU) — Earlier this week, on Christmas Eve, an order from the city of Cleveland was posted on the door of the Denison Avenue United Church of Christ, demanding that they kick out the homeless people that they had been allowing to sleep on their property or face losing their status with the city as a religious organization.

The order came from the Cleveland Division of Fire, citing code violations that they claim are dangerous for the inhabitants. The city is following the letter of the law, in this case, suggesting that it is illegal to change the official use of the building without first filling out the required paperwork and making significant changes to the property.

Among the changes that are required by the fire department are updates to the building’s fire alarm system, adding fire extinguishers and exit sights, along with fire sprinklers and other safety measures.

Local homeless advocates have argued that it is more dangerous to keep these people out on the streets than it is to house them in a building that may not be entirely up to code.

“Six people have frozen to death over the past few years and the unsheltered homeless population continues to rise,” NEOCH executive director, Chris Knestrick told Scene.

We Can No Longer Ignore The Attacks On Jews In New York
In Rockland County last night, during a Chanukah celebration at a synagogue a man stormed in with a machete and stabbed at least five victims, who were taken to the hospital. This is the latest in a string of antisemitic attacks in the New York City area, coming in the wake of the tragic killing of four people during an attack on a Jewish grocery store in Jersey City.

These two acts of violence this month have brought renewed attention to the sharp uptick in anti Jewish violence that has quietly held New York City in its grip over the past few years. Sadly, Mayor Bill de Blasio, who spent much of the year more concerned with his farcical run for president than protecting the citizens of his own city, and the state governments of New York and New Jersey have, been flatfooted in addressing the growing concern.

It has frankly been astounding how little attention attacks on Jews in the New York City area have received. If any other minority group were subject to such abuse, it would be a leading national story. Why have these attacks been swept under the carpet? The clearest answer seems to be that the news media and our political leadership are uncomfortable with the fact that many of these attacks, including last night’s, were perpetrated by black people.

Make no mistake, if white supremacists in MAGA hats were shooting minorities or carving them up with machetes, it wouldn’t just be news, it would be the only news. So satisfying would that narrative be to our politicians and scribes that we would scarcely be able to turn away. But alas, it’s Jews being killed and maimed. And the criminals don’t fit the bill of right-wing, Trump-supporting Nazis, so, you know, it’s complicated.

De Blasio, who has ignored this festering problem for years, had this to tweet last night: “Horrific, So many Jewish families in our city have close ties to Monsey. We cannot overstate the fear people are feeling right now. I’ve spoken to longtime friends who, for the first time in their lives, are fearful to show outward signs of their Jewish faith.”
Nobody wants to talk about it, but something is going on between the black and Jewish communities in the New York City area that needs to be addressed. The Jersey City shooters were Black Hebrew Israelites; the machete-wielding man who attacked last night was also identified as black. It is time we stop simply wishing that this problem did not exist and address it full on.

For progressives like de Blasio, this is hard to do. The notion that hatred is harbored by some in the black community towards Jews does not comport with their hierarchies of oppression. So rather than deal with the problem, they ignore it. This has to stop. And it has to stop now.

Hic to lead Occupied Ireland towards Shariah
chancellor at Queen's University in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland.
The university said Thursday that Clinton was appointed to a five-year term in the largely ceremonial post. “It is a great privilege to become the chancellor of Queen’s University, a place I have great fondness for and have grown a strong relationship with over the years," Clinton said. "The university is making waves internationally for its research and impact, and I am proud to be an ambassador and help grow its reputation for excellence.” Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, actively participated in the peace process that largely ended decades of violence in Northern Ireland. It culminated with the 1998 Good Friday accord. Stephen Prenter, chairman of the university's governing Senate, said Clinton “has made a considerable contribution to Northern Ireland” and "will be an incredible advocate for Queen’s and an inspirational role model for the Queen's community.” The university said its chancellor has three primary roles: presiding when degrees are handed out, advising senior management and serving as an ambassador to “open doors” for the institution.
UBCN adds: {Vice Chancellor Huma Abedin will lead the university's transition to Shariah}

Don't know where else to put this..
Harvard hoisted by own petard as ‘diversity’ students protest decision to deny tenure to ‘grievance studies’ professor
Michael Rectenwald ..is an author of nine books including his most recent work, ‘Google Archipelago.’ He was professor of liberal arts at NYU from 2008 to 2019.

The US university is learning the hard way that the more concessions are given, the more are demanded, as its own proudly-advertised ‘affirmative action’ students are now trying to dictate which professors it should employ.

