I was going to say....but I feel there will be an open ended verdict. Expect the AIMPLB to come out and say we don't want to be associated with Babar's legacy, we want to preserve our deobandi heritage.

I am getting a bit stressed out. If Hindus lose, then it will be a push to all Jihadis in India.

However if Hindus win, then in due course, the reclamation will expand. It seems like Indian Muslims don't really care much about BM, but don't want it to expand to other mosques which were built on temples. In other words they are afraid of a pandora's box opening.

How do we characterize win/lose here if the SC merely upholds the Allahabad HC verdict which split the land 3 ways?

If it is a split, then it is a loss for the Hindu side because it means that their beliefs have no importance in India.

The HC decision granted the site of the Ram idol to Ram Lalla Virajman. The Nimrohi Akhada which got the second piece of land also wants to build a temple there. It should be possible for the two parties to come together and build the temple on the combined piece of land.

I am asking because the SC milaards will probably want to take the easy way out and upholding previous verdict would be the easiest for them.

I am not content with anything less than all the 40K Temples being reclaimed from Muslims. So, I have an issue with people like SuSwamy who want to stop at 3. He does not speak for me nor for the 100s of millions of Hindus slaughtered by Islamic fanatics.

And usually, when I say this, the common refrain from my friends is "be practical". That's missing the whole point. The whole point is to march towards a goal, even if it takes a 1000 years to achieve it. What is dar-ul-islam anyway? Is it practical? Yet, millions of Muslims are willing to kill and die for it. Its their North Star.

Interesting. I remember that UBCN pioneered the use of the betting markets b4 the desh election. This time v r recommending watching the commodities market for the prices of gas cylinders. (Sorry, I hope that does not become a particularly bad joke...)
Security has to be tightened around all temples/mandirs/gurudvaras and Jain-Buddhist shrines. Also mosques because false-flag attacks may be expected, to be blamed on "Y-T". Particularly Shia mosques.

The frustration in Terroristan is palpable and has reached critical levels. Go and see Quereshi's rant yesterdin, with Indian papparazzi goading him about POrK. Went off into an utterly rabid rant with Yellow Sea, Cash More, and eventually to New Clear.

All this time since Aug. 5 and not ONE "successful" terror attack. Meanwhile, several terror camps pulverized, global humiliation...
PA stock is lower than at any time since Jan. 1972.

Precautionary measures have been taken around the country, with section 144 imposed in some places - even in far away BLR. Better to stay indoors if possible.

Whatever decision SC delivers in #Ayodhya case, it'll not be a victory or defeat of anyone. My appeal to the countrymen is that it should be the priority of all of us that this decision should further strengthen the great tradition of peace, unity&goodwill of India.

at best a 3-2 verdict IMHO. no way, chandrabora & nazeer will not vote for a maximalist jihadi/naxal pasand position.
and the verdict itself will be ambiguous.
we will lose onlee :((

This Court set up under Constitutional scheme should defer from interfering with faith and belief of worshippers.

Secularism basic feature of the Constitution.

There is adequate material in ASI report to conclude the following:

Babri Masjid not constructed on vacant land. There was a structure underlying the disputed structure.

The underlying structure was not an Islamic structure, Supreme Court.
