Neha Singh Rathore is a stark warning to every woke activist, leftist ideologue, and opportunist who thinks they can play politics with national security for cheap applause.
She didn't just comment on the Pahalgam terror attack but she dragged it straight into partisan mudslinging, politicising a tragedy where innocent lives were lost to terrorists.
Worse, her posts carried insinuations that the attack was somehow orchestrated or allowed from within, feeding conspiracy theories at a time when the nation needed unity.
Those very tweets were gleefully picked up and amplified by Pakistani media and panellists, who used them to deflect blame and shield their terror ecosystem. She handed them a propaganda on a platter.
Yet she doubled down, continuing her barrage even as public outrage grew, showing zero remorse for fuelling animosity against the nation.
Consequences followed swiftly: sedition and other serious charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita were slapped on her for promoting enmity and undermining sovereignty.
In panic, she ran to India's most expensive (and often unsuccessful) lawyer, Kapil Sibal, hoping for a quick escape.
But even he couldn't save her. The High Court rejected her anticipatory bail, and higher courts told her to face the police and the law with no special treatment.
This isn't oppression; it's accountability. When you cross the line and tarnish the nation's image, especially on matters involving our security forces, don't cry victim when the law catches up.
A clear reminder to the entire Left cabal:
DON'T drag the Armed Forces or national security into your sinister political games. Ever. The country won't tolerate it, and neither will the courts.
