Why did Shah Mahmood (the barber) al -Koreysh call the wrong foreign minister and ask for "deescalation"? Hainji? Trying to be relevant?

Qureshi underscores 'importance of de-escalation' in phone call with Ukrainian FM Kuleba
Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Sunday held a telephonic conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, and "underscored the importance of de-escalation".
Qureshi "shared Pakistan’s perspective in detail, reiterating serious concern at the situation, underscoring the importance of de-escalation, and stressing the indispensability of diplomacy".
The foreign minister underlined Pakistan’s belief that disputes should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy

Oops! Perhaps next time he should try calling the roosi FM with the request to de-escalate.

Why Wheat and Veg items, just consume livestock for meat Breakfast lunch and Dinner. It will comply with Pakistani ideology also. Pakistan can become a slaughterhouse of the World.

Pakistan has 90 million heads of cattle and lots of trees, use the wood for cooking and kill all the Livestock. Pakistan food problem solved.

REALLY? The headline shouts about Imyy the Dim so claimed deal with Putin with in same breath of mentioning about £300 Million aid from the UK.

Though he was a cricketer Immy the Dim is excellent in scoring self goals.

What UK media have conveniently forgotten is this the same country which received billions of USD as coalition fund and at the same time giving sanctuary to OBL.

‘Students already using Indian flag to escape from Ukraine, ask funds from Indian govt to pay our salaries’: Pakistani embassy tweets

Amid the ongoing war in Ukraine, while more than 2000 Pakistani nationals including 600 students are still stranded in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine, the Pakistan Embassy in Algeria suggested that the country should ask for financial aid from India as it is failing to provide help to its nationals stranded in Ukraine.

“Embassies ordered to divert funds to Ukraine for evacuating Pakistani Nationals. Should we also start asking funds from India as Pakistan Nationals are using Indian flags to flee from Ukraine”, the Pakistan Embassy in Algeria tweeted. It also said that till date no Pakistani national was evacuated and nor did it have funds to pay salaries to its officials or to help Pakistani nationals stranded in Ukraine.

The embassy in Algeria stated that they have been asked by their government to divert funds so that students in Ukraine can be evacuated. They asserted that they do not have funds to even pay salaries to their staff members.

A lot of videos have surfaced on social media where Pakistani students are seen complaining that they are stranded in Ukraine and unable to get any help from their government. Earlier, news reports have surfaced highlighting that Pakistani students are using the Indian flag to escape from Ukraine, pretending to be Indian citizens.

Pakistan’s envoys to Ukraine and Poland have been seen saying that they doing their best to help the stranded students in Ukraine. As many countries, they are also asking the students to reach Poland for subsequent evacuation.

It’s all in the timing: The fallout from Imran Khan’s Russia visit
In a globalised world where most media outlets are out for blood, the visit could not have come at a worse time, especially given that the West – whose loans drive Pakistan’s economy – has explicitly revealed its blatant hatred for Putin’s politics. Although Islamabad maintains giving ‘peace a chance’ as a part of its foreign policy, the timing to talk about peace as the country you’ve been given a red carpet welcome in declares war on its neighbour, was off. Since the Army Chief was visiting Islamabad’s western allies just as Khan was in Russia, it isn’t likely that the effects of Russia’s tarnished global repute would be as severe on Pakistan. That is, unless, Islamabad, going against all intelligent norms, changes its policy and becomes a part of a bloc in the coming days.
The visit, at most, will have short-term consequences for Pakistan in the form of an already diminishing media frenzy, unless tensions escalate. It did look bad, yes, but Pakistan has been a part of the western lobby ever since its first coup. The national alliances are unlikely to change at a rapid pace even if Khan’s idiosyncratic form of governance catered by his criticism of the West gnaws for office as elections come closer. The visit might just be a bilateral one, like Islamabad claims it is – not meant to be read into – but one thing is certain: one wrong move now could cost Khan his position, Pakistan its stability, and Islamabad its western lobby.
The foreign policy ramifications of Khan’s visit are likely to manifest themselves in the upcoming years wherein the world will witness a change in Pakistan’s global alliances. Though the West has been a traditional ally of Pakistan, in a realist paradigm, these friends aren’t reliable anymore because the transactions have been done and dusted primarily in form of the Afghan fallout. If the world is to change, Pakistan is one country which will play a major part in rewriting history.
Even if the world wasn’t constantly watching, the pulsating and volatile nature of international relations should be enough to compel policymakers to give a second thought to scheduled visits as per changing international dynamics. Especially if it can have ramifications which can trigger a negative reaction from your seasoned allies – allies whom you’re still in business with. Pakistan is changing, and with a change in personality comes a justifiable change in friends. But this isn’t a Turkish soap opera, this is a weak state making impassioned decisions with a clear lack of understanding of not only global politics but the sharp contrast in organisational grievances and sympathies at the national level as well. Change comes as a cost; a cost which Pakistan may not have the soft power to bear. The visit shows a clear shift in Pakistan’s stance, the cost of which is yet to manifest.

Indian wheat is small and dark. Pakistani wheat is of a lighter color and longer grains. Pakistani wheat also has more nutrients than Indian wheat, about 1kg of Pakistani wheat has enough nutrients as 8kg of Indian wheat.

Therefore, Insects in Pakistan and Afghanistan which have evolved from central asian and middle eastern insects, prefer the lighter color longer grains.

Its a big problem for Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Aseefa sustains 'minor' injuries after drone camera strikes her at PPP march in Khanewal
PPP leader Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari was injured after a drone camera struck her at the party's anti-government march in Punjab's Khanewal on Friday, video footage aired on television showed.

