The damage done by this is far more greater than the combined assault from Aurangzeb's and Portuguese's Goa's inquisition. We cannot fathom what future holds for us unless something magical happens. Modi/AS won't hold the fort forever, and the BIFs have big perseverance and solid funding.

It could be revolt of the Pidis orchestrated by Pappu.
The goal is to get rid of Mama's Rasputins.

If you look at the demographic damage that has occurred over last 70 years, it's been quite shocking. It's a result of minority pandering, and there are absolutely no checks & balances to counter the proselytizing cultural invasion (aided by Gelf or Padres from West). Even if BJP brings in anti-conversion law, and God forbid the Queen comes back to power, they will repeal all that. This democracy does not prevent Congress party from meddling or diluting laws that have strategic implications for demographic balances. I don't know what alternate system would it be, but we need democracy more catered along the Indic values.Karan M wrote:Please explain further.shravanp wrote:

As long as the Hindus are prevented from practicing their religion, teaching it in their schools, their history is distorted and falsified, they have no control over their temples and places of worship and the funds that are generated by the donations of pious Hindus are stolen by the govt, and used for pandering and supporting the minorities, there is neither democracy nor secularism nor justice in the country.
we are paying jizya to keep the ever greedy minorities pampered, powerful and permit the creation of vote banks to elect the same cruddy politicos over and over again.
Articles of 28 to 30, 25, 26: you need to pick it up from here onwards. There are more.
Article 25 says "all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice, and propagate religion subject to public order, morality and health." Further, Article 26 says that all denominations can manage their own affairs in matters of religion.
Here are few facts which prove Indian constitution is a anti-Hindu constitution.
Articles of 28 to 30 - Fundamental rights of religion are exclusive to non-Hindus… even where they're majority.
30(1) of Constitution, “All minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.”
Article 30 (1A) restricts the State’s right to acquire property of a minority educational institution whereas Article 30(2) prevents State discrimination against a minority educational institution.
During deliberations of the Constituent Assembly, it was presumed that majority community i.e. the Hindus were automatically entitled to the rights stipulated for minorities in Articles 29 and 30.
But in actual practice, these rights have been denied to Hindus by the successive governments. There is no similar provision in the constitution of any other country in the world where majority has been denied such a basic right.
And because of articles 28-30 of Indian constitution,
1. Hindus cannot open and run their education institute as freely like other minorities. They cannot teach their religious subjects like the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayan and other scriptures and epics whereas other minorities like Muslims and Christians can teach their religious subjects.
2. Hindus cannot run and control their religious organizations like temples. The government controls the management of Hindu Religious Organizations, Temples etc. while same condition is not applied to other minorities.
3. Government imposes tax on Hindus Temples but gives financial aid to Minority Religious Organizations like Mosques, Churches etc. Government gives aid to Madrasa but same thing is not applied to Sanskrit Vedic Schools and Hindus Religious Institutions.
4. Temples will pay revenue on their income, but no Mosques or Churches need to pay tax on their income.
5. Article 21A of the Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of the RTE Act, Hindu run schools are forced to take admissions but same doesn't apply on Muslims, Christians and other minorities run schools.
But even we accept this discrimination against religious 'majority' than why Hindus are not given rights available to religious minorities in 8 states where they are minority?
Because, Indian constitution is not discriminating against religious majority, it is discriminatory and biased against Hindus specifically.

why
the british parliament has existed for much longer than that:
15 June 1215 (Lords only)
20 January 1265 (Lords and elected Commons)
and nobody has complained or asked to replace it
In fact, they boast of being a "crowned" democracy.
they don't have a written constitution because, probably back then no one knew how to write
and today they still have illiterate MPs like Debbie Abrahams who don't know how to read.

Land Jihad: NGO says Abdullahs, Ghulam Nabi Azad and PDP helped in Islamisation of Jammu region with encroachments, state-sponsored settlements
|OpIndia Staff On February 17, 2020|
A Jammu-based NGO, Ikkjut Jammu, has released a report on the 6th of February on the demographic invasion of Jammu. In a press conference, the chairman of the NGO, Advocate Ankur Sharma, narrated the manner in which the Abdullah family and Ghulam Nabi Azad of the Congress party allegedly orchestrated a state-sponsored demographic shift of the Jammu region.
Sharma accused the ‘Secular-Muslim politicians’ of Jammu & Kashmir, the Abdullahs, the PDP and Ghulam Nabi Azad of engaging in a state-sponsored demographic invasion of the Jammu region. The demographic invasion was reportedly orchestrated with the very intention of altering the Hindu-majority character of the region. The report says that these leaders illegally occupied forest lands and built their houses on them and then proceeded to settle people from ‘Samuday Vishesh’ (mainstream media lingo for Muslims) on these illegally encroached land.
Advocate Sharma said that it was part of a state-sponsored effort to convert Jammu into a Muslim-majority province so that it could be made more like Kashmir. He said that legislative and executive interventions were made to achieve the said objective. He also said that migration was induced through specific policies. Advocate Sharma said that dubious NGOs who receive funds from Islamic countries helped Muslims buy property in Hindu dominated localities. As a consequence, a ring of Muslim colonies has been formed around Jammu.
The Waqf Board has also been accused of illegally capturing lands from poor people. Advocate Sharma said that thousands of Kanals of land from the poor people of Jammu have been illegally captured by the Waqf and then, was allotted to people from ‘Samuday Vishesh’. He also said that 100,000 residential accommodations have been constructed for Muslims around Jammu since 1990. According to demographic experts that were consulted, the Hindu character of Jammu will no longer remain intact in the next few decades and it will become a Muslim majority region.
Advocate Sharma also said that in 1994, there were 3 Mosques in Jammu in 1994 and twenty-six years later, the number stands at 100. Some areas of Jammu which were discovered to be symbolic of the demographic shift underway are Bhatindi, Narwal, Sunjwan, Kaluchak, Peer Baba Mohalla, Poonchi Mohalla, Channi Rama, Channi Himmat, Raika, Sidhra, Rangoora, Khanpur, Nagrota, Gujjar Mohalla, Qasim Nagar on both sides of newly built NH 44 Bypass. It was also said that the state-sponsored demographic shift in Jammu was pursued with the objective of turning the region into another Kashmir.

