(via@indicfaith) As BJP MP Harnath Singh Yadav has proposed a bill to repeal the Waqf Act of 1995, in Rajya Sabha

Let's understand why does this Act need to be repealed?,what are its some draconian sections and provisions ?,and how does it take Hindus land and declares it waqf land ? And how can it turn Bharat from DAR-AL-HARB to DAR-AL-ISLAM !

✓Waqf Act ,1995 -blatantly communal ,discriminatory, unconstitutional and draconian
Just read it's provisions, clauses and sections to realise what a rotten hand Hindus have been dealt with through this act

✓Waqf is a voluntary, permanent ,
irrevocable dedication of a portion of ones wealth-in cash or kind- to ALLAH.Once a waqf,it never gets gifted, inherited,or sold. It belongs to ALLAH and the corpus of the waqf always remains intact. The fruits of the waqf may be utilised for any shari'ah compliant purpose.

✓Waqf is the 3rd largest landowner in india, after DEFENCE & the RAILWAYS!
73%of Delhi is on Waqf land, including Delhi HC,Central Vista etc..

✓Only three things are certain in an Indian's life —death, taxes, and that knowingly or unknowingly,he ends up walking every day on Waqf land .

✓Congress Govt gifted 123prime Central Delhi properties to waqf in 2014

✓Motto of waqf management system -ONCE WAQF,ALWAYS WAQF

✓The waqf boards are headed and constituted exclusively by Muslims .
Section 4 bestows on the waqf survey commissioner the authority and power like that of civil court.
If Hindu's property once declared as waqf property, wholly arbitrarily, will be surveyed by waqf and the cost incurred on this count will be paid for by that Hindu taxpayer.

✓Section 40 : Gives the waqf power to decide if your land is waqf or not . If Hindu's property is laid claim to by waqf ,it is Hindu's responsibility to disprove it's claim and till such time you disprove it,it is waqf land.

✓Section 54: Gives waqf the power to declare you an encroacher .
So let me get this straight —The waqf decides in its wisdom that a property is waqf property,it then serves a notice to the Encroacher , subsequently it takes the matter to the waqf tribunal and the tribunal decides on the nature of said property and orders eviction.

✓Section 85: No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in any civil court in respect of any dispute, question or other matter relating to any waqf, waqf property,or other matter which is required by or under this act to be determined by a tribunal .

In fact, SC declared in 2019 that a civil court of India has no jurisdiction in the matter of a suit pertaining to waqf property.

✓Section 107: Act 36 of 1963 will not apply for recovery of waqf properties .

Waqf is a parallel govt wholly sanctioned by our own government

✓This act allows Muslims to claim that the GYANWAPI MOSQUE built atop the grand KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE is on Waqf land.

✓WELCOME TO THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF INDIA. THIS IS NOT OUR FUTURE,THIS IS NOW OUR PRESENT.

He was also a very close confidante of Indira Ghandi. He perhaps would have also been the last Hindu leader who was unabashed in showing his Hindu religious faith. On first of every Malayalam calendar month he visited two temples in Central Kerala religiously, even though commies etc use to remind him of "secularism". After Indira Ghandi and Rajiv Ghandi he was slowly side lined. This also coincides with the Sonia cabal of X'ians taking over.

IMHO, No. Check the list of the arrested individuals.
Neelam - 37 year old "student" (may be from JNU). It is obvious that she may not get any govt jobs because of age limits. And she is already found to be a professional andolanjeevi.
Manoranjan - B.Tech holder who finished his course 10 years back. Never bothered to seek any job, and was helping his father in the farms. If he has some interest to work, he could have found a job by now (in some IT/Vity company at least). Said to be an ex-SFI cadre, so that explains his aversion to do an honest day's job.
Sagar Sharma - +2 pass, who was also an e-auto rickshaw driver. So not a jobless individual.
Amol Shinde - Not sure on educational qualifications. But he was desperate to get into police or army, but failed multiple times.

If you notice; none of these individuals lacked opportunities. Two of them seems to be incompetent to take up any job. One already had found a job for himself. The last one, only wanted to get into two jobs - and the competition is very tough.

