Not just #PeterNavarro, his brown friends are also trying to mix caste into everything with the help of Supreme Court. And boy is the court efficient!

You think you have democracy, but there is a parallel policy making mechanism in place. By design.

Let's see some people involved 1/n

SC bench is Pardiwala & Mahadevan.

Recently Times of India published a scathing editorial against the VP and in favor of the judgement given by Pardiwala & Mahadevan

Times of India's editorial director is Jaideep Bose

In Feb 2025 Supreme Court had quashed criminal proceedings against Jaideep Bose in a 2014 matter. The judges were Pardiwala & Mahadevan 3/n

With most members on the committee being totally looney Islamist / Missionary types & Commies, it's obvious what will be their recommendations. When they come out, remember how you are powerless. Remember Democracy is a sham.
So they are trying to screw BJP with caste wars and the dumb BJP leaders with ZERO thinking push it with ZERO resistance.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._B._Pardiwala
Pardiwala was born on 12 August 1965 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in a family of lawyers. His father, Burjor Cawasji Pardiwala, was a third-generation lawyer and served as a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from the Congress party.[2][3]
He is in line to become the Chief Justice of India in May 2028 and is expected to serve for a term of 2 years and 3 months.
He is the fourth Parsi Judge to serve at the Court and the first minority High Court Judge to be appointed in the last five years after Justice Abdul Nazeer.
This guy along with Mahadevan wants to run legislature and create laws and run the executive.

Unfortunately GOI and PM have no guts to push back. They are doing social justice experiments ... Thee guys want to bring in Govt. change and chaos like Manipur HC and Bangladesh Court to fuel riots and regime changes.

We were really let down by our forefathers and markers of the constitution. The Nehruvian consensus that emerged after 1947/1950 set the precedent for "flailing" state in India where institutions such as the judiciary, bureaucracy and the police were not reformed at all, hence

A question to all forum members:
Should there be multipolar polity in India??
Why I am asking this question is because : the BJP juggernaut seems to be on a war path!!
UP will be a easy game this time around and WB portably nearly tbere if the internal dynamics of the party is worked around this time!!
But the larger question still remains : should there be an effective alternative??
Because the present Congress dominated by Gandhi's is a laughing stock. And the rest of the dynasty parties are no better??
So can Congress survuive without the Gandhi's??
The present party has erudite leaders but do they have that Charisma, or vote pulling capacity or pan India acceptance (meaning one who strike a cord with a rural or urban voter, a older or a Gen Z voter, a upwardly mobile middle class or a rich entrepreneur)
If the dynasty parties are devoid of the dynasts and merger can that throw up an effective leadership??
One thing that seems to have happened is an awakened 'Hindu", so an unbridled Hindu-hatred will only polarise votes to BJP??
But there is also the question of unbridled change of demographics taking place.
Though some scaremongering reports do suggest that the Muslims will catch up with the Hindu population by 2050's is that really true??
Now that could be a game changer but that is still decades away and much could happen by then?? and who knows if Islam will remain the Islam of today!!
But a one party strangle hold of three decades can spell doom if there is no effective opposition!!!
Can the present dispensation somehow bring a change in the stnaglehold that the Gandhi's have on Congress??
Can the congress survive without Gandhis??
They did do well under PVN (though under the ever present shadow of the Rajmata!!)

Simple answer is Don't be tired with few years of good rule. Elect BJP and get the work done. Ask or accountability, keep getting better leaders and don't forget to go for Salami slicing the enemy and restoring what belongs to Bharat. Everything else is Maya onlee. One more thing is some thing cannot be reformed, once its written down.

ha, I guess that this is sarcastic. I do not have any opinion on this one way or the other, but looking at the current situation on the ground, i think the winning play is to get off the system entirely. There will be reservations in private sector soon the rate at which things are going, best is for one to either freelance or setup ones own firm in individual or smaller capacities.

US lawmakers urge Trump to seek lower Indian tariffs on pulse crops in trade talks
Daines and Cramer said engaging Prime Minister Narendra Modi on pulse crop tariffs to enhance the economic cooperation between the two countries would be “mutually beneficial” for both American producers and Indian consumers.

Two US lawmakers have urged President Donald Trump to push for favourable provisions for pulse crop in any future trade deal with India, saying American producers face a “significant competitive disadvantage” due to what they described as “unfair” tariffs imposed by New Delhi.

In a letter dated Jan 16 addressed to Trump, Republican Senators Steve Daines of Montana and Kevin Cramer of North Dakota said their states are the top two producers of pulse crops, including peas, while India is the world’s largest consumer, accounting for about 27 per cent of global consumption.

They noted that lentils, chickpeas, dried beans and peas are among the most commonly consumed pulse crops in India, but New Delhi has imposed substantial tariffs on American exports in these categories.
