https://www.thenews.com.pk/latest/10883 ... investment
The cabinet Friday approved the Pakistan Investment Policy 2023 through the circulation of a summary, which aims to bring $20-25 billion in investment, the sources said.
Easy peasy!
The kingdom planned to fix $24 billion in funds for investment purposes, while the UAE allocated $22 billion funds for exploring opportunities in three sectors of Pakistan, the state minister stated in an interview with a private television channel.
Just like that $50 billion is ready for Pakistan to take. Next thing we know Pakistan is the one bailing out IMF.

Send back my wife, kids: Pak woman Seema Haider’s husband appeals to Modi government
The husband of a Pakistani woman, Seema Haider, has appealed to the Modi government to send back his children and wife to Pakistan. Seem Haider illegally entered India through Nepal to be with a man she met on gaming app PUBG Mobile.
India Today News Desk, New Delhi,Jul 8, 2023

Gulam Haider, the husband of a Pakistani woman Seema Haider who illegally entered India through Nepal to be with a man she met on gaming app PUBG Mobile, made a heartfelt appeal to the Indian government to send his wife and children back to Pakistan.
Separated from his wife and children, who were in India, he decided to take matters into his own hands. He released a heartfelt video appeal from Saudi Arabia, where he is currently residing.
In the video, Gulam Haider earnestly requested the Narendra Modi government's intervention in the matter. His plea was simple - he wanted his wife and children to be sent back to Pakistan, their home country. He alleged that his wife was lured and manipulated to come to India through PUBG.

There has been all kinds of speculation on You Tube about this lady Seema. Personally, I do not believe that a 5th class pass woman with 4 children would be a spy. However, as she has openly done a "Gharwapsi", she is now Wajib-ul-qatl, and can not be returned without very adverse PR for Modiji. After proper investigation, she will be allowed to stay, just as thousands of BDs and Rohingya are. India must really look in to the situation in the Nepal border crossings. If I remember correctly, after the 71 war, some Pakistani POWs escaped and travelled (spending nights in mosques on the way) to Nepal border. They were surprised that the border was open and they crossed over and then made their way to Pakistan via Pak embassy in Kathmandu. Later on ISI found this a convenient way for ingress of agents.

Does this mean that bakistan could not take the virginity of the atlantic, hain?

Yawn - Virgin Atlantic ends operation in Pakistan
Virgin Atlantic operated its final flight from Islamabad International Airport on Sunday after announcing earlier in the year that it will suspend operations between London Heathrow, Lahore and Islamabad.

the world bank has given them just enough and still left them about $700 million short.

They are not out of the woods yet.

The amerikis are publicly teaching these jihadis a bitter lesson for their perfidy in afghanistan and no one in the desert lands has missed this lesson, including the fact that the cheen are mere bystanders in this paki fiasco

the cheen are like patient vultures, waiting to pick the paki bones clean when the time is right

does anyone here still believe that this lady (paki) fell in love with this man (aam aadmi Indian, and that too while playing PUBG), crossed three international borders without visas, and made it to noida with four brats in tow

not a kacchi khiladi for sure

The "5th class pass" lady apparently speaks 4 languages, and her presence of mind, her clarity, logic and presentation skills would put many a news anchor to shame

the guy makes Rs13K per month working as an employee in a mofussil kirana shop, and he not only looks the part but he also comes across unmistakably as the choice from central casting.

Just don't see the connection or even the attraction

Not to mention sold her property, obtained visa for Nepal, booked tickets and flew to Dubai first. All with four kids and without anyone knowing this.

A Pakistani women living in a small city, married to a laborer working in ME, having 4 kids and playing PUBG on mobile. Hard to imagine.

This was a marriage to get out of the Islamic shith*le before it completely implodes. Her and the kids conversion now puts the gov in a bind. She will def be killed if she goes back and the goi will look like ch*tiyas if they report her. The guy got paid with a portion of the $ she made from selling her property. Everybody is happy.

I’m telling you this is a preview of the full blown refugee crisis we will face in the coming years.

I have since heard her speak.

She has been coached to speak Hindu (hehehe). And very well. She uses kh as in the aspirated Sanskrit not the guttural of Perso-Arabic. This is studied.

She is likely a sleeper agent (in more ways than one). The plan was to trade up with husbands.

She would have little problem infiltrating Delhi society. Assured and quite a nice face.

She looks like Rekha. Very coy play with ghunghat - always slipping so keep adjusting it and so on. ISI plant 100%. Since her face is plastered all over the media, her cover is blown. She is may be a message from ISI that thye can infiltrate number of women into India via Nepal who will simply merge into the crowd and honeytrap people in key positions. chaanakya neeti

The puzzling thing is that a studied usage of Hindi at this point is counterproductive if she is a sleeper. It is glaringly anomalous and suspicious. I don’t think ISI would send over bimbos.