Lorgia García Peña, currently an associate professor of Romance languages and literatures at Harvard and the supposed centerpiece of Harvard’s fledging Ethnic Studies program, was denied tenure in late November 2019. Her popularity among Latinx and other minority students, who were baffled and shocked by the decision, has led to sit-ins and protests, and an open letter to university administrators demanding the reversal of the tenure denial, with similar faculties from around the country chiming in with their support. The New York Timesreports that student fans of professor Peña feel that Harvard exploits their ethnic identities to meet admissions ‘diversity’ numbers, while their identities are taken for granted and their needs as marginalized students go unmet once they are on campus. They argue that their pet professor provides the recognition of their “stories” and “elevates their voices” as students from marginalized backgrounds.
Queer studies & critical whiteness theory are real, OK?

Unfortunately, the scholarship of Peña and other faculty in ‘grievance studies’ fields – to use a controversial, but clearly-understood term – can’t be judged on anything like objective standards of excellence.

That’s because the disciplines are based on the supposed marginalization, exceptionalism, and peculiarity of the fields and those who study them, including both faculty and their students. The primary criterion for being a grievance studies ‘scholar’ is membership in the oppressed and marginalized group being studied. Such groups are supposedly ‘underrepresented’ in the academy – on the basis of racism. And the standard of ‘inclusion’ in a social identity group is not an academic standard. These programs are established as distinct from and at odds with the rest of the academy. Grievance studies scholars describe the rest of the academy as “a hotbed for racist, sexist theorizing, research, and practices since its inception.”

Considering the accomplishments in other fields as due to white supremacy means that the standards in other fields reflect white supremacism as well. As a result of rejecting the standards in other fields, dismissing rigor as sexist, and deeming excellence as white supremacist, the “lack of legitimacy given to ethnic studies continues to plague not only the programs, but also the professors who created and maintain them.”

Basically, lots of people, even inside the ivory towers, think that they are charlatans.
Yet how much respect do proponents of gender studies, masculinities studies, queer studies, sexuality studies, psychoanalysis, critical race theory, critical whiteness theory, and fat studies actually expect?
Campus Gandhi

Of course, students taking these courses – heavy on the jargon, light on substance – feel that their social identities should be the center of their educational pursuits. After all, this is what their professors tell them.

When they find out that their identities cannot (and should not) be the constant focus of their classroom experiences and social encounters, the grievances they’ve learned to nurture in grievance fields are redoubled, making them even more aggrieved.
In short, they throw a fit, or stage a protest, all the while imagining themselves to be Mahatma Gandhi or Rosa Parks. Now, all this could be waved off as irrelevant Ivy League hijinks, if not for the lamentable fact that the effects of grievance studies have long escaped the academy.
They have fueled the ‘social justice’ drive for diversity. As Heather MacDonald argues, and as I have noted, social justice is eroding academic standards across all of academia, including in the STEM fields. The derailment of academic institutions by a victimology ethos originating in grievance studies fields not only harms students by denying them knowledge, but also undermines the broader society’s faith in academic knowledge claims.

Harvard, not unlike the vast majority of US colleges and universities, cooked its own goose when it decided to pander to these interest groups. By placing the representation of social identity categories and social justice imperatives above the pursuit of knowledge, Harvard has harvested a social justice standard at odds with the standard of truth.

And from our Honorary Sh**te Series:
"I don't support Iran over America. I want America to be better," McGowan said during an exclusive interview with The Associated Press on Friday. Her tweet read: “Dear #Iran, The USA has disrespected your country, your flag, your people. 52% of us humbly apologize. We want peace with your nation. We are being held hostage by a terrorist regime. We do not know how to escape. Please do not kill us.”
The head of Iran's elite Quds force and mastermind of its regional security strategy, Gen. Qassem Soleimani, was killed in a U.S. airstrike early Friday. The attack has caused regional tensions to soar.
She faced outrage over Friday's Twitter post, with some suggesting she move to Iran. McGowan acknowledged that her tweet was unusual.
“I woke up, I stupidly looked at Twitter. I was going to the bathroom, and I was like, ‘what?’” She added that she doesn't believe the governments of either Iran or the U.S.
“So, I just thought I would do something a little strange or unusual ... bloodshed should be avoided if you can,” she said. “And I kind of just thought, what if I take a really bizarre way around this. A very strange thought, I understand.”
McGowan, 46, who is known for her role in the “Scream” movie franchise, was one of the earliest of dozens of women to accuse Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct, making her a major figure in the #MeToo movement.
...McGowan has filed a federal lawsuit alleging Weinstein and two of his former attorneys engaged in racketeering to silence her and derail her career as she prepared to accuse him of rape. An attorney for the mogul has called the suit meritless.

