I'm sorry to disagree - but I believe US General Michael Flynn was framed by Obama officials who wanted to get rid of him because Flynn knew too much about how US intelligence and surveillance networks operate. In an interesting anecdote from Trump, he said that on his limo ride to the Whitehouse with the outgoing Obama, that Obama kept warning him about Flynn.