There is lot of noise on social media by the "secular" gangs. But it is being countered as well. People have posted about their children who took educational loans, studied got a job in 20s and even reached higher positings by the age of 37-40 (when Neelam Sharma was still expecting a job to land up in her plate). The "ÿouth unemployment" gimmick will only work in states where people expect government jobs for every one (states like KL is an example).

What A. Shah and GoI should do is to get a through investigation done. Right from tracing the CDR of the mobile phones of the arrested people, their immediate contacts and the contacts and calls made by them as well. CCTV footage also can be analysed to trace back the movement of these people to see if they got the canisters from within the premises (some one else planted it). If the investigation is done in right earnest, the tables can be turned against the Break India gang.

Agree that this has nothing to do with lack of jobs yada yada.
This IMHO opinion is a reaction to:
1. Loss of Multiple state elections
2. Tabling of important bills in RS/LS vis., Waqf bill, places of worship act
3. Not sure if some one was going or already submitted as private members bill on Muzrai
4. Stop any progress on mutliple fronts
5. Save their sorry ass
6. And most imporatantly Mahua Kand details to tumble out!!

What needs to be also understood is that;
1. "seculars" have been planning for such an event for quite some time. I remember reading that the job-less Manoranjan (from Mysore) had actually recce-ed the Parliament building earlier.
2. Mahua Moitra thrown out, now the "issuing of pass" is levelled against Pratap Simha, MP from Mysuru with "seculars" wanting his expulsion. So kind of a tit-for-tat move.
3. Security at the Parliament house had its own gaps, which has been exploited.

The more the "seculars" suffer election defeats the more nefarious their designs are becoming. Before LS 2024, I am expecting a the I.N.D.I.A and their backers to resort to any nasty tactic. People's health, country's long term prosperity & security all would be damned.

@BellamSwathi

In my company the youngest employee is 16 years old
he learnt coding on his own in his plus 2 and works as Java coder
He is pursuing his degree and still does a full time job and takes care of his parents and sister
He makes more money than B Tech graduates and when I saw his code I didn’t believe he is plus 2 only
There are many employees who are just 20-21 and have full time jobs and also study
So a 42 old chachi with 7 degrees earned out of tax payers money says I am jobless student and hence attacked parliament

I find this commentary and reaction towards the parliament incident odd, the bottom line is that there was an attack by people inside the house, if it were the opposition in power, every sm would have been alight with failed government posts, but now excuses abound,

Oh but you see they might have been tangentially related to political parties, yes and? the government in power had 2 steps to stop this blowing up: vet before you hand out passes like candies, and ensure your security in the highest legislative body contains more than a painted lock on a door, whose fault is it if these were not enforced, the government or the opposition, who is accountable for the security of the members inside the house

Another point, oh they have used Hindus to carry out attacks, very smart, alas the history of Hindus is replete with traitorous bustards, if history seems too onerous look around on sm or tv debates, bonafide Hindus will be at the forefront of many of these attacks on states, idealogically at least, is that also a masterstroke by the opposition, did the opposition also time travel in the past to make historical Hindus feel traitorous thoughts? who can say?

End result, the government failed in its duty, people advocating for strong security measures by the state should hold that belief irrespective of parties in power and not apply qualifiers to mask incompetence.

The situation in Maharashtra is quite fluid in my opinion. If Manoj Jarange Patil contests elections by forming his own party, it will completely change the dynamics of Maharashtra politics. He has almost universal support among the Marathas and they form a sizeable proportion of the electorate.

I don’t think he will join Powerful gang as that will completely destroy his credibility.

^ Ricky'ji, the sympathy is with Modi & his Government. Have you wondered why?

Remember, all terrorist and naxal attacks in India are directed from outside. You know the neighbouring countries in East and West. And that goop in the armpit of India.

Anyway, when was the last terrorist attack on India directed from West outside of J&K with major casualties? Please do not use Google. Yes 26/11 was big, but prior to that, the mumbai bombings were bigger. Also 26/11 was to tie it to Hindus and Hindutva ideology and thanks to Sri Omble that the entire plot was foiled.