It's a common fallacy that India has a British derived political system. It doesn't. There are commonalities but that is understandable since there are only a few popular forms of representative government. The Indian system of government was independently created by a committee whose leader (Ambedkar) was American educated and influenced by their system.
India doesn't even have the common law legal system that originated in UK, but a combination of common and customary law. The parliamentary system is not a British creation, and was present Spain a few hundred years before UK.
A large nation whose existence and political system is closest to India's is Germany, who were a peer as far as developing a system of government goes (both countries had constitutions written in 1949). However, unlike Germany, India has a history of politically united forms far predating that of Germany. India's current geographic extent was politically united under Chandragupta Maurya 2300 years ago, and several times since, while Germany did not unite until after the revolutions of 1848, culminating in the foundation of the German Empire after the Franco-Prussian war of 1871.
The most fundamental difference is that India is a federal state like Germany. UK, like France, is a unitary state.
India is a republic again like Germany, the UK is a monarchy.
India has two elected houses of parliament like Germany . The UK only ever had one. It has no province level representation at the national government, unlike the Rajya Sabha or the German Bundesrat.
Both have a multiparty system , as does Germany and many others.
India has a written constitution, inspired by the US and French ones. The UK does not.
India permitted universal adult suffrage with a single vote, from inception in 1951. The UK did so from 1948. Until that time, they had plural voting, where a subgroup of people could vote multiple times in different constituencies.
The main artifact of commonality with UK is that of the overlap with the Westminster form of procedure. However, the underlying structure of government and devolution of powers is so fundamentally different that it cannot be claimed that the procedure is the same.

France to stop foreign Imams from entering the country in an effort to counter “Islamic extremism and separatism”
"I won't let any foreign country feed a cultural, religious or identity-related separatism on our Republic's ground," French President Emmanuel Macron said
FEBRUARY 20, 2020
Highlighting the risk of “separatism” and “foreign interference” in the way Islam is practised in the country, the French President Emmanuel Macron on February 18 (Tuesday) announced that his administration would restrict other countries from sending imams and Islamic teachers to France after the year 2020. Every year around 300 Imams go to France from countries all across the world.
Addressing a news conference during his visit to the eastern city of Mulhouse, Macron said he would gradually put a stop to the practice in which foreign countries deploy imams to France to preach in mosques and teach Islam to students.
He said that this step was necessary to curb Islamic Extremis and terrorist activities in France. “This end to the consular Islam system is extremely important to curb foreign influence and make sure everybody respects the laws of the republic,” said the French President.
Macron asserted that his administration had asked the French Muslim Council (CFCM), the body representing Islam in France, to instead focus on training imams on French territory and ensuring they can speak French and not spread radical Islamist views.
The French President opined that though it is true that not all terrorists are Muslims, however, most such terror-related cases have links with Islamic terrorism. This is why such rigid steps were being taken, said Macron.
He furthered that France will establish bilateral agreements with other countries to allow French authorities to have control over school courses and their content starting in September.
“From September, the teaching of culture, and in foreign languages, will be removed from everywhere on Republic soil,” Macron said.
According to Macron, 300 imams are sent to France each year. Those who come in 2020 would be the last intake, he said. “The problem is when in the name of a religion, some want to separate themselves from the Republic and therefore not respect its laws,” Macron said adding that after September this year, foreign Muslim Imams would be banned from entering France.
“Mosques financed with transparency with imams trained in France and respectful of the Republican values and principles, that’s how we will create the conditions so that Muslims in France can practice freely their religion,” Macron said.
France has agreements with nine countries, including Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey, under which their governments can send teachers to French schools to teach languages to students originally from these countries. Macron said he has reached an agreement to end the practice with all of these countries except Turkey.
“I won’t let any country, whatever it is, feed separatism,” Macron said. “You can’t have Turkish law on French soil. That can’t be.” He added that “Turkey today can make the choice to follow that path with us or not, but I won’t let any foreign country feed a cultural, religious or identity-related separatism on our Republic’s ground.”
In 2018, France Prime Minister Edouard Philippe had also announced steps including creation of isolation zones for Islamist militants in France’s prisons and more scrutiny on the licensing of faith-based schools that opt out of the state-funded system to combat what he called a “slow-burning threat from Islamist radicalization”.
“Islamist radicalization is a threat to our society, and not just when it leads to violence. It’s a challenge every time the law of the state is respected only if compatible with religious tenets,” the Prime Minister had said.
France has been long combating Islamic radicalisation and violent extremism. Children radicalisation is also growing in France and often results in excessive measures. We had reported how two radicalised teens had wanted to blow up the Eiffel Tower after embracing Islam in 2016.
In 2015, a string of deadly attacks was carried out by Islamist militants, including the massacres at the Charlie Hebo satirical magazine and Bataclan music venue.
In February 2018, the French government presented a new plan to combat Islamist threat in a 60-measure document entitled “Prevent to Protect.” The plan, presently in place, calls for a cross-disciplinary approach, including the reinforcement of secularism in schools and a “greater awareness of radicalization” in the workplace.