Perhaps she has been training herself to go native. The Indian film industry would certainly facilitate that- culture and accent, diction. The apostasy certainly complicates matters. India cannot repatriate her even if she is a plant.

Regarding Seema Haider, I do not think we have all the facts. If she is a sleeper ISI agent, this publicity has exposed her for all her future activities. Remember "My name is Bond... James Bond"? Everyone knows that Bond is a secret agent! If they wanted someone planted, Bangladesh border is open, thousands are coming in and can be seen all over in West Bengal, and I am not even bringing in Rohingyas. Was it an insertion to see how easy the Nepal border is? Why such an elaborate scheme for that? Or is it that she was supposed to melt into the population at large, without anyone knowing? But 4 young Pakistani children who will need school/education is just extra burden. I am sure with time we will get the answers.

If Seema is a secret agent. We need to understand, who is her supposed lover in India. What is his ability to access and damage society. Because Seema is going to a part of his society and social circle.

In other words, who is Sachin Meena?

The Soviets injected agents barely out of their teens into US society. The idea is to form an organic identity in the target society.

Meena was a stepping stone. She would then insinuate herself into the target circles. Meena was only to give her a local identity. The target would be approached 2-3 different relationships later.

If the US experience is an indicator, there is a special visa that is commonly used by older men to marry younger women from lower income countries.

The kids are a wrinkle, but 24-25 year old women are irresistible. Commonly said that any man between 14-85 wants to have a 25 year old woman. Surprise is a young man to pull this off, but maybe being age appropriate is part of what made it work. Also challenges the notion of how much agency women in Pakistan have.

A bigger question which strikes me - how much deep inroads have the sophisticated chinese espionage agencies made into our institutions. If their US/UK operations are to be referenced then it is a much bigger worry than the Pakis.

We have had numerous examples of their loan-shark scams/activities in the regular civilian sphere.

I don't think this is ISI saazish.

This lady was stuck in T'stan with a gelf husband possibly an abusive guy whose achievement was to make her pop 4 kids in quick succession. She basically knew her life was over.

But she is an independent thinker, some people are wired like that and won't stop with accepting their fate. So she goes to the fantasy world of PUBJEE. She knows that the only way she can live her life is to get out, even if it means going to India. Everyone knows India is a far better place and offers Pakis a chance to easily blend in. So she comes up with the plan, befriends this fellow and takes the scenic escape route with her kids to India.

Having reached here, she needs to entrench herself and ensure she doesn't get kicked out. Therefore, ghar wapsi. Soon she realizes media is watching her so she plays them along. She is smart and gutsy, there is no doubt about it. But behind that is her self-preservation instinct, as a person and as a mother.

Why I think this isn't ISI saazish is the 4 kids. ISI wouldn't recruit such a person, nor would a young lady target some random dude with no tactical value. It is very unlikely for a young mother of 4 to be motivated to undertake such a risky adventure for money. She would be considered too smart and ambitious for ISI to cultivate. Anyway now with her face on every news channel, she is of no value at all.

As for her being a "5th class pass" yet being smart and world wise, let us disambiguate education from intelligence. As I said she is an exceptionally intelligent and fearless person yet life dealt her with a hand where she had to suspend her studies after 5th grade (in some madrassa probably) and start bearing children. I have seen people with little formal education whose smarts, leadership and organization skills would put IIM MBAs to shame.

We are reminded of a slightly different situation with a certain lady in white got a degree from Oxford, made money hand over fist through talking engagements, royalties and a Noble prize, and recently seen at a tennis game in her adopted land. That someone hasn't returned to the hellhole she escaped from.

She "broke" her phone which she used to contact this guy prior to enter India.

From a closed society and leaving condition, how she was able to manage 6 Lakh (possible PKR) to arrange flight ticket, stay in Pokhra etc..

It could all be a strange coincidence, but definitely need some hard look before we say OK.

why should we say OK...

best to deport them back to nepal and be done with the lady and her brats

more Hindus will be harmed in pukestan as a consequence of her illegal entry into India

It's high time that we closed the nepal borders anyway. It has always been a major NATSEC issue

Isn't anybody asking why she has no trace of any paki accent, despite having been born and having lived in that demented country for 28 odd years (her version)

More seema haiders will leave their paki husbands and run away to India and become Hindu as soon as the atta flour is over in pukestan

There is no easy way out.
However, if she is OK, then the red part above is the mistake we will repeat what we did in Kashmir or during Partition or carrying on with Hindu refugees. Though there would anyway be some inherent risk in this. +ve is the one who put their neck out to break the shackle will fight to preserve the freedom.

just deport every time and set an example

there is no other way

she entered India via nepal and we are legally constrained to deport her and her brood back to nepal, no matter what some pakis say

there will never be a situation where "she is OK" and pak = enemy country

I feel that India needs to give help to Imran/PTI supporters in USA, UK, Canada, to help them hold large protest rallies against Pak embassies in those countries. If Pakistan can support the Khalistanis in doing this against Indian embassies, then surely we can do the same against Pak.

