looks like the consequences of pissing off this new BJP avatar unlike the one in the ABV era, may be quite profound.

Central Govt knew Maharashtra govt won't let CBI investigate this. Hence Sushant's dad was asked to file an FIR in Bihar.

Now if not Maharashtra, Bihar govt will ask for CBI investigation & then on technical grounds, CBI with courts permission will take over.

Leaders Clashed Over Congress Decline, Manmohan Singh Was Silent: Sources
New Delhi: Sonia Gandhi's meeting with Congress MPs on Thursday saw arguments and sharp criticism by younger leaders who were seen to blame the party's last government for its massive downfall since.

The sparring between former Union Ministers who were part of the Manmohan Singh government and leaders identified as members of Rahul Gandhi's team has once again highlighted the rift within the Congress since the party lost power to the BJP in 2014.

The younger leaders reportedly said those who were part of the last UPA government should take the blame for the Congress's rapid decline. Some of them also called for Rahul Gandhi's return as Congress president, pointing out that there was no consensus on any other candidate.

Manmohan Singh, the two-time Prime Minister whose second term ended in a haze of corruption and policy paralysis allegations, did not say a word during the four-hour video meeting, say sources.

It's a neat bihari fait accompli.

people have been waiting for the longest time for just such a chance to legitimately launch a probe into all angles of jehadi funding and paki linkages in bollywood.

No wonder many big political/producer/actor/financier families in MAH/bollywood and other "woods" are scared $chittless and panicked. All of them do not want/cannot afford to have such a probe, especially the crafty old men & a few younger producers who’ve inherited film empires.

many will pay the highest price for the recent gadhari and shenanigans in the formation of the maha vikas aghadi

ED has already stepped in, filed a PMLA case and is investigating money laundering angle by @Tweet2Rhea & her fatichar family neatly circumventing debate on CBI.

Now pawarfool peoples and rafale haters and the manus cannot do anything, but watch hopelessly how Sushant Singh Rajput's conspiracy starts to unravel and engulfs the evildoers.
Narrative 1: Bollywood cabal mocks & demeans SSR, sabotages his films, drives him into depression & isolation.

Narrative 2: Rhea & family step in, control his life & business, tip him over the edge.

BOTH narratives accurate. NOT either/or.

Regarding SSR death and Mahsh Bh, what rankles one is how this fellows son got away after being the tourist guide for one of most deadly terrorist attacks on India.
It takes having a lot of deep connections and a lot of secrets to accomplish that. Even Indian politicians cannot get that kind of immunity.
It’s almost like that person who was suicided in the NY jail.
It would be foolish to imagine that India would not have a far deeper and worse network of exploitation. Else how do these people always get away. Money laundering, terrorism, prostitution, pedophila, straight out hit-jobs etc. There has to be such a nexus and those who are deep into it are protected.

Shri. Ra.Ga should be invited as he is a Janayudhari Brahmin. And perhaps even be asked to join the other priests during the rituals. Why deny that rights? UP CM Yogi should formally on record invite the Ghandi-Nehru family to take part in the function. Their absence is only going to expose the 'secularism' of Congress even further.

The fact that some of the highest echelons of Indian "leadership" that allegedly "won" the freedom struggle for India was corrupt, manipulative, devious, morally bankrupt, delusional and corrosive is often missed by the aam aadmi.

it's only now that we are slowly discovering to what extent the machiavellian and conniving britshit deep state was in cahoots with the deluded Indian leadership that it so cleverly and ever so subtly cultivated and treacherously propped up, while playing off jinnah and the muslim hordes to corral and herd the "freedom movement" in well defined directions so as to ensure desired outcomes that were strategically beneficial to the long term interests of the britshits in this region and the oil rich gelf.

Misadventures and policy fiascos of Congress governments of the past

Even as the Indian National Congress (INC) inherited, by default, the reins of power from the British in 1947, it went about making mistake after mistake. The combined weight of these mistakes has resulted in the party ending up in the political doghouse.

