Kamlesh Tiwari had a sword hanging over him for a long time. This tells me: BJP has only superficial control, and/or if BJP has deep control, elements within BJP (state or center) have green signalled elimination of "problematic" voices -which is terrifying.

An interesting situation is now emerging in Kerala. And it is surprising that this has to happen now (when CPI(M); arch rivals of BJP is ruling KL).

In early 1990s there was the kidnap & subsequent murder of Chekannur Moulavi, a progressive Islamic cleric who was not in good terms with the more Jehadi variety of Muslim organisations. And in the late 1990s Thrissur district, in Kerala had seen a series of deaths of RSS & BJP workers. In the case of at least one RSS worker where the police could clearly identify that it was a murder CPI(M) party workers were arrested. And under the sustained interrogation* of Kerala's finest, the commies admitted doing the crime.

Death of another RSS worker under mysterious circumstances led to K.P Crime Branch launching a more discrete investigation. T.P Sen Kumar IPS (who had a big tussle with the commie CM of Kerala now) was heading the CB CID then. The investigation revealed that in the coastal area in central Kerala there existed a very well established Islamic terror network. They operated as small squads, and a member knew only who is squad commander was. Squad commanders knew their immediate supervisors who were generally operating out of mosques. The breakthrough was when the police's painstaking surveillance helped them identify some Mullahs who were handling multiple squads. And the network was soon busted.

It was soon established that one RSS chap was murdered because he is said to have very close relations with some Muslim families (read it as girls). The CPI(M) cadre who was said to have committed the murders had to be now released, but that was after being imprisoned for four years. Now it is found that another RSS/BJP cadre whose death was said to be in a motor accident was actually murder.

1. Killing of RSS activist: Attacker nabbed after 25 years.
2. Defunct Islamic outfit under police scanner for murder of RS
3. Three held for Kerala RSS man’s murder also killed BJP man in 1995: Cops

Chekannur Moulavi case still needs to have a breakthrough. K.P and CBI both could not recover the dead body. It is said that the murderers dumped the body in one place (and this gang was arrested), but another gang then came and dumped the body else where, and YET another gang moved the body to some where else. All these gangs did not knew each other. TP Sen Kumar is now said to be firmly in the Sangh Parivar camp and he has been quite vocal on Kerala and the Islamic terrorist activities happening there. No wonder he openly says that now, for he knew the happenings way back from 1990s.

* The police sub-inspector who interrogated the commies and made them confess did face a set back in his career. AFAIK he retired a couple of years back, with a rank lower than what he ideally could have expected.
darshan wrote:Does anyone know if RSS/VHP/BJP/etc. keeps lists of their fallen and has any days slotted for remembrance?
At least in Kerala, RSS does this regularly and in many cases BJP as well. But the remembrance functions are generally held at their respective shakhas/party offices.

Very sad news ...

But BJP making manu of uber-yinduvadis is not new news. Anyone ever wonder why BJP went aggressively after the poor? They have already neutralized the "outlier" yinduvadi vote by courting the poor. BJP doesn't care for the "outliers" and is banking on TINA. Sad but true.

The only way to teach BJP a lesson is to take them on in elections. I have stated this many times before.

2. Jihadis get arms from all sorts of illegal sources.

Remnants of SIMI/Indian Mujahideen or something new ?

Lesser-known Al-Hind Brigade claims responsibility for Hindu Samaj Party chief''s killing
A lesser-known outfit called the Al-Hind Brigade claimed responsibility late on Friday night for the murder of Hindu Samaj Party president Kamlesh Tiwari here, though the authenticity of the claim could not immediately be verified.
"We at Al-Hind Brigade claim the responsibility for killing Kamlesh Tiwari, who tried to defame Islam and Muslims. More to come," the outfit said in a WhatsApp message that was widely circulated.

The message, which also carried a photograph Tiwari, said, "Kamlesh Tiwari was a nuisance and whosoever points fingers towards Islam and Muslims, will met same end. Al-Hind Brigade takes the responsibility. Get ready to see more. The war has begun."

Whether the outfit had links with any global terror organisation was not immediately known.

Police, meanwhile, said they were looking at all angles.

"All angles are being looked into and explored. It would be too early to come to any conclusion," Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) P V Ramasastry told PTI.

The Hindu Samaj Party chief was found murdered at his home in the congested Naka Hindola area of the city. PTI NAV SMI IJT

With arms act - 100 %Hindus including nationalists disarmed , Muslim (illegally) armed
Without arms act - 50% Hindus and 100 % all Hindu nationalists/Kamalesh tiwari types armed, Muslims legally armed (same as above)

which one is better ?

The strategy of banning arms were implemented by the British in Malabar region. The massacre of Hindus in Moplah rebellion proves that peacefools will acquire arms by any means.

Muslims have had access to arms for long long time. It's just the usage of it was greenlighted as needed. I have even posted an example or two of how easy it's for a muslim on ground to kill Hindu in Gujarat and disappear using drugs and liquor routes in Gujarat.