I knew an Egyptian once when immigration to Canada was not easy. He would weigh the option of declaring himself an apostate to claim refuge in Canada.

This lass is clever. Her rejection of Islam and acceptance of Hinduism means she will never be deported, even to Nepal.

Chetak ji,

I agree with all your point, I think now its all about optics, why to walk into bad optics.
Why not officially make it "NOT OK" or "OK"... When I said "if OK", I was hoping to avoid trap of bad optics".

The very first day when she got arrested, we should have contacted Pak embassy and hand her over to them. Like what we do in LoC. Or at least put her in some isolation in some Women shelter.

Now blaster from her brother is also came online.. Better to put spot on Pak embassy, let them handle the dilemma. Every passing day its becoming rnd-rona on TV/SM.

On top of that these Kashmir youtubers, Chanakya forum all declared her ISI agent and another section oho my hindu behen ... Its getting ridiculous.

And we yet to see any action from our side. We are allowing this circus.

If its goes like this , I am afraid Meh-oho-Lards will jump in to do hara-kiri. Pandora box will open especially when CAA is hot on heel now.

Or at least we take this opportunity to seal Nepal border or ratified like not talk to terrorist, no alien can enjoy "rights" available to Indian citizen.. something we must gain from this, we cant be always "react" in a game.

#ParachinarUnderAttack
A serving senior Pakistan Army officer blames Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir, intelligence agencies ISI, and MI to have commenced a sectarian war in #Parachinar.

He claimed that Commandant FC and Commander 73 Brigade at Thall under Maj Gen Ahsan Khattak, GOC 9 Division, is fuelling the sectarian war in this tribal region. He felt that ISI has decided to kick start a ferocious sectarian war to neutralise the Pashtun sub nationalist movement.

He further alleged that Asim Munir has asked the local commanders not to control the situation and let it further intensify to a point where the international community may take notice and issue funds for the war ravaged Parachinar, a picturesque bordering District of Pakistan alongside Afghanistan, having a history of sectarian unrest.

He alleged that 80 % of the expected funds would be diverted towards the unaudited Command Fund of COAS. He requested to project this at all possible forums and inform the expatriate community in the USA , UK , Canada, and other European countries to expose the sinister plans of the current regime, which he said are part and parcel of the "Bajwa project".

The mentioned senior Army officer used harsh words for the ex and current Army Chiefs of Pakistan, Qamar Bajwa, and Asim Munir, respectively.

Normally that would work. But this person is now married to an Indian citizen.

So yes, could be deported to Nepal on day 1, and on day 2 would present an application for an Indian visa on grounds of the marriage.

Interesting case for sure, and we're now seeing why the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 was necessary.

Citizenship Amendment Act 2003
Amendment of section 5.- In section 5 of the principal Act,-
(a) for sub- section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-" (1) Subject to the provisions of this section and such other conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed, the Central Government may, on an application made in this behalf, register as a citizen of India any person not being an illegal migrant who is not already such citizen by virtue of the Constitution or of any other provision of this Act if he belongs to any of the following categories, namely:-
(a) a person of Indian origin who is ordinarily resident in India for seven years before making an application for registration;
(b) a person of Indian origin who is ordinarily resident in any country or place outside undivided India;
(c) a person who is married to a citizen of India and is ordinarily resident in India for seven years before making an application for registration;
(d) minor children of persons who are citizens of India; (e) a person of full age and capacity whose parents are registered as citizens of India under clause (a) of this sub- section or sub- section (1) of section 6;

her paki shohar wants her back for what ever reason and presumably the 4 kids are his.

ergo, she has not been talaaqed and her marriage to the PUBG hero is illegal

she is not a divorcee and she is also a converted jihadin so which law applies to her and which nation has jurisdiction (the one with more atta or the other one...)

net net, our local romeo is better off alone, working his job at the kirana store and pondering que sera sera

while his wife has the dubious distinction of having a husband on either side of the Indo pak border

Two YT on the topic of Seema Haider

She came on a bus from Nepal to India. They check either passport or AADHAR card. She had an AADHAR card! So did her children. She used 4 phones and used Whatsapp. None of the records are available.

If Pakistan can support the Khalistanis in doing this against Indian embassies, then surely we can do the same against Pak.
I also want to add -- if Pakistan can back the Khalistanis who are pursuing some referendum campaign, then why can't India help organize Baloch worldwide in a referendum campaign on independence for Balochistan?

(At that point, even Israelis might want to get in on the act too, since Balochistan also makes up a sizeable portion of Iran)