The first mistake it committed was allowing Jawaharlal Nehru to become Prime Minister instead of its own choice of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The party acquiesced to the whims of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who backed Nehru. It displayed a lack of political sagacity by failing to keep in its fold patriotic freedom fighters like Subhas Chandra Bose.

In fact, Bose had to resign from the post of the Party President due to the manipulations by MK Gandhi and his coterie in the Congress Working Committee. After that, Bose formed an independent party by the name The Forward Block and fought for India’s freedom from outside the Congress umbrella. This was the second mistake. The third mistake was allowing Nehru’s daughter to succeed him, thereby paving the way for the perpetuation of a family rule. The party has lost all its credibility after being bogged down under far too many scams and scandals. Now, there is no tall leader to steer it clear of the impending disaster.

Inept and Inefficient Leadership
Be that as it may, during its 55-year long rule, the Congress governments suffered from inept and inefficient leadership. In matters of foreign and defence policies, the Congress leadership was notorious for not taking a nation-centric stance. Nehru was, in particular, given to flights of fancy and romantic visions about India and its neighbours.

He believed in his ability to trade-off magnanimity with peace from neighbouring states. Instead of winning wars with belligerent neighbours and keeping India’s territorial integrity intact, he kept seeking admiration and accolade of the international community with his lofty speeches and platitudes for peace.

Army in Disarray
He even questioned the need for an Army for a peace-loving nation like India. The Army was neglected, and the leadership of the armed forces denigrated. There was the meddling of political leadership in the armed forces, and sycophancy was promoted. There was no procurement of weapons or equipment. The Army was rocked by corruption scandals. Shockingly, during those days India’s intelligence services were in a shambles.

Foreign Policy Fiasco
Nehru’s ceaseless espousal of non-alignment had no traction in international politics. With all his talk about peaceful co-existence between nations and the Non-Aligned Movement in a bi-polar world, Nehru wanted to make a mark for himself as a statesman par excellence. In the bargain, India’s foreign policy was left in tatters. He was busy sending members of his family and coterie as Ambassadors abroad more to promote his image than to win friends for India. One of Nehru’s biggest foreign policy blunders was his not insisting on a One-India policy in return for the One-China policy that he readily agreed to.

Pakistan
When the Pakistani marauders invaded Kashmir in 1947, the Indian Army successfully repelled and pushed them back at the request of Maharaja Hari Singh, who was willing to accede his State to India. Instead of insisting on its unequivocal accession, the Nehru government granted the State special status under Article 370 of the Constitution. The grand gesture backfired, and Kashmir became a nest of vipers, where anti-nationals of all hues and shades and terrorists took sanctuary. When the Indian forces were on the verge of a complete victory, Nehru needlessly appealed to the UNSC and went for a ceasefire.

This was both unnecessary and uncalled for. Now, only 55% of Kashmir is with India. To make matters more confounded, Pakistan ceded some territories of the occupied Kashmir to China! Nehru crowned his mistakes with an offer of a plebiscite on Kashmir in the UN. Apart from lack of sound judgment, these actions betray a muddled-up mindset and a lack of imagination and the perils of distancing oneself from the ground reality vis-a-vis a hostile neighbour. The Congress governments, which succeeded the Nehru-led government, never displayed any sign of lessons learnt from past mistakes.

We have had several wars, conflicts and military stand-offs with Pakistan over the Kashmir issue and cross-border terrorism during the Congress rule without any conclusive resolution of the problems. This was primarily because every time India’s action was in the nature of a knee-jerk reaction, and there was a lack of political will and defence preparedness. Subsequent to the ceasefire at the end of the 1965 war, India and Pakistan signed the Tashkent Agreement. In terms of the Agreement, India returned the Haji Pir Pass, which had been won from Pakistan. All that Pakistan did to reciprocate was to promise an end to the hostilities. It did not even keep this promise. This dealt a heavy blow to our diplomacy.