The video showed Aseefa, who was standing atop a container alongside her brother and PPP chief Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, lurching backwards as she attempted in vain to get out of the drone's way.

The drone, which was mounted with a camera, was being used for the media coverage of the march, DawnNewsTV reported, adding that Aseefa went inside the container after the device hit her. :rotfl:

Following the incident, Bilawal's security staff got hold of the drone operator, according to DawnNewsTV, which quoted Bilawal as saying that it was not clear whether the incident was an accident or the consequence of a deliberate act. Saajish I say

Punjab government spokesperson Hassan Khawar said the government responded immediately after the incident. Must have launched some Bandaars

"The Rescue 1122 team and duty doctor Dr Babar (general surgeon at DHQ hospital) who were stationed next to container, immediately went into the container. :rotfl:

Khawar said the drone "reportedly belonged to a media house".

Addressing the marchers, Bilawal said Aseefa was injured in the incident and paramedic staff recommended that she be shifted to a hospital. But Aseefa refused and insisted that she be treated only with a bandage, he added.

In an update on Twitter later in the day, Bilawal said Aseefa had left the hospital with "several stitches on deep lacerations". "The wounds will take some time to heal but she is now recovering."

Meanwhile, Aseefa's sister, Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari, shared a photo of hers with a bandage on her forehead.

After the incident, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz said in a tweet that she hoped Aseefa remained unhurt and prayed for all participants of the march to remain safe.

The PPP began its anti-government march, which is being led by Bilawal, on February 27 at the Quaid-i-Azam’s mausoleum in Karachi. The march's participants are travelling to Islamabad and plan to reach the capital by March 8 after passing through 34 cities and towns.

Apparently Bajwa had a secret meeting with Nawaz Sharrif in London. I doubt if Nawaz would want another run at becoming the PM this point in his life, so i suspect he may make a deal for his daughter Mariam to be the next premier. In any event Imran;s goose is cooked and its a matter of time when he will be ousted.

Pakistan has so far avoided being on the black list with the help of close allies like China, Turkey and Malaysia.

However, Pakistan's robust progress on its global commitments to fight financial crimes was appreciated at the concluding session of its hybrid plenary meeting, which noted that Pakistan had completed 26 of the 27 action items in its 2018 action plan of the FATF and of the seven action items of the 2021 action plan of the watchdog's Asia Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG).

Dimmy's open-ended threat. This guy is no longer just a joke. He is a total embarrassment to a collection of idiotic people that have already been embarrassed at many different levels in their 75-year history. He just peeved off the entire nation, the EU, the Jews, and his air force.

'Ready for what I will do?' PM Imran warns opposition of consequences if no-confidence move fails
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday warned the opposition to be prepared for what he would do to them once their planned no-confidence motion against him fails.
"I came into politics 25 years ago to fight against them (his political rivals). I will fight them until [my last breath]. I will face them and I am completely prepared for whatever [they throw my way]," he said.
Are you ready for what I will do with you once your plans for a no-trust motion fail?
"First there is criminal number one Nawaz Sharif," he said, stating that the PML-N supremo gave a performance worthy of Bollywood when he was handed a prison sentence by the Supreme Court.
how can a geedar (jackal) become a leader?
Have you ever heard of a leader being someone who runs away with his tail between his legs?
"Why do the Jews need to hatch a conspiracy? You are enough."
PM Imran lashed out at European Union (EU) countries for asking Pakistan to vote against Russia during the recently held special session of the United Nations General Assembly, asking if they considered Islamabad their "slave".
"Did you write the same letter to India?"
"Even if anyone tried to launch a drone attack I will ask the Pakistan Air Force to shoot that drone down."
Yikes! Cringe-worthy embarrassment.

For those with some time to kill, an interesting (but typical) interview exposing the mindset of Paki elites, glad to know that they don't seem to be reforming or abandoning their delusions anytime soon.

For those who are not familiar, Mushahid Husain is an 'establishment man' in the PMLN, a chuddy buddy of Shekhar Gupta (from his time as a reporter posted in Pakistan) and SG is on record praising him, so is very familiar and friendly with the Aman Ki Asha types from India.

He says funny things in the interview with a straight face, including "Pakistan is the only game in town for America" etc

Also, this youtube channel is one of a couple of such channels set up by ISI/ISPR as a new-gen/'digital'/English-friendly propaganda outlet (others involved in such channels are Moeed Pirzada and Ezaz Haider, but one had to shut down because of lack of funds).

Dimmy in trouble. Looks like the powers to be have decided to let the dimwit go. He will be lucky if he is spared the lamp post.

No-trust move: Aleem Khan to meet Jahangir Tareen's like-minded group today, say sources
PTI leader Aleem Khan will hold an important meeting with Jahangir Khan Tareen’s like-minded group in Lahore today amid rising political temperature in the country in the backdrop of the Opposition’s proposed no-trust move against PM Imran Khan, well-placed sources revealed Monday.
Aleem Khan is very active nowadays and have met over 40 Punjab MPAs, of them, 10 are provincial ministers
During today's meeting, the disgruntled PTI members are expected to adopt a joint strategy in the prevailing political situation. The participants of the meeting will review the strategy if the no-confidence motion is tabled against the government in the National Assembly.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi had confirmed that PM Imran Khan had called Tareen to inquire about his health. "The prime minister was informed that Jahangir Tareen was unwell," Qureshi had said.