No System would work if Hindus themselves do not push for equality from Govt. Blaming either Nehru or Gandhi or Sonia or sometimes even RSS are mere rants. Despite all the majority that we claim we are in India,
Imagine a govt could plan to foist communal violence bill on us and yet we elect them at state level and also give them 10% seats in the Parl. Even the chief designer gets elected almost unchallenged from Sultanpur.
A govt which could happily go ahead to distort traditions at our temples, Offer free land to EJ's and yet keep getting elected.
Kashmiri terrorists who boast of killing Hindus could walk into national capital and engage in talks and seminars and be feted.

I think the question it was for the sustained assaults of a perpetually victim community. So you are elaborating on the quesion itself. Yes you are right military conquests were not the only thing. But they influenced heavily. This strategy has been debated in BRF pages over long. Re: 2020 Strategic and Political Analysis-1
Could India have adopted a very different Constitution from the one that it ended up adopting in 1950? Jinnah kept asking for a separate nation for Muslims. Congress under Gandhi kept opposing it. Having opposed it on the ground that religion cannot be a basis nation formulation, they couldn't have designed a Constitution that put Hindus on a pedestal or giving Hinduism a special status as official religion of the State. Then Jinnah and Muslim League leaders that followed him could have taunted the Congress by saying, "See, we were right along". The Congress had perforce give a Constitution for India that explicitly affirmed Secularism as the guiding principle. Moreover having argued that the two communities are capable of living together how it can it not contain some explicit assurances promising protection of a certain way of life of the minorities. That it became a grotesque form appeasement and pandering to minority sensibilities dictated by electoral calculations is another matter. It has to be said, till the likes of Owaisis and Badruddin Ajmals came along, that strategy paid Congress electoral dividends for nearly 70 years.Suraj wrote:It's a common fallacy that India has a British derived political system.

Here's the editorial piece that New York Times has published, written by terrorist SIRAJUDDIN HAQQANI.
As usual, Sirajuddin makes an impassioned plea in favour of the Taliban. And New York Times chose to mainstream his terror propaganda.

Shiv Sena seeks Amar Jawan Jyoti like memorial for ‘martyrs’ of Ram Mandir movement
(reports @Eeshanpriya)
https://www.hindustantimes.com/india-ne ... ncLKL.html
Everyone is playing everyone else. Theek hai. This comes just two days after Sena’s ally in Maharashtra, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief Sharad Pawar, called for a trust to oversee building of a mosque in Ayodhya along the lines of the Ram Mandir Trust formed to oversee the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya.
“It is evident that God Ram will be the chief guest of the election campaign. Because the issues of Pakistan or surgical strike will not work in 2024 election,” Saamana said.
It added, “The Ram Mandir in the country is a matter of religious pride and faith, but if it is going to be politicised, who will take it upon themselves to stop it?”
Saamana has also suggested that leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Nitish Kumar, and Sharad Pawar should be invited to the ‘Bhoomipoojan’ of the temple and also suggested possible dates for its holding.
“The Bhoomipoojan can happen on the upcoming dates for festivities of Gudi Padva or Ramnavami, and will likely happen at the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But other leaders should be invited to leave no scope for criticism that BJP monopolised the function,” it said.

This is epically stupid from the congress party. Can citizens also opt not to pay income tax?
https://twitter.com/ShashiTharoor/statu ... ote]Shashi Tharoor @ShashiTharoor
. Swati,i think what @rssurjewala meant was, asNehruji said, that a uniform civil code is a desirable objective but it cannot be forced upon people; you must build up a consensus by taking every community along before you adopt it. Once it's adopted,of course it's binding on all.
am i the only one who thinks this letter is straight from ISI/ISPR/Paki playbook.
I could read the victimhood narrative, the call for peace, the losses incurred because they chose to take guns, and yet blaming it on other party, high ideals...but under the purview of their holy book, and the most imp one, give us what we want, we would be a good guy and eveything thing would be fine...
btw does he know how to write english..for someone based in afghanistan/pakistan he writes fantastic english..did he study in bacha khan university..pun intented...