Similarly, the Simla Agreement that we had with Pakistan at the end of the 1971 war that culminated in the liberation of Bangladesh brought to the fore another bungling at the negotiating table by our political leadership. The Agreement called for, among other things, the exchange of POWs between the two countries. Whereas India returned all the 96,000 Pakistani POWs, Pakistan reneged on its commitment and returned only 617 Indian POWs, holding back 54, who are still languishing in Pakistani jails, if alive. This was an unimaginable fiasco after a splendidly fought war. The sheen of the military victory was lost to the muddle headedness of the political leadership of the day.

China
The India-China war of 1962 was an unmitigated disaster that brought India to its knees. Apart from being caught totally unprepared, our Army was in no shape to fight, with hardly the necessary weapons and equipment available. India had to seek help and aid from other countries. This was the same China in whose favour Nehru had sacrificed Indian candidature for permanent membership of the UN Security Council. India has ever since been unsuccessfully lobbying for the seat, with China vetoing India’s nomination, year after year. All this could have been avoided with a little pragmatism and farsightedness on the part of Nehru.

In the aftermath of the recent Chinese attack in the Galwan Valley in Tibet, an inter-ministerial probe into a sensational exposure about an alleged nexus between Congress and the Chinese Communist Party has been instituted by the government. The allegations range from the signing of an MoU between the two parties in Beijing in 2008 to the acceptance of large sums of money and favours by Congress from the Chinese government. The veracity of the allegations and the extent of damage caused to our nation will determine the future of Congress Party.

More Goof-ups
The laundry list of several other goof-ups involving the Congress governments is practically endless, including the numerous terror attacks carried out by Pakistani terror outfits like LeT, JeM, etc in the Indian heartland, and the dastardly attack on the Indian Parliament, to name a few. Here, let us not forget the sensational revelation in 2012 of how the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government had wanted to demilitarise the Siachen glacier and cede the control of the strategic glacier to Pakistan!

The article has been written by Dr Sunil Gupta. He is a Chartered Accountant, author and blogger. He has served as an Independent Director on the Boards of India’s most influential public sector banks.

The only way to tackle cro magnons of the internet like @jack on crack may be to take away their self assumed rights to use our democracy to malign us and, at the same time, hit them hard in their pocketbooks.

in an amoral and ideological war that is being spitefully imposed on us, it would be very foolish of us to persist in using "dharmic" methods to contain the adharmic perpetrators.

the acrid smell of burning hair that has engulfed self appointed minority and naxal commie conmedia gatekeepers

brinda carrot, shaken by M. Nageswara Rao's hard hitting tweets about a serious of muslim education ministers ideologically reconfiguring Indian history and being directly complicit in the wholesale whitewashing of the multiple waves of islamic genocides against the Hindus, wrote to the HM recently demanding stringent action against him

and now, watch the almost panic stricken diatribe of arfa khanum sherwani scrambling to justify the unjustifiable using sickularism

the unintended consequences of the preplanned jehadi communal fires purposely and wantonly lit at shaheenbagh are now spreading and setting fire to their own islamic memes.

It seems that the "jinnah walli aazadi" has come home to roost and the jinnah wallis don't like it one little bit.

didn't the criminals at shaheenbagh proudly say: "Hamari ideology wohi hai sirf hamari strategy badal gayi hai"

are they delusionally still expecting that other side will politely "offer the other cheek"

and how could anyone expect M. Nageswara Rao to be "dismissed" for speaking the plain and unvarnished truth.

BTW, M. Nageswara Rao retired from service yesterday.

