UK ‘helping Russia pay for its war on Ukraine’ via loophole on refined oil imports

"India has been unashamed about its purchasing of Russian oil. In November, the country’s foreign minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, said India should be thanked for “softening the oil markets” by buying and selling Russian oil. “We have, as a consequence, actually managed global inflation. So people should be saying thank you,” he said."

Attack on High Commission in London: NIA makes first arrest
In a major breakthrough, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday made first arrest in a case related to the attack on the Indian High Commission in London in March last year.

Inderpal Singh Gaba, a resident of Hounslow in the United Kingdom, has been arrested for carrying out unlawful activities during protests that took place on March 22, 2023, in London, a statement issued by the federal agency said, without mentioning details from where the accused was arrested.

Pro-Khalistani protesters had tried to vandalise the Indian mission in London and pulled down the national flag while holding protests outside the High Commission complex on March 19.

"No if's or But's, all illegals will be physically removed from the UK" - Rishi Sunak, UK Prime Minister

"No foreign court can stop this!" the UK is launching a deportation blitz like never before!

With runways cleared, aircraft fueled, and 500 determined enforcers at the ready, there'll be no room for hesitation or negotiation.

But, isn't it curious how the foreign press remains silent on this bold move? Imagine if India were to take such decisive action! The global headlines would be ablaze with condemnation, outrage and Modi would be called a Fascist Dictator.

OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE

This election signals a shift for Muslims – no more political apathy. We will no longer tolerate being taken for granted. We are a powerful, united force of 4 million acting in unison.
We are focused on seats where the Muslim vote can influence the outcome. We are here for the long term. In 2024, we will lay the foundations for our community’s political future.

There is only one constituency where there are sufficient Hindu votes to swing the seat. That is Harrow East which happens to be the constituency that my Mum lives in. Many of the voters are East African Hindus but this area has been one of the areas that has opposed many of Mayor Khan's worst excesses. It has returned a Tory Mp for as long as I can remember, and Englishman called Bob Blackman (ha ha). He has been conscious of his support and has been pro India is all his uttering, including on Kashmir where there are Labour MP's sounding very pro Pakistan.

British govt apologises to its citizens as report reveals how NHS infected them with HIV, Hepatitis contaminated blood, then covered up its mistake

https://www.bbc.com/news/health-69037200

PM apologises after infected blood scandal cover-up

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says he is truly sorry for the failures over the infected blood scandal, calling it a decades-long moral failure.

He was responding to the public inquiry's report into the scandal, which has seen 30,000 people infected from contaminated blood treatments.

It found authorities covered up the scandal and exposed victims to unacceptable risks.

Mr Sunak described it as a "day of shame for the British state".

The Infected Blood Inquiry accused doctors, government and the NHS of letting patients catch HIV and hepatitis.

About 3,000 have since died and more deaths will follow.

The inquiry said victims had been failed "not once but repeatedly" by doctors, the NHS, government and others responsible for their safety.

Mr Sunak told the House of Commons he was "truly sorry" for the failures.

"Today's report shows a decades-long moral failure at the heart of our national life. I want to make a wholehearted and unequivocal apology."

He said the attitude of denial was hard to comprehend and was to "our eternal shame".

And he promised to pay "whatever it costs" in compensation payments to victims, with details to follow on Tuesday.

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer apologised too, describing it as one of the "gravest injustices" the country had seen and saying victims had "suffered unspeakably".

What the inquiry found
The infected blood scandal is known as the biggest treatment disaster in the NHS.

The inquiry looked at over 50 years of decision-making before, during and after the infection of thousands of people from contaminated blood transfusions and blood products from the 1970s onwards.

The five-year inquiry found safety had not been paramount in decision-making, pointing out the risk of transmitting viral infections in blood and blood products had been known since the NHS's foundation, in 1948.