Any given day access to arms is better for Hindus. With spread out Hindu population and Hindus are essentially sitting ducks with no way to go out by taking one or two with you to level the field.

Too much seekoolarism being taught right from school level right up to the IAS/IPS/IFS training academies. Will take far too long to remedy that.

However, A senior police official needs to make a statement putting the murder in proper context.

The practical reality is, those with sophisticated arms are 99% Hindus or Dharmic any way. When the time comes, these weapons are going to point in the right direction. For people who feel strongly the need to own a weapon for personal protection, they can own one provided they have the right antecedents and a high level of wealth. This is not as wrong as it appears, because it is the reality of how a REPUBLIC works.. India needs republicanism because democracy has devolved into a free for all.

It looks like he is simply protecting his own rear and refusing to admit any lapses. This moment in time has come about because of historic failures in controlling the 'meme machine'/knowledge propagation machine of Muslims. Deoband needs to be tackled. Madrassas need to be controlled. What any Maulvi says needs to be controlled. Perhaps another five years from now..

I posted a twitter thread around election time earlier this year. When I was a kid, all my uncles in rajasthan had illegal weapons at home. A lot of swords and daggers were ancestral, but still they were keen to have concealed weapons in the form of walking sticks and what not..In my teens i asked them why weapons and why illegal..their points were
1. Obviously for defense, if required.
2. For illegal, they mentioned legal weapons will taken back by collectors/police during riots..illegals are more certain to be around at that time. Secondly, they are being made by Hs so it keeps them in this business to counter it. Over the course of years, most of Hs have been marginalized or moved out to be part of india's economic growth. Leaving the entire space open to other side...

Do you really think crackdown will work. The average age of UP policemen would be in 30's. At this age the mindset doesn't change. The institution of Police in India was created by British to surveil and suppress the Hindu population of India for the benefit of the empire. The same system continues till this date. Only difference between then and now is that today Policemen have also become money generating machines both for themselves and their higher ups.

The problem is that compared to 1992/1993 and even 2002, Hindus don't have the street muscle any longer to counter islamic thuggery. This is because of multiple reasons. First one is the aspirational nature of the Hindus and second reason is 10 year UPA rule from 2004-2014 which sapped the Hindu morale greatly. Another reason is that riots of earlier era are too crude and have extremely adverse economic side effects and hence counter to Indian govt's efforts to lure more foreign investment.

So what is the answer? Well instead of hammer we now need a scalpel. I will leave it to your imagination what it means.

Plus we need a Hindu national guard with the best weaponry and training available and affordable. Americans have their militia movement along with Right to keep and bear arms. Iranians have their revolutionary guard and Al qods force. They too have militaries and police available. However these report to the state and are not aligned with civilizational objective of the nation. In case of India that means if an islamic like Hamid Ansari becomes PM, the army and other state agencies will be carrying out his instructions. Indeed this happened to Col Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya, Swami Asimanand etc, when they were tortured by state agencies even when an islamic was not a PM.

Plus we need to empower responsible, disciplined and aware Hindu citizens by arming and training them. That is the only way to ensure that Hindus will prevail and emerge victorius in the coming decades. Make no mistake, this is the century when it will be decided, to whom the subcontinent belongs. Hindus or islamics. Probably before 2050.

Police force in India(most of the states anyway) has become totally useless and even detrimental to Hindu interests. A genuine Hindu ruling establishment would actually be thinking how to replace existing police force with a force that actually advances our civilizational interests in medium to long term.

Kamlesh Tiwari Murder: Muslim Killer Forged Hindu Colleague's Aadhaar Card To Join victim's Hindu Outfit
Surat resident Ashfaq Shaikh, a prime suspect in the murder case, allegedly replaced his colleague Rohit Solanki's photo on the latter's Aadhaar card with his own. He also changed the birth date on the Aadhaar card.
The initial probe into the killing highlights that Shaikh was the mastermind behind the murder plan and has been on the run along with another suspect Moinuddin. Solanki told reporters that he had no idea about Shaikh's acts before his name cropped up in the murder.

"I used work as a medical representative for a pharma company and Ashfaq Shaikh was my immediate senior. Since he was the area manager, I submitted a copy my Aadhaar card to him to complete the joining formalities as per the company policy. Now I have learnt that he forged the Aadhaar card to assumed my identity," PTI quoted Solanki as saying.

"Ashfaq replaced my photo with his on the Aadhaar card. He also changed the birth date, but left other details like my name and the unique identification number untouched," Solanki said. Solanki said he never found Shaikh's behaviour suspicious in the last 18 months when he had worked with him.
Shaikh aka Solanki was inducted into the HSP by its Gujarat unit president Jaimin Dave.

Dave said he was not aware of the original identity of Shaikh, as the Aadhaar card submitted by the latter identified himself as Solanki. Dave further said Shaikh had sent him a friend request on Facebook. The UP police on Monday announced a reward of Rs 2.5 lakh each for arrests of two more suspects.