UP Man, Who Had Once Filed Petition Against Yogi Adityanath, Gets Life Term In Gangrape Case
https://swarajyamag.com/insta/up-man-wh ... grape-case
Parwez, along with an another person, was accused of gang-raping a 40-year-old woman on 3 June 2018. The complainant, a vegetable vendor, had alleged that she had gone to the house of Jumman Baba on 3 June 2018, for “seeking remedies” for her marital problems. However, the accused lured her to an isolated place and raped her at gunpoint along with a person who Jumman called Parwez Bhai.

They were later arrested in September 2018.

“District and Sessions Judge Govind Vallabh Sharma on Tuesday sentenced the two accused – Parwez Parvaz and Mehmood alias Jumman – to life imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 each on both and ordered that Rs 40,000 from the fine be given to the gangrape victim,” government counsel Yashpal Singh said as per the report.

It should be noted that in 2018, Parwez had moved the Allahabad High Court in 2007 seeking an FIR against Yogi Adityanath for alleged hate speech. Adityanath, along with the then Gorakhpur Mayor Anju Chowdhary and legislator Radha Mohan Agarwal, was accused of inciting a mob to riot in the over a decade old case.

In May 2017, the Uttar Pradesh government refused to give sanction to prosecution against Chief Minister in the case in the 2007 hate speech case.

The petitioner then challenged the order of the state government and filed a writ petition in Allahabad HC in 2018.

However, the Allahabad High Court had dismissed the writ petition filed by Parvaz against Yogi Adityanath after it allowed the UP government to not prosecute Adityanath.

‘This house is on sale due to fear of members of a particular community’: Posters come up on houses of Hindus in riot-affected areas of Delhi
https://www.opindia.com/2020/08/delhi-r ... t-muslims/
In its reports, OpIndia painstakingly chronicled the horrors meted out to the Hindus from December 2019 and which finally culminated into the gruesome riots in Delhi in February this year. The areas that witnessed the communal flare-up have scarred the lives of the Hindu residents, who are living under the constant fear of reprisal from one particular community and are forced to sell their houses.

As per media reports, Hindus living in Mohanpuri, Maujpur and Noor-e-Ilahi areas have put up posters of ‘The house is on sale due to fear of members of a particular community’. These areas fall under Babarpur assembly constituency. From here, Gopal Rai, a minister of AAP government in Delhi, is the MLA.

According to reports, Hindu families are troubled by the threats from one particular community. As per the local people, people from that particular community knock the door of Hindus at night and issue threats.

OpIndia’s detailed report on the chronology of the event that led up to the riots is now available on Kindle. It has a comprehensive account of the loss of life and property in riots and how Hindus were targeted.

Hypocrisy in the time of pandemic: How NDTV shames Hindus during a temple festival but did the opposite during Eid
https://www.opindia.com/2020/08/ndtv-hy ... du-temple/
The Hinduphobia that the mainstream media engages in is no secret. It is known that the media continuously attacks Hindu traditions and tries to spread negativity around Hindu festivals while giving other religions a free pass even when the latter is extremely toxic. ‘Save Water’ campaigns during Holi, ‘Crackerless Diwali’ and other such campaigns have become the mainstay of Hindu festivals while others are not subjected to such negativity. One media network which has been particularly guilty of this is NDTV.

On the occasion of Eid-al-Adha or Bakri-Eid, NDTV posted a tweet where it reported on the fact that Muslims had gathered on the rooftop of a house in Coimbatore to offer prayers. There was obviously no social distancing observed by the faithfuls. The images shared did not portray them wearing any masks either. Amidst the Coronavirus crisis, this could lead to further spread of the disease.

Following controversy surrounding Ekta Kapoor and ‘XXX’ series, MoD writes to CBFC: Depicting Armed forces in web series or films to require NOC
https://www.opindia.com/2020/08/ministr ... uires-noc/
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has written a letter to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) directing and production houses to obtain a non-objection certificate (NoC) from the Ministry before releasing movies and web series, featuring the armed forces, online. The decision has been taking after several complaints were received about the depiction of the Indian Army XXX Uncensored (Season – 2), for which, an FIR was filed against Ekta Kapoor.