Rishi Sunak announces UK general election for Thursday 4 July
23 hours ago
Paul Seddon,Politics reporter, BBC News

Rishi Sunak has vowed to "fight for every vote" as he called an early UK general election for Thursday 4 July.
The PM made the announcement in a rain-soaked speech outside 10 Downing Street, as he bids to win a fifth term in office for the Conservatives.
The surprise move overturned expectations of an autumn poll, which might have given the Tories a better chance of closing the gap with Labour.
Sir Keir Starmer said it was "time for change" away from "Tory chaos".
Labour has been posting large leads in national opinion polls, and has insisted it has a fully organised campaign ready to go.
Parliament will now be suspended on Friday, before it is formally shut down on Thursday next week ahead of an official five-week election campaign.
It means there are only two days to pass any outstanding legislation - a move which will mean some of the government's measures will have to be abandoned.

I'm glad Sunak has gone for early polls. Better to get things out of the way sooner rather than later.

If Brits appreciate what he's done for the economy, they can vote for more of this by bringing his Tories back.

But if they're stupid enough to bring back Labour, then they'll reap the negative consequences of this sooner as well.

I predict that a British Labour govt will become another Trudeau-style headache for us, only bigger - because they'll be Vote-Banking their head off.

The question is -- what are we going to do about this? Are we just doing to sit twiddling our thumbs and wait for them to start harassing us?

(Hint, hint: Scotland & Northern Ireland may currently be dormant like Canada's Quebec, but they can be more easily stoked up. If London suddenly starts screaming pro-Khalistan slogans, then we know which sensitive parts of the UK to start talking about for counter-pressure purposes.)

There are increasing signals that the covert plan from the globalist controllers is to get Ukraine to leave Russia with no choice but to escalate drastically and bring NATO in some form, whether limited or not, into the fight. Ex-British MP Andrew Bridgen stated that this is the real reason why Rishi Sunak has called an early election—he refuses to be a ‘war time president’.

So basically Sunak is not ready to be the lap dog of the globalists and called for elections? I hope that is true. By all accounts, he did quite well on the economic front. But as a Bharatiya, I do not want the economy of the UK to be good. The sooner they all go to the bottom the better for the world. EU and North American economies also.

As their economies fall, our security and power will increase.

Is Rishi Sunak actively trying to lose the election? Let’s consider the mounting evidence
Zoe Williams, Mon 27 May 2024

For a man who wants to win an election, Rishi Sunak’s first week of campaigning has been bizarre, a little bit frightening, like getting trapped in someone else’s anxiety dream. He went to the king for signoff before he told the cabinet, and presented 4 July to them as a fait accompli. Even if they had agreed with the decision, they wouldn’t have liked that, but they didn’t and they hated it. Only Oliver Dowden thought it was a good idea, which is a category of disaster all its own: “things only Oliver Dowden thinks are a good idea”.
So Sunak enters the fray alone. I’ve genuinely never seen a prime minister so isolated, so undefended. I can almost hear David Attenborough narrating over each appearance: “Separated from his herd, the antelope has just days to escape the plain before the hyenas catch his scent.”
His podium disaster has been variously waved away as a thing that could have happened to anybody. He couldn’t do it indoors because it would have lacked authority. He couldn’t have had an umbrella because he would have been called a “wally with a brolly”. Commentators wrestle to make it make sense; it has to. How can you commentate a match without rules, or a ball? And yet, no: he stood before the nation, bedraggled, beseeching, like a man begging to be put out of his misery. A man seeking victory would have avoided that.
On to Derbyshire, where he thought Tory councillors could be camouflaged as regular voters by dressing them in high-vis bibs. Then to Northern Ireland, where people couldn’t vote for him even if they wanted to because he’s not fielding any candidates, and he chose a precinct, the Titanic Quarter, as if begging journalists to ask him about sinking ships. There was time for a quick photo op on a plane, garlanded by signs that said “exit”.
After only 72 hours – though, to be fair, it must have felt like years – he took the unusual decision to retire from campaigning and think. Was it blue-sky thinking, or was he sitting in front of ChatGPT, prompting: “Ideas Reform voters – who think they fought a world war, but were actually three years old – will like”? He emerged with a plan even the army hated – bringing back national service, for a generation who have been kaleidoscopically betrayed by successive Tory governments.
Sunak underscored how very serious he was about the policy by saying that he would be happy to see his daughters, born in 2011 and 2013, do national service. He was asking us to believe in a world where he wins this election; he is able to enact this astronomically expensive policy that everyone hates; he remains in power, or at least in the UK, for the next seven years; and his daughters, who definitely won’t be living in California by then, will be conscripted.

