Good lord, now we are parroting this chutiya Matt Walsh and his evangelical/white supremacist ideas here? Arre bhai, let's come up with your own reasons, but why touch this subject with the evangelical poking stick?

I saw the entire documentary, there is nothing evangelical in it. Where are you getting this from? I don't care what else Matt Walsh may be doing but in this docu he rips this LGBTQI+- whatever movement to shreds by just asking simple questions the western society has been trained to not ask anymore due to fear of massive naming shaming cancelling backlash.

If not for evangelicals, by which I mean believing Christians, who else is left in the west to question this movement? A even xtians are on rather weak legs given their own scandals of sexual abuse of minors and wanton rapes by xtian cult churches.

Warning: The standup comedian do use profanity in his videos.
Dave exposes the insane concept of born in a different body with a joke.

He is one of the vocal person against some of the insane woke ideas.
Some of his observation include how the LGBTQ movement is a success in the U.S while the Black movement is struggling after centuries

Second he observes that the Woke movement is successful is because its run by whites.(usually its the elite whites who are the prime supporters of such movement in the U.S)

So the GoIs own understanding that it's the idea of elitist people in the west idea is true. That's also the views and understanding of a celebrated Black stand up comedian in the U.S who has seen and experienced Woke culture upclose.
The Government must have simply asked the CJI not to make personal statements that are elitist western concepts even if you are believer of such ideology while making judgement in Indian court since the Constitution clearly have provision for safety of woman and special laws that guarantee that. Any illogical statements diluting woman''s rights in any manner will be seen as a crime against women and will be treated so and so. Should be followed with impeachment of such judges.

This episode once again reiterates how clowns like Moonbeam get an express elevator to one of the highest constitutional bodies in the country, with no vetting & no accountability.

A Soros backed 2-person-NGO can file a PIL, Kapil Sibal will get an overnight hearing and Moonbeam will pass judgement. 4 people, funded by a foreigner, will decide what laws the 1.3 Billion population have to follow.

This is truly a perversion of democracy

Excluding Tucker Carlson's religious or political views. He also puts many facts and also exposes the dangers that await the society especially women with such gender fluid political viewpoints. Many of his words are censored by Youtube.

Cyrano ji, with all due respect, Matt Walsh and his ilk evangelicals/white supremacist are not questioning a movement, they just want to go against anything a certain section of the society(US specific here) wants and by endorsing their talking points we are falling in that trap as well. Talking about sexual abuse of minors, how many drag queens have been convicted of sexual abuse of kids as against these conservative/Christian personalities? I'll wait. Matt walsh doesn't rip anything, but picks up weak commentators to question. Just to give an example of his idiotic logic from this "movie", consider Adam and Eve. Matt Walsh, you, and me agree that Adam is a man and Eve is a women. If the silly snake has bit off Adam's pee pee, by Matt Walsh's logic, is Adam not a Man anymore?

It's not just the message but the messenger has also to be looked into. You are free to listen to anyone, but quoting a white supremacist's arguments into Indian construct is self-destructive to our fight.

No more comments from me about this Matt Walsh guy in this thread.

As for the hizzoner Chandra"chud", I'll ask him if he can define prophet Mohammed's gender and get some popcorn while he answers it in a public setting. Let him experience the consequences of his stupid ideology without a non-western setting.

I posted the below in family and school WhatsApp groups. Got good response from family group. Can somebody here suggests improvements to it ?

India lacks economic literacy. Can anyone here explain, or summarize,
1. What is wealth creation ?
2. Why Govt doing most of business is bad ?
3. 10 or 20 most impactful decisions by Modi govt in the last 9 years.

My WhatsApp post is given below.

I am not saying, vote for BJP. But ask Congress and Communist party to discard their policy of Socialism. I am sharing some bits of info about BJP's economic policy of Social Democracy which was borrowed from U.S. and Europe. I think it will be interesting for us because it involves vastly improved job opportunities, much better pay for govt and pvt employees etc..Many of the info here are from Suraj's (a mallu) post in Bharat Rakshak Forum. He was also in Twitter, @surajbrf.

1. India recently introduced Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) to boost mass manufacturing both for export and domestic market . The commitment so far received are around 550 billion dollars and growing. This will give India a huge surplus in merchandise exports and it alone can make India rich, like Gulf countries achieved with oil. Another factor is this PLI scheme involves batteries for electric vehicles also. Reliance says they are preparing for battery production and aims to achieve carbon neutral status by 2035. India imports 100 billion dollar worth petroleum per year. A majority of that money + from other merchandise exports will be re invested in India for numerous business activities thus generating jobs. This continuous wealth generation activities will help India to be a developed nation and achieve life quality similar to U.S and Europe.

To ensure the money is reinvested in India to create businesses and thus jobs , India did several reforms such as

1. GST

2. Reduction of corporate tax to 25% from 35, almost same as developed nations for attracting pvt companies. (Govt loses 1.5 lakh crore/year which they plans to recoup with increased economic development).