In the serial, it is said that the uniform of the Indian Army was distorted and depicted in a bad light that hurt the sentiments of serving Army personnel and veterans.

A real cringe worthy piece by Barkha Dutt on Sushant Singh's death. Total hatchet job with his psychologist -Susan Walker Moffat. Absolute disregard for the law on patient confidentiality. A libel. I hope they use this opportunity to go after this 'psychologist' who is clearly trying to pull a fast one. As a psychologist she cannot diagnose, something that ordinary junta may not be aware of. By going after her (Mental Health Care Act 2017) and hopefully Barka for interfering with an ongoing investigation. Unless action is taken now we will see the ecosystem continue unabated. See the alacrity with which it is activated to defend its own.

It will be really disappointing if this case is settled as a nepotism, gold digger soap opera.
First they all rushed on to the depression band wagon, now they are going after the gold digger, opportunist witch angle. Does anyone believe that this female has the ability or will to orchestrate the murder of the 2-4 people in this case? Bollywood is full of her types - casting couch, gold dogging etc but it does not lead to murder.
Something is awfully wrong here and it would be really upsetting if the heart of this organized crime racket was not busted. I wish Indians would take up the Bollywood trafficking and abuse angle in a big way. Rumor has it that a leading actor is one of the suppliers to the Middle East. I think once one is in Bollytown, it’s hush hush and you turn the other way.
See how a section took up the Weinstein and Epstein case in such a big way. This is what it is about, else there is no reason why so many terrorism abettors are going Scott free. I am sure all of us know how Bollywood turns black money into white and abet hawala flows. Not all but some and that is inevitable. Hell, we have money laundering through hospitals in India, what to say of a crime scene like Bolly. Empty seats and hits, overbloated, loss making budgets and directors that get funding year after year. I am sure it is a channel for a lot of bigwigs out of Bolly too.
This Moffat sounds like a sad sack, second hand version of Neil Heywood, that fellow who was buying hot air balloons for millions of Yuan for Bao Xilai's wife. Did we not even warrant a more sophisticated player like Neil Heywood!
They are so blatant and crude in their approaches because they know they will get away.

Some may shout Finnacle, how many know the base platform?
Oh, I do. Infact know the bunch who did the earliest Bancs2k product since early 90s. Unassuming peoples. But still dont know what is your point in the above statements I quoted?

What Suraj is trying to say is the opposite of what you are saying - we need less visionaries and more executors who bridge the gaps that India has on certain basic infra including IT. Sri Nilekani brings in a certain acumen in that aspect. He has pushed lots of moribund departments and sectors to adopt unified frameworks. If the expectation is that he should come up with an advanced accelerometer based device for knowing when you are having naughty thoughts, a la the late Sri Jobs, he is not the chap and Indian government is not in that game.

Suraj, dont know if you watched yet, but was watching a Netflix series on Britain's 6 million odd CCTV based system. It seem to keep their manpower doing patrol/beats very frugal all right. But what caught my eye is that the series shows the cops chasing down people with expired insurance, based on their number-plate recognizing tech (IIRC first integrated by HCL for their London City parking fee project in the early 2000s). Some of these seem like good to have systems to reduce corruption in traffic enforcement and help traffic management in India. Not to mention providing security for working women who has to use public transport or late night eateries etc

But at the same time, makes one wonder why West is bleating against overpowering surveillance done by the Chinese - Uqistan already seem to use a facial recognition method for catching perps and 6 million cameras for a smallish population will make the alleged benchmark of a police-state, the KGB, look like amateurs. No wonder Banksy was targeting this CCTV system for his satire since late 90s
Sir, you misunderstand. I was only curious as to why anyone would label Mr. Nilekani as a Visionary Technologist. I am not in favour or against the argument. About Finacle it amuses me no end when its touted as the 'product' it is. Apologies if that statement lacks any backing or substance as I don't wish to say further and if I have transgressed, will humbly accept moderation.

