AAP removes Raghav Chadha as Rajya Sabha deputy leader: How Chadha’s ‘growing clout’ challenged Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP’s power structure
I thing Raghav Chadha was busy promoting himself on social media. Over the last couple of months, there are many random posts coming up praising him for raising "real issues", like low-priced restaurants outside airports, 30-day recharge, to allow free incoming lifetime even with no recharge etc. And somethings were being weirdly attributed to him, like low-priced restaurant outside some airport which was inagurate few days after his speech in parliament as being due to him raising it(which was already under progress by then), govt giving orders to telecom companies to offer 30-day packs (even though there were already some 30-day packs already being offered) etc. I think he was paying to promote himself. Those facebook profiles were some that I had never seen earlier and they were being slowly magnified. I think AAP caught on to it :rotfl:

I just saw one of those videos - 3 guys eating outside an airport and getting deliriously happy when the bill came. They then all started singing praises of Raghav Chaddha… bizarre to say the least

One thing that the GOI and state govts need to do immediately is improve Urban infrastructure. Most cities and towns are in shambles. No proper road maintenance, civic amenities and proper policing. Sewage treatment plants are lacking, electricity supply is flaky, water supply is a challenge (still have water lorries supplying water) and much more.

https://x.com/TamilNaduInfra/status/1700887038877479136

Note how TN has paltry budgets compared to other states. The collection of real estate taxes is dismal. No wonder the coovum is a stinky river. The amount of corruption/bribes is also huge.

Amid major war crisis in West Asia, India successfully evacuated 345 fishermen — mostly from Tamil Nadu — stranded in conflict-hit Iran; Thanks Modi govt.

The group, facing food shortages, unpaid wages, and fear from bombings, was safely routed via Armenia and arrived in Chennai.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal welcomed them at the airport, calling it a "joyous day" for their families.

Vayutuvan ji, not knowing much about economy. Shared it as it showed the progress made by PSU's from the public money sucking companies they used to be. Yup the inflation during Modi time being pretty low from the 10 percent and more at most times during the UPA era.

Hello, friends. I am leaving this platform permanently and will also close down our fact-checking non-profit
@OnlyFactIndia
from next month.

It's extremely painful for me to leave you all after spending almost 5 years.

With your help, I was able to expose foreign funding, leftist, and islamist cartels.

I never imagined situations like this, but my team and I lost to the powerful ecosystem.

While our judiciary is protecting people who have mocked our army, they have silenced us for exposing people who have mocked our army.

I think we, common people, don't have access to the judiciary as the elites have!

Anyway, over the last 3 months, we have debunked 439 fake news stories, and I have spent all my savings to pay our team's salaries.

A few people are continuously supporting us, but it's not enough, so we don't have any other option but to close it down.

I want to thank all of you who stood by me in this difficult time and supported my team and me.

I was able to expose powerful people and the ecosystem because of your support, but I lost against the ecosystem.

Congratulations, Malabar, and the ecosystem. You guys just won!

Goodbye to all. Har Har Mahadev🙏

India requires a national program for generating biofuels in all states. The dairy revolution in India means there are plenty of cows whose gobar gas needs to be harvested into natural gas and liquified. There is a small stretch of 6 km in Assam whereby gas reserves can be piped into the national grid. However this hasn't happened after so many years. Assam is rich in gas reserves. ONGC and company need to drill more in the seas around bombay high to get to gas reserves, they have one already near gujarat seas. Andamans & Nicobar is another area for prospecting. Bio degradables like plant matter and vegetable peel can also generated natural gases. Eventually piped gas is the way to get to consumers, we need to lose the cylinder stuff.

Free bus ride leads to this. When there is no money for development activities or even buying spares and repairing the bus, it risks everyone travelling including the women who enjoy the free ride. Many buses will just disappear into junkyards as the effect of free bus ride takes it's final form and eventually people can freely walk.

Brand Karnataka or Breakdown Karnataka? Shocking State of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation

This is the current condition of buses in Karnataka KSRTC , and it raises serious concerns about passenger safety and accountability. Just look at the shocking state of maintenance the accelerator is being held in place with a strip of cloth tied inside the bus. The driver’s seat is in an equally alarming condition, crudely fixed with wires instead of being properly repaired or replaced. On top of that, there appears to be liquid leaking from the bus tyre area, which could indicate a serious mechanical issue. These are not minor defects they are clear signs of negligence. Is this what is being promoted as “Brand Karnataka”? Are citizens truly safe while traveling in such buses? Public transport is supposed to be reliable and secure, especially for daily commuters who depend on it. Instead, passengers are being forced to risk their lives every single day. If something unfortunate happens, who will be held responsible? It certainly won’t be the driver, who is forced to operate such poorly maintained vehicles under pressure. The responsibility lies entirely with the authorities and the government, who have failed to ensure basic safety standards.

This is not just about one bus it reflects a larger issue of neglect in public transport maintenance. Immediate action, strict inspections, and accountability are the need of the hour before a preventable tragedy occurs.
