During Jaishankar's pak visit, apparently this was the only topic discussed by the pakis with him, all of whom were begging and pleading with him for the Indian team to be allowed to come and play in pukestan
No discussion about Cashmere?

Manish ji,

for the pakis: money is always first. everyone is most eager to wet their beak, ministers, jernails, and paki baboons and this is a great opportunity to fudge the accounts and pocket a major chunk of the proceeds

They are playing the victim card hoping for a heavier than usual compensation from the ICC

The media deal for the championship is reportedly north of 3billion$

An India pak match in pukestan would have netted them quite a chunk of pocket change

The loss of the rokda is the issue now and it has always been the rub. The GoI wasn't born yesterday

Pakistan's Defense Minister @KhawajaMAsif has stated that India is currently in an indirect state of war with pakistan, and he supports giving India a firm response over its reluctance to play in the #ChampionsTrophy in pakistan.

True.

3 Billion there, 30 Billion here...

Yawn - Previous financial pledges on climate change yet to materialise, PM Shehbaz tells COP29 summit

At COP28 last year, then-caretaker premier Anwaarul Haq Kakar had called for immediately executing the $100 billion in commitments for climate finance.

According to the UN, around $700 million :(( have been pledged so far for the loss and damage fund, with France, Italy, Germany and the UAE being the biggest contributors.

At COP29 today, PM Shehbaz also spoke about the devastating monsoon floods of 2022, highlighting they had resulted in 1,700 deaths, massive displacement, destruction of houses and crops, and $30 billion loss to the country’s economy.

The prime minister stressed that Pakistan was one of the countries that “hardly contribute” to global emissions

Yep the Talibunnies took it and are using it against the Pakis. It is interesting uncle provided training on using the equipment and bunnies are using it for target practice. Pakis are left high and dry and could not milk it as they usually do. :((

To save enchandee baki news outlets now refer to the army personnel as security men

Yawn - Over dozen security men martyred in separate KP attacks
Over a dozen security personnel were martyred in two separate incidents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa over the past 24 hours.

Although Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) did not officially confirm the death toll, official sources said that at least eight security personnel were martyred and three injured in fierce gun battles with militants over the weekend in the Tirah valley.

The AFP news agency reported on Tuesday that “nine militants” were also killed in the gunfight.

The clashes ensued after armed gunmen attacked a military camp near the Bagh-Maidan Markaz.

Question - why is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan blocking VPN access to training aid content (p**n) for the pious abduls? Abduls need all the training before their encounters with 72 hooris in jannat to be able to 'use (sic)' them as they please.

Pakistan adds names of 4,300 beggars in ECL
https://tribune.com.pk/story/2510849/pa ... ars-in-ecl

File under Beggars belief.

Pakistan has added the names of 4,300 beggars to its Exit Control List (ECL) following growing concerns over the increasing number of Pakistani beggars going in Saudi Arabia.

In response to a growing issue, the ministers also discussed the crackdown on the mafia involved in sending beggars from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia. Naqvi confirmed that 4,300 beggars’ names had been added to the ECL, emphasising a "zero-tolerance" policy against such practices. He stressed that the government was conducting a nationwide crackdown against the beggar mafia.

Manish ji,

what options do the cheen have except to get "getting real down and dirty"

cheen soldiers killing pakis in pukestan is a very major ecchandee and sovereignty issue.

abdools and ayeshas will revolt violently on the streets

the slimy pakjabi jernails will quietly support such a revolt and also fund it

But to start it all off, the jihadis attacks on the cheen will come in large numbers forcing the cheen to kill some pakis before the pakjabi jernails pour oil on the flames

Welcome to Chinese style colonization. After all the Pakis and Cheen are iron brothers. What difference does it make if the cheeni birather occupies jihadi birather's house? Pretty soon we can see cheeni birathers taking care of their pakis sistas in their own homes.

Wait till the uniformed and un-uniformed Paki jihadis start doing mujra in public (a-la Xinjiang), while savoring 'haral' pork and downing it with alcohol. Not to mention the proliferation of 'led lips massage parlors with 'purdah/ hijab' clad ayeshas.