3. Ease of doing business ranking improved to 79 from 142 in 2014.

4. Removing hundreds of outdated laws which are earlier used for extorting money from business owners by politicians.

5. Massive boost in infrastructure such as roads (Total roads built from 2014 almost equals the total roads built in the last 50 years from 1947), rail (DFC creates over 5 times freight carrying capacity), 7 bullet train projects, over 100 new airports etc and many others..

And numerous other steps which supports businessmen.

Till now 60% of India are in near poverty, depending upon lown income inefficient farming since 1947. Many times their agri loans worth 1 lakh crore are waived. And they repeat this inefficient farming. Govt plans to present better job opportunities for farmers by urbanisation and contract farming for higher efficiency farming thus ensuring food safety for India and also for exports. Now India bringing all weather roads, near 24 hour electricity, cooking gas.Present plan is to bring piped water supply to every home in India by 2025. There is a news report that says with road connectivity there is a drastic reduction in poverty in villages as a result of wealth generation activities. These villagers are going to be the new low and middle income people in future..it is like we are adding another India. The demand generation (Goods+Services) and job opportunities will be huge.

6. Digital India
7. Make in India
8. Skill India

For a country like India, we need to work on both the supply side and demand side to succeed. Govt needs to get out of business but it can't be done overnight and there are some sectors where private investment is weak and/or needed more incentives. You really don't get votes for a rosy macro picture. Since macro data gets affected by the Global economy, oil prices, etc. I believe the above programs really had an impact on the people who matter and will vote. People need to understand that, empty narratives how ever good they are cannot stand for long without substance.

Modi defamation case: Surat Court rejects Rahul Gandhi plea against conviction

https://www.indiatvnews.com/news/india/ ... -20-864983

April 20, 2023 11:15 IST

Modi surname' defamation case: In a major setback for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the Surat sessions Court on Thursday rejected the application filed by the Congress leader seeking a stay on his conviction in the 2019 defamation case on the 'Modi surname' remark.

On April 13, the Additional Sessions court in Surat had reserved its verdict for April 20 on Gandhi’s application for a stay on conviction pending his appeal against a lower court’s order sentencing him to two years in jail in the case. Earlier Gandhi contended that the trial court mistreated him after overwhelmingly influenced by his status as an MP.

Meanwhile, Gandhi's lawyer argued before the court that the trial was "unfair" and that the case did not require the maximum penalty. Gandhi said in his application that his reputation would be irreparably harmed if the trial court's March 23 judgement was not deferred and stayed. He said that the high sentence violated the relevant legal provisions and was unjustified in the current case, which strongly had political connotations.

What Rahul Gandhi said on his conviction?
Gandhi termed his conviction as "erroneous" and "patently perverse" and said the trial court treated him harshly after being overwhelmingly influenced by his status as an MP.

“The appellant has been treated harshly at the stage of determination of sentence taking into account his position as a Member of Parliament, hence the far-reaching implications would have been in the knowledge of the trial court,” he said.

The Congress leader said that he was sentenced in a manner so as to attract the order of disqualification because the trial court was well aware of his status as a Parliamentarian. Opposing his plea, complainant Gujarat MLA Purnesh Modi told the court that Gandhi is a repeat offender with several criminal defamation proceedings against him going on in different courts across the country.

Surat court sentences Rahul Gandhi to 2 years in jail
It should be mentioned here that a court in Gujarat's Surat sentenced Congress leader Gandhi to two years in jail in a 2019 criminal defamation case filed against him over his "Modi surname" remarks. He stated this while addressing a rally at Kolar in Karnataka ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Notably, the complaint against his remarks was lodged by BJP MLA and former Gujarat minister Purnesh Modi. A case was filed against Gandhi for his alleged “how come all the thieves have Modi as the common surname?” The case was filed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Purnesh Modi under sections 499 and 500 (defamation) of the Indian Penal Code.

On April 3, Gandhi moved the sessions court against the lower court’s order. His lawyers also filed two applications, one for a stay on the sentence and another for a stay on conviction till the disposal of the appeal.

ALSO READ: Temporary relief for Rahul Gandhi in Modi surname defamation case: Here's what Surat Court said

The order was reserved for April 20
While granting Gandhi bail, the court issued notices to complainant Purnesh Modi and the state government on his plea for a stay on conviction. It heard both parties on Thursday last week and reserved the order for April 20.

He said that the way Gandhi came to file his appeal shows “extraordinary arrogance” and “a very dirty display of childish arrogance and an immature act of bringing pressure upon the court”. Many Congress leaders had accompanied Gandhi when he went to file his appeal.

He also accused him of making “unfair and contemptuous comments” against the court through his aides, associates, and leaders of his party and others at his behest following his sentencing.

That is perhaps why Pappu did not go for an appeal soon. The lawyer Chamchas knew it is not going to work and advised him to take the drama route. Unfortunately, the drama also fizzled and Pappu thought he knew better than his chamchas.

Ford Foundation groomed n funded Kejriwal NGO

Not only Kejri they funded Aruna Roy, Manish Sisodia, Atish, Yogesh Saleem Yadav, Harsh Mander ... many poisonous anti-Indian snakes

They funded them so long ago ... They just popped up in 2013 but had been groomed since 90s.