So please when was the last terrorist attack on India directed from West outside of J&K? And not a naxalite one? Well it was the 2016 in Pathankot on the air base.

That is, Indians have known relative peace for almost 7 years without a major terrorist incident. Hence there is surprise and sympathy towards GoI when it comes to AndolanJeevis doing the bid of their JNU-CONgoon-Cheeni-Naxalite masters. Indians in general think that given the utterances of the Left Jamaat, the Jamaat & the CONgoons, it is not beyond their pale to do this. Remember, that Mahesh Bhatt released the book saying Hindus are to be blamed! And his own son was sleeping in the bed with David Headley (maybe not literally).

Indians are proud of the new parliament building and you had Shashi Tharoor immediately criticize the new parliament building for the lapse. Within minutes of the attack, the family of the attackers were found out and the news channels screamed that if the police does not release the youth protesting against "unemployment" they will do a dharna. I felt the news were already pre-printed. Like Sunanda was purported to suffer from Lupus (no such thing) but news came out within minutes.

And who screams of "unemployment"? CONgoons and Pappu. And of course their minions. So I will not be surprised if a Jamaati-Naxal-CONgoon hand comes out.

BTW, one of the Andolanjeevi Mahila was highly educated. She could have taken a loan and started self-employment. But then she was a career protestor. Another career protestor had a failed movie career and decided to settle down with one of the protestee after she found that her life goals
are different.

Indians are not dumb. They are watching. They watched how the ex-biwi of Pappu (not literally) was fighting with other journos to get a hand on the yellow canister to show her audience (must be dumb audience) on what was used for attack. Did you not watch that video? It is hilarious. But the Indians are not amused.

Given the muted reaction, I am predicting that Modi will win 2/3rd of the lok sabha seats. The mood is decidedly against CONgoon and the assorted parties and the anti-Hindu and anti-India factions like DMK.

The andolanjeevi who is 37 years old is not poor. Sandeep Sharma was an e-autorickshaw driver. Not rich, but not very poor as well. Manoranjan D from Mysuru, was helping his father in his farmlands. If he can surive 10 years without a job, it means he has family business to take care. Only Amol Shinde may be really poor - his parents were labourers etc.

And all these "poor" people received fundings for their travel to New Delhi. "Poor" Manoranjan could do recce of Parliament two times at least. The theory in policing is "follow the money trail", same applies here as well. Use these pawns to reach to the master minds. One fellow already knew his goose was cooked and so surrendered (Lalit Jha).

Something bothers me about folks like these, let’s say these were paid for , what was their assessment that courts or a certain judge will bail them out ? They are clearly simpletons and it seems we have plenty of such it points out that there might be some attempt to bring about a radicalisation of H because M are suspected easily and everyone involved can wash their hands off saying H involvement means it’s genuine, would not be a surprise from the commies

I am not an expert in psychology. The individuals involved here all have some thing in common. That they do not wish to take responsibility for their lives. 37 years old, and cannot find any meaningful activity or have some aim in life. B.Tech graduate idling time for 10 years. These folks who do not take responsibility for their lives also can have the mentality that the world should provide them all benefits (most likely at others expense). Such people generally also have no practical knowledge on legal matters. They may not even know the legal implications or bail procedures etc. I feel that the four are mini-Rahul Ghandis or mini-Pappus, who have been manipulated.

the lady's father has come on teevee to claim that his daughter was jobless and that was bothering her but due to her public profile of agitations and andolans, she is radioactive, as far as employment goes and no one will touch her with a bargepole, not even the NGOs

The family and the khaps want her released without charges ASAP.

There is a confused narrative that is starting to build, maybe because of the UAPA charges that have been filed against all of the accused and many "supporters" may have backed off.

They have been remanded to 7 days police custody and that will, in all probability be extended.

Ayurvedic treatment would have already started

This is a very serious breach of security and there are bound to be some political and geopolitical implications

This was a time when no cop involved in internal security would normally have had had the time to go home but they were all caught napping and ended up seriously embarrassing the Govt

Some babooze have been seriously found wanting and that is tantamount to dereliction of duty.