Uttar Pradesh ATS has arrested a cleric from Bareilly, alleged to be in touch with the killers of HSP chief on Tuesday. The cleric is being brought to Lucknow for interrogation. The ATS and STF had tracked the location of the assailants, Moinuddin and Ashfaq, to Bareilly, Moradabad and Shahjahanpur.

Sources told news agency IANS that the two assailants had met the cleric when they visited Bareilly after the murder on Friday last. The cleric is said to have provided logistical support to them. The investigating agencies have so far arrested seven persons in connection with the murder of Kamlesh Tiwari, who was shot dead in his office in Lucknow on October 18.

Meanwhile in Nagaland

Big boost for pro-agreement Naga groups as senior leaders quit NSCN-IM for a peace deal
Senior functionaries of the Naga-rebels group, Nationalist Social Council of Nagaland, Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM) joined the rival grouping on Friday favouring early resolution of more than six decades-long Naga insurgency and slammed the Muivah faction’s continued demand for a separate Naga flag and constitution that led to a stalemate in talks with the Centre on Thursday.

Hukavi Yeputhomi--who was part of the NSCN-IM team which held talks with the Centre in New Delhi on Thursday -- joined the Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs) with 17 others and said an agreement with the Centre was the need of the hour for the Naga people.
A consortium of the seven rebel groups other than the NSCN-IM, NNPGs, are in talks with the Centre since 2017 and willing for a final agreement without insisting on a separate flag and constitution. Yeputhomi said it will be done without “compromising” on Naga history and identity.
Centre has rejected the NSCN-IM’s demand for a separate flag and constitution and the negotiations are now likely to go past the October-31 deadline set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, however the defections are likely to weaken and isolate NSCN’s stance. Hukavi said it was time to be pragmatic and contentious issues could be raised democratically later.

Mean while in the socialist heaven of KL, there seems to be a "Red on Red" kind of targetting happening. And add to this good a mix of peacefools also.

Bengaluru: Apartments plan ban on migrant workers
The "activists" gang already seems to be up in arms. And most of them seems to be the yuppie crowd in Apartment buildings. From the report..
Condemning such actions in the absence of any official guidelines, Geetha Menon of Stree Jagruti Samithi, working for the rights of domestic workers, termed the move absurd. “Just because someone is a Bengali-speaking Muslim, he/she cannot be dubbed an illegal immigrant and removed from work. If that is the case, what about a similar crowd working in MNCs?

Notice the the attempt to bring in religious angle as well as linking it up with MNCs (i.e IT/Vity crowd). Ms. Menon perhaps should release facts and figures on illegals working in IT companies before making such claims.

NRC in Karnataka? Inside the detention centre for illegal immigrants 40 km from Bengaluru
The report has pictures of the detention camp. And looks like after Assam and West Bengal the maximum Bangladeshi illegals may be now be in Bengaluru city alone.

This may be a first time event in the history of India. Main Stream Media, the "seculars & liberals" all support the much abused police men. Just because BJP is ruling India and A.Shah is the Central Home Minister .
Social media messages fuelled protest
Non-gazetted policemen demand permission to form association
Law out of order in New Delhi
Police entitled to same human rights as anyone: CIPSA
MHA monitoring situation, Delhi Police submits report

Hope the incidents at Delhi lead to a change in policy when handling lawyers v/s police issues. Similar incidents had happened in Chennai High Court as well as and the bias was quite obvious. One party in the incident cannot be let at the mercy of the other who happens to be closer to the arbitrators of justice.

Why didn't the police go and arrest the lawyers who attacked them? Their faces are on camera. The individual policemen who got attacked can themselves file an FIR and register a case of assault after which an armed unit can be sent to arrest them. If they resist arrest, well too bad for them. Looking down the barrel of a SLR might improve their behavior. I don't understand the point in protesting when the police themselves have the power to go and do something and bring these criminals to justice. There are laws against assault already. What more do they need? It is their job to enforce those laws even when they themselves are the victims. It's not like they are facing highly trained terrorists here.

Delhi HC has passed an order for no action against lawyers, while asking Police seniors to be transferred, that was the trigger. I know as a rule some lawyers who deliberately break traffic rules and state they are lawyers let's see what you can do to cops. Due to lawyer access to judges, police have been rendered powerless and humiliated in many cases.

Police trying to indiminate lawyers is a suicide mission, guaranteed career ending and going to jail without compensation and the family going to ruin.

So basically Police cannot act on the Judicial System even when they cross the line. There will be blow back in terms of reduced security to the Lawyers and Judges. Few will potentially lose their lives in robbery incidents. In this fracas the only losers are citizens, who know that both the Police and the Judicial System are rotten to the core. Tareek pe Tareek and Hafte pe Hafta.

How to reform the Indian Bureaucracy : Police, IAS, IPS, Judiciary: At least the Politicians we can throw out every 4 years.