What is the definition or criterion being used to classify these beggars when the whole quam is involved in this occupation, albeit with varied degrees of sophistication. I guess beggar-in-chief is exempt (kya karain, mazboori hai) and so is army-chief-beggar.

nationwide crackdown against the beggar mafia - Is fauji foundation now going to run this with a jernail heading it?

I sometime miss the golden years when this thread used to rock with Pakistani sax and violins.

Or maybe not. They’ve become so irrelevant.

Still, a massive Sunni on Shia attack in the state created exclusively for Muslims deserves a mention.

Two or three days ago a Shia caravan of 200 vehicles was targeted by Sunnis, in what reads like a military style ambush. 40 plus dead and counting https://www.thehindu.com/news/internati ... 899774.ece

Followed by more infighting leading to 30 plus killed, see this report today https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/11 ... -northwest

Pakistan and plots

yawn - Pakistan ‘punches above its weight’ at COP29
AS thousands of delegates, observers, and journalists covering COP29 spent the better part of their days navigating the labyrinth of delegations’ pavilions, the Pakistan Pavilion made a splash, with several talks held every day featuring international and national experts.

In terms of real estate, its location can be dubbed a “corner plot” as the kiosk has two entrances — where reception desks are set up with a helpful staff eager to help visitors who want information about climate change’s impact on Pakistan.

The pavilion, however, cost $250,000 — an expense deemed necessary by the government to highlight Pakistan’s climate plight at the global conference.

Like other pavilions, the Ministry of Climate Change also handed out badges to showcase local culture — the crowd reportedly nearly came to blows when snow leopard pins were being distributed.

Interestingly, India with a low-key presence at the conference, does not have a pavilion, only a delegation office.

As it reels from an economic crisis at home, Pakistan could not afford a delegation office because of a lack of funds. :((
# looks like all funds went into the snow leopard pins
Anyway the world owes 7.86 billion to pakistan for being the front line state fighting climate change by steadily moving back to the pre-industralised age.

It’s kicked off in Pakistan again.

Imran Khan's wife, Bushra BibiB(aka Pinki Peerni) is leading a Long March to Isloo.

Cops and protestors dead, shoot at sight orders for in force, mayhem in the streets, and everyone blustering.

Or as they say in Pakistan, Monday afternoon.

Both the 240 million and the 4 are 'official' numbers

But i do share the sentiment.

The higher double digit numbers have so far come only from the Balochistan or the NWFP. We need to see double digit growth in pakjab

I severely condom the savage treatment of the huge numbers of peaceful and democratic protestors from Khyber Pakhtunwa and Gilgit Baltistan.

Beaten, even fired upon by the oppressive Armed Forces and Government regime in Islamabad.

https://indianexpress.com/article/pakis ... n-9692722/

This raises the question - after having made so many sacrifices, having given officers and soldiers to the Pakistani Army at the highest levels, having won awards for valour such as the Hila Le Jurrat, what have these regions got in return?

My heart bleeds. Can natural justice for these people prevail within the framework of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan?

While a march on the capital isn’t new, it seems that army, rangers and police were given shoot to kill orders; apparently 100 plus civilians killed.

A lot of rona dhona on the Internets and media, and a lot of abuse directed at PakFauj.

Does this mean that Im the Dim is actually not TFTA enough for the goras hain? They elected an old bald non khiladi white man as chancellor...

yawn - William Hague elected new Oxford chancellor
British former Conservative party leader and ex-foreign secretary William Hague was elected as the University of Oxford’s 160th chancellor on Wednesday, after four rounds of voting.

Incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan also applied to become the next chancellor of Britain’s prestigious University of Oxford in August, according to the PTI.

However, Oxford said in October that 38 candidates were in the running to become the next chancellor but Imran was not among them. :rotfl:

The university said applications were considered on its “four exclusion criteria”, which disqualify applicants deemed not to be a “fit and proper person” by the UK tax authority.

The city of New York pays $220 million to rent the entire Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan to house illegal migrants.

The hotel is owned by the government of Pakistan, and the deal was part of a $1.1 billion IMF bailout package to help Pakistan avoid defaulting on their international debt.

Prior to this sweetheart deal, the hotel had been closed since 2020, having long-struggled with occupancy and in dire need of renovation.