In any other country, careers would have instantly ended/evaporated over such an incident

All the opposition MPs shouting the home minister should answer, the PM should make a statement etc etc on this security breach, their prayers will be generously answered, once the investigation progresses sufficiently in the coming days.

This unemployment argument doesn't hold water, especially given the "charitra" of the intruders. All of them can apply for and get a mudra loan and become self employed, by doing some activity as simple as running a chai shop. No one can say that its a shameful activity to be a chai wallah.

If they want only cushy govt jobs offered on an appeasement platter as the solution to their unemployment, sorry, that India is thankfully and rightly behind us. Its not coming back.

Based on comments from other visitors, it seems very difficult to carry something inside into the visitors gallery.
IB should investigate if some MP passed on canisters to them after they cleared security.
All this will come out under interrogation and camera recordings. IB/NIA/Police will know by now.

In one way, this incident is good, as consequent investigation will close any loopholes.

This is the high end side of the toolkit .

They can't deny the growth (even if they can quibble on the data), so they want to put a "jobless growth" tag on the govt's performance as an elections slogan, some how get back like they did with ABV's India Shining campaign.

And their solution is to focus on services and become a slave economy, and complain about jobs and keep feeding Andolan jeevis.

It will backfire badly, not just due to current events but also in the elections.

The only mold to be broken is in the fungus infested putrid brains of RR and his masters

The toolkit can be countered easily. For a 40 year old person saying its for jobs, then the blame is on Congress for creating the lost decades with corruption when a large number of youths at that time lost the opportunities to work. Now you are asking 40 year old uncles and Aunties to be given jobs by Modi because the congress era education policy and corruption and politics failed them?

Chetak ji, I agree that it is serious dereliction of duty. Not just the BJP MP, but the senior-most officer in charge of security should go.
I would argue that HM resigning, would be a masterstroke, but they would be digressing.

The media and families have jumped on the narrative of unemployment. I was referring to the initial statement of those arrested - that they were protesting the farmer agitation (though none are affected by it) Manipur (which probably they can't find on a map) and unemployment (in general).

From the video grab that I had seen the canisters seemed too big to be hidden in a shoe cavity. The average feet length is 8 inches and the heel can accommodate no more than 2 inches of a canister. The problem is the smoke emanated in the instant case was far than the 30 seconds that such a canister was capable of. So something is amiss.

we need to trace back where this shoe claim and initial photos posted on SM came from. I'm sure there is extensive security camera footage.

disha wrote: 15 Dec 2023 04:44 ^ Ricky'ji, the sympathy is with Modi & his Government. Have you wondered why?
dishaji, in terms of internal security, the previous goi had malicious or aloof intent and incompetence most of the time, the modi goi is incompetent some of the time, the difference is the perceived absence of malicious intent
Remember, all terrorist and naxal attacks in India are directed from outside. You know the neighbouring countries in East and West. And that goop in the armpit of India.
now thats a bold statement, it depends i suppose on how you define terrorist attacks, for there are many who undertake such attacks without any support from outside
And his own son was sleeping in the bed with David Headley (maybe not literally).
and this is the crux of the matter, you know how the goi could have stopped all of this song and dance before initiation? stopped the terrorists before they entered the parliament, ez pz, you can share this ultra forbidden super secret ninja knowledge far and wide; that they were directed by political parties, talking reptiles after a bad shroom trip, visiting gods in their dreams is incidental to the fact that there was a security breach, had the attackers been equipped with other devices and were the pm in the house, all of us would have talking a different story, molly coddling the govt's shortcomings is harmful to the govt itself

The two perpetrators wore shoes with extra soles made in Lucknow. The crackers were stashed in the cavity.

Sachin can phone CDRs be traced after the mobiles were destroyed?
I guess need to know mobile numbers. All families claim they were contacted by the 4 accused.

Absolutely, as long as you know the phone number. Furthermore, the operator would have knowledge of location to a specific cell as well. More detailed location information as well if the operator is running some sort of location based services.