British poll cloud over India-UK FTA, freeze on trade expansion
Nivedita Mukherjee, May 26, 2024

The India-UK free trade agreement (FTA) appears to be heading for another stalemate after 13 rounds of negotiations over 2 years and several deadlines, as a successful fruition of the deal looks elusive, even as the UK and India reiterated the ongoing commitment to negotiate a mutually beneficial FTA during the annual UK-India Strategic Dialogue meeting on 17 May 2024. Amidst many predictions ranging from an early harvest to the much discussed Diwali deal—that itself is now past two years—trade analysts, experts and the government, are betting on the progressive strides by both sides, the build-up of political and economic will, not to mention the lucrative spillovers of duty concessions—to craft a pact that can be gamechanger for many of India’s industry sectors.
“Both India and UK are in election mode. Until the top leadership is settled, many things remain hung,” says Arpita Mukherjee, Professor at Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). “The top leadership has to take a position as to how much they want to bend and how much they want to ignore of the issue. If they give certain instructions that of the 10 issues, let eight be resolved and leave the rest, matters can be resolved very fast,” says Mukherjee. The India-UK FTA covers 26 subjects, key ones being goods, services, intellectual property, government procurement, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, technical barriers to trade, competition, rules of origin, trade facilitation, customs cooperation, small and medium-sized enterprises, trade and sustainable development, labour, gender, digital trade, dispute settlement, general provisions and transparency.
India has been anxious to fructify the FTA with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and British counterpart Rishi Sunak reaffirming their commitment to securing a new trade deal in March this year over a call. Government records show that the 14th round of negotiations on the FTA began on 10 January 2024 and the Indian team visited the UK on 16-19 April 2024 for negotiations on outstanding issues. While there has been some headway, work is still in progress on resolving pending issues, say government sources.
For a country battling economic slowdown, the UK under Sunak, was perceived to have greater urgency in pushing the deal as securing an FTA with high-tariff country like India promises immediate and significant market access for UK products and opportunity to reap significant dividend. “Regardless of the political party in power, this FTA should be a priority. The benefits are clear and indisputable,” agrees Ajay Srivastava, founder, Global Trade Research Initiative. India’s merchandise imports from UK were USD 8.96 billion in FY2023 while UK exports worth USD 8.2 billion covering 91% value of its total merchandise imports enter India on payment of average to high tariffs duties. For example tariff on cars is 100% and on Scotch whisky and wines, it is 150%. The simple average tariff in India on goods imported from UK is 14.6%.

Try and remember three words (as they relate to the West in general):

- Decoloniality (involves the UK, the US, the Church of England, and the Vatican)(they are done)(Vicky Behad left and is managing yahoo's on a univ campus, like AudryT)
- Deradicalization (includes re-writing the Koran to scrub any references to "kafir", etc)(in progress in SA), and
- De-dollarization (Bharat will play a major role at the BRICS meet in Russia. I think the Bharatiya version of De-dollarization will prevail - a soft confrontation)

In short UK has no standing. Sunak waved the white flag. Note that he, the PM, determined the date for elections. Not the elections commission.

The new world order is in progress. All else (FTA, etc) are irrelevant.

Long live Modi.

Britain's mistake and predicament:

https://www.ft.com/content/8f229e15-984 ... 647a48f6d6

They jumped out of EU, assuming they could get a trade deal with US. That's not happened. Outside of a major bloc, they're isolated and vulnerable.