Suspended AAP Councillor Tahir Hussain admits his role in Delhi violence, says police
Suspended Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) councillor Tahir Hussain has confessed to his role in the North East Delhi violence that broke out in February this year and admitted that he incited people to unleash violence, according to an Interrogation Report (IR) by Delhi Police.
Hussain said that he met former JNU student Umar Khalid at Popular Front of India (PFI) office in Shaheen Bagh on January 8.

"Khalid Saifi, along with his friend Ishrat Jahan, first started a dharna demonstration in Khureji on the lines of Shaheen Bagh. On February 4, in Abu Fazal Enclave, I met Khalid Saifi for planning the riots," Hussain told the police during interrogation.
"On February 4, in Abu Fazal Enclave, I met Khalid Saifi for planning the riots. It was decided to provoke people sitting on the anti-CAA strike. Khalif Saifi said that something big has to be done at the time of Donald Trump's visit so that the government kneel," he said.

This article is misleading as it misses out on some very obvious points. All those mentioned above are less than small time bit players in this conspiracy

It was too well organized, very effectively and widely coordinated and international funds too well systemized to be the sole handiwork of such an illiterate jehadi like the loutish tahir hussain and his equally low IQ history sheeter fellow conspirators.

he is either being paid off to be the fall guy to preclude deeper investigations and to point the authorities in a different direction or is being deliberately thrown under the bus by the offshore instigators who may have arrived at some agreement with the authorities to head off investigators at the pass and to keep their names out of the entire mess.

the behavior of the local dilli goonda gardi gangs is pathetically amateurish and their financials are too easily traceable because they are so messy while the offshore principals are professionally masked behind multiple hawala screens for money incoming via different states in India. There is no doubt that the PFI is one of the many major players with obvious ties to the gold smuggling racket not to mention the paki ISI which is always more than operational in lootyens dilli.

since when did the jehadis start to use easily traceable bank accounts to disburse funds to pay the rioters on the streets and the protestors at shaheenbagh

This was a long time in planning and it was fast tracked and adapted once the trump visit to India crystallized.

When covid intervened and also flared most unexpectedly to adversely impact their tactics, they quickly adapted and tasked the jehadi thookers to maximum effort to terrorise the locals in various cities and states under the guise of the the "religious freedom" of the tablighi jamaatis.

why India permitted the accumulation and such huge gatherings of muslim foreigners in its state capital during the run up to a very significant presidential visit is baffling in itself.

I feel that this operation was being planned to be executed quite possibly at/around the Ram Mandir Bhumi Pujan time so that international exposure would be greatly enhanced and the global jehadist ummah would also rise in protest to maximize and publicize the threat of the yeevil Hindus oppressing the down trodden peacefools.

The maliciously precipitated stampede of the so called migrant workers in many states to get back to their homes was done by anti Modi local politicos, primarily the congis, commies, naxals all ably aided by the lootyens media presstitutes and "intellectuals" and the copycat campaign spread rapidly with many "prominent" muslim politicos calling the shots.

I also believe that this instigation of migrants to comeout on the streets and force various state govts to arrange for their en masse transportation by busses and trains was the single greatest factor in the enormous spiking of the covid cases that we are seeing now.

the khujliwal was the first to play this malevolent card.

something definitely does not seem to sit right and leaves one feeling disturbed and uneasy.

The timing was just too perfect, start with anti-CAA and end with hindus and RSS being fascists and demolishing masjids to make mandirs.

The article also says this
According to a chargesheet by Delhi Police, Hussain is one of the prime accused in the killing of IB staffer Ankit Sharma, whose body was recovered from a drain in Chand Bagh on February 26, during the violence in North East Delhi.
Hopefully this guy doesn't get to be the sole sacrificial bakri for eed and take all the blame. Pound his every hole but get everyone behind the curtains too, there won't be too many such opportunities.