Harsh mander, Yogesh Yadav, Aruna Roy were all part of $onia Kichidi Govt.

How many other fronts are currently bing opened up?

^^ To queer the pitch for a UCC down the line? If the SMA* is amended to allow gay marriage as part of this hearing, that will be used as a convenient stick to oppose UCC by certain "minority" elements - such a line of opposition will find some resonance among other people who want a UCC but not gay marriage. I think the govt should hold the line and not back off.

While I personally am not opposed to gay marriage, this is not a priority for our country at this point. Removing 377 was the right thing to do, but this is not a logical next step, as we are led to believe. Just because the west has gone this route does not mean we should blindly follow. Not to mention following it to their timetable - why is this a priority right now in our national journey?

There are plenty of other issues to solve, starting with roti, kapada, makaan, etc. Isn't that what they say when we launch a rocket? Let's use that to our benefit this time around and consider this a couple of decades later, if at all.

*The Special Marriage Act, being a neutral marriage law, would be the basis for a UCC compliant marriage act that replaces all existing communal marriage acts.

@williams Thank you for your reply.

I had been following Priyanka @AstroAmigo on Twitter for several years.
She generally doesn't make much predictions. But I had seen that almost all of her predictions had become true.
She successfully predicted T20 cricket world cup - 2022 results , football world cup and also women's T20 world cup winners using astrology. Had seen 3 other predictions made by her on election, war etc and all of them were correct.

In a recent tweet she said that in the coming Karnataka elections no party would get majority and BJP will not be in the government.

Other predictions by her.

Narendra Modi will be the prime minister again after 2024 Loksabha elections. Astrologically he had entered a very powerful phase and his sworn enemies will suffer.

After 2029 Loksabha elections Yogi Adityanath will be the PM. She said that from 2028 onwards India will be guided by a leader whose glory will match Samrat Chandragupta Vikramaditya. (Most likely Yogi Adityanath himself). She also predicted that Pakistan will lose territory around the year 2030.

Problem with Narendra Modi is that he doesn't give much importance to decreasing Hindu population and Judicial reforms. At least three times he had said that the entire India fully trust the judiciary. He also said terrorism had nothing to do with religion. This attitude prevents serious efforts to curb extremism. The very prediction that Yogi Adityanath's tenure will be glorious shows that Modi' attitude had some serious deficiencies.

Sir, my experience suggests that once they make the office of PM, the fire and rhetoric subsides, and they become more "statesmanlike". Sabh garam hawa nikal jaati hai (as it should be). Although tbh, modi has done pretty okay on his campaign promises.

@Hriday- garu, we all have freedom to express our opinions on this board, but may I submit that running down NaMO- who has done so much for this country- to promote YAN is really not in good taste

I have not expressed this anywhere as this would come across as sycophancy while NaMo is in office, but he is really God's gift to India and Hindus. I do hope with the fullness of time and hindsight that will become apparent to the world, but at BRF it behooves us to be ahead of the curve even if just a bit

To give just one example, it is easy to forget what did NOT happen...... had there been any other government during the Wuhan coronavirus time, bodies would have been lying on the streets, and India would have been forking out tens of billions of moolah to the western pharma complex... I am not even going to anything else which he has done... all of which is staggering in achievement even individually, leave alone collectively

And combine that with an explicit agenda to raise the self-consciousness of the Hindu asmita and pride in our culture

Adrija-ji , I am no garu. Very sorry if any one here felt bad on my usage of words about Modi. I knew Modi is sincere and the immense changes he had bought. I only pointed that the No.1 and No.2 problem in India is the demographic changes in India and speedy and fair justice delivery for common man.

Anyways it is off topic here. Apologies again..

Need help. I was listening to Smitha Prakash podcast interview with Lt. Gen. Sanjay Kulkarni on the Siachen conquest in which I remember him mentioning that it costs around Rs. 5 crore per day of operational cost. It seems very low. May I request if someone knows a better ballpark?

The thieves of DMK are worth a low minimum conservative estimate of 125000 crores which translates to ~70 years of Operational cost of Siachen. Hence my request. Thanks.

I would guess 8 crores a day of operational cost (around 1 million USD per day) for a brigades strength of troops in high altitude conditions. 125k crore is like 15 billion dollars - are you sure your numbers are right? You can build 2 more aircraft carriers with the aircraft out of it :rotfl:

PTR was seen in audio saying that he estimates Udhaynidhi Stalin and Sabareesan (Stalin's son in law) to have accumulated 30K crores in just the last 1 year.

Frankly, the number does not surprise me.

The question is: what is Modi sarkar going to do about it? They have ED, CBI etc at their disposal. Conviction of C-system big players have been zero in the last 9 years. So, I won't expect much, thereby keeping my BP at 120/80

Nope ED and CBI are at the disposal of the nation. Modi govt can make it efficient but that is it. Modi govt cannot control the courts and the rot that is left out there. I am hoping something will be done in that area in the next term.