Christian activist plans to sue NFL because Shakira and J-Lo performances endangered his eternal soul
Image

The halftime show at this year’s Super Bowl, featuring Shakira and Jennifer Lopez dancing in daring outfits onstage, drew fury from right-wing Christians — as two middle-aged women of color showing skin is apparently more shameful to them than the president of the United States bragging about assaulting women.

But according to Right Wing Watch, one Christian activist, Dave Daubenmire, is taking things even further. On his “Pass the Salt” podcast, Daubenmire said that he plans to sue the National Football League because the halftime show threatens to prevent him “from getting into the kingdom of Heaven.”

“I think we ought to sue,” said Daubenmire. “Would that halftime show, would that have been rated PG? Were there any warnings that your 12-year-old son—whose hormones are just starting to operate – was there any warning that what he was going to see might cause him to get sexually excited?”

“Could I go into a courtroom and say, ‘Viewing what you put on that screen put me in danger of hellfire’?” he continued. “Could the court say, ‘That doesn’t apply here because the right to [produce] ***** overrides your right to [not] watch it’? Yeah, well, you didn’t tell me I was gonna watch it! You just brought it into my living room. You didn’t tell me there were gonna be crotch shots! That’s discriminatory against the value I have in my house. You can’t just do that. I wanna sue them for about $867 trillion.”

Feed the lad cornflakes. And attach wires to his satanic nether regions so that any fond recall of the halftime show rings a bell in the master bedroom. So the christians can rush in to save his eternal soul.

I’m not making this up.

The other din I accidentally got a ringside seat, placed suitably below the level of the Stage at a premier desi event. Run by desh guvrmand no less. So I actually had to look up at 45 deg azimuth to see the dancers. There were several dances.

I thought these performances were conducted for the benefit of the herd sitting in folding chairs all the way up the auditorim to clap politely.

Total flash (in fact MANY flashes) of Realization, and a totally new Perspective on the Finer Arts!!
And this is when I realized why the Sultans of India, esp the most chaste ones, encouraged the dancers to wear chaste, long flowing gowns and not expose their ankles - **AND** include a good number of high-RPM spins in their performances. Yeah, can be very tough on the Pious...

Woman Becomes the First Known Case of a Person Urinating Alcohol
Pittsburgh woman has become the first person to be diagnosed with a rare syndrome which causes alcohol to brew in the bladder due to the fermentation of yeast and sugar.
The anonymous patient, 61, has diabetes and liver cirrhosis and was on the donor waiting list for a liver transplant. However, she was taken off the list and referred to alcohol abuse treatment instead.

Doctors thought her problem was alcohol addiction; however, the patient denied ever drinking alcohol.
The doctors were understandably skeptical since the repeated urine tests for alcohol showed positive. As the next step, the doctors ran a blood test which surprisingly showed no alcohol in her blood.

In order to crack the mystery, Kenichi Tamama of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennysylvania conducted some basic tests and saw that the woman’s urine contained yeast.

It is not unusual for the urine to have yeast. However, it is also known that diabetes causes a high amount of sugar in the urine. In order to see these two components in action, Tamama ran tests on her urine and discovered that the yeast was fermenting sugar in her bladder.
The doctors named the condition “urinary auto-brewery syndrome”. This yeast, identified as Candida glabrata, is normally found in the body and it is related to what breweries use.

The process that resulted in alcohol is almost exactly the same as the one used by beer makers. Needless to say, this is extraordinary since now we know that the same process can also happen in the human body.

All in all, peeing alcohol might not be that big of a deal after all. According to Tamama, it doesn't affect the patient's health. Efforts were made to eliminate the yeast, but they weren't successful due to the patient’s diabetes.

What happened?

The 4 p.m. incident was caught on surveillance video on Utica Avenue near Sterling Place in Crown Heights, the station said.

The girl apparently was knocked to the sidewalk by one male before others joined the attack and began stomping her
The size of the mob swelled in seconds as more suspects converged upon her:

But one suspect is seen pulling sneakers right off the victim's feet while she's crumpled on the sidewalk:

People say correctly that one has to read actual old Abrahamic scriptures to know where all the stereotypes forced on Hinduism come from.

Rapidly rising water overtook dams and forced the evacuation of about 10,000 people in central Michigan, where the governor said one downtown could be "under approximately 9 feet of water" by Wednesday. For the second time in less than 24 hours, families living along the Tittabawassee River and connected lakes in Midland County were ordered to leave home.

Michigan’s aging stock of dams includes many that are rated as having a “high hazard” potential, which indicates a failure would be life-threatening for people living downstream.

There are at least 150 dams in Michigan with that rating and another 148 with a “significant” hazard rating, according to data from a nationwide Associated Press investigation last fall.
